It smelled like Spring fresh air in there!! The entire atmosphere was welcoming, beautiful, and filled with delightful & interesting products & gifts! I experienced the best pedicure Ive ever had & my painful, swollen big toe disappeared! I am scheduled to return for more fun & pure Nirvana!!

I have only been to this spa once, but I can most assuredly say that I WILL definitely be back! Everyone, from the women I spoke with on the phone to make (and then reschedule) my initial appointment to the lovely woman that checked me in today to Ashley who did an AMAZING massage for me and Ally who gave me a fantastic facial and wonderful manicure, to even the other ladies working there that I simply passed by or sat near, they were each just as friendly and welcoming as they could be. To say that I enjoyed my experience would be vastly understating reality. Absolutely loved everything about my experience, and cannot wait to use this as a sweet reward for myself as I hit goals. I may have to make up some new goals so I can go back more often!! Very highly recommend Spago! Thank you guys, especially Ashley and Ally, for an awesome morning!

The first time I went it was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. I mentioned this place to my boyfriend because I liked it and he later made a appointment for me under MY NAME AND INCLUDED MY PHONE NUMBER. They called me TWICE the day before and left voicemails to confirm my services and my appointment time. I was 30 minutes early and walked in about 15 minutes before my appointment. As soon as I told the woman what appointment I had she started looking for my appointment and in a confused way asked if my name was someone else’s. She said she didn’t have me down for any appointment and that I was apparently double booked. She constantly kept trying to look for it but found nothing. She ended up telling me that they’ve been having trouble with they’re booking system on their computer. What I don’t understand is why try to book me with a system that YOU KNEW was constantly messing up instead of writing it down to avoid issues like this! After showing the voicemails and email confirmations that my boyfriend made, they said that someone else was down for MY appointment. Before, during and after my appointment time would’ve started, all of this was going yet no one else showed up. I was the only one there, I’m assuming, for my appointment. The person that supposedly had my appointment never showed up and instead of giving me my appointment, they left it for this unknown person while they tried to reschedule ME for days/weeks later after I literally told them that that day was the only day I was available. Every day that they offered to me did not coordinate with my work schedule so I had to keep saying no. My boyfriend eventually did get his money back but I left there extremely unhappy with no services done and my appointment given to someone else who never showed up.I ALSO tried to give this place another chance 3 years later because I was overdue for a massage and wanted one so bad. I booked for the Classic Relaxation Massage basically a week before and I was so excited! So excited that I added on another service that same day. A day or 2 before my appointment they tell me that they can’t do my added on service but they can switch it to something else, something else that I really didn’t want. I ended up just canceling the entire thing...I’m done with this place. Not wasting my time here anymore.

I had the most amazing experience during my massage with Alvita today! I have had chronic back pain for around 6 years and have seen different doctors and physical therapists, but still haven’t found any answers as to what is causing my pain. Alvita really took the time to listen to my story and was determined to figure out what was going on so she could help me. I walked into my massage with the help of my mom and dad because I couldn’t stand on my own, and I walked out of there all by myself. I think she may have found the leading source of my pain for all these years! It was truly a miracle. Alvita even reached out to me later in the day to check on me and see how I was doing. I know that she truly cares about me and my well-being and that she wants to help me get better and have a good quality of life again. I highly recommend going to see her, she is absolutely wonderful and a complete life changer!

I had he pleasure of getting an incredibly relaxing massage with Kelly (hands down the best) and a really great pedicure from Brooke. The spa was so cute and comfortable.They were kind enough to still honor my certificates - which had expired by one month during all this Covid craziness.This visit was my first, but I know it wont be my last. I look forward to going back hopefully very soon. I HIGHLY recommend Spago to anyone looking to relax and feel pampered.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Alvita for some back pain problems Ive been having (I have a 2 year old...nuff said).Let me tell you, this lady knows her stuff! I love this place !! Was recommended to check it out by a local friend, & when I came inside for the first time I was really impressed by the elegant & peaceful atmosphere and decor ! Definitely a place you want to spend time ! The ladies at the desk were very sweet, helpfully prompt, and professional in their check in /check out processes —they don’t try to rush you in-and-out but they also transitioned me into my appointment (and out) in a gracious flow and well-paced manner ! Even if there had been a wait, I wouldn’t have minded it because I like the environment there so much !!! I went in for a women’s design hair cut with Kelly and was so pleased with my lovely experience! She was gentle, patient, sweet-spirited, she really took time to listen to my opinions and ideas for the direction of my 1st time haircut with her (shaping / layering / particular bangs) and she made it all happen ! Definitely recommend !!!

