I found this nail spa on a Google search and was able to get in right away. Ann was great and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. All the employees were friendly and attentive to their customers.

I have been getting nails dipped there for the last six months. It is out of my way but they did such a great job making the dip very natural looking. Have always had the ladies, this past weekend went and a man did my nails. He cut open three of my fingers when he was filling them! Acted like he did NOT want to be doing my nails at all and now I have three cuts on my fingers! Nails look BAD! Never apologized and never ever going back there again!

I have been going here for quite a while. I always am treated like part of the family. I have took my mother in law there too when shes visiting . After she leaves and I go back they always ask about her. I can always get in the day I call. Just love the way my nails look!!!

This place was amazing! My mom & I came for her 60th birthday. We have had many many pedicures in our years and this was the best pedicure we have ever had. Ann did mine & she really knew what she was doing with reflexology! Highly recommend going here.

We went to this shop without appointments and were immediately greeted and seated. My sister went here every week or two. Since I was visiting her, this was my 1st time.The nail tech who always does my sisters nails immediately took her. I presumed I would have to wait, but another lovely woman quickly finished a clean up from a pedicure and approached me within 30 seconds. She led me to her station and quickly gathered her tools. Then she started my manicure. She worked fast, but was very gentle. It had been years since my last manicure, but within 10 minutes my cuticles were back in shape and my nails were quickly becoming attractive again. I received a gel manicure that took approximately 30 minutes.While doing my manicure, my tech never overlooked her other customer who was receiving a pedicure. She was able to keep working on both of us while waiting for timed applications to set.I decided to have a pedicure after the manicure was completed. The chairs have rolling back massagers and I received a total back massage the entire time I was seated for my pedicure. Again, my nail tech was fast but very gentle while working on my toe nails. I chose a pedicure that included a sugar scrub and paraffin soak. She took lots of time doing the massage during the sugar scrub and paraffin soak. My feet were soft again and the circulation was definitely increased in my legs. I am so happy with the manicure and pedicure results. I enjoyed the 2 hours that we spent there with very attentive women. The prices are some of the most reasonable I have seen for these services.

The technicians here are very professional and the service is top notch.

I got gel nails, when I got to my car I had noticed that she had put a piece of dirt under my nails, I would have gone back but I had other things to do. I went there a second time to get a pedicure, they made my big toe bleed. It was painful and the girl didn’t apologize, she told me it was natural. Never going there again., and you shouldn’t either.

Actually this service deserves zero stars. A very disappointing experience, the worst ever especially for a spa salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I did not have an appointment so I had no problem waiting for the person I wanted. I simply wanted my own nails painted with gel polish. However after more than the 20 mins that I was told had passed, I decided to go ahead with the young girl that was sitting at a nail booth on her phone. (The booth had a license with name Phoung Dang). BIG MISTAKE! She was very annoyed and impatient from the beginning. She handed me the nail swatches to select my color. I chose two colors. One of which was a sparkly-glitter silver. As she was applying the base coats, she was in such a hurry, she was not reaching the sides of my nail bed AND PICKED UP HER PHONE BETWEEN EACH COAT. When she was applying the color, she was so far away from my cuticle, my nails look a few days old. When I asked about it she said if she painted closer it would run and chip. When applying the glitter polish as accent nails, she was stacking the polish so high it was pooling as a bubble on the sides of my nail. When I pointed it out to her, she grabbed my hands and took her own finger and wiped the glitter polish off my nails. She said it would take 10 coats to match what I saw on the nail swatch. I asked for another polish that would take less coats, I picked one. Now she was throwing my hand back at me each time she polished for me to place it under the light (it was for me to assume it was time for the light when she threw my hand back). She was not waiting for the time to count down so I still ended up with pooling lumps on my nails. I couldnt take anymore, I asked for the manager, the lady at the desk (Rachel) insisted I speak with her and after I asked for the manager 3 times, she said she was. When I explained to the manager, demonstrated how the girl was throwing my hand, and showed her my nails, the manager attempted to fix my nails. Unfortunately she said she could not do anything about the other nail tech and her lack of professionalism. Short of starting over on my nails, she also could not fix my nails after a few minutes of filing my nails even shorter. The nail tech sat there beside us the entire time on her phone, offering no apologies. The manager finally apologized at the end and did not charge me for the mess I was left with.

Love it! Had a first experience very nice and went out of their way to give me what I wanted. They fixed what another salon had done wrong. Second Experience, added a pedicure and it was even better!

Do NOT come to this salon, the employees are disgusting and will delete your bad reviews. I have just sent in a complain form on the AZBOC website because of their negligence and malpractice. The owner of the salon literally shoved her dirty fingernails under mine to clean them. HORROR SHOW.

Was very disappointed. The worst pedi Ive ever received. She left polish all over my toes and barely filed them. She also didnt even bother to ask if I wanted a design or anything extra, just plopped my feet up and said thank you. While receiving my pedi, the other lady did my full set while standing up next to me, which was weird considering there was no one else waiting. My full set was very average, and they have a small amount of colors to choose from. Wish I had liked this place, cause they were friendly at least. Ill definitely stick with Tuyet over at Royal Nails, or the Nail Shoppe instead. Lesson learned.

Went here yesterday 3/25 and did not have the normal good experience. I made an appointment for 3 oclock for me and my friend for pedicures. Waited for over 30 mins, even though I had an appt. Only had 3 people working on a Saturday. Two other women walked in for pedis a moment before we did and didnt have an appt and they took them first. While we were waiting, my foot water was ice cold and they finally noticed 15 mins later and refilled with warmish water. Once they finally did get started on me, the woman did not do a great job on the pedicure either. She barely gave me a foot and leg massage and rushed to do my white tips on my toes, which also by the way look horrible. There was no one else waiting for a pedi so I didnt understand the rush. Once she was quickly finished it looked like white lines, not even curved properly. (Which was $5 extra).Was extremely disappointed in my visit and wont be coming back. Dont recommend coming here.
