I’ve been going here the past couple of months & I will never go any where else! Everyone is amazing, fast but diligent. Lam is incredible at designs & has never cut me which is a big deal for me!!! Trust me you want to get your nails done here. :)

I am very disappointed in Grand Nail Spa.I drove 30 minutes To try this place out. I wanted a pedicure and a nail set. The lady who did my feet was very kind and patient. She did her best with my feet. However the man who did my hands had the nerve to tell me That he wasnt going to finish my nails because I was too picky. Serves me right to be picky if i am paying for something. Especially if i see acrylic all over my fingers and nails crooked. From the photos they present online are false. I didnt even want anything complicated like the photos they present. I just wanted my nails to be done correctly and if he cant even have Patience to do the acrylic right I dont trust him to even put the paint on right. I kept on telling him to go back and straighten a few nails thin the cuticles a little because i dont like bulky messy nails. It looks like my 6 year old daughter did my nails. When it was time to pay he tried to over charge me. I got a basic pedicure which is $28 and he tried to charge me $48. I gave him what they were worth then walked out. They just want your money and hurry up and get out type deal. I definately wont be coming back nor recommend this place. And i will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Check out pictures. He didnt even want to fix nor finish my nails. Smh

This place is horrible. Or maybe I just got a bad nail tech. The lady was late and then I asked for a fill she said no and made me get a full set again. She used an acrylic nail to take off my current acrylic nails… didnt soak them. She never prepped my nail bed just applied new acrylic nails right away. I kept telling her what colors i wanted and she said would not listen to me. She kept stopping in the middle of my nails and at one point started doing someone Else’s nails when I told her my mom is done with her pedicure and waiting so can we finish with mines please. She would not listen and the girls nails who she started even said “no finish her nails first it’s okay “ she was in a rush with my nails and left powder all around my edges and did not provide nail oil. On top of that my mom had a gel pedicure before and wanted regular nail polish this time and they got mad at her and argued because she had gel nails. The peppermint pedicure is only 25 they charged us 45 because she had gel nails…do not go here. Completely unprofessional

I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and waited for about 20 minutes before starting my pedicure. They had me pick out my polish colors while I waited. My peppermint pedicure was so relaxing and came out perfectly. After that, I got a full set of solar nails and asked for a very subtle ombre pink color with glitter. My nail tech, Lam, did exactly what I wanted and also shaped the nails the way I showed him in a photo. I love the way my nails turned out! Im very happy with the service I received as a first time customer. Ill be going back for sure!

I got a $60 pedi with gel polish I had an amazing experience with Cindy she is very thorough,& sweet. She super attentive as well I feel like I have new feet!😩🤣 I have pains in my feet sometimes and she alleviated it for sure! I’ll be back I found my new nail shop!

I love Grand Nail Spa! The entire team is welcoming and extraordinarily talented. I typically get acrylic over my natural nails, and they are great at feathering it perfectly to look natural. The shaping is always superb, whether going long or keeping them short and slightly squared. Their pedicures are also fantastic (I love the peppermint), and their gel work is amazingly enduring. I highly recommend them!

The lady spilled the glue all over my finger burning and irritating it. Then I asked her if she could fix the nail shape (was rounded on one side and square on the other) she filled it down on the wrong side. She seemed rushed even though no one was waiting. I will never return. I’d rather drive to Austin or Round Rock. No happy at all!

Okay yall! There is this wonderful lady named Tee. She does the best nails and brow waxes. I would recommend her to anyone and Ive had many compliments on my nails! My 8 year old goes with me and they treat her like a princess!

This was my first visit. They turned out ok. I just feel like they could’ve been sculpted a bit longer. I also got the peppermint pedicure and that was good. I’ll go back and get them filled and see how those turn out.

Love this place!! I’ve been going to Lam for almost 2 years now and he does an amazing job. I get a French mani dip powder, which isn’t easy to do, but it turns out perfect every time! My pedicures are always super relaxing too and I love talking to the ladies. My feet are super ticklish, but they’re really accommodating and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible! 10/10 would recommend!

This place is amazing. I really love Loann. She takes care of me at every visit. She really pays attention to detail and takes her time to make sure your nails look fantastic. This is just one of the beautiful sets she has done for me. 😍

I absolutely enjoyed this experience with this being my first time to this specific spa because my normal one was closed. I got a peppermint pedicure and was really pleased that unlike other places Ive been to, they arent aggressive with getting the job done but with making sure it is always up to my standards. I for one didnt expect the warm stone massage but I loved every second of it.

