Kieu (Que) is awesome with the nails. I forgot the ladya name that did my pedicure but their pedicure team is awesome as well.

I will continue to give this place 5 stars!! I don’t understand how people can rate this place bad- they probably have no respect for hard workers and in reality businesses like this CAN get very busy. They cannot always attend to every customer right away 100%. I always come here and this time i showed up pretty late maybe half and hour before closing. I finished at 8:30 and they close @7. Stephanie and this team are amazing. Even though it was an hour past closing she paid every second to the little details to make sure everything looked right- i really appreciate that. Thats the type of business i will always come back to! Thank you guys so much!!

I gave it 5 stars, but really it’s probably a 4.5. I came here & got a full set & they turned out beautiful. They were really busy when I got there, but they were very accommodating. The C.S woman even prepped my nails until the artist was ready.My nail lengths are a little wonky, lol. But the price is fair for the quality of work they do. I will be returning

Today I was super optimistic about going to this nail salon being as though it was rated 4.1 stars … but it was not the service I was expecting or even thought I would get being new to this establishment. Your staff is super rude and take forever in assisting customers. I had a lady named Ming Tu not too sure she didn’t talk too clearly. But she charged me $62 for an overlay with 1 tip needed on my left thumb and basic swirls on 6 fingers that weren’t even clean or accurate looking. With 4 basic decals that she was getting annoyed with me taking too long for her when there wasn’t anyone after me waiting on a service. The whole purpose was to get my nails done for a trip which I will be leaving for tomorrow and don’t have time to even get fixed. My cuticles aren’t clean either. This was truly disappointing. I will never go to this establishment again or refer anyone. Plus a long time customer said she only went to a certain nail tech which didn’t work there anymore. She was like not everyone is good here smh.

They were friendly and fast. I dont think they like doing more than they have to, lbvs. I had a cracked nail and knew the old nail needed to come off however she added glue and I had to tell her repeatedly that that wasnt going to work and that it still hurt. I asked if it would get infected(like 6 or 7 times) because she didnt get what I was saying or what it meant.Once she came up with the closest word( infection) I just went with it and she said it wouldnt get an infection. I had her take it off anyway because... well its my nail and not hers . I will say she was sweet...I just wont be going back there.

At request of a friend she recommended Q’ I went to her on Friday 8/13 that evening. I wanted dip but got talked into Ombré acrylic which was fine. Sunday 8/15 I noticed my nails were lifting from around the cuticle. I called on 8/16 and spoke to the gentlemen who told me to come back to see Q’... my middle nails were crooked and some where longer than the others. I’m 50 years old and love my nails to look nice.. I’ve gotten my nails done for years...Q’ redone the nails and did a fabulous job the second time however because I told her how to do them she told me to not ask for her again because that’s not how she does nails. I said to her “so you so them like you did them Friday, I won’t come back. I am new to the area and what I am finding out about the nail salons here is that they want your money and want you to take whatever they give you. I spent $130.00 there plus a tip. I am going to result in keeping my money and not supporting the Asian community because they do not appreciate US!!!

My first visit and I’m obsessed with my nails!! Decided to splurge for my birthday!! One of my girlfriends referred me and Tom did not disappoint!! So nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

I’ve gone here for a long time and always like their Quality of work. However I am fed up with the way that they treat their customers. They’re very rude and do not appreciate your business. They told me they didn’t like my nails which what does it matter it’s not on your hand. Also that my boyfriend must be crazy for dating me. Have constantly cut my fingers up with every visit and my last visit the owner very loudly yelled at another customer in front of everyone. This is so wrong, you should treat people with better respect than what you’re giving. I’ve let it’s slide for long enough and it’s time to speak my truth. If you expect for your business to survive you have to treat customers better then this. I cannot excuse this behavior for good quality any longer

The girl did not know what she was doing. First someone has to help her remove the SNS and then she filed my nail too thin. asked if i want to use glue for a tear and I said yes. he solution was to file the right side away. My nail looked deformed. I will never use this place. My first and last visit. Low price which mean below quality and experience. I went in for manicure and left paying 5$ to remove my SNS. I did not want them to do anything else and mess up even worse. All they said was sorry. Sorry is no excuse for incompetence. NEVER EVERY AGAIN WILL I WALK THRU THESE DOOR!!!!!!

