This is the best place to get your nails done, they dont rush and take their time with you even when they are busy. I recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pedicures, shellac, dip or acrylics. They do amazing work and very personable.

Always have great service. Appointments are recommended to avoid a wait, they are always busy so while drop ins are welcome, you may have an extended wait time. They have updated their chairs which are very comfortable. They always work wonders with my feet. I have a lot of issues with my heels due to working on the farm and being on my feet, they always soften them up and make them feel great. Very friendly staff and always engage in conversation.

This place is great, and Hannah is amazing. Shes been doing my nails for about 5 years now, off and on. Anytime Ive tried out a new place at the suggestion of friends, or due to time constraints, Ive always been disappointed in comparison to Hannahs professionalism and abilities.Hannah is always quick, but doesnt rush. She is friendly, and attentive.She has never run more than about 10 mins behind; and considering she is the primary nail stylist, Ive come to accept this - and Im very particular about my time since I often go in the middle of the work day. She will always do what you ask, but respectfully provides her professional opinion as to what would be best for YOUR nail beds.

Overall the staff was really friends and nice. They did an alright job on my mani-pedi. What got me was the ending price. When looking at the menu I saw reasonable almost cheap prices for manicures and pedicures but when I went to pay I was shocked that the price was way more than anticipated. When I asked why I found out they charge more when you get more than one service which imo is ridiculose. Most salons give a discounted rate for getting both manicures and pedicures to encourage spending more. I wasnt expecting a discount but I was expecting the price to be what I was getting, not to get charged more getting the same service.TDLR: If your going to get a manicure or a pedicure go for it but if your planning on getting both at the same time go somewhere else if you care about fair pricing.

I went to XO Nail & Spa to get my eyebrows waxed like I have done for over a year. The older lady that they call mama is the one who did my eyebrows. Well today for some reason she gave me a very bad rub burn from rubbing my eyelids with a dry cotton ball. Its not my eyebrows its my eyelids. When I told her mama the old lady she offered ointment and became very rude. I asked for the manager and no one in the shop would tell me who the manager was. I then spoke to some young girl who was very rude. She ask me what she was supposed to do about it. No one offered a refund at all and I didnt get an apology. They suggested it was an allergic reaction no maam its not I clearly felt what the problem was that caused it. I will never go back there again. They are not professional what so ever!!!! Theyre to busy doing each others toes to worry about good customer service.I also posted a picture of my eyes
