Let me start by saying I know nothing about computers. Ive never owned one, but I came to Howard and he guided me through ordering parts for my own gaming PC. It’s not often that I usually contribute a review publicly but as a result of a recent experience with Howard owner of Computer Ace, I believe that it warrants my input.Our Dell PC All in One that we have had for 8 years, running Windows 7 comited suicide with the hard drive crashing without much warning. I had called other computer geek companies to attempt to secure an online diagnostic of the issue. My results were quite varied in describing the situation. I made an appointment with Geek Squad within Best Buy and In discussion with the tech with my computer in tow, I was just not comfortable with their various option remedies as if this was the first time they had ever encountered my computers issues. I left and researched other computer tech companies and came across Computer Ace and Howard. I contacted Howard immediately and since I was in the area of his home/office, I was convinced that based upon his skilled knowledge and professionalism on both the phone and in person I had found my guy. Howard’s pricing in comparison was the best around as well as his empathetic demeanor in regards to our issue. In less than 24 hours, I had my diagnosis. The hard drive had died and Howard successfully recovered all contents and placed them on a new hard drive all formatted and partitioned exactly perfect for installation in a new Dell PC All in One. Since then he has cordially answered all my questions when I’ve called. So when someone asks about computer issues, I’m proud to say that, I’ve got a guy! Howard is the best in price, knowledge and exceptional customer service hands down!

Well, were do I start....I had a computer network internet issue. I contacted another company and they came out and fixed my issue. Well, not rally. I would say that they ripped me off. I got NO customer support. Then after paying them in full, they would not service me. Now...for the good news, I contacted Computer Ace, spoke with Howard, he came out and within 30 minutes, fixed my computer issue. Now all I can say is if you have a computer issue that you cannot fix, do NOT call any body else. Do yourself a favor and contact Howard. We called Computer Ace for our business because all six of our computers were running slow and bogged down. Howard was very professional and prompt in scheduling the appointment. He came to our location multiple times and built a network server for us. Our computers are in tip top shape and running great! Howard was an enormous help to me. I am not very computer savvy and he was able to speak in terms I could understand both when he was doing various scans and when providing instructions. He of course, could speak at a highly sophisticated level as well. He got viruses off 2 of my computers and helped me with my iPad. My wife and I had a laptop with a virus that we took to best buy to get repaired. A short time later the virus resurfaced and we took it back to have them fix it again. To our dismay a week later the laptop quit working again. Frustrated with the service, we gave up on the laptop and purchased an I pad. A year or so later my wife and I were looking for some baby pictures of our son when we realized they were on the laptop. Not wanting to make the same mistake again we decided to take the laptop to Howard. He was able to recover all of our family pictures and videos as well as get the lap top back to working order. He put all of our pictures and videos on a thumb drive and took the time to show us how to back up all of our files on google. Howard was very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and timely. In response to owners reply to my review below. We have contacted Computer Ace about the outages caused by system failures after theyve touched our network, which seriously impacted our business operations. Computer Ace came back the second time and not only they didnt give us a definitive answer on as to what the solution is, and what is causing this problem, they charged us for the re-work, but didnt fix anything.A month ago we hired Computer Ace to review our network infrastructure and upgrade our virtual machines to Windows 10. Computer Ace charged us 14 hours worth of labor (at $85 an hour), but an array of problems ( lost internet connectivity, slow connections, server crash, etc.) have appeared for me and our office staff when Computer Ace started the work. Ultimately, one of the VM hosts became unresponsive and stopped working. We made the decision not to use Computer Ace services and instead, we hired a professional computing company to redo the work and fix all these issues.

Wonderful Guy, and totally a genius!
