Got an appointment on short notice to have work completed on 6/11/2021. While there, the tech was courteous and work was completed quickly and at a great price. What I most appreciate though, is that while an install error was initially made, the technician rectified the problem before I drove away. Thank you for taking a second look when I had a hunch there was a problem, but couldnt verify at the time.

David probably does one of the cleanest, most efficient installs Ive personally ever witnessed. Much appreciated on the line out converter installation as well as making the wiring more incognito than google allows - all in all a great experience and if you want quality work that is certified and will back its work with customer satisfaction, this is a top notch place to visit.

The lead Geek at this store stated he could not do a certain type of service on my laptop which another Geek Squad location will do. I have the definite impression this lead Geek is either far to lazy or incapable of providing the work requested for which he is hired to do as a Geek squad Lead. So pathetic and disappointing. I will seek laptop service a different store with more competent Geek squad personnel.
