You have to go to the right person, as with any salon in my experience. I’ve loved my nails each time. Vivian did these ones. On my natural nail which were shorter than normal at the time.

First time here was iffy as front desk gal was very rude. Tried again…made appt for 1st thing in the morning for nails. Myself and 4 other women with same time appt, sat and waited. After waiting for 40 min I walked out. Found another spa that I absolutely love where staff is friendly and classy

Kim is the best!!! Shes very friendly and makes sure you are completely happy with your nails before you walk out the door! Im VERY picky and so happy I found someone who actually listens to want I want and is very patient and so very talented!!!

There are so many things that I have not liked there, the pedicure and manicure are overcharging, if you do not buy the most expensive service they DO NOT serve you well. The technician cut my toe, the massage is horrible, she painted my toe before giving the massage and did not cover the entire nail. The technician not like the color I chose and it brought me different colors, I said NO, and when you tells them that you dont like the job and to change something, they look at you ugly and then they start talking in their language (speaking of me, I dont know 🙃 ) Every time I go, the experiences are a disaster. Ah and with manicure, they dont want to cut the cuticle, I DONT RECOMMEND THEM!

This place was amazing. My nails came out so good. The tech I had was named Lea I believe. She took her time and really did an amazing job! I have had so many compliments. My tech was super sweet and nice and she didnt just slap some nails on and call it good like most places. Definitely coming back.

Showed them a picture of the color, they said “this color will match” the color I asked for was like a burnt orange. I got RED. It was dip powder so the powder didn’t look red when in the container.I asked for matte and got semi matte. I did not get any of what I asked for except for the shape. Very disappointed and will not be back. Will be going elsewhere to be fixed.They also cut up my fingers and made them super dry. Absolutely awful place. Go almost anywhere else

I have been to Krazy Nails twice for pedicures. One time with assistant manager and one time with manager. Both were so busy running the shop. Both scream instructions to others and they keep leaving during the service to check in other clients, run water for pedi, etc. not very relaxing. Good massage.

I will never go back ever again! So disappointed with their service and I was overcharged $5.00. I got a pedicure w/gel polish today, second time Ive been here. First time it was completely different then today. First time I got a pedi here, they charged me $10.00 for gel polish, which is standard everywhere. Today, I was charged $15.00 for gel. Even though their menu says $5.00 per foot. There are so many things that went wrong today, that I literally could write a book on my experience. Besides being overcharged, the technician cut my toe, gave a horrible foot massage (she rubbed my shins for most of the time) Used some kind of fist beating on my legs and feet and painted my toes before giving the massage. The whole experience was backwards. I do not recommend them! Totally disappointed!

I’ve been going 2 this place about 2 years now and I absolutely love them, super sweet and kind. I’ve only ever gotten gel and powder nails so I can’t say anything about the pedicures. And I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed and they always look on point :)

Ive had alot of pedicures. And let me tell you this young lady had me falling asleep in the chair. Super relaxing, I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

I’m really bummed to say that after 5 years of coming here, I won’t be returning. I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have come here until my most recent visit. I had acrylic nails removed and the man who removed them literally ripped them off. I have had acrylics removed here before and they have always soaked them in acetone and filed them off. The man who took them off this time seemed super angry that I wanted them removed and he barbarically ripped them off. I sat there literally shaking and in tears because of the extreme pain. Left all my nails bloody and shredded to pieces. I’m incredibly sad to say that this one experience in 5 years has ruined this place for me. :(

The lady that did my nails was nice. But she cut my finger with a nail file and messed up the glitter on the dip powder. I left the salon finding very obvious imperfections. Usually I would kindly ask if they would fix it but I wanted out after my cut finger started to throb. I personally wont go back there.

I was quoted 35.00 over the phone for a gel fill with 2 nails replaced. The first person that worked with me was very nice and appeared to be the manager. He turned me over to another man who for the entire time I was there kept telling me that he was homeless and lived in his car. He kept saying that people give him money for food . I felt like I was being bullied into leaving a bigger tip. Then when I went to pay he tried to charge me 40.00.When I told him I was quoted 35.00 he quickly changed his tune and said 35.00. I will not go back. My first time in and my last.