This was the best service Ive ever had at a nail salon. I was visiting for a bachelorette party. From the phone call I had asking if they could fit 8 ladies in for manicures and pedicures a week later in the afternoon. To them texting me confirming we were still coming the day before. We got to the salon a little early and were greeted by friendly smiling people and were able to sit down immediately. Everyone loved their nails and had the BEST experience and if I ever return I will come back.

I made an appointment after reading reviews.I had not been in before but I was looking forward to having a relaxing time. I was wrong. The lady doing the pedicure was hurried and had me do most of the work by having to hold my leg stretched out and up like I was a gymnast. I told her I couldnt hold it up that long and she says she cant see. Then I overhear the conversation they had between themselves. Talking about each customer rudely. They even said one lady smelled. You should be aware that today many people speak more than one language or opt to use Google translate. I wont go back to a place that speaks so disparaging about their customers right to their face with smile.

I got my nails done today for my wedding on Friday. One of the gems fell off not even 6 hours after getting my nails done and its my ring finger. Super upset after what I paid for this ... Wouldnt recommend

Seriously have to leave a review for this place! I have been to a million salons and when i finally found this place i knew this was my place. The first time i was here the welcoming was so nice and every time it is the same- the male manager is so sweet i love his energy. Today my nail tech couldn’t get the shape i desired and instead of letting me go home with whatever she pulled someone to help her and get me the shape!! So sweet i almost cried lol i truly appreciate that type of service! Go here!

Quality work done professionally and SUPER fast. I went in to have the gel removed. Didnt think to take a pic of the 2-week nails, but they held up pretty well for almost exactly 2 weeks. A couple chips that werent too bad after about 12 days. They were starting to lift at the bottom near the cuticle growth, so I needed the gel removed. Im not sure of the name of the woman who worked on me, but she was fast and thorough. She asked if I wanted them shaped, and asked if I wanted my brows done, and asked a few other questions... I declined each time, and got outta there with a super cheap final fee. My nails look ok, just damaged from the gel which is why I dont do it very often. I have never had them use the grinder to remove the gel. That surprised me and I didnt like that technique, but I know each place has their own ways of doing things, so I let her do that, even though Im sure it damaged my nails a little more than if the soaking chemicals had been the only means used. Im still impressed with how fast and professional they are!

It was okay. Couldn’t really understand the person who did my nails. And she didn’t get all my nail polish all the way around. There’s a few spots that should have had more polish and parts that needed a second coat. It seemed like she was more concerned with getting me done fast than making sure the quality was good.

Making an appointment is not worth the time. I set an appointment and after waiting for about 30 minutes I got up and left. This was my second attempt at setting an appointment, in hopes that the first time was merely accidental. Nope!! I dont mind waiting 15 minutes or so but over 30 minutes is unacceptable. If I didnt leave, I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait. Time is precious and I do my best to honor everyones time. I dont think it is much to ask for in return. I was not offered a drink, an estimated time or an apology. Waiting for over 30 minutes for service was not in the plan. I will never go there again.

I used to consistently go to this nail salon until a new employee started to do my nails. I would get SNS powder down with no extensions. My nails were always too thick and very uneven. I returned today, after starting to an acrylic full set done, I assumed this salon could still be as good as it used to be for me if I asked for a different technique. I still got the same male employee to do my nails. I asked for square medium nails. When I was finally asked if my shape was okay, I was met with an uneven, thick mess. So unnatural and unpleasant to look at it. After asking for a more thin, natural look, I still could not get a look I loved. I just accepted that was his best work. I asked for a different employee to straighten my nails. She did so and fixed my uneven, curved nails to a more square shape. She told me they were supposed to be thick so they would not break, but she would still thin them down. I have gotten acrylic nails for years and have seen work done from many salons...what was on my nails was not acceptable. It looked like a block of powder and no shaping or time was done by the male employee. He is always in a rush. After leaving the salon, my nails are still uneven. I am sticking to the salon I have been going to in round rock and driving the extra miles.