After reading all of the reviews I’m starting to think my nail tech is who I should be mad at instead of the salon in general but the ONLY reason why I’m not leaving one star is because I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen. My water for my pedicure was cold the entire time and I repeatedly got ignored when I complained . I was asked to get gel polish multiple times after explaining why I only wanted it on my hands and the hot stones that were used were extremely hot and she kept sticking it under my feet Even though I was moving out of the way on purpose. Afterwards I wanted a simple full set with coffin shaped and an easy rhinestone design. Instead I got too think and lopsided talons that look like I’ve had them for weeks. I got my nails done April 27th, these pictures are from May 1st. Both hands had rhinestones but my left hand lost two smaller stones by the next day so I had to remove all of them. In total I spent $91 to have been scalded, ignored and highly unsatisfied . I will not be returning I’d rather go somewhere with better quality work despite the facility not being as efficient as theirs . In this instance I didn’t get what I paid for by any means .

This is my current go to salon. It’s not perfect and can be a little crowded so it’s best to make an appointment prior but they’re very friendly and they do a good job.

The original work was excellent. Nail photos look rough because I had to leave for an appt before they were fully dry, also my skin is unbareably dry).The nail tech was so sweet, she helped me to my car (even buckled me in!) to try and preserve the manicure.I did the OPI mani on my own nails, which is for ultra dry and sensative skin. My hands/fingers were MUCH rougher/dry looking before the exfoliation etc.I wish I had enough to give a better tip than I did!

My first time at this nail shop and when I tell you the customer service from Lam and Cindy was over the top! Honty they treated me like a Royal Queen! I loved it! Definitely going back for more!

Great job on pedicure! Lot of hard work, more than what I expected.

Even with an appointment I’ve had to wait. The first time I went I waited an hour and a half for pedicure and full set. The man doing my nails made them crooked. The second time 20 minutes for a pedicure that was was just ok. I always say I’ll try anything twice. I think I’m good on this location.

1 week later 3 nails cracked and broke when I called I was told I would be charged for the repair $3 each nail If this my error Id have no problem paying for repairs. This was caused by bad products seeing as other reviews that are recent have the same issue. I wont be returning to a place that does not stand behind the fact that my nails braking was an error on their part and then wanting to charge. If you want your nails to last longer than 1 week dont go here.

She takes her time to clean your feet up and takes her time on the massage as well. Just wow!Lam of course is my go to nail man. His attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. We left very satisfied so I decided Id come again for my next full set, it is now February 2019 & I wouldnt go anywhere else! Went here for the first time to get a gel manicure on christmas eve and my nails began to peel and chip after 6 days. When i went to let them know they told me its been 9 days and that was the reason for my nails looking the way they do is because of the amount of time that has passed it has only been 8 days! Do not go here they do a horrible job.

They charged my sister $100 for just painting her a simple color and design

I would say my experience at the actual salon was fine, no issues. However, I am less than a week from when I got my dip manicure and all of my nails have cracks in them and one has fully broken. I have been at home that whole time, not doing anything that would be “hard on my nails” and I’m extremely disappointed with paying $40 for something that didn’t even last a week.

Absolutely love coming to this salon! I’ve been getting pedicures and manicures done here for over 2 years. The salon is clean and welcoming. I make my manicure appointments with Lam. He is absolutely my favorite nail tech in Pflugerville and Austin area. He is very professional and sweet. His nail skills are amazing and has great nail ideas. So if you’re ever not sure which nail design/color to get, he definitely has some wonderful ideas. There’s also been a few times, that I requested an appointment on a short notice and he definitely makes the effort to accommodate.I definitely recommend that you book an appointment with Lam or with any other nail tech.

This is my favorite nail salon! He always takes time on your nail shape. If you like rhinestones you better be slidin over here, I’ve never had any of my rhinestones fall off!! Everyone is always super nice and they’ll even offer staying later after they’re closed to make sure you have what you need. ❤️

I live nearby so I came in as a walk-in today. I was seen to immediately. I showed Lam a photo of what I wanted and he suggested a color similar that I ended up liking more. He asked questions and verified multiple times to make sure I was happy (shape, color, finish etc).His attention to detail was so refreshing! He was gentle but quick, and not once was there any burning/pain that can come from getting acrylics done. I honestly was so happy with how he treated me throughout the process!I opted to get some jewels done, and he showed me the whole collection and we talked about all sorts of options. I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I kept scrolling through Pinterest and changing my mind before settling on something simple but beautiful. He was so patient and I’m in love with the end result!It was super affordable too. I definitely will be back and recommend you stop in to get pampered too! Lam and Grand Nail Spa are wonderful!

Lam is the best! Ask for him. He does the best nail designs and pedicures. Very friendly staff. Tons of gel colors, power and SNS to choose from. They offer each client a beverage from water to wine to help you relax. They provide waxing and facials as well. Kid friendly. Big TVs always on. Pleasant music in the background. Lots of open parking.

