*EDIT* I went back for them to re did my nails and they did a much better job. As I stated before they are all very nice. This time I did SNS and they look much better since she took the time.*This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I was ACTIVELY getting my nails done (feet and hands) for over 2 hours here. I want to be clear about the fact that everyone was very nice. I’m not basing this review on their niceness since I ended up spending $70 I would rather someone be a little less nice and actually do a competent job if i have to have this on my nails for 2-3 weeks. This woman (older asian lady) had to redo my nails like 3 times. By the second I was ready to walk out but again she was so nice I felt bad. The first time she started filing three of my nails after she had cured the gel then re did those. Then she calls someone else to help her because I had asked for a design on my ring finger. It seemed like she didn’t know how to do it. When the other woman comes whoch I’m guessing was the owner she was doing my left hand and the older woman was doing the right one at this time she starts taking all the gel out of my right hand AGAIN this time she leaves the foil and acetone. I asked what is happening? She said she forgot to take the oil off so the gel won’t last long. The owner and her start going back and forth in their language they sounded lime they were arguing and I’m just sorting there now for over an hour. When she is done scraping my nails which I had to keep pulling back because she was doing it so hard she was filing off my skin! She then told me she will wait for me to finish my pedicure and then I had to go sit at the table to finish my right hand (the left one was done already by the owner). I go sit there thinking she’d be better at it at an actual table, boy was I wrong. At this point I just wanted to leave. My nails look awful, my cuticles hurt. The owner at no point offer a discount or anything like that. Never again. The girl doing my feet though was great, she did a good job and was thorough so I don’t want to say that probablythere aren’t people there that do a better job. Picture attach of my nails, she couldn’t even clean the sides. This was 2 days ago and I’m still cleaning my nails from the extra gel. When I got home they were basically glued together. I kept showing her where she needed to file and she just did a terrible job at it. Picture speak for themseves.

Best nails is a great salon... I love rose she does a great nail and I highly recommend her. The whole staff is super friendly. They dont just offer nails but they do massages to. The price are Reasonable and salon is nice and clean.

It was my second time there today. So far service has been consistently friendly. Everyone there is down to earth, and cool. Im a gel gal and I am satisfied w my results. My mom and I called ahead on a Saturday and they fit us in quickly. I have never had anyone spend so much time on my nails, so I even added on a manicure. They were perfect and professional. My mom had SNS done and they turned out amazingly. Also, its pretty affordable and they gave us a $5 off coupon for our next visit!

This is my birthday weekend and this was me and my moms 1st time coming here. We absolutely loved it!! Customer service was beyond great. I loved how i was took what my price wad going to be before i got my nails done. Rose did my nails and she is really gifted and takes her time on her craft. I think i have found my forever spot. This is the best nail salon Ive been to in Texas! My nails and eyebrows look amazing! Rose is really nice and cares a lot about her clients. They also have a referral program that allows you to save on your next visit! I will be back!

I give it 3 stars because my very first time and every time I schedule an appointment, I arrive and no one wanted to do my nails so I sat there for a while (30 min) until Alice came and offered to do my nails and she was amazing she was the best. Its sad to say that she dont work there any more. She was amazing !!

I came here for the second time 3 weeks ago, I got a full set done and a week and half later they started falling off.I was not pleased when I left because my nails were not even with one another. The first time I got it done it was fine however I had not been in a long time.I WILL NOT RETURN. Also I tried calling them several times and it says phone disconnected so I could never get a hold of someone.

I really don’t like it at all. My nails were so not for my hands. And the offered a discount for next time if I only leave a good comment on google maps which I did cuz I was kinda embarrassed and then a delete it cuz I needed to warn people 🙄that was before August I just finally found this place and I could leave my review !

Walked in and it didnt look very clean, strong smell of polish so venting isnt on par with newer salonsWouldnt honor a $20 gift voucher even though there was no experation date, only a issue date. Lady wad rude and didnt care to explain their policy or try to make things right. Ill go back to Bliss Nail where they treat you like royalty.

A horrible place and the hater owner named Rosie who replies the reviews with rage. I don’t know what are you doing on the nails business you are short of staff and the ones that you have doesn’t care about the customers. They charged me $55 first and ran my card and while I was waiting on the toes dryer, 2 minutes later Rosie came and said it would be more because something that I didn’t even understand but fine I just paid and leave. They are trying to charge more than a regularservice in a better spot.

This was my first visit there so I called ahead of time to get a price on a service and at checkout they acted as if they didn’t know what was I was talking about. In addition, the other reviews are correct when it comes to performing services you do not ask for then charging you for them after you have declined their many many many upsale tactics. Also, they pull prices from out the air. Needless to say I will NEVER go back!!!!

Usually I am pleased with their service, but was in this past Monday and a semmingly nice pedicure until it dawned on me later the technician did not even give me a massage. That evening, my big toe polish smudged (I was at salon at 11am) and I had to remove all polish and start over. This is when I noticed uneven nail lengths and cuticles that had not even been pushed back!! What was the $45 for?? Oranges and hot towels? Not pleased.

Ive been coming here for years and although the owner has changes i am still always happy with my nails. Today Rose hooked it up, I love my nails!

I got a pedicure with gel, as well as a gel manicure. A woman did my toes, while the woman who did my toes was very nice, the quality of the service was lackluster. A man did my nails, and he was very rushed to get done with me as another client of his had come in to complain about the quality of her nails. The woman who did my toes was nice enough to redo my nails, but still just a few days after all my nails started peeling. I will not be back.

My nails were horrible! Two nails chipped the day after service. My pedicure was rushed. I was visiting from out of town and will never return or refer anyone to them. Keep in mind I get my nails and pedicure every 2 weeks year round, so it’s not much to maintain but somehow they managed to fall short! When I brought this to their attention, they became irate and unprofessional. Wow!

I told the lady I wanted an acrylic nail but she put on shellac and when I tried to tell her thats not what I wanted through the process she kept saying she would fix it but never did. She cut two of my fingers and there is blood mixed in under the clear polish. When I tried to explain that it wasnt what I wanted she got rude and told me to tell her correctly next time and charged me anyway.

I was excited not only excited to get my nails done by an trusted ex-colleague (whos name is Rosa (nor whom wasnt pikachu) I use to work with and thought nothing but the best about her; but also to see her.All I have to say is I wish I would of paid the xtra $35 at milk&honey. I am unsatisfied with the service she did, an half-ass job, filled my toes nails slanted and un-even but she also filled the whole side of my nails, making then smaller then what their normal size. My toes have been throbbing & hurting from how rough she was fillinv them. Then when it came to applying the gel. They continued to change prices. Not to mention the prices on their website is different frm their prices in their menu. I was unsatisfied with the gel application so asked for it to be removed. Only to be left looking like this:A HORROR MESS!!

My mother has been going her every 2 weeks while staying with us, she will be leaving in the next 2 weeks to go home, apparently Rosie knew this and today when she went in for her regular appointment the tech asked Rosie how much she should charge her (she has been paying $30 every 2 weeks since October), her response was shes leaving and going back to her home state so charge her $35, not a professional way to conduct business.