The word spa may conjure a variety of images. Sometimes a business can offer pedicures, hair styling and little else and consider that to be a spa. I expect more from a spa. SpaGo, a genuine day spa in Aiken, meets and exceeds my expectations. I truly love the menu of services. There is a lot to choose from, and as a man, I like having the chance to pick one or more specific services, or just go all in for the crème de la crème 3 hour special. I appreciate their customer service but I also really dig the little touches, the atmosphere, the decor, the scents, all conducive to a true day spa experience. The place is immaculate and clean. Even the guest bathroom is pretty to look at. I can tell by looking at the interior of the spa that great consideration and investment was made to create an atmosphere of relaxation. Lets face it, if we were all great at self care there would be no need for spas or massage therapy. Thankfully, SpaGo exists to help us out in our time of knead. Aiken would be lost without her.

Life changing experience!!

Lots of services and package options with a variety of price points. The saunas are private and steam-free, so theyre really comfortable. The hot stone massages are heavenly. The lunch served with full day packages is delicious and a perfect portion size. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to be accommodating.

This was first experience. I treated myself for my birthday. The staff was friendly and kind. My masseuse was efficient, kind and thorough. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Ive been to a ton of places in Aiken and this is by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. Also I accidentally scraped some paint off my toe getting in my car to leave, I walked back in and asked if I could just use the color to touch it up myself, but Tina was more than happy to fix it! I will be back! The sugar scrub and full calf massage is awesome!

Nice staff. I dont know what else to say positive about them though. Please stop talking during someones massage. People come to relax and be unbothered. When you talk the whole time a person cannot unwind, relax, and enjoy their over priced massage. Also, how about practicing applying more pressure/strength. Ive gotten better massages at less than the price of spago. Come on! And could definitely do better on package pricing.

Been a regular customer for waxing here until I just couldnt take the poor customer service. ALWAYS LATE, when I tried to let management know I was unhappy nothing changed. Finally, at my last wax apt the girl was 35 min late and nobody had let me know what was happening, when I complained and canceled my apt NOBODY tried to resolve the issue and I havent been back since. Not sure how you can have a customer service business and not offer CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Ive been to Spa Go several times over the last 9 years that we have lived in Aiken. And I have always enjoyed my experience. Ive had facials, massages, and pedicures and I have always been very happy and I always return. Ive even had my sister and my husband request to go with me :) Great job, Spa Go!

I was supposed to get a 30 min sauna and a 90 min deep tissue massage. I got there at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment. I was told that I was done at 1:39. You do the math. The masseuse was awesome, I think she was given the wrong info on my appointment. Im pretty sure that the massage I got was a hot stone relaxation massage not a deep tissue massage. I forgot to say that the staff was very friendly. I know to check out what my appointment consisted before getting started to make sure that Im what I expected.

The Spago Salon and Day Spa offers a variety of services and the staff is very friendly and professional. They also have a variety of products thats pretty awesome.

I was supposed to have a facial here at 545 today. I had to use vacation, and pay for a babysitter. I called to say I would be a minute or two late, and the woman said I was not on the books for an appointment. She did not try to accommodate me or even apologize. I know I scheduled the appointment with the right place because I checked my call log and wrote down the appointment as it was made on my calendar. The woman stated I had no appointments under my name. This has cost me money and has disappointed me. Not acceptable.

Mens haircut is making the decision for me to try somewhere else for all services that SpaGo offers. I received my first haircut from SpaGo a few months ago and wasnt super excited about it but I was able to make it work. This most recent haircut was terribly done. There was no blending between different levels, my bangs were cut crooked, and the sides were not cut down so they seemed to bulge out the side of my head before approaching my ear and abruptly cutting back towards the skin.Terrible quality haircut. I ended up going somewhere else to fix it and it was cheaper, and better quality, at another salon.WITH THIS BEING SAID, my wife and I had the couples massage done here and it was WONDERFUL! Absolutely would do again if not for the very negative experience with the hair cuttery.

Not being from the area, I was looking for a good masssge place. We had an amazing massage back home that was hands down the best massage and I didn’t think I would find anything like it!! Having just moved and having some muscular pain, I found SpaGo online and decided to go in for a Neuro-Muscular massage. I had been seeing a chiropractor for months, with little relief so I decided to try a deep tissue massage. Alvita went above and beyond to make sure everything was working out. I can’t say enough about her. She was able to do more in one massage than my chiropractor did in multiple sessions. I left feeling AMZING!! Definitely better than my place back home

I am a long time customer at Spa-go. Ive had facials, pedicures, manicures, etc... Its always good. However, yesterday I went to Spa-go for a whole other reason. I had some severe neck pain, with muscle stiffness and spasm. Other so called specialists in my problem had failed to help - if not outright aggravated the problem.So yesterday, I went to Spa-Go not to relax, but hoping to find relief. I had a 90 minute neuromuscular massage with Alvita. Not only did she take a pretty complete history of the problem and understand the physiology/pathology behind it, she took the time to identify the right trigger point and worked to resolve it. Ive been pain free for close to 18 hours now. Its been weeks since Ive been able to say that.In a nutshell, yes, spa-go is awesome for relaxation and the whole pampering, grooming experience of a spa, but Alvita truly helped me by alleviating my pain.
