I dont write reviews but I was absolutely taken back by the amazing service. Everyone was friendly. Professional. Most importantly the BEST nails and pedicure I have every gotten in the area. I have been nail shop hopping because the lack of quality service. I will not be looking anywhere else. I have found my place!

BEST PLACE EVERRR!!! I wish I can rate higher!! I’ve been coming here for a long while now and they’re soo sweet and take their time. They’re professional, the place is always clean and just everything is perfect! The very first time I came I remembered they even offered my mother and I a drink. This place was the first and ONLY place I’ve been to for getting my nails done. I get tons of compliments on my nails and I always give the number and address to people whom want to go and liked my nails. Their very affordable and every time I come they kill the game every single time! I would usually just come in for a basic color or so and they always suggest amazing designs to go with the nail like this past weekend I was completely shook and Inlove AGAIN with how they did my nails. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ This is my go to always! I’ve been coming to Mya for 8 years. I wouldn’t trust no one else to do my nails and brows.I’ve tried other places if I was out of the area. Other places always remind me why I go to Mya.My nails last long I get my money’s worth.I love that they take mainly appointments. All the times I go early morning they are hardly busy.I love the friendliness and cleanliness of their shop. When my family come in town she always takes care of my grandma, mom, and aunts.I don’t know what the negative reviews are for they are always up front about price when you ask.When you are not sure about what you want they always share what they feel is best for your nails.

Didnt thoroughly wipe down stations chairs. Didnt offer a beverage until later when a usual customer came in then they offered one. Also they dont ask before filing the gel polish off. I asked them not to do that. Its my choice to damage my nails and make them thinner by doing it the fast way instead of the way that benefits their customers. Of course it was met with a statement not in English to a coworker. I was told it would take longer no problem.

I hate to give them 5 stars because more people may come, but they deserve all the business...they are awesome. Best eyebrow wax and shaping!!!

First time getting individual lashes here and WOW... I am impressed! The value was great for the quality of lashes, and I continue to get compliments every day on how beautiful they look. The lashes are high quality and there has been very little shedding! I would highly recommend getting lashes done here (Mya is excellent) and can’t wait to go again.

I dont live in the area and relied on the review-so thanks to everyone, I met Mya and have some awesome lashes now. When I called first to inquire about pricing-it was the introductory price. I made an appointment and was able to get in less than an hour. We discussed upgrading the lashes and Im happy with the results and I know they will last until I can get back in a few weeks.The reviews help for people like me who are not from the area-so thank you and I do recommend this salon. Small, friendly and price was comfortable for the service.

First time there. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. The woman who did my eyelash extensions was super nice and did them so fast. She also did my nails and did an amazing job and did them pretty quickly. This is by far my favorite set I’ve ever gotten. This is definitely going to be my new nail salon. The male doing my friends nails was also very nice and they talked with us the whole time about our Halloween plans. Very friendly environment!

Mya and her assistant were friendly and gave me great service while doing my mani, pedi and eyebow wax. I felt re-assured that they were taking every pre-caution given the current climate to keep us all safe ( wearing PPE, constantly wiping down surfaces etc). Thanks again.

I got my lashes done last week for $25! individuals. None have fallen off so far, they’re so long and gorgeous. I just feel beautiful everyday waking up. SO appreciative of Mya (pronounced Mia) and the work she does. I will 100% come back

Mya is WONDERFUL ! She takes her time with all her clients. My nails stay beautiful and intact for over 3 weeks. Its perfect for me since Im always busy. She also does an awesome an job on lashes and those too last over 3 weeks. I highly recommend going to her.

I just moved to Pflugerville about 2 weeks ago, and was desperately in need of a pedicure and eyebrow wax. After googling nail salons, a crap load came up. The reviews of New Nails were all very high (on here and Yelp), and they were close so I decided to give them a try. I showed up at around 6pm, an hour before they close for the day. I had just worked a 10 hour shift, and was frustrated with my boyfriend so I needed to just relax. As I was in the chair and the gentleman started my pedicure, I got a call from my best friend and vented to her, and once I was off the phone, he and I started conversing. I believe the quality of work must always be high here, based off the reviews, but I think he also took notice of how frustrated and upset I was during my phone call. We had great conversation, and he was extremely attentive, perfecting my French tip nails and ensuring I was relaxed. I wish I could better put into words how grateful I am to have had such a relaxing experience, because it was truly needed. The pricing was more than fair, the service was absolutely outstanding, and my nails and eyebrows are perfect. I will DEFINITELY be back soon!

Mya is wonderful! Her Customer Service is SUPERB, she really tries to accommodate everyone. And she does BOMB lashes that last a LONG (and you close your eyes while she does them so no tearing up). Sweet and Professional!

