As we all know you can go on line and randomly decide on the product that will best work for you, or you can get professional assistance that will fix your pest problem the first time. These guys are very helpful and will point you in the right direction.

I google lest control places near me and this was the first listing. I went over to the store to find something to help with fleas! My cat had gotten outside and gotten pregnant and with the new litter of kittens came a load kg fleas as well. That was not gonna work for me. Kenneth was so very helpful. He took ample time explaining how to use the PT Alpine flea and bed bug spray he recommended. Explaining not to use it around the baby kittens to do one room at a time if I like and close runoff for 4 hours from my kids and the kittys. Also explained how the product works. Explained I may wanna do a test spot first on my hard wood floors and certain fabrics. Over all wonderful attitude and 100%helpful!

Convenient location and great selection of products. We visited because we needed to take care of a palmetto roach problem at our house. Kenneth was very helpful, friendly and actually kind of funny too. He made it a great experience and treated us as if he were the store owner himself. Great guy, great place. Thanks for all the help. Every few years I go here to replenish the insecticide I need to keep my home pest free. The people there have always been so helpful with whatever my needs or concerns are. I can’t for the life of me understand why anyone would want to pay an exterminating company for pest control when spraying yourself is so easy and probably gets the job done better, not to mention the huge cost savings! Sometimes Kenneth was busy with another customer as he seemed to personally want to inform everyone. I never felt that he was trying to push a product on me. Better hope he never retires!

After hearing the ads on 106.3 I decided to give them a try. I needed a couple of mouse traps and some info on fire ant control. Kenneth was very helpful in showing us the mouse traps and gave a lot of detail on what to do about the fire ants. He answered all my 9 year old son’s questions on how the traps worked and exactly how the chemical for the ants take care of getting rid of the Queen. I’ll definitely be back in the spring to get rid of the ants.

I bought a sprayer from Do It Yourself five or six years ago and had used it a lot. It was on its last legs but I decided to take it back to see if it could be resurrected. The tank and the pump cylinder were fine but it just wouldnt hold pressure. Kenneth, in the store worked on it for several minutes and even took a part from his own sprayer when the part I needed was no longer available. In about 10 minutes he had that sprayer working as good as the day I bought it. I rarely have gotten such courteous and efficient help in any business. I recommend them highly without reservation

For a number of years I have been trusting Kenneth to lead me in the choosing the most efficient products to eliminate or control buggy pests. Great Knowledge and Service!

I was recommended this place by some of my co workers. They had everything I was looking for to rid my barn of spiders, my yard of mosquitoes, and my garage of roaches. The sales associate named Kennith was a great help and very knowledgeable of each product. He even explained why you should never use a sprayer you have ever used for weed killer to spray pesticides. It basically makes the pesticides less effective. He even told me they have 5 locations and one was in Spartanburg closer to where I live.

I went into the store looking for what I thought would be at least 5 different products for various bugs and weeds. Renee was right there to help me and explain everything and what options they had to offer me. It ended up that I only needed 2 items!!The products purchased were very reasonably priced.Thank you Renee for the wonderful service!I WILL be back!!

I have used this store since they opened.. Kenneth is always so helpful with suggestions. His knowledge is what helps me make decisions on what to purchase for the pest I need to remove. All prices are competitive with all on-line offerings.

Ive only been here once. They seem to be fairly knowledgeable and have a huge variety for most of your pest control needs. I think theyre a bit pricey but for the most part, is still cheaper than calling an exterminator out. The only problem I have is I went in to purchase things for flea control. I specifically told them I had dogs and cats. When I got home and read the label on the product, it specifically says not to use in any place where cats are inhibited. Now, I have to make another out of the way trip to return this and find something else that will work.

Ive been dealing with DIY Pest Control for many years now and cant say enough wonderful things about the advice given and products recommended usually by Kenneth. This past week Kenneth was AGAIN top notch in helping me solve my problem. Anyone with an issue related to pest control or even weed control would be foolish to go anywhere else!
