Super Cute Nail Salon! This salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and does NOT have the strong smell most nail places do. I liked my nail tech, she did a really good job and was kind and funny. The staff did a great job catering to our needs and we walked away relaxed and with really great manicures.

I have been going here for a few years. This is farther than where I live in lake pleasant but well worth it. The owner and all the employees are so friendly. The staff tries their hardest to accommodate but doesnt try to overbook. The staff will actually call me to ask I can adjust my appointment if there are any issues. I get my ped by Helen and shes amazing but they are all really good.There are so many nail places to choose from but I go here because the level of customer service and the quality of their work is exemplary. An added plus, they dont use a hard sell method to push for additional add ons.

Amy and her team are super professional and extremely talented!! I love going in there and being pampered, as does my entire family. The salon is impeccably clean, and they have a huge variety of polish colors for both lacquer and gel. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The owner is very nice and friendly. Her employees do an awesome job and take their time. (This nail color is the powder dip #110.)I also get my eyebrows waxed here and they consistently do a great job. They also take their time for this.I took my mother-in-law with me and she got a pedicure. She has really sensitive feet and the girl who did her nails was really gentle and would ask if she wanted it harder or softer.

The owner is very professional and always so helpful when I come in. In addition, the staff is just as great, very clean and nice environment. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone.

2 days after my $40 pedicure the polish started coming off !!!!!

This was my first time coming to this salon and I must say I had an amazing first experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smiling face and atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Amy was the tech that took care of my nails and she is so sweet, and genuine! She really took her time getting to know me and shared about herself as well, making it a very personable experience. She was very efficient and I haven’t been this pleased with my nails before. I will most definitely make this my home salon and Amy is now my go to girl! I will be bringing my mom and MIL here from this point on! Outstanding!

Been going here for almost a decade. Theyve done my acrylics to my pedis, amy and her staff are amazing. My mother goes here religiously. Everyone knows its hard to find a salon that really does what you want, no question here. Ive been to nail salons all over the valley, literally to east mesa, this salon gets it.

Ive been to many salons in the past 23 years and Palace Nails is by far at the top of my list! Amy and her staff are very friendly, they do whatever possible to please their customers. The salon is immaculate and very stylish.

I really enjoyed my first experience here. I came into the store and I really did not know what to expect. I did not have a design in mind and I was also planning to go to a wedding after a few days. I really needed something classy. I shared with them what were the colors of my outfits and she helped me pick out a color. They are very down to earth person. I will definitely go back to her again.

This was my go-to place for nails, typically go twice a month. The past 3 experiences have been terrible. Ive had the same technician even though I requested someone different the last 2 times (with making an appointment) still seem to get stuck with him. He always cuts my fingers, and today he cut practically cut my toenail off. He does a terrible job at painting and his designs are a joke. Sad to say I will be looking elsewhere and will not be returning. I actually had to go home and remove the polish it was so bad this time. I recommend if you go there to demand a different tech.. the ladies are all really good.

They do an amazing job! I searched for almost a year to find a new nail tech that could do my flare tips and Tina is seriously the best there is, and I wont let anyone else touch my nails now! Absolutely love this place!!

Its been two weeks and my nails still look fantastic. Seriously. And I expect theyll continue to look great for another week, too. I was amazed at how fast and easy she made it seem, not to mention that I was ready to go the minute she was finished. I great experience from start to finish.

The guy that worked on my 17 year old daughter did a horrible job was sighing and acted like it was a hassle doing her nails he did it half fast and couldn’t wait to get done he wanted to go home. my daughter works hard for her money and this was a treat for all her hard work he never asked how she wanted her shape she kept telling him how she wanted it done and he didn’t listen to her when she came home she was so upset and frustrated.Shame on you as a business the people you employ should treat everyone as if you respect and appreciate people coming in and treat them with respect no one wants to waste money on a service they didn’t like and the job done very poor

I decided to go with a beautiful pale pink color and nail massage. She was phenomenal. Very kind and helpful and she is an expert in the application. I couldnt have asked for anything better! I am very excited to show them off for the holidays! Thank you!

After a lousy experience at another nail place recently, I went to Palace Nails today for a fill. What a difference! Amy totally listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for, plus, no pain, no bleeding, and very reasonable price! I will never go back to the other place. I have never had such bad customer service. I walked in at 4:20pm on a Saturday to have my nails filled and I was turned away because I did not have an appointment. Per the sign on the window walk-ins are welcome. Plus the didnt close until 6pm. Needless to say they will never get service from me.

I must have come here on a bad day, iv heard good things about this place and decided to try it, i walked in and they told me it was about a 15min wait, thats fine. well 30 mins go by and they took in 2 other customers (who didnt have appointments) that came in behind me, first. i was fed up with the service and they kept begging me to stay so they could get my money. This was a bad experience and i wont be back.