Warm and welcoming. Clean and exceptional service. The manager always is going out of her way to make sure every customer is satisfied. Honest because I always seem to leave things behind, including my ring, and I always get it back. The only complaint I have is when customers are extremely rude to them, and some seem to only come in to get something free. Thats not right. If you love a great customer service, clean, with exceptional service, and prices that fit your budget, this is the place. Thank you ladies for always providing excellent service. :)

Ive been coming to Lam for years as will as my daughter. We are always treated great. The staff is very friendly. Recently we moved to Del Val and have tried to find some one close for the convenience but can NOT find any one else who does a greater job than him. Not only do we do our nails but we also get our eyebrows done. So yes we will drive across town for great service. Its like going to your favorite restaurant. Charged me $50 for a full set of acrylics when their website stated $28. Now I did get gel polish so I was expecting to pay max $10 more for it since thats what I typically pay at other places. This place was outrageous. On top of that I was not pleased with my nails. The acrylic was too thick and the girl had no clue hit to do a simple glitter gradient even after showing her a picture. When I tried to tell her what was wrong within them she said they would get fixed with the top coat... how will they get fixed once the gel has cured?!? Do not recommend this place. Maybe the tech I got was new but either way.. you can get similar if not BETTER quality of nails elsewhere and still be under $50. Went here because of the great reviews but I dont see how they are rated above 4 stars. Rip off!!

BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!Words cannot do this salon any justice. Lam, the owner is very welcoming and remembers the salons regular customers by name! T is my regular nail tech but I have visited with others when she is busy. The salon is a small regular nail salon and nothing to fancy but they take their time, they listen to your comfort and needs and they are very clean.Over the past year I visit with T once a month or more!! She always takes her time tp ensure to give you the best experience and best results. She is extremely creative with designs also!Iv had to return once or twice to get a repair on something that was my own fault.. and they were happy to repair as it was within 5 days.Just remember, this is a family run small business.. The owners actually work there too! If you treat them with kindness and respect they will always do the same. Im so happy that Iv fount a regular nail place. :)

The new owners are fabulous!!! Lam is a true artist and my nails are always beautiful and smooth. He is the best!!! I’ve been to many salons in Pflugerville and Austin, and I’ve never been happy with the quality I have received. Now, I don’t go anywhere else. Lam’s solar nails look gorgeous for a long, long time and I always get compliments on them. I also get a pedicure and the basic is priced very reasonably. I love the massage chair and he always does a beautiful job. Highly recommend!!

This place was recommended by a friend. I really liked the way her nails looked plus the reviews looked really good. I made an appointment and arrived early. I fortunately didnt have to wait for my appointment time. My friend met me there in hopes I could have the same tech she used. Unfortunately, that tech was not there that day. Most of the reviews I read talked about how friendly the staff was and how they were offered snacks, water, etc. There are a couple of reasons Im giving this place 3 stars. I was not offered anything, not even water, which is fine most places dont. My tech was not very friendly and she cut me when using this special tool to perform a new method to do the dipping powder. No apology was given. I was never told about an extra charge for removing my old nails, my regular salon does not charge for this.I may try this place again depending on whether my friend finds the tech that did her nails.The nails came out just ok...there are some flaws which I think could have been avoided.

As a guy who is not embarrassed about getting pedicures and I do keep up with my hygiene. Its comfortable and Im well treated each time. They make sure you dont wait too long and making an appointment is recommend.

Horrible service me and my family came on august 21 the dude rush thru my nails didn’t take his spots was missing on the nails they were rushing my family out the nail shop and we spend the most money we spend 147$ . Bad service never again don’t go to this shop they are horrible

Such a great place! I came here on a Monday and they were able to accommodate me and my fiancé for a mani/pedi. The technicians we had were Cindy, Amy, and T (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name). The service they provided was phenomenal and very detail-oriented. I didn’t feel rushed and I know they were doing a great job! Their prices are very fair. I would highly recommend!

I have been to many many nail salons in the north Austin/pflugerville area and this place is my fav. Lam is the BEST at nails. He can do any and every thing. His talent amazes me more and more every time I get my nails done.

I went to this place because it is less than two miles away, had good reviews, and I was able to make an appointment. I didnt have a problem when I was asked about upgrading on my pedicure, and I did take the upgrade. Then when I let the person know how I wanted my nails done, it was kind of like a battle. Maybe white tips take longer or arent as expensive? It seemed after I didnt change my mind that I had insulted them. From there, I thought the pedicure was fine but commented on my nails once and was told, its because your nails are bad the tip doesnt fit. I asked for the square round filing, and Ive had other salons ask what that meant, but this person said, ok as if they could do that - they could not. Ive never left a review on a nail salon because its risky trying new ones, but this was not pleasant and cost me $95. I wont be back.
