I had a appointment at 5:15 and I waited 45mins and I didnt get seen n the lady win was very rude...

I had never been before, yet they were friendly and did a good job on my nails. The downside was that I went with my Aunt and we werent able to get our nail treatments done with each other side-by-side such as pedicures. We had to switch off one getting a pedicure while the other got a manicure. Other than that? I would go back without any reservations. Speaking of which they take appointments only right now due to COVID guidelines.

I asked the lady doing my pedicure to trim my toenails, and is listed as service provided with pedicure. She did not trim them- I asked her a second time and she trimmed a teeny bit off one nail. I now need to go home, trim my nails-and ruin the polish job. Plus-ends of nails not painted.. Very dissatisfied

The lady here is rude and they didnt even have my appointment right. The inside is disgusting and crammed. This was my first and LAST time even stepping into this building. I had an appointment for several services and they only had 1 down ( even after i called to confirm TWICE prior) and told me I would have to wait for the other services until the walk ins were done . Also was not ready for the time I scheduled. Went to princess nails and definitely do not regret it . Princess nails did a very good job and with no appointment needed!!

I wouldn’t recommend going to this place for anything! My girls went in asked them to do a simple French tip manicure with a flower on the ring finger. The lady told her she couldn’t do flowers. At first nails were jagged and no top coat. After I called and complained she finally put a flower on and top coat but then said she couldn’t put a flower on my other daughters nail. This in my opinion is the worst place ever to go. This made my girls very upset and not want to have their nails done. Sad thing is these were for a wedding!

Always happy to come to get my eyebrows waxed or my nails done recommend making appointment cause they are always making sure they have time for walk ins as well. Best place ever

We love Betty Nails. Honestly the best out there and I have tried them all. Very reasonable and my nails last longer than anyone in our area. Family business and they work extremely long hours. Love this place and the owners.

She didnt have my appointment recorded even though I just spoke with her the day before. Her English is so broken that I couldnt understand her. (Pretty sure she didnt comprehend much of what I was saying either, even though I was born here.) Why is someone with such poor English answering the phones??? Plenty of English speaking ppl available yet she so quick to pick up the phone. It was frustrating af. I went in for a Mani-Pedi and walked out with just a Pedi cuz I got tired of repeating myself. And they STILL did my damn toes wrong...how hard is it to copy a picture?!

My friend and I had an appointment yesterday, honestly this will be the first and last time I go here the quality of the nails are horrible the lady rushed the entire time and after explaining that I did not like the way they were the lady continued to go back and forth with me so unprofessional! Definitely would give no stars if I could.

This wasnt the cleanest nail place. Staff was okay toward my group but was belittling to their new staff member.We found out that the staff made up a complaint from us in order to yell at the new person. Thats pretty shady.Nail polish started coming off the next day and they got a lot of polish on my skin. Wouldnt recommend.

I had a split toe nail and needed it to be repaired so it could heal properly. They fit me in at the end of the day (after closing) and did a great job. Not only that but the man who did the work (I am guessing one of the owners) said it was such a small job he wouldnt let me pay for it. Now that is service! You should give them a try.

The salon is absolutely beautiful! They do a fabulous job. I get compliments everywhere I go on my nails. Everyone is very friendly. I would never go anywhere else.

First time going here with my sister and my last. We both got a full acrylic set and pedicure. I usually go to a couple other places around Peoria but decided i would try this place because i was in the area. big mistake. Long story short the acrylic nail job was bad. the nails were lumpy and the acrylic was overworked. Me and my sister both were dissatisfied with the quality. on top of that she charged more for shape?!? Now i have been charged extra for gel polish and length. but shape?....the pedicure and environment was good. Although i had to wait for her to stop and wax someones eyebrows in the middle of my session.

I have come for two visits for both pedicures and manicures. I just came for my third visit after one torn nail and one cracked nail. Since I have been a good and faithful client, the manicurist, IVY, did not charge me a penny to refill both those nails, cut the rest and add a new clear coat. I will be an old faithful and do not see a need to venture out to another location in Peoria so long as the service and quality remain.

I liked that they served wine but during my pedicure they didnt exfoliate or scrape the dead skin off my feet. The place looks run down but the staff are very nice.

Service was great. The young lady, Kierra, did a wonderful job getting my feet together. Wynn (owner) was awesome as well picking up where Kierra left off. He gave me great feedback on foot care and was quick at what he did. Ivy, his wife was ok for the littleinteraction I had with her for designs. I enjoyed every moment of my time there. I will be going back. Oh, they even give you wine. If youre driving 1 glass is the limit so dont try to get drink...lol

Fairly priced, nice selection of colors, staff not too talkative, all seemed to talk amongst themselves and only speak to customers when necessary.

Very uneven nails don’t recommend right as soon as I was getting my nails painted almost ready to leave I heard the ladies talking about “money hungry” and my mother’s nails weren’t covering her whole nail and it’s been 5 days since we got them done and hers are about to pop off nail polish coats are very sloppy and see through

I cant say enough good things about Betty Nails. The owner and his wife are not only accommodating in every way, but extremely professional and excellent at what they do. Every single time Ive had my nails put on, taken off, or had a pedicure done, I walked away beyond satisfied and in a better mood. I cant say that for many salons in the 10 years Ive been getting my nails done. Just a few things to look forward to; Massaging chairs, complimentary drinks (including coffee, wine, and/or mimosa for early risers!), and a huge TV screen above to watch. Again, I could go on and on! This place is the BEST nail salon in Peoria, Illinois, hands down! (Dont mind the construction going on though; ignore it and you wont be sorry!)

Very rude staff!!! She talked on her phone the whole time... 1st and only time I will not go back..... When she was done with my toes she said you done and thats it .... I got up to leave and second girl came over and tried to give me plastic sandals to put on....told her not to bother.. I paid and left..
