Tills is the first mechanic I feel comfortable with working on my older Mercedes. The shop is clean and they are organized, responsive and informative.Had a sound under the hood. Was fairly certain it was a serpentine belt and possibly pulleys. Two other shops said it was an internal engine problem. Without telling Tills what I thought it was, they said it was exactly what I thought. They had the work done within a day.

Have a 2013 Jetta SE (MK 6). Needed a headlight fixed as connection was bad. VW of Fort Myers wanted to charge me over $200 because a service technician needed to look at headlight. Called up Till’s and they took me in immediately, fixed the headlight AND fixed my high beam connection for less than HALF of what VW wanted to charge. Will be going back for future repairs, and you should too! They had Aston Martins, 911s, BMWs etc. in the garage so you know people trust them with their nice cars!

I brought my 2006 Audi A5 Quattro to Till’s for rear ceramic brakes, being new to Ft. Myers, I was referred to the shop by a friend who said he had a good experience with them. After the work was completed, I couldn’t have been move pleased! The prices were fair and I wasn’t getting ‘jerked around’ like at the Dealership.

Incredibly responsive and Trustworthy!!I was referred to Tills by Got You Covered for an issue with the mechanics of my convertible top on my 350z. I had come across the state to have the work done and was only going to be there for the day. They took me right in and fixed the problem; only charging me for the one hour of labor that they needed to clear an obstruction from a micro sensor. Firstly I am amazed that they found the issue that fast and secondly it was refreshing that they didnt charge me some crazy price. It would have been very easy for them to charge me for new micro sensors and all the other craziness; especially since I am from out of town. Well to start of with my car has been making a squeeling noise when I first turn it on and when my ac is on. The ac works, but continues to make the noise. My brakes have been scraping so I thought they needed to be changed. After leaving my car there I received a call telling me that the ac was working perfectly and my brakes still have plenty of padding. He suggested that the noise was from my car sitting, but i told him that didnt make sense because i was driving it everyday.. the only thing he responded with was huh thats weird and didnt look into it any further. I also told him multiple times that my ac was in fact working, I was just worried about the noise, also didnt look into that. Instead he directed to focus to the check engine light being on and changed my break light without asking me. The work they did do was fine and definitely needed; but they did multiple things without informing me. One being replacing the gasket which I didnt even know about until I went to pick up my vehicle. Well, Ive had my car back for only one day now and absolutely none of the problems I went in for have been fixed. I went to drive it today and the brakes are still just as bad as before I went in and my car is still making the same noise. So now after spending around $600 and $348 of that being for labor I have to find another mechanic that is actually going to put in the work to fix the problem that I ask them to.

I love Tills. My first experience with them was when another shop in town dismantled the engine on one of my vehicles. Halfway through the repair they closed the business and told me to come pick up my car and any parts I could find. Well, I did and had it towed to Tills with a box of parts just hoping there wa enough there to get it all working. Tills took care of me and the vehicle is running great. Since then, I have brought my other cars to Tills. They are honest, dependable, and really know what they are doing, particularly with my import vehicles. Went to Tills to have annual maintenance completed on my Porsche 911 Carrera. Have used Tills for 3 years and VERY HAPPY with their level of service as well as the price they charge. THE GOOD: They got my car running, which was my primary concern.THE BAD: Nothing was put back together after parts were replaced. Fuel pump was replaced in the trunk and everything was ripped apart to replace the part, but was not put back the way it was initially. Foam rubber rear spoiler was torn, a very rare and expensive part to replace. Holes were drilled in the rear floorboard (without my prior consent), I am assuming to drain rainwater that may have collected there. The invoice was expensive for the work done. As far as communication, it was like pulling teeth to get updates on the progress as the car was in the shop for several months. This did improve toward the latter part of the process.While I am sure Tills does great work for some people, this audition did not convince me to take any more of my vintage BMWs there for work. Then again, I have a certain standard and that may exceed what most people are willing to tolerate.

Well let me tell you how these guys operate. I was going through a very difficult and costly divorce. My soon to be ex-wife dropped off her BMW 750LI. She never returned to pick up the vehicle. Till’s contacted me after a period of time. I would like to add the charming gentleman who answers the phone (I’d like to say “Smitty”) contacted me and said the car was there for some time and needed to be picked up, so I came down as promised later that week to pick up the car. There was a $600 repair bill on the car. What he FAILED to tell me was the car WAS NOT fixed it would need to be towed out of there or have an $8000 transmission put into it. I told charming Mr “Smitty” I needed a moment to mull over my options because I was misinformed on the phone when I spoke to him, so when I came back in to discuss them, I was totally ignored. After waiting and waiting. I finally left. In a short period of time there after my wife died and I was tied up with that and when I contacted “Smitty” again he informed that there was now a $2000 repair bill which NOW included storage and he laughed at me when I told him about my wife passing away. He then informed there was now a lien on my car and they were taking it. My car is NOW GONE. They kept it. I even provided proof of her death. I used Till’s for some work previously and they did a good job, however the abuse and mistreatment and the lack of compassion in this incident will keep me from ever returning to their business. I encourage the owner to post his side of the story here. Just for the record Mr Smitty is Rude, condescending, disrespectful and down right mean.PS. I NEVER write reviews. I just felt very compelled to let others know how heartless and cold these people are.