I made an appointment and it didnt seem to matter. They never even looked me up. The pedicure I scheduled for was suppose to take around 30 minutes. It took an hour and a half. The lady kept walking away to do other things. Then a second person sat down to finish my pedicure and also got up and walked away. The second lady came back and it looked like she was texting on her phone instead of working. I got the hot stone treatment and they left the rocks sitting there so long they were cold. I felt really neglected.

I always come here and the experience is always a good one the staff is friendly and I’m always happy when I leave. On this last occasion I was not happy at all, what I wanted on my nails was not done and my eyebrows when looking at them in a better light and mirror were lacking to my standards aside from the fact that she left wax residue all over my eyebrows and didn’t bother to clean it off. Not sure if I will come back.

Phoung is the best! Definitely worth it to get the full pedicure with the paraffin etc as she puts her heart out it. I wish they used better products for the facial but Phuong makes the actual service a delight. The go every 2 weeks or so and it is amazing!

I went here yesterday for a nail soak off & mani. The place and nail techs were friendly. However I left highly offended by the owner. He walked around the salon offering Complementary beverages to each client. I politely declined a drink but then he proceed to ask me “do I want something to eat” he did not ask any other client this. Which left me to gather that his question was fueled by the fact that I am a plus size woman.It’s really unfortunate he made this statement as I just moved to the area and was seeking a nail salon. I frequently get my nails done, a faithful bi-weekly client.

If you’re looking to have your lashes done, this is an excellent place to go. There’s no need for locals to drive all the way into Austin when you can have them done locally. These are the best set of lashes I’ve ever had and I get a ton of compliments. They aren’t expensive either... and the offer refills at a great rate. Check them out.

Went here a few times and my mom complained that she got a fungus from their tools. She warned me not to keep going here. I ended up having to go out of town on emergency and wouldn’t you know it.. I stopped here. Worst mistake. Now I have a fingernail fungus. They need to sanitize their tools properly or be shut down. Not only that. They NEVER have shellac colors to match up with regular polish for your feet. If you ask for a similar color they have an attitude about searching for one. Or you’ll even get up to search for something similar. Even after a pedicure you have to apply lotion which is crazy to me. Eyebrow waxing is decent but she took the tail off. And I have thick beautiful brows that many will draw on to get so I’m very angry. I have never written a review on anyone but today that changes. Avoid going here at all cost!! It’s horrible! May look nice but i wish I never let that influence me!

They over charge you for no reason . they charged my sister $45 & charged me $53 . & we got the same thing so it doesn’t make sense . they also charge you for the length which is ridiculous. my family has been going here for 7 years & never once got a discount which dont make sense because we been loyal to them . anyways dont go here!!! p.s they barely do a good job .

They were very busy probably due to the upcoming holiday and I had to wait despite having an appointment but it was fine. I wasn’t in a big hurry. A little disappointed in the need to give an opinion on what color I chose but this seems to be a problem at all nail salons.

I am currently staying in Manor and have been hunting for a good nail salon to keep up with my SNS manicure. After finding some not so awesome spots around Manor, I found Angel Nail & Spa, and I’m so glad I did! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area who wants a well done mani. My nails look great, my technician took her time and you can absolutely tell. Great price for the quality! And to top it off everyone was suuuuper friendly! Thanks guys!

Great experience! Super friendly, beautiful work.*Edit*Got my nails done on a Friday, Sunday morning I woke up with a severely swollen and painful cuticle/nail... I didn’t want to be a “Karen” about it because the gentleman was so nice, but I noticed that the cuticle clippers just came straight out of the drawer and wanted to say something. I’ve been warned of fungus/bacteria from getting manicures but never ever had a problem. I can’t wait to take the set off and never get a manicure again!Disappointed I can’t post pictures and disappointed that so much time is spent putting up plexi glass and enforcing masks but a severe bacterial infection is ok?

