George put together a clean Windows XP machine for me to run legacy equipment in a couple days. Im quite happy with the results. Hes very helpful and made sure files and settings were taken care of. Greatly appreciated!

I was able to bring my computer in for a software update alittle late in the afternoon and still get it the same day. I was about to pay for a membership at Best Buy to get it fixed but he fixed it for cheaper than they were charging for the membership. I will definitely be returning with my computer issues!!

What an honest man to do business with. I was having family issues to were I was not able to pay for the item right away and he held onto my item. He was also sincere as well! When someone can personalize every interaction than that’s a guy worth doing business with. And to all those name sayers Give the guy some credit he does a fantastic job!

I got a screen replacement for my Dell Laptop and it took less than a day in a half. Also, my stickers were added to my new screen..highly reccomend!

I was genuinely unhappy with my experience but i mostly just wanna see if hell give me a rude reply here like the others 😋 notice me, senpaion the real, though, what repair shop doesnt have much of his own parts to test machines with? he uses other customers parts to test with. make sure you go in with that in mind
I dropped off my Surface Pro 3 on Thursday for a battery replacement. I got a call on the same day from one of the techs who informed me that replacing the battery may break the screen which was intact (no cracks) when I dropped it off that same day. He told me if that were to happen that they would pay for half the screen to continue the replacement. I told him that it was okay to continue and we had agreed on the phone. Before hanging up, the tech told me that I could pick up my surface pro 3 on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I went to pick my surface pro 3. The tech told me that they decided not to replace the battery as we discussed, that it was going to be near impossible to replace the battery without breaking the screen, which we both had discussed 5/6 days prior, whenever he called Thursday. He returned my surface pro 3 to me and I checked it, as I always do, and there was a crack across the screen! It was a hairline crack that Im sure wont effect the touch sensitivity but nonetheless a visible crack that was not there when I dropped it off. I asked the tech if he had attempted to fix it, he said oh, yeah he told me that he did not want to crack the screen more than what he had already cracked and decided to not continue. I understand the difficulty of the replacement, but we both had agreed that even if it cracked that he would continue which he did not do. I now have a dead surface pro 3 and now a cracked screen . I had tried contacting the tech during the 5/6 days he had my surface pro 3 without a response. I at least expected a call the day the screen cracked when he was repairing it to confirm that I still wanted to continue, but I did not even get that call. Just poor communication and an unfortunate event leaves this unsatisfactory review and upset from a costumer. All I got from those 5/6 days of repair was a cracked screen that I did not have before. I have reached out the the tech and ask for him to right This wrong, but have yet to receive a reply.

He told me to come I drove all the way there wasting my time and gas, as soon as I enter keeping my purpose away what I came for, he was asking do I have windows 10, do you have activation key, can I see the activation key,
This place is amazing! They offer on-site (will come to your house) computer technical help which is what I desperately needed! Very helpful and kind staff. They are super competent in computer fixing and if you are having a computer crisis you will not regret bringing your problems here! Super helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt get the feeling they just wanted my money.
One year ago my laptop was hacked and near death. George at AZ computer labs worked some magic and fixed all that was wrong. On 12/11/2019 I was again hacked and stood to loose my social media account as it had been replaced by a new screen (written in Portugese)with all my contacts and things saved deleted.. Once again George came to the rescue and fixed all that was wrong, cleaned things up, installed an anti virus program and even gave me a new adapter Got my computer back the next day.. I cant thank him enough!!!

We are a retired couple, we had trouble using out our email, Out computer was also malfunctioning.George the Technician and Gustav the Manager at Arizona computer labs were just amazing helping us to get out PC repaired, they also created a new email account for us and showed us how to use it .We are so greatful, highly recommended.
Bought a micro SD card from them that was posted on offer up. Less then a week later it stopped working. $35 bucks wasted since now suddenly they have a no return or exchange policy, thats convenient........

Waited a half year to write this to give the owner more than a fair chance to make this right. Brought my 27 in mac in with a hard drive issue. The glass front had to be removed to access it. After three weeks, i got the computer back.Took it home and had the fan started to sound really loud. I unplugged the computer and waited for his store to open the next morning to report the issue . As I was getting ready to call, the glass front came off, dropped to the floor and broke. Called him told him what just happened, and he said the fan noise was a symptom of sensor telling the computer it was hot due to the glass separating from the body of my Mac.He apologised and offered to take my hard drive out and put it on another computer to let me borrow. He said he needed a couple days to do this. This was the end of March, he never got around to it.My Mac is a run of the mill mac, and not much more can be said. He ordered the wrong part and said he needed to return it, get his money back and he would look for the right glass front. That was the end of May, mind you, I had to take off work to go to his shop because when I called, no answer.That is unless i called from a different number. Then, no problem, but I wanted to show up in person to expedite the process.Over the months of June and July I called, usually to leave a message unless I used a different number.Now I am at the point where all phone calls are being recorded. It is clear to me I am getting jerked around. Keep in mind, he never called me once all this time to tell me anything. Fast forward to the end of September. I called and was told he cant find the glass front for an ordinary run of the mill 27 inch MAC. HAHAHAHAHAAHHAA. I told him to send it to Apple or file a claim on his insurance. All he said is he would have to wait until 10/1, a Monday to look into it, and he was gone this summer. Story to be continued .... looks like someone will be buying me a new computer or magically get the glass front for a 2014 MAC. Will write an update as soon as something happens.
