The Salon Interior is so Pretty! Relaxing Atmosphere, Kinda expensive, unlike the average nail spa. But overall recommended. It was my husbands first Foot Spa, and He liked it!

I love the staff. All of them are AMAZING!!! Treated like royalty and my feet looked beautiful! If you want to be and look on point and have a great time go here!!! I would recommend to anyone 😁👍👍👍

Andrew has done such a great job on my lashes. I have gone to him twice now and he was always on time, professional and I love the look of them. They are a great price and you’re in and out quickly. Would highly recommend!

As I was visiting Texas, I desperately needed my nails done. I chose Enso as they were close to where I was staying. The ambience and aesthetics are amazing but don’t be fooled by the peacocks, and other exotic animals there as the service is horrible!! I spent 200 dollars on pedicures for myself and my daughter, along with her manicure and a full set for myself. Literally an hour after I left my nails literally started chipping. I went in on Friday, by Sunday I had 6 chipped nails and one lifting from the cuticle. Monday I went in to get them fix(no charge). Perfect right? No!!! By the end of Monday night, I had another chipped nail and the same nail that was lifting was lifting AGAIN!! I went back and talked to 3 different people and was told I’d have to pay because I was just there the day before. $8 dollars to fix both nails? Granted it isn’t a lot but it’s the principal. Why are my nails chipping so easily? Like the tips were literally just breaking off. That is not okay. The entire set was poorly done and all honesty I should’ve received a refund. I do NOT RECOMMEND going here!! They’re horrible!!! *UPDATE AND RESPONSE * My nails were never done correctly from the beginning! There’s absolutely no reason for my nails to break and lift the same day I get them done. Had I been doing something that would cause it, I wouldn’t be so upset. My nails literally chipped at the tip by doing the most simple task, like grabbing a spoon or opening a car door. Being courteous would’ve have been the tech realizing that the initial set of nails were done faulty and the tech should’ve redid them. Please don’t ever speak on being courteous when you did not complete the task at hand effectively!

Had a very nice experience at the location in Pflugerville! Called last minute and the ly fit me in within 30 minutes! Nails turned out wonderful, and I was treated with a lot of respect. My nail artist was very busy doing 2 people at once but I was still done in a timely manner with great quality!

I went in an got “hybrid” lashes, for 79$.I walked out paying 120$ my eyelashes are completely falling apart after no more then 15 hours.When I called to speak the manager “the manager was busy an had other priorities” an absolutely refused to give me any kind of refund.Lawyers will be used as well as TRUTHFUL reviews everyday until my profile is solved.Let’s not to mention the management calling names am being so disrespectful calling people poor an other ugly names.They don’t pay there taxes. That’s why there’s only using venmo.This place is absolutely garbage an should be ashamed of them selves.There sick

A close friend had a horrible experience. She had lashes done . The worst attempt I’ve ever seen .The business upgraded a manicure on her daughter and doubled the charge .They will not rectify or offer resolution.

Must visit! I was extremely pleased with my experience from the moment I walked in! Tiffany and Holly took very good care of me and went above and beyond! They made sure that I felt comfortable and surpassed what any nail techs have done for me! They saw me struggling and made sure to help me relax! I am so thankful that these ladies were working even another nail tech helped and I’m so happy customer service like this still exists! I’m from out of town but moving forward anytime I’m here I will return! Also extremely clean and classy atmosphere music and tv provide an extra touch to the relaxing atmosphere!

Not a good experience. Distracted nail tech kept getting up in the middle of my set, then she asked someone else to finish my nails, and she was even more disracted. On her phone texting and talking to her boyfriend. Didnt get what i asked for, and i took a pic so they knew exactly what i wanted. They were nice, but quality was awful and customer service was very poor..