Literally worst pedicure and customer service ever. I wish I can give 0 stars.. And Im not one to complain. Ive had my fair share of okay pedicures but none to ever really write a bad review on. I walked in and specifically asked of they could do 3 pedicures for me, my mom, and my grandma and they said they could take us all 3 right away. So I sat in the chair as one of the ladys set up all 3 chairs then my mom and grandma sat next to me. This was at about 5 min till 11. Then as she started on my pedicure 3 more ladies walked in and said they had an appointment for 11 oclock. So one of the ladys 15 min later started on my grandma and one of the ladies who had walked in had to wait 20 min before they started on her when she had an appointment. Then the lady who only spent 15 maybe 20 min on my pedicure, when it was supposed to be 35 min, stopped and started on my mom finally with out putting the polish on my toes! So then I had to wait another 20 min for someone else to quickly put polish on my toes and still got it on my skin and didnt wipe it off. Never going back and never recommending them to anyone 😡

The nail techs are extremely nice but there under staffed.Went in there for a fill and pedicure but only got the fill. Stood there after my full for 10 minutes when I went to another place

I made an appointment with Kim and they got me right in. I got a pedicure and massage. She did a super job!I just got another pedicure with Kim and again she did a super fantastic job. If you are looking for someone to give you a pedicure she is the one. I recommend her to everyone!!!

This was my first time going there and it was an amazing experience. The whole staff was so sweet and efficient. I got a regular pedicure and an acrylic manicure, and my nails have never turned out better!

Ive tried 4 nail places and this is my favorite. Its clean, theyre all friendly and they each can do speciality designs by hand. My daughter and I typically get some new design each time. Its a great place. Upgrade to the paraffin wax option. Amazing!

Oh my goodness I loved this place. They were so friendly and welcoming. The salon is a perfect size and the nail techs were amazing at their jobs. I wanted football toes for the start of football and she did way better than I could have expected and the prices were also very reasonable considering they do more than just paint your nails. Definitely worth the drive over there and will be making this my permanent spot

Alan did an exceptional job of repairing my nails. He took the time to explain to me why they look like they look and what to do to fix it I am so pleased with the job that he did I will be going back even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get to him he is worth the drive.

I have been here 3 times and had 4 different people ; every single one did a great job. I have tried a few shops on the 4 corners : I am very picky : these guys have my business for sure! I go during the week so it is not as busy.

This is a great nail salon. Its clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Ive always found that I get my moneys worth--a great service at reasonable prices. Its a great place to relax and get your nails made beautiful!

I went to this nail spa today and was totally impressed. I have been trying to find a quality tech and appears that I have found her. Tracey did my nails and she did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. So impressed. I will be returning for my nails as well as other services.

Nail Tech, Sky (spelling?), is a true artist with dipping powder nails! Yes, I agree with other reviewers about the relaxed ambience of the salon, regardless of whether its a busy crunch time or later in the day. After only two visits, I count myself among their many loyal customers.

I really enjoyed the experience I had here. The cleanliness of the place was a highlight! Especially the fact that they use disposable liners for their pedicure chairs! The lady I had was named ViVian & she was very kind and did a great job on both my pedicure and my nails! Clean, friendly, and worth the drive for me!

Tina insisted I come back after she charged me $50 for my $45 service and after you had me go next door to the bank to get more money for her tip. Tina insisted that I did not pay but after showing her my wells Fargo account, she told me that the service went through but it was her tip that had not gone through despite the cash tip I had given her. I will NEVER come back here. Especially not to Tina who pressured me to get ombre or custom nails when all I wanted was purple with sparkles that I left with.

Went in got greeted, asked what I needed done, sat there 20 mins, watched people come in after me getting service with no appointments. Totally ignored by staff as if I was non existent. Service: terrible, look and feel of the place: dirty and disorganized.

First time I have come to Krazy Nails! I loved it! Got in and out. The people are friendly and attentive. A little far, but Ill be back because of the service, how clean they keep it and the non-salon smell.

The girl checked my card for my points as I requested so I can get my discount. She tried to charge me full price and I asked how many points i have. She said next time you can have a $10 discount so when I took the paper showing the details of how many points I had It exceeded the amount of points that are required. Shes rude and not to mention stupid. Ill never come here again. The work they did was not great. If you take a look at their counters and area where they display artwork and vases it is so filthy nails are laying around. Very rude disrespectful and try to cheat you. Definitely will never come here again to be treated like that and lied to. I think the girl is a loser. Definitely dont take their word for it. Look at the reciept with the number you have towards your points because theyre going to lie to you. How cheap they are.

Dean did an amazing job and I highly recommend him. My pedicure was thorough and I had a toenail removed due to my combat boots causing issues, she worked with my request wonderfully. I got the deluxe for the massage part since I drove in from out of town (worth it). They were all very personable and easy to cummicate with, which is probably the best part.The decor is black and white which makes it feel more energetic and allows you to really gage the quality of work being done instead of dim set ups. Sky at this location was simply phenomenal in his customer service delivery. This was my first time and for sure, this place will be my go-to. Sky and everyone else exuded genuine warmth and friendliness. its super impressive watching the way the technicians took care of the customers walking through the door and everyone seem to leave happy. From my personal experience, Sky showed genuine interest in my satisfaction and took the time to understand what I was looking to get done, and he far exceeded my expectation. The gentleman was flawlessly professional and courteous. Soooo happy looking at my beautiful ombre gel nails! Ask for Sky when you get there and expect to be delighted!