Polite staff, but unfortunately wont be back. The first time we went, the wait was entirely too long despite constant reassurances that it would not be. Did an okay job, but not better than somewhere where you dont have to wait nearly as long.Gave it a second shot since this salon has better reviews than most places nearby, but ultimately ended up leaving after waiting well over an hour with plenty of folks working. Looking at the average location timers on Google this seems to be the rule, not the exception.

I havent been to another nail salon since I found this place last October. You can feel completely confident that you will walk out with what you wanted. And if its not looking like you thought, they dont mind correcting it, as long as you are happy.

They did good on my acrylic nails the past 2 times the second time they were a bit to long and i went back in and asked if i could get them shorter. And the lady just clipped them and said your good like i could have done that at home and when i asked her to paint the tips of my nails she got an attitude. And my last time i went which was september 14th THE WORST JOB EVER. i’m so unhappy

I have been coming to Angel Nail since the new owner took over. Always a nice and friendly atmosphere. Everyone takes pride in their work and makes sure you are happy with your service before leaving. I highly recommend this place for nails/pedis. They also have a wide variety of other services like eye brow wax/tinted, eyelash extensions and facials.

I came in today for S&S was greeted as Soon as I walked In. Signed in and was seated at a station very quickly. The station was clean. The tech Stephanie greeted me promptly and was very kind. She is out of this world. I work in a kids salon all day the last thing I like doing is talking during any service I get done... . She totally got that. And let me sit in peace while being very gentle and efficient.. I cant thank her enough! She did great work.

Im very indifferent about this place...its close to work and I needed to get in somewhere (my regular lady is out of town) so I read the reviews, booked an appointment online and went in. I selected an acrylic fill ($15) online and a nail repair ($3) I went in expecting to pay about $18 for my service. The lady that did my nails did a good job so I cannot complain there.However after finishing my nails and getting to the register she told me my total was $35. I could not understand how my total changed from total I was given after booking online. I didnt even have my nails painted.I had to speak with the manger, show them the price I was quoted online and he still gave me a hard time before honoring the original price. saying that they dont usually honor the online prices anymore.I would suggest asking them to tell you exactly what you are paying for because they charge for everything...even removing your finger nail polish...have long nails....thats an extra fee also... adding gel polish to your fill/full set is an extra $25 bucks.Nails look nice but I will not be returning just based on the customer service I received***update: I had to return 2 days later because I had 2 nails break***

Wow! This place is amazing. Ive been to many different nail salons in Texas but this one by far is the best. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting with plenty of space and tools. I had Manicure/Pedicure and they both turned out beautifully! They paid great attention to detail and took time to make sure i was completely satisfied. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for. If you are living in the area, you should come and try this place out. They wont make you disappointed.

I have been to many nail salon before and my requirements are pretty high but I am completely satisfied with my visit to this one ! They really know how to please their customers. The pedicure that I had was really good. They have a great selection of quality products. The price is very reasonable. Been going here for 3years. These are good people who take good care of their customers . Now more than ever this is super clean and the upmost care is taken to keep everyone safe.

My niece and I went in for a mani/pedi. I barely had a chance to look at the colors and the tech just kept angrily motioning at me that she had the chair ready. I felt I had to pick quickly and the water was barely warm. Our feet & nails looked really good but I wont be back. There also doesnt seem to be much difference between a classic pedicure or a more expensive one there.

This is the only nail salon I’ll go to. I always am treated so kindly, and they listen to what I want and always deliver amazing results. They are so sweet with my four year old, she absolutely adores Tham (and anyone who will paint her nails). If I could figure out how to post a picture of my gorgeous sunset nails I would! Recommend them to everyone!