I went in for my nails and my daughters nails to be painted. While I was getting my nails done, they decided to do a full manicure on my daughter without permission. When it was time to pay, the manager said $76. I was shocked at the price. I asked for an itemized list, she said she would give me one after I paid. I gave my card, she said they only do cash, cashapp and Venmo, there isnt a sign anywhere. I asked for an ATM close by. She then said I needed to leave my phone so she knew I would come back. I told her I wasn’t leaving my phone. The manager proceeded to grab me and blocked the door. I asked what she was doing. Once outside I contacted police. They proceeded to take pictures of us and my vehicle. When police arrived, she stated she didn’t put her hands on me. I would avoid this place!!

A very conspicuous kind of place...BEAUTIFUL Zen garden with peacocks. The ambiance of the spa sort of takes you away...at first. Then Tech 1 verbally gives you “price options”...no menu list, no pamphlet, just all random BS. Tech 2 does the pedicure work, does an okay job. Tech 1 prepares my manicure for Tech 3 to apply tips and powder...not friendly at all just “cordial”. Time to pay..cash app or Venmo only. Don’t ask any questions the response is very conspicuous. Tech 1 had to see that my cash app transaction went through...demanded to see my phone for proof. This is their practice but could be more “people-friendly”, provide a price list let the customer decide what to pay. CAUTION...ask for price BEFOREyour service begins.

HORRRRRIBBBLLLEEE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here!!! I visited on a Tuesday and the same day the paint was peeling off. It was lumpy and unprofessional. Paint was sliding and dip was all over under the nails. It looked like a kindergartener did it. They are rude, rush all services, and have horrible customer service. I didnt have time to get it fixed the same day so when confronted about the nails, she tried to blame me and threatened to call the cops. Again do NOT go here, they are complete trash! $40 down the drain. They do not listen to what you want and you never know what you will get. We will not be back.

Service was fast and great, owner very professional at the end asked if I liked the job and Im very pleased. Lady that did my mani seemed to be the leader and OMG she is good she was on top of everything. I am very pleased great atmosphere and I been in different places and so far this is been the best one.

The young lady Kimberly that does the lashes should definitely consider moving her business somewhere else because she is friendly and does well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in to get my dip nails and my pedicure. The result was lumpy and gooey nails on my hands and polish on my skin. I am having to go somewhere else to get them corrected. Worse fills ever.

Initially wrote a 4 star review appreciating the location and service as I was getting a pedicure but that changed to a 1 star review afterwards. The lady who was ringing me up was extremely rude after I didnt leave the type of tip she wanted. I am a student, was between paychecks, & I paid for my sisters service as well but I should not feel the need to explain myself...She pretty much told us to go outside to wait for our ride after our service even though they were still open. I returned a day later and was treated very poorly again. My sisters nail had been put on crooked and chipped so I wanted it to get fixed since her nails were done for a special occasion. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place until they get better customer service & stop harassing their customers for large tips.Their customer service is terrible and their online etiquette is inappropriate...

I went to Kimberly to get my “new set eyelash extensions” and my overall experience was fantastic. I was greeted quickly and sat down in a clean and nice area. (I was 15mins early) I met with Kimberly and told her exactly what I wanted and she took me into a very clean and nice room and throughout the process it was nice conversation and really relaxing. Took about 45-50 minutes and she was very good! I am so impressed and happy with the services! My lashes look amazing!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst gel manicure and pedicure I’ve got in my life. Took soooooo long and afterwards the manager tells me they only accept cash or cash app. Literally had to download an app on my phone to pay so I could leave. Then she demanded to see my phone because she didn’t believe I paid and the transaction went through, so it wasn’t even her cash app account! There’s also no menu for pricing, no website, and no FB page with pricing for services. She offered me a pedicure for $59 or $69, like what ?! Do not go here! Very sketchy and unprofessional!

