ABSOLUTELY THE BEST: I came in to my office on Monday to a blue screen on my computer, I couldnt get anything to work and started to panic as it is the end of the year and I have tons of work to complete. I called a friend of mine to see if he could help out with a referral because he always seems to have one, he referred me to Chris at Computer Troubleshooters.. I couldnt be happier, Chris dispatched Avery (field tec) to come to my office to see if he could help, he realized my computer needed more than a simple field visit and took my computer in to their shop to fix it. I was a little apprehensive and nervous letting complete strangers take my computer with all of my company information away from me but within a few hours they called me with the prognosis. Ultimately when my computer did some update it caused everything to crash, they were able to save my data and transfer everything to a new updated larger hard drive and cloned everything so as if nothing ever happened. What a huge relief... These guys are absolute pros and saved me thousands of dollars in lost work and weeks of stress. I cant say enough.. Also when they returned my computer and handed me the bill I just about fell out of my chair, not because it was outrageous, quite the opposite, it was so affordable I felt like I was taking advantage of them... Way To Go! Im so happy.. Merry Christmas guys and Thank you again!!!

Had Computer Troubleshooters out to install and configure a Wi-Fi router and add a second monitor. Tech showed up 40 minutes late and had left the required hardware at the office. Hooked up the router and made sure it worked. Discounted the call because he failed to keep the appointed time, then left. After he left we noticed that the Wi-Fi printer was no longer working and a few other minor problems. One hour late for the appointment. His idea of Wi-Fi connection was to run wires to the both the computer and printer. This time I was told to get the left behind hardware from the previous appointment myself; which I did and installed myself. I was charged the full rate for this appointment. A phone call and an email have not yet been returned, Our iPhones continue to drop calls and iPads continue to have internet connectivity issues with a maximum of 2 bars. Configuration was never done. Think twice.
