Adrian Group Apartment is awesome. The apartments are very clean. The management is very helpful and friendly. The up keeping of the apartments and properties are kept up nicely by maintenance.If you need a apartment I would definitely recommend Adrian Group Apartments

My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment and were told that our application was approved and that they would be in touch.We called back the next day, and the Monday following and were told that they never received an application for my boyfriend and that I was denied.I tried calling to discuss with the lady that had called me the week prior to let me know I was approved, and no one will answer my calls or return any of the messages I have left.

I love being a part of the Adrian Apartment group family. We have been a part since 2011. We feel safe, and have felt at home. They are responsive to our needs as well as are friendly and great to work with.

Hidden charges everywhere. They constantly take away various methods of payment. Called for maintenance and I was told that the light fixture was broken and to just wiggle the light bulb to get it to work. Also, they are never in the office and it takes about a week to get ahold of them on the phone.Update: They reached out about the various problems that I had. They promptly scheduled a time to come to my apartment the next day. While here they fixed everything that needed it the very same day. T also discussed every other issue with me and everything was settled. They did a great job fixing all the problems and issues I had. Were very friendly with me and also with my dog.

I have lived in one of their apartments for a year now. I found them very easy to work with when I was trying to reserve an apartment in advance from a distance. Units were immaculate upon moving in, and they do a good job of maintaining the hallways etc. Snow removal was good as well.When I have had an issue I have contacted them and they have responded quickly and it is usually been taken care of within the day if it all possible.Neighbors are friendly as well.

The apartments are great! Very spacious with walk-in closets and the master bedroom has its own full bath. The complex also has a very nice pool. Craig head of Maintenance is outstanding, hes knowledgeable and very professional. Whenever something needs to be done hes here promptly to help with anything you need. Any issue Ive ever had, normal apartment issues, hes here quickly and solves it same day. Florance at the main office is amazing as well and helps with all your needs. Truley amazing staff. I give this place, Craig, and Florance 5 out of 5 stars.

We needed a short term rental in the summer of 2018 while working in the area. Florence was wonderful to work with and helped us find the perfect apartment. We had few issues but when we did, they took care of them right away. We appreciated the help and would rent again if needed in the future.

I have rented from the Adrian Apartment Group for three years and have been impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. The apartments are good, comfortable and quiet, but in my experience its the people who manage a complex who make the difference. In this case, the people in the office and the various support people who help tenants with their problems are all accommodating and proficient. What I especially appreciate is that they do what they say they are going to do. (Unfortunately, that quality is a lot more rare these days than one might wish it to be.)

I would like to give a big thanks to maintenance (Craig) in particular for such a great job he does here at the Adrian Apartment Complex. He was very kind and was there at our convenience. He fixed all of our issues that were requested and looks much better than it was before. He was very friendly and polite with all of us. Highly recommended asking for Craig to help assist with all of the maintenance issues.

I called for help because my sink was plugged and in less than 35 minutes the issue was dealt with.The staff here is very friendly and professional and My Neighbors are the BEST😊 Adrian Manor is pet friendly and I swear everyone cleans up after their own! I have had no issues here with anyone for any reason THIS Place is kept Very Clean! Im So Happy I Moved Here💕 I plan on staying a Long Time👍

I have only been here for 3 weeks, but I find the people here are very nice, and have been very helpful. I am in a handicapped apartment, and I find it very easy to get around in my wheelchair. I am looking forward to a long and pleasant stay here.

I really like all the staff with Adrian Apartment group. Florence is very professional and if I have any problems she makes sure everything gets taken care of. The maintenance team is great and gets things fixed in a timely manner. Craig has done an excellent job at fixing a couple different problems that have come up.

I have lived at Adrian Manor for about 15 years. I love it here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Any problems or issues are taken care of within 24 hours or sooner. The apartments and grounds are always taken very well care of.

Friendly staff, maintenance on repairs within 24 hours. Weve been here for 2 years and no complaints. A nice and quite community. Excellent place for families.

I highly recommend! Management was sooo helpful when the apartment I wanted and was planning on renting fell through. I was contacted immediately and other options were offered to me on the spot. After discussing and visiting them, we decided on a MUCH better option that suits my needs and I couldnt be happier! Lived in one of their apartments for a year. The apartment was in decent shape, but the landlords just completely did not care. We added a fourth roommate and when we asked about getting another key, they told us people just copy keys whenever they want another one. They don’t change the keys when people move out, so people just have extra keys to places if they want.They also lost our checks for rent at least 3 times and claimed we hadn’t turned rent in each time. This happened until my roommate refused to pay rent unless someone was there to physically take the check and process it in front of her. They were not happy with us for doing this, but we were happy not getting late fees.

I went from a small, cramped place to an amazing apartment in less than a week! Florence helped me out so so much! I ended up with the apartment I wanted and it’s all thanks to her. I highly recommend the Adrian Apartment Group. They care!

Hi. I have been renting apartment from Adrian Apartment Group for many years and have been very happy with experience. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always takes care of maintenance right away.

Craig is an absolute Outstanding man and worker. 8pm, washer breaks and AC, man fixes them both in 30 min. No complaints. Great man.

This place is an excellent place to live I have lived here since 2008 The management here if you have any problems will send someone right over to address the issues. I highly recommend them if your looking for a great place to live.

Awesome people. Anytime we have needed something fixed the maitence came right away.

I needed my fans fixed because they were clicking and I just put in for the work order this morning expecting it would be a few days before they got to it, no big deal, but to my surprise Craig the maintenance man here arrived same day ready to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem he looked at a couple of other minor things I was worried about then before he left he grabbed my garbage sitting by the front door and took it out for me. We had some issues here last month with a money order that came up missing (luckily we got our money back) so I had quite the sour taste in my mouth but I must say that thanks to Craig the complex has somewhat redeemed themselves. Thank you Craig!

They never do what they say theyre going to do. I almost got into a serious altercation with a tenant who was noisy all hours of the day and night. He lived above me where the son played basketball all night. When approachec the tenant tried to back me up to some steps and they did nothing about it. If my sister hadnt came along who knows what would have happened Do not rent from these people, they care only about one thing, money. Renters beware.

A nice place to live. Property Manager(s) were easy to work with and helpful during my time of unemployment. Quick and friendly maintenance. Kathy was our property manager in the year we lived there.She was very helpful and easy to talk with. Plenty of kids from ages 5 to 15 which was nice for our 7 year old. Pool is nice and properly cleaned and maintained. The only negative would be could only use Comcast as internet and cable tv provider and if I had to rate Comcast I would give them a negative 5 star rating. They suck and traffic through the parking lot was uncontrolled and not fun. People have a tendency to drive way too fast through the common parking area. I would recommend Rivers Bend to anyone looking for decent affordable housing in Adrian.