I first found this gem from a Groupon for lash extensions at the end of June. I was hesitant because the reviews I read while researching were very negative, but I am so glad I bought the deal anyway! The lash tech, Kim, is WONDERFUL! Shes super friendly and answers all of my questions -- and Im telling you, I ask a lot of questions. Of course, its important -- theyre your eyes! Kim is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Shes also super honest with you and wont pressure you into returning - I just always come back because I trust her. Ive had 3 appointments and they are always respectful, efficient, flexible (so long as you give a few hours notice), and do amazing work!Folks, do your research before blaming everything on the tech. Your extensions WILL fall out with your natural lashes and that cycles differently for everyone. Dont wear make-up (especially oil-based) before your appointment or after for long-lasting wear. Sometimes the lash adhesive will irritate your eyes because some people are allergic to it. Its not always the salons fault.

I called for a last minute appointment and they took me in, no problem. The spa is relaxing and beautiful. The staff is nice. I asked for ice for my soda and she went out of her way to get me some since they ran out. I got a pedicure and it was amazing. The young lady that did my lashes was so precise and professional. Love my lashes!! I will be back.

What a wonderful first experience. While I cant speak for the nail salon services since Ive never gotten my nails done there I can say that Kimberley does a great job with eyelash extensions. I went there after finding a deal on Groupon. I have never had eyelash extensions and I was a little nervous. Kimberley put me right at ease answering all my questions and concerns and she was very personable. I will be recommending her to my friends,family, co-workers etc. The salon was also a beautiful facility with a very relaxing atmosphere.

I love enso nails & spa! they are so professional and they know how to satisfy and keep their customers happy. the quality of their work is amazing!! i’m in shock because i got a full set done 3 weeks ago and they’re still like brand new, yes a little grown out but none of the nails have lifted. i am more than happy with everything about their nail salon i always get treated well when i go get my nails done, i really recommend !

Service: 10/10, Spa: 9/10, Nails: 9/10, Price 1/10. $58 for a pedicure and $47 for a manicure with a $4/nail glitter up-charge. My girlfriend and I almost dropped dead after hearing the total. I now see why I read so many reviews of people not tipping...they cant afford it! The place was beautiful, and the customer service was great, but I would be willing to dock a couple services/spa points for a cheaper place. If you do have the $$$ to go here, please ask for CT. He was amazing!

I went to have a quick manicure on my lunch break. When they opened the nail polish bottle, it looked old to me. I asked them not to use old polish as I could not afford for it to take a long time to dry. The lied and told me it was not old. After they finished painting them, and as I was waiting for them to dry, they were clearly not drying quickly. I told them that I was not happy that they lied and that they should not use old polish. They told me they would dry quicker in the outside air. They just could not wait to get me out of there. I am now back to work and after 30 minutes they are still tacky. I will never go back again.

I got a manicure and pedicure and my sister got a acrylic set. The lady who assume is the boss was very pushy and rushing us the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable. A terrible job was done on my nails, they were shaped and only one coat was done. This is my nails only 1 day after getting them done. I paid 100 dollars for everything and it wasn’t even worth it. Would not recommend !

Such a cute and clean place. Tiffany was very nice and helpful. They closed at 8 but stayed till 8:30 tonight to finish me and my friends nails and eyebrows. I will for sure be going back. Very unprofessional. Price gouging at its finest during a global pandemic.. I was charged $42 for a regular pedicure... was told I had to pay cash after the service was already completed and all I had was a card on me, never told me ahead of time. The manager there that day literally tried to take my phone out of my purse so that I could call my “boyfriend” for cash... I called later to see what the price of a regular pedicure was and they said $28, when I brought up the fact that they overcharged me the lady said that the price is always changing... on top of all that my big toe/nail ended up getting an infection and I had to go on a 1 week of antibiotics as they most likely are not cleaning their tools properly per the provider I saw. Never again.

My sister and I scheduled next day appointments to get eyelash extensions! Service was excellent, price was only $58!! It makes me wish I lived here because I would totally be back. Almost 3 weeks later and my lashes still look amazing! I can’t remember the girl who did my lashes but she was great and fast (without sacrificing quality)!

