I wish that the salon would have informed me on the quality of what I was getting. They charged me$45 for nails to last only a couple of hours. The paint is chipping off and it only has been a day. Very upset. And when I had let them know that the paint was chipping the informed me that they could redo it but I would still be charge

Had a mani/Pedi. Had 2 women working on me. One did the actual trimming and filing while the other lotioned and massaged. Nice experience

After 10 years of getting my nails done, Metro Nails is my first choice. Everyone is very kind and takes great care of me. They have a wide selection of different types of polishes and accessories so they can create virtually any design you ask for. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I was nervous my nails wouldnt come out that great...man was I wrong. Nothing less than perfection! This is a great place to go if hou are not from Peoria.

I got acrylics, and my nails haven’t stopped hurting. Nails are not the same shape, the design is not what I asked for. Was super rushed, and it was painful. I was cut, and burned from harsh filing multiple times. Smeared, lopsided, and not pretty is what you would call my nails. Will never be going back.

I won’t go anywhere else for the services they offer!! Initially I only went to Metro Nails bc I had a gift certificate, but after seeing the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff, I have now been a regular customer (every 2 weeks) for over a year. Cindy & Shawn are fantastic! The shop is clean & relaxing. The staff is professional and kind. And above all, my nails look amazing every time! I’ve had acrylic, gel, dip, & pedicure services with no issues at all. Recommend setting appointments as they do get busy, but will do everything in their power to get all customers in & out in a timely manner. They also support local charities, on top of everything else!!!

Favorite place for pedis!

I was a walk in and very rarely get my nails done...like maybe twice a year. They were super busy, but had me seated and soaking within a few minutes. They were very kind and professional. I am amazed at how great my feet and hands look. They really did a wonderful job. I recommend!!

Ive been here 3 times, and the only good thing I can say is that the atmosphere is very relaxing. But other than that, the nail techs always seem to have an attitude when acrylic services are requested. On top of that, the process is ALWAYS rushed when they are applying the nails as well. Ive been cut by a nail drill not once, but TWICE here. Do yourself a favor and go to a nail place that takes their time and does not rush you out.

Always a good experience. I feel very well taken care of. Prices are reasonable. Salon is clean, everyone is friendly. Good quality products. Im a gel manicure girl, and they last 3 weeks despite me being very rough on my hands/nails. Love this place!

I absolutely love Metro nails. They are always so nice, professional and accommodating. Sidney is one of THE BEST nail techs that Ive had. Everyone is there is good but I am very particular about my nails and Sid understands me. I recommend metro nails.

I went to the shop at 11AM, the staff was kind of busy, BUT they were able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. People coming in and asking how long itd be were really nasty and rude, if you cannot wait, maybe you dont need a service done. Some people need some home training. Thank you Metro Nails for a job well done!!

My family and i have loved metro nails!! my mom and sisters say that their pedicures are amazing, and i always get my acrylics here, and they always do a great job. the workers are extremely nice and atmosphere is very relaxing. on top of all that, the prices are pretty affordable!

My favorite nail place in Peoria. I have never had any problems with making appointments or walking in on the fly. The staff is always polite, friendly, & accommodating. I always get a pedicure & a gel manicure. They have a wide variety of matching colors. When finished, all of my nails look great & I am totally relaxed. Oh, speaking of relaxed, they have massage chairs!

They have very reasonable prices and friendly staff. They just recently got new massage chairs for doing pedicures

I called to see if they were busy. My 4 year old daughter and I wanted our nails done. They got us right in. They were wonderful with my daughter!

Im a black African American they did all the white people first and had me wait a hour. Me and the white lady came in at the same time and they did her first as well. Everytime i came they kept charging me higher and higher and it was a different price everytime and I literally got the same thing. And plus my nails looked horrible.

I, an african woman walked in along with a caucasian woman. She wanted a pedi and I a fill in and pedi. I mean we walked in at the SAME DAMN TIME The woman there asked me (african) to come back because they were busy but went right away to take care of the other (caucasian) womans services. It was so damn rude and embarrassing to me. I give them no stars and i was reluctant to even go back because her husband did a TERRIBLE job the last time i was in for an acrylique fill in. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL SERVICE AS WELL

The nails are okay that’s what the 2 stars are for but The guy there was so aggressive with my nails even made me bleed from it ! He noticed I was looking at the bleed and literally flipped my hand over maybe it was because I came in there kinda late but that is no reason to treat a customer really bad ! I come from VIP nails for just one day and had really high expectations, really upset with metro nails ! Hope nobody else gets treated the way I did . I know for a fact VIP nails doesn’t treat their customers like this
