I gave this place a second chance - WORST mistake. Normally I don’t mind the amount of time a service takes at a nail salon because I go to relax. However, the older lady at this salon took almost 2 HOURS just to do a gel manicure! I even filed and cut my own nails beforehand (the last time I was here, I got stuck with this same lady and she understands zero English so she filed & cut my nails the opposite of what I asked for). Additionally, I have never been to a nail salon that has their clients stick their fingers in tiny jars filled with cotton balls and nails polish remover to remove gel; not only was this so inefficient & ineffective (she ended up scraping most of the gel off with a power tool thing) but also UNSANITARY! With all do respect, this employee needs to get new glasses; I kept noticing little bumps and hairlike textures on my nails after she did the first coat of color. I pointed them out and she couldn’t pull them out because she couldn’t see. As we both grew frustrated, I attempted to pull one of the hairlike textures myself and she freaked out and proceeded to add a ton more layers of polish (wasn’t very effective). I skipped on the massage and left as soon as I could.I was so visibly dissapointed that the lady did apologize but I will never go again. Sad because it is conveniently close to where I work.

Used to love coming here ... until I came in for a full set and the manager had a man( who I assume had no experience ) put on my tips, they were crooked and did not stick on well .. before putting the acrylic on, the manager fixed the mistakes she saw so I thought it would be okay .. later almost all the tips popped off, which has NEVER happened before and I noticed the nails were crooked. I didnt want to go back because of this, and ended up going somewhere else and the nail tech there commented that the nails were crooked . it was so embarrassing ! will never come back here

I will never go to this place again. The customer service was bad and they didn’t understand hardly anything I was saying. I came in and explained what I needed done which included a fill and toe polish change. They did okay on the toe polish change but when it came time to start the fill she said it was too late and they couldn’t do my nails at all. She said she should have looked at the time before she originally agreed. I replied “that was not my fault”. She refused to do my fill. I proceeded to grab a polish and paint my own nail to at least look decent as I now was not getting any fill done. I am highly disappointed in this place and the service. Definitely not worth a visit.

Cockroaches under the chairs and bathroom do not recommend for children very unsafe, shoes got stuck in sheets and the ground was sticky. So unprofessional they ruined my nails don’t go here unless it’s your last option!

Very rude customer service 1st off they are to cheap to update their salon name she says because Google charges a fee, then I receive gel nails and the next day they were chipping. Anything you ask is $5 extra. This place will nickel and dime you for evetything. When I called about my nails chipping she wanted me to pay for the service again. Very unprofessional dont waste your time.

I went in to do a simple polish change and she wanted to charge me $20!! When their full set is 25 to 30!! Thats crazy. She just didnt want to do the work. Lost my business and my family members that have been going there for years

Worst nail place Ive ever been to. I had to return to the store because 1 hour after leaving, my nails were sticky as if old product was used or the wrong combination of products were mixed, not sure what it was. I allowed plenty of time for my nails to dry so its not like I got myself into the mess like The lady who works there made me feel upon my return. It was awful she literally yelled at me and said what did you do? Ive never been treated like that in my life. I will never return. The prices are also not good.

I want to warn people from coming to this place, this will be my second and last time coming here. The lady cut my toe nail on a diagonal side therefore I have to wait awhile for them to grow back out to cut them straight again. Also I had my nails painted before this and she barley used nail polish remover and then scraped away the rest with a tool which was painful. And she left some it left and painted over it which still showed, being before color blue and now pink. The massage was absolutely painful. I’m not sure if something was on her hand that was sharp or her nail was long but when she would massage my legs/ feet it would cut it. Please ladies do not come here, the experience was terrible. Plus the shop looks very unprofessional they have a huge pipe that sticks out all down the wall.

-I would give 0 stars if I could.-Will NEVER go back again.-Went one week for a pedicure I told her to keep the length and make them square she cut them WAY too short and rounded them... also didn’t do the hot lotion-Went one week later for a full set thinking maybe they just had a bad day, wrong!-The “manager” started out really well on my full set then started rushing once another customer came in she finished I left and had to return 1 day later due to 2 nails lifting!!! A man fixed them and they have been fine.-I return 2 days later due to a different nail that fell off! She wouldn’t give me a refund so I could get them done somewhere else she very rudely fixed it and said she’s never had anyone’s else’s nails fall off that it’s only my nails.-Not even one week later and SEVEN nails fell off.

Lady who did my pedicure did not even use a top coat! I had french tips painted it was smudged so bad i had to ask her to clean the the nail polish off of clear part of my nail. Seemed angry when i had her clean and fix multiple toes. Did not speak English. I would not even pay $5 for the work that i recieved.

1. Quite sure the guy took the polish and added alcohol to it. He stood up with the polish, went to the sink and came back. It was messy, clump, didnt dry right and left a mess on my nails. The polish started smudging all over the place the next day when i thought it was dry.2. Did not clean my cuticle. Ive never had a worse pedicure. He didnt even make an effort to clean my cuticle. He did some half ass cuticle push. Didnt even feel it, im sure it didnt move any cuticle.3. Polish was on my cuticle, on my skin, it was the worst application Ive seen.4. Asked for a #2 pedicure which has a callus treatment. I always wear closed shoes so my feet are generally pretty smooth. He scrubbed them very hard with the cheese grater thing. My feet hurt as soon as I stood on them. Realized as soon as I got home that I had sore and red scraped spots where he scrubbed too hard. My feet ended up being 10 times worse than they originally were. My heels were getting stuck in my sheets that night and theyve never have. I had to use my boyfriends ped egg to smooth them out. Every salon that ive been to always uses a nail file on my heels. He literally grated my skin off.5. Massage basically non existent. The original reason I went was beacaue I was stressed and was looking forward to the few minutes of massage that they do. He applied lotion on my legs, rubbed it in and cleaned the excess with a paper towl.6. Had to fix all the mess he made, my heels, remove the messed up polish, clean my cuticle that was now all polished up. Took me longer to fix his mess than what it took him to make it. And now im $25 short. Never going back. Salon is small, dirty, cramped, and akward with no music. They had sports on tv. I like sports but i go to the salon to relax not to hear the guys doing my nails getting excited over sports. Next time ill take $25 and flush it down the toilet. Will save me a lot of trouble.

Horrible services there i went in and they were going to do my nails and all the suden the kicked me out and said you como back tommrow and they kept talking in there language about me

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! they were horrible and unprofessional. they ruined my nails and i had to go some where else to get them done and even the new place i went to they asked if i went to them to get my nails done because they were so bad, theyre horrible DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!! they ate usless idiots!!!

They ripped up two of my nails down to the bed and superglued them. Then made me pay for it. I told her to stop immediately after she ripped up my nail and she continued.Disgusted.Wish I could post a photo.

Worse place ever

This place is horrible paid $50 for my nails within 10 minutes my nail breaks the lady that did my nails was rude said it was my fault then proceeded to yell at me while fixing her mess ups never go here again nor will anyone else I know