The lady in this shop is quick to take your money but does a rush job when she finishes your nails. She has no regard for the customer . She did a rush job to where nails were popping off and then has an attitude like she does not care

My experience was amazing!! I was late arriving (almost closing time) and they stayed to take care of me. They were very welcoming and my nails turned out beautiful!! I told them I would come back the next day if I needed so they wouldn’t be so rushed and they insisted I stay and did an amazing job!! The place was so peaceful and relaxing! The peacocks made a gorgeous view while getting a pedicure! All around great and relaxing experience!! Can’t wait to visit them again!!

I went to this salon without reading the reviews. When I got to the place, their attitudes were not welcoming and unfriendly. Especially from the lash lady. I was trying to be nice but her affect was blank and honestly she was straight forward and apathetic. It made her demeanor come off as rude. So I come to the reviews and now I see what everyone is talking about with staff not being friendly. I mean if you want tips and at least for customers to come back you have to make them feel welcomed and smile, dont just brush your customers off like theyre nothing.I will say she did a good job with the lashes, answers questions, and following up during the process. But sometimes its the way you make a person feel and how you say things will determine if they come back or not. Unless you dont want them to. Its pretty sad someone can have talent and make their salon is very beautiful, but the attitude doesnt match.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My sister and I got a full acrylic set done at this salon. The next day, two of my sisters nails fell off. She called this morning to see how much it would cost to fix the nails, and they said $4 per nail, my mom called back to simply ask why the charge was $4 if the nail fell of the next day when its supposed to stay on longer than that. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and told my mom that she has an accent and that she cant understand a word she said as if she herself doesnt have a heavy accent to where we struggle to understand what she was saying, then proceeded to hang up on the phone. We called back and asked why she hung up the phone, and then she yelled, What the hell do you want? through the phone. We simply replied that we just wanted her to answer the question about the pricing, then she started to yell even more and insulted me and hung up again. We tried calling back, but they never responded. Horrible customer service, and highly recommend to go else where, never going back to them.

Extremely sanitary, beautifully appointed, and immaculate attention to detail. Six years as a client, and I have always had perfect service. All of my services lasts a month or more, and their convenient booking service through text or phone makes it easy for any busy professionals.Encourage anyone to walk in and take a look at the facility to see for yourself, as to the amount of attention and detail went into the build of the salon, business processes, and procedures.Each nail station is individually piped, so no cross contamination. Lash services is always handled with latex gloves, highly recommend Enso!

I wish there was a possible way for me to give you guys no stars. I have never in my life been to a place and have been this upset after getting a fill on my nails. My nails came out so un-evenly shaped the powder or gel came out so clumpy and bumpy none of my nails were smooth and you want to charge me $39 to get a fill? That is awful! I know for a fact you do not do this to regular customers and send them on their way with their nails looking this bad that is the most ridiculous terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will never come back to this place again and I will never recommend anybody to come here ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING TO THIS PLACE !!!

Nice decor and clean!! The staff was very nice and welcoming. Le did a great job on my manicure and Mindy even stayed after 8 pm to give me a pedicure. They made sure I was relaxed and satisfied with their services. I will be coming back again!:-)

My friend and I were needing to get our nails done and after our third attempt of locating a place we called and arrived at ENSO, who took us in and treated us so well! Tom and Diem did an amazing job and we look forward to this being our go to spot from now on. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been to this salon before and never had any issues but when I went on October 11th it was the worst experience ever! I decided to go get pampered since it’s been a while. Once I called for prices I was low key harassed to come up there by getting text messages and phone calls. I go up there and I did not receive the color that I wanted, the owner was very pushy and rude. I was convinced to get a nail shape that I really did not want but me being bashful I went along with it. Once I removed my nails after two weeks my nail plates were very red, thin, and sensitive to touch. A month later my nail plates still have not grown back yet and two of my nails appear to be yellow. When I called and told the owner she told me to deal with it basically. My natural nails are now damaged! IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

I have been going to Andy at Enso Nails and Spa for the last 2 years now. He has been nothing but extremely professional and has always done an exceptional job with my eyelashes. I have referred all my friends and clients to him because I know that he is exceptional at what he does, and he takes pride in every guest that comes in to receive fantastic eyelashes from him. Every time I have been to Enso Nails and Spa for any service, including eyelashes and nails, it is always pristine, and his eyelash room is always immaculate. He always ensures that his guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. I am an educator at the Aveda Institute, and we strive to teach our students that having a immaculately clean workplace and making your guests feel valued is our top priority in the service industry. I have no doubt in my mind that Andy excels at this aspect of his career.

