Nina and the staff are always amazing and very sweet. They do a great job on my nails. The environment is quiet and clean. They offer a nice selection of colors and types of nails. Plus, you can never go wrong with a nice chair massage!

Went for Covid shot and saw Pro Nails while waiting. Called and made appt for 1 hr after shot. Pro is total professionalism. Fully Covid safe. This is 10 days since I had full pedi, nail extends, acrylic, and a nice pink gel they had to improvise on the spot. Everything except my new nail beds look like I just walk out of the salon. And I have banged the tips hard a couple of times. Still perfect. Thanks Nina and company. EDIT: Cost me less than expected.

I love Nina. She has been doing my nails for 7 months. She is the best in the business.I am a guy, but I have a lot of experience with nail salons. The quality of work is impeccable. Her nails repairs are genius and art is very skilled and amazing.My mom loves coming here too.So many happy customers leave this hidden gem. And Nina is my favorite ever!

I had to calm down before I posted this review.. I’ve went to this salon with my granma for years !! I tried to get in with her before I had my family reunion but she was busy so the day of I had to go somewhere else. When I got back from the reunion I went to get a color change and cut down ... Lena saw my nails and knew they were not from her and started questioning me since I always go to her. After being interrogated I told her what I wanted, she wasnt busy at all ( she stayed in the back the whole time my nails were getting done) but instead of her doing my nails she told me to let her friend do them.. which she knows I didn’t want because she usually always does my nails but I was short on time .. so I let her friend do them and I get this ...H O R R I B L E.I was there with my boyfriend and he told me I took a L which I did because idk if she told her something or was just trying to teach me a lesson but I will not be returning. I got up and was about to literally cry it was embarrassing. I didn’t even say anything I didn’t even look at Lena when I paid her I sat my nails down on the counter for her to see and she gave me 2 coupons like that helped .. it didn’t .. It took hours to get not 2 BUT 5 COATS OF GEL !! Off of my nails ... these pictures do the nails justice .. the nails were so thick and blocky she even cut my nails with scissors?? WHO DOES THAT? -__- in the past I rated this place a 5 and now it’s a 0 for me. Mad or not you shouldn’t play with people’s money, Time, or nails... so much for being a loyal customer for years 💔 ( the French tips are from the last time I went and I did a good rating because I thought they were perfect... the white nails with glitter is from the time I’m talking about now .. horrible )

If you want a slice of heaven, go to Pro Nail Spa & Hair in Pflugerville for a fabulous pedicure that will leave you on cloud 9. I go there monthly for my haircut and once in a while I treat myself to a pedicure. They offer an array of polish colors that will compliment your wardrobe. Each time I wonder why I waited so long to treat myself. They have such relaxing massage chairs that keep you relaxed through the pedicure. The salon is always immaculately clean and the staff are professional and accommodating. They also use disposable liners in the whirlpool spa tub and clean the spa tubs before and after each treatment. Treat yourself this summer by going in and ask Nina for a haircut, manicure or pedicure. She will make you feel at home and very welcomed. Trust me, you wont be disappointed! Ive been a loyal customer for 18 years.

I’ve gone to this location for years and I definitely noticed when Nina started watering down my wine. I still tried to support them although she was deceiving me. When I ask for a certain services she will suggest something I completely don’t want or ignore my requests in all.

The gentleman here did my nails and they came out absolutely gorgeous!!! If you need a good spot,this is the place to be. I highly recommend this place.

Nina always takes care of my daughter and I. She takes her time and does exactly what you want. She doesn’t complain if you ask her to change or fix anything. She is awesome. No one will take care of you like she will.

I absolutely love this place especially Nina! This is where my mom goes to have her me time and they always look out for her. My mom has been sick for awhile and Nina provides extra care and even calls me to check on her if she hasnt came in for her routine pamper time. Everyone there always greats us with a smile and even stays open a little after hours just to accommodate her. Theres no other place I would take her.

Very clean and does and wonderful job no matter what you want done . They are very friendly and helpful with all of the services. I love getting my nails done. The pedicure feels so good youll never go anywhere else.

I got shellac done not even a week ago and they are already beginning to come up. Not to mention the paint is NOT even on each nail. There are visible brush strokes, thicker polished areas, and the color doesnt match the PINK they were supposed to be. My pedicure was mediocre however no scrubbing of my feet was involved. They were very aggressive in grabbing hands/feet and tried to upsell me constantly. I DO NOT recommend.

They are clean and so nice. there is never a mess up. i’ve been coming here since 2014 they make your nails last longer. they take their time and my number 1 go to place to get my nails done.

The staff there are always friendly and courteous. Nina is very patient and her work is highly recommended from me to someone nervous about trying a new nail salon or tech. She once helped me in the time of need when another place messed my nails up. I called them up and soon as I arrived it wasn’t a long wait plus it was close to closing time and when I left I was very satisfied and relieved.

I WILL NEVER EVER BACK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The first thing they asked me was where’s your mom(im a minor) and the payment method. Then she was asking for my moms phone number even though I had already told her many times that she would come once my nails were done😤. My nails ended up looking like literal trash. They were so thick and bumpy I wanted to take them off immediately. My sisters nails didn’t even last 2 days because they fell off. Trust me when I say I’m NEVER going back there!😑

Unless you are a happy, established client DO NOT waste your time in trying this place. I went in for a mani and pedi. Pedi lady was sweet but the polish went on gooey. Mani lady could not do as I asked. She was midway when I just couldnt allow her to complete my mani. I approached the man at the register to take care of my bill. Not once did he ask if services were satisfactory.