I have now been here twice, first time I walked in and they told me they had time for a fill. I waited an hour before leaving. I decided to give it another try because my friend gets hers done there and they always look nice. I called ahead but still waited about 30 mins. UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady who did my nails was rushing the entire time. She kept rushing me to pick a color.she trimmed my nails and made half of them square and half of them coffin shaped. I went in with coffin shaped nails, done 3 weeks ago. I asked her to fix them and make them all the same shape and she became frustrated with me, I am paying you, its NOT that hard. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. TOO BAD I DIDNT GET HER NAME... however she had a midriff shirt on and her belly was hanging out the whole time.also there was old nails (not mine) all over her station like she cut someones nails and did not clean it up. the place is very dirty. GROSS.

This place is just okay. Have had several problems with my gel nails cracking within 24-48 hours. Also, the massages that accompany their pedicures suck. Probably because they’re so busy on their phones texting! Hard to give a one-handed massage lol. Hot stones are never hot and your hot stone massage lasts about 20 seconds. A little on the pricey side too. Definitely shop around, there are better nail salons out there for sure!!

Worst liquid gel manicure I have ever received. My thumbs were cracked as soon as I left the place. Not even a week later they are even more cracked and falling apart. DO NOT waste your money here. I cant believe I paid $55+tip for TRASH nails.

Actually I am the wife of this account holder writing this review. I normally do not like to give reviews but tonight is a very special case. Where Do I start, 1st I cant believe the un-professional behavior that I experienced occurred at this establishment today. Several Nail Techs excluding mine preceded to engage in a very loud verbal confrontation amongst us customers and it was so loud that we all thought that they where going to fight. One of the customers asked who was in charge and it was stated No one was. and that to me was a huge concern. After several long minutes of loud arguing amongst themselves I ask my Tech was everything going to be ok? She did not respond but I could tell that she was very uneasy herself. I will not go back to this business because of the unprofessionalism and to make matters worst this business is suppose to be upscale based on its location.(Lake Pleasant) I will never return or recommend this business to anyone.. Also I was given one price but when I was ready to pay the price had changed I looked for the tech whom had originally given the 1st price but she had already left for the evening. There was no Apologies for their behavior and I really cant believe it. WOW!!!

I have always had great service here, but my last visit was the worst. When using the callus remover and pumice stone they cut my feet and just kept saying it was small and putting the blue drops on it. When I checked out they said they cut me so theyd discount it $10. I felt a little pain but didnt look any further. About 10 minutes after I left (when all the oil and lotion soaked in) I felt a terrible pain and found 2 holes in my heel. Upon seeing my Dr. I now have had to have a tetanus shot and antibiotics. My only advise is to be careful and look closely if something doesnt feel right.

I love this place! They remember who I am and always ask where my mom is(lol she use to come with me). I recently made the boo boo & tried alone nail place & ended up having horribly thick acrylics. I went to see Tammy yesterday and she SAVED my nails and wallet. I was ready to get a whole new set and sit through the pain and process again but she took an ugly situation and made it 10x better. I’ve learned my lesson and sticking with this place! I’ll recommend them until I’m blue in the face 😊

I wouldnt suggest spending your time or money. The girl that did my last pedicure would not listen, the gloves were hurting my legs when she put lotion on. There was clearly no lotion to which I got a horrible rash from the latex on my skin. Worst pedicure Ive had.

Krazy Nails was able to fit me in without an appointment. They were very accomodating and tried to meet all my needs. I walked in one way and was impressed leaving out. If ever in town again I wil return and patron this business.

Not very friendly. In the middle of pedicure, if you want slouching, $10 more. You want massage with stones $5 more. I thought I picked which service I wanted and what it would cost from the menu. $25 pedicure cost $40. Did an okay job on painting of nails.

I have been to all the nails shops in Lake Pleasant this is the most affordable and the staff is super nice and never pushy A+ for service.

These are genuinely the WORST nails I have ever gotten. I’m absolutely appalled. The girl put the tips on and cut them without asking me what length I wanted them. Then, when I told her they were too short she told me she would be charging me $55, because she was charging me an extra $10 to change the tips she did without asking me. So she took the tips off and put new ones on. Cut me while filing the nails down multiple times, making me bleed. Completely unsanitary and now I’m worried about getting an infection. She didn’t trim my cuticles either. The nails already look like they’re a week grown out. Not only that, but they flare out so strangely. I asked her for coffin shape. The paint job is horrible, nails are uneven, and they’re crooked. I can’t believe I paid $45 for this mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. worst experience ever.