The place is beautiful and the lady that does eyelashes is nice. However, it took her about 30 minutes to do them and the starter to fall after I left. The last place took about 2 hours to do them. I guess you get what you pay for. The nails in this place are the worst quality I have seen so far. I would not recommend doing you nails here. Two stars because the eyelashes are not bad when put on, but the quality is.

Love my experience at this nail salon. My all time favorite is Andy! He is very generous, kind, personable, great customer service. He genuinely cares about his clients! I went with my mom and 2 sisters to get a pedicure here. We were very rushed to pick our color. Once they got us seated everything was going good until I realized that they were almost done and none of us got our callous removed. When I asked about it the lady told me it was $4 extra. I had requested to have mine removed and she told me I didnt need it and that I could just buy the tool myself and do it at home. My heels and toes are still very very rough and uncomfortable. It has been less than a week and my polish is already chipping and my feet are very rough. My mom and sisters still have dead skin around their nails. If I could give them negative stars I would. It is a very poor job and they charge you an arm and a leg. Not recommended at all..I will never go back.

I love this place. I have been here years ago, and wow, have they stepped up their game. it has always been great but today my experience was amazing. The wall of multiple color options are always overwhelming but with someone to help you pick a color and then lead you to where your services will be, offer a drink... it was a great welcoming experience. I just had time for a manicure today, but I seriously could stay in here all day and relax! Its a must stop for you, and you and a group of girls... ENJOY!!!

I got my lashes done about 4 days ago. There very uneven and I’m not happy with them. The staff was very rude! The lady that did my lashes finished in 20 minutes when it should have taken around 90. They may have cheaper prices, but you get what you pay for. I recommend amazing lash studio in pflugerville.

I have been going there for years . Ive watched this business expand over the past few years that Ive been here! The one thing that attracted my going back was it was so much different from the other nail salons when it came to the techs not being able to speak to each other while working on the client. I felt the owner understood how important it was to the clients for their technicians not to communicate with each other in their language for the simple fact that not knowing what they are saying can be somewhat uncomfortable to the clients. Ive been in a salon in the past where my daughter and I were sitting in a salon waiting for service and another customer waiting as well who clearly spoke their language listen to them talk horrible about me and my daughter. She confronted them in their language and truly shocked them. She told me what they said and the looks on their face was classic, because they thought they had gotten away with something, and not knowing who is very fluent in other languages caused them to loose client business . I dont mind paying for good service and tip them very well because of good service. And the reason I have been a loyal customer for six years was because they kept silent and not talking. The only one they were able to talk too at one point and time was Tiffany the manager to tell them what the customer wanted done ! Now it seems that lately they are starting to talk more to each other in front of customers and to me that is disrespectful to others that dont know want they are saying!! That gives me a horrible flashback of that service I dealt with with that salon in the past! Ive watched Andy grow his business and Ive sent many of clients to that salon for that sole purpose. But Im not feeling comfortable anymore and will perhaps find myself another salon ! Its hard to find great service overall and watch it turn into the normal every other salon! Beautiful ambience and Ive grown to know some of the techs on a personal level, which Ive seen less of each time I go! Its sad that they are becoming and not remaining that classy above the rest which kept my business all these years! I have a lot of friends that Ive sent there over the years, Im sure they dont want to loose clients over feeling uncomfortable .