These ladies have created a lovely space with incredible employees, a good vibe, excellent service, and, incredibly, free parking. The experience of owners/staff is evident in the quality product they all provide -- meticulous, *consistent work. Ive been to establishments where the first manicure is great and the next mediocre: that wont happen here. In a city with a salon on every corner, Im never even tempted to go anywhere else. You cant go wrong here. Book an appointment.

One of the best nail salons Ive been too. They care about their customers and want to make sure you are happy with the work they provide. I get all kinds of detailed designs and they get them right everytime. You can bring a picture you find online and they will do it for you here.

Hanna was very sweet! My mother had her as her nail specialist. My mother really never her gets her nails done and Hanna made sure she felt very comfortable and told her the steps she was doing. Everyone that works at this salon is very friendly and welcoming. They listen to what you want and Ive left happy every time! My tech does amazing shellac pedicures and is very thorough! I would never go anywhere else for my nails.

I tried this place on a whim, passed by and noticed they were open. Van did my manicure which came out great. Phuong did my pedi and I really have to give her kudos she was seriously amazing, hands down the best pedi I have ever received. She was so sweet and friendly. I will be back because of Phuong!!

I came in for pedicure and full set nails. Two ladies worked on me at the same time which was great for time. After my nails were done they appeared a totally different color than requested. I felt it may be the light. I the asked and going she only put one coat of polish on Shellac. 😳Who does that. She said I have to request more coats.

I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get their nails done! This is the second time I have gone and they are quick but always make sure I fill like a priority and do a great job. Will be back in a month of a new color and fills 😍

Great nail salon in the area. Ive been to many different nail salons but this one is by far the best. They have everything i need and expect from a nail salon : great customer services, high quality works without high price and the cleanliness. Today i came to have Deluxe Pedicure for $35 which was pretty cheap and honestly i really loved the way my nails came out. My tecnician was so quick and efficient when doing my nails. So love it. I will come back soon!

Today my sister and I went in to get our nails done for the 4 th of July. We did not know exactly what we wanted, just something festive. They were great in working with our changing requests and ensuring the result is what we designed. They will willing to make changes if we did not like something. Great customer service, very good work.

Been going here for about 6-7 months. The past few months it hasnt been that great. The lady that does my nails would speed through them and not pay attention to what shes doing, every time I go in I ask for them to leave my nails thick so they dont break easy and she never listens to me no matter how many times I ask in one visit.

This is the calm and clean place I have been looking for. Everyone is friendly and efficient at what they do. Their price lists are very fair for such a high quality products they use on customer. Highly recommended!!!

Had to edit my 5 star review because I recently went and the CC was down instead of putting a sign on the door to let customers know they continued to perform services and then asked if they could write down my CC number and they had other peoples CC numbers out in the open! And the person who performed my eyebrows still left wax all over my face!

I went in for a face wax and came out totally beat up. Ive been getting my face waxed for years and I have never had this happen. I have so many burns and skin rips on my face from this wax job I cant believe it.The lady was very nice, but she clearly does not know how to wax and shouldnt be allowed to preform this service until she is properly trained. My face is in extreme pain today and it looks horrible.

I really wanted to get a manicure since my cuticles are so thick but would also need some type of gel or powder for color. He told me I did not need to soak my nails he would cut them after . But Im still indicating I need to soak them, mind you my cuticles are dry and broken. he put the color on then cut and left my cuticles thick and just hid the problem by drilling them down . Also charged me 5 extra dollars no lotion, no massage no nothing I said a manicure. Oh well Im not going back .

Tam is the best tech, I drive from a few towns away because he does a great job. I like the natural look, he does a solar pink that is perfect!

Product called S & S for dipping has shattered on 3 of my nails in less than a week. They charge $35 but $3 ea extra to add a tip. Would not recommend this product. Have used NEX GEN for years which has been much better!!!

My sister got her hair done there and the line wasnt that long, and and the aftermath of her hair was very good, there was also very nice workers there, the one that did my sisters hair was very nice, but over all i loved it💖💖❤💕