The customer service was great. There will be a small wait if you walk in during their busiest hours but you can make appointments as well. I got a pedicure and have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend this place.

They have great customer service! I felt taken care of and they did a great job on my pedicure. My sister got a manicure and she made sure that she did a nail length that was comfortable to her. Im making this place my go to as far as Im concerned.

Great place to get your mani, pedi or new set. they acknowledge you even if they are busy. We waited about 5 min at the most, were offered beverages while we waited. Very nice and attentive. Will be returning soon

They don’t deserve the one star I’ve put here to post this review. I came to get a color change. As I’m getting my nails done I let the lady know she should allow my nails to dry for a longer period of time before applying the next coat. Of course she disregard what I said and continues on. I let her know again the polished looked caked on and she needed to let them dry longer so long story short I left with wet nails. I also made the mistake of getting eyelash extensions. Which caused irritation to my eye, discomfort and pain, and also left my eyes swollen. I’ve gotten eyelash extensions numerous times and I’ve never had my eyes burn after the service. I’m not sure what glue was used but it’s extremely hard. Came back to have them removed of course they were “busy” I didn’t see many customers at all. Told me to come back after 5 and how ironic they were closed.

Just changed their name to New Nails & Lashes, was Amazing Nails but they do so much more! Always a great experience that keeps me coming back for the works...nails, lashes, eyebrow waxing and coloring and pedicures...all at a great price together or individually. I feel so pampered here!

1st time here and the gentleman that did my nails did such a great job, I came in with my nails looking like a mess and he took his time making them look beautiful again! Definitely will be back.

I have been using Mya for 10 yrs. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. My nails always look good and they last. I have never gotten a fungus from this nail salon. There is a nail salon that I went to twice and both times I got a fungus.Mya is very good with eyebrows. Always seems to know when they need to be done. Great place and they will treat you well.

Ive gone to Mya for Microblading my eyebrows and she has done excellent work. She originally corrected a botched job that was done on my eyebrows and has continued to maintain them ever since. At first they do look a little harsh but they need time to heal approx. a month, I will always have this done. She also does my eyelash extensions, my nails, and her husband B gives an exceptional pedicure.

Mia and B are awesome. Great place for manicure and pedicure and eyelashes. Would recommend to everyone.

I just got my nails done by Mya. It was 11 AM on Thursday and I called about an hour ahead so there was no wait. Mya did an excellent job. I got acrylic nails- sparkle powder with a clear gel and a medium length almond shape. She knew exactly what I asked for and did a great job getting the style right. the shape on the nails looks even and symmetrical. The salon was clean and tidy. I dont always wear acrylics but I will definitely come back again next time I need my nails done.

Ive tried many nail salons in the surrounding Austin/Round Rock/ Pflugerville area & none compare to New Nails.My nails last longer than ever before, Ive NEVER had to come back for a repair, and I only let Mya touch my eyebrows & nails and B touch my toes. I made an appointment today with Mya after reading all the reviews. I had a solar set in need of a refill but the edges were lifting. She recommended filing down and starting fresh. Her husband started to file them down while she took an eyebrow wax. Both he and Mya took their time to make sure my nails werent getting hot and I was comfortable. Mya took over once she was done and she applied the new clear solar powder. Im so happy with my nails! Im so glad to have found her! Ill definitely be back!

Im new to the Pflugerville area and Ive been looking for a nail salon to my satisfaction. I went to a few salons in the area and they all disappointed me, discouraged I kept looking. I came across New nails and lashes online and the reviews were amazing. So, I decided to stop by and Im so happy I did! Mya and B are FREAKIN AMAZING!!!! B gave me the BEST pedicure/massage in my life and Myas mani was done beautifully. Both of them are very respectful, funny and personable. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. A gel mani/pedi usually cost me over $100 at my old nail salon, it only cost me $75 here!!! New Nails and Lashes is my new home and I cant wait to go back! So the owners are very sweet and I had one of the best pedicures there and full set of nails were ok..... but I also had my eyebrows microbladed there, worst mistake of my life! I had them done yesterday and Im getting them laser removed today. The pic speaks for itself :( and after asking for a refund I was told no. Now Im also out at least 400.00 for tattoo removal. Its best to pay more and go to a reputable microblading place. I literally cried all day yesterday! Do your research!

Not sure where all the five star ratings came from I’m starting to think they had friends write in because this place was not good they quote you a price and then any little thing is five dollar extra $10 extra three dollars extra for the time you leave there you in a pan $100 for $35 pedicure I’m sorry that I didn’t go to my regular salon I saw the reviews on this one and thought maybe it would be so much better but I got duped will never go there again