The nail stylists are prone to seek perfection here. They are detail oriented and artistic. Their work rivals any Hollywood Spa. Be sure to try a pedicure with the massage chair, the heated towels and spectacular array of colors to choose from to pamper and treat your beautiful feet. This is the Glam and Gloss!

My first time going to Enso Nails was when they first opened. This is my second time and I was again very satisfied. I went in and asked for solar overlay on my natural nails, square, one broken nail fixed with a tip (Im sure you couldnt guess which one was broken) and gel polish. Guess what, I got exactly what I asked for and was very happy ! Thank you again Emily! Ignore the bad reviews because some people will literally sit, with plenty of opportunity to speak for services to be corrected but will be too afraid to. Also consider the fact that if you dont know what you or know how to ask for what exactly your looking for, then you may not get what you expected. If you dont know nail technician or nail rated terminology then you better have photos. -FYI, I am a former nail technician and was satisfied.-Rita

I dont need to go to this place to KNOW that there is bad service here. If you have time... Scroll down and read the response the owner has to the bad reviews. Very unprofessional. And the way people are describing her seem accurate enough that she shows it in her responses to the reviews. Being petty towards people who have a OPINION about your service shows no quality of customer service. The owner comes off condescending and childish.. I for one was ABOUT to come and get services done. But after reading the reviews (which some are good.. and some are really bad) and her response to the customers. Ive decided no too. This is my 3rd time visiting. My 2nd full lash set. The first time I got medium classic which looked so natural but made a statement. Today I got long classic. Ive recieved so many compliments since Ive started and now Im addicted. Kim is fast and friendly. Im so comfortable around her and the shop is so clean and neat. I havent had anything else done but one day soon I will. The ladies are nice. Im not sure why people review them as rude. They just ask that you are punctual which is business in my eyes. If you pay cash its a 5% discount. I get my lashes done when I drive in from College Station. I dont have to buy expensive mascara anymore and I wake up looking fabulous. Definitely worth a try!

Awesome place. Ive been going to Enso Nails for several years for my eyelashes (Love Andy - fast and good service and prices) in particular, but also love the nail services. The place is beautiful...a retreat within a shopping center. Recommend!

Nice place. I have my eye lash extension done and shes very nice. The 20 minutes massage was so good. I will go back there again.

I moved to Galveston for 3 years and purposefully planned my trips back to come to Enso’s for pedicures. The place is gorgeous and super clean. I always ask the Manager to pick a color and design for my nails. Their work holds up to the Gulf of Mexico surf! The designers managed to strategically place functional down lights for the technicians, yet soft and ambient lighting for patrons. To those who feel unsatisfied with their experience, I would suggest taking a cue from the luxurious setting: treat the staff graciously and it will be overly reciprocated. And to those unhappy with a tech: once again, kindly and quietly ask for the Manager. She wants you to walk away calm, refreshed, and with lovely nails and lashes. I am so excited to be back! Kat

I went into the nail shop the man was excited and started my nails so thick with acrylic they are like 7 not coffin formed and they are gonna tell me they are not other customers in the store stated more was cricket then me

Beautiful salon, went in for a pedicure and got exactly what i wanted. Prices are high. But i loved what they did.

Beautiful decor, from the garden outside to the piano inside. Super easy to get appointments and you never have to wait for too long. I got the lashes and the technician was super nice, the only downside was that it didn’t look like I got a full set as advertised, but I bought them with a groupon, went for a refill and once again not a full set. I haven’t do my nails there yet.

Nice appearance poor nail work I’m not pleased and will not return. I’ve never had my nails break after one day and when I went back they had the same nail technician to repair and my nails still broke again while I was asleep two of them!!

Everything was great. Very nice atmosphere and workers are very prompt and polite. Just a little pricey for me. If you have the extra money to spend, Id definitely say Enso is the place to go.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDES OF STAFF!! Realize you need to answer questions of clients and customers with courtesy and respect. This is a service business and there are plenty of great salons so remember that the next time you treat your customers like they dont even matter. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I found this from a Groupon and I amSo glad I did!! What a wonderfully relaxing oasis! I had lash extensions and a pedicure. The spa is immaculate and the staff was super friendly.The outdoor has peacocks wandering around with a relaxing water wall. A baby grand piano and soft chandeliers relax you even more.The prices are on par with other nail salons.This is now my new favorite place and I will definitely be a regular!!

Today I got my lashes done for a second time at this place and I must say that Kimberly did an amazing job. I love the way they look, they look full but still have a natural look as well.

Tiffany and team are always welcoming. My husband and I go every two weeks for a pedicure. Amy takes amazing care of my husband.

When I came here to Enso Nails I was expecting it to be like any other nail shop but at enso you get much more variety with color. Coming made my day by having a relaxed environment as well as caring staff. Definitely coming back !

The owner is a lot pushy....when it comes to manicures and pedicures...Which I dont like or want that Im here for something else, thats it.Then theres the tipping....please dont say....(How much tipping?) what if I was strapped & this was the only treat for myself? or I didnt like the service provided then no tips even after service was/is corrected.... now I know some people are going to read this & say why I give it a 4 stars?Thats easy I was provided excellent service by the tech I had seen, as well as being a walk in. She gave excellent customer service & Im really big on great customer service!

Place is great they know what they are doing, until is time to pay... they told me if I paid with cash I would get 10% off. I didnt had cash but luckily they have an ATM machine and the guy at the front desk assured me that there was no fee from the SALON OR BANK...I checked my bank account and there is a 2.50$ fee from the cash withdrawal I did. They need to be honest with their customers about this little details.

Wow!! I was planning on visiting, but after reading reviews and the response the owner leaves after customers reviews, is very jaw dropping!! No professional etiquette, as a business owner, I know that even if you have a negative experience from a customer, you try your best to turn the situation around. Very ugly attitude. A Satisfied customer will tell 1 friend, but a unsatisfied customer will tell half the world!!

Great place, came in late and they stayed open to take care of me. They did an excellent job, will be coming back!!

Mr. CT was FANTASTIC...great personality funny did a brilliant job on my pedicure gentle on my manicure and topped off with a much needed neck massage..his service was phenomenal. Ask for CT I promise you will not be disappointed.

Uptight and pushy staff at the front door. They do decent work and, the lash tech is good but doesnt have a variety of lash types. Wish the experience was as good as the decor.

Was very rude and didn’t treat me like the paying customer I am . I spent good money on low quality and bad customer service.

Such a beautiful place with the best staff. Got my nails done with gel and they’re so cute! I messed up one of my nails a few days after getting it done and they were so chill about fixing it. This is most definitely my go to place now. :)

One of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. The service is great and I love the look of the salon. I think they could do better than serving beer in a can though. Too classy for that.

I when in with a Groupon for eyelash extensions. Everything looked clean. There was little waiting. I got several compliments on my lashes and they lasted well beyond the 3weeks with minimal care on my end. Id love to go back but its pricey.

Nice atmosphere, but employees were rude. They didnt bring drinks that we ask for, our children were spoke to in a condescending manner and we were rushed out the door with half dry nails, that were smudged by the time we got home. We spent nearly $200 for rude service and smudged nails.

This place is absolutely beautiful, probably one of the prettiest nail salons I’ve ever been to! And the people are lovely!!!! I have been here once before and I didn’t like the service the first time, but I admit there was a misunderstanding, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt....I never leave reviews, EVER!But, my nails are messed up! Completely messed up... I asked for natural looking nails, and I got white, pinkish nails.I am very disappointed! The employees were so kind that I could not work up the nerve to tell them how bad my nails looked.I had to run to Walmart to get “Nail” remover!

This place was awesome! It was crowded and we didnt have an appointment but it moved quickly. I got a pedicure with designs and it was relaxing and snap and pop. They offered Margaritas and Wine (who knew you needed a designated driver to get your nails done?!) but I was happy with my cold diet coke! Fabulous!