Excellent service very thorough. They outlined everything that I should anticipate needing to fix in the next few years while showing me what needed to be fixed today. I encouraged them to just fix everything today but they explained it was not necessary. They simply wanted me to be aware of what costs will be coming down the road so I can plan accordingly and not be surprised. Most shops would have jumped at the chance to rake up a larger bill. Prices are very fair. Good people.

Horrible customer service. Being new in the area I asked around for a good place for my daughter to bring her car to for repair. Needed new battery & alternator. They fixed the problem for just over $900. Two weeks later she had to take her car to the dealership for a recall notice on the airbag. The dealership completed the recall and said that they were going to check under the hood as a curiosity, but they were unable to because they couldnt get the hood open? When my daughter told them that she just had it worked on two weeks prior, they told her that she should take it back to them to fix it since clearly they were the last ones to open the hood. It was right before her Christmas break, so she flew home for the holidays and once back in town after the new year she took it back to Tills. The manager she talked to tried to tell her that they didnt do anything to make the hood not open, she MUST have ran into something because there were a couple dents on top of the hood (which had been there from before taking the car in and had nothing to do with opening the hood, otherwise they wouldnt have been able to open it to begin with).My daughter called me in tears afterwards saying how mean the manager was to her and he kept insisting that SHE had hit something to make this happen. With needing her oil to be changed, I thought I would call Tills and talk to the manager myself. I called and it was unbelievable how RUDE & obnoxious this guy was on the phone. I explained the situation and he kept insisting that it was nothing that they did. I told him that the only thing we know for sure is that we took the car to them, they repaired it, and the hood has never been able to be opened since then. Then he tries telling me that my daughter hit something to make it that way? I told him that didnt happen. I explained that in good faith we brought the car to him for repair and that the bill was over $900 (which I considered a lot). He responded to me by saying Thats nothing, I had a car in here yesterday that spent $28,000 dollars!My daughter ended up taking the car to a different mechanic who said that whoever had worked on the car previously had pulled the cable too hard and extended it where it wasnt releasing the hood latch. SHE DID NOT HIT ANYTHING! The mechanic showed my daughter how to pull the cable herself and was able to open the hood.Not only is Tills a bully towards young college girls, they are also idiots when it comes to opening a hood after they clearly broke it.

We had recently bought a 09 MB E350 that quickly had an issue. We are new to the area and we had no idea where to take the car. I found the name of Tills on line. I called and they were able to get our car in that day and promptly assessed the situation and gave us an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was exactly what were charged. When picking up the car they even showed us the worn out pieces that had to be replaced. Since the battery was fully discharged when the belt broke they wanted to make sure it was FULLY charged before releasing it to us. For foreign car repairs that are honest and thorough I would use Tills every time.

Excellent Work and Honest. I wanted to have my IMS bearing corrected on my 996 911. Tills found out that the issue was already corrected. from the previous owner. They could have done the work anyway. Yet they told me I didnt need to update. Its refreshing to see this kind of integrity in a repair shop.

This is hands-down the best repair shop I have found for my BMW in Fort Myers . Fair an honest. Finally somebody not going to take it advantage of me because the kind of car I drive . Ryan helped me and was ON it. He told me he’s been working on cars with his father since he was 10 years old. Solid family.

I had my car inspected by Tills Auto Clinic. I opted for the more comprehensive inspection. Theyre priced about even with other shops I had been to. I feel like they were extremely thorough. Despite being unable to recreate one of the issues that I was told was going on, everything else was absolutely spot on. Unfortunately due to a communication error a trim piece inside my hatch was left dangling. I was offered to have it fixed free of charge but by that time I was already almost home. Theyre a good shop, Ill probably use them for future inspections and if I run into any major issues.

Took my car in the day after I called at 10am. They called me by 2pm to let me know what the problem was with the options I had. By 5:30pm they had taken apart my car, replaced the coils and spark plugs, and had my car running like new. All on a Friday before they closed for the weekend. No complaints.

Paid nearly $900 for a an unneeded repair that was performed because the shop misdiagnosed the problem. However the work they did complete was done correctly and in the time promised.Wont be back.

Really appreciated that the time was spent to check for any other issue. Originally brought in for 30FF error code (turned out to be a cracked charge pipe) and rear brakes. Additionally found a couple of worn gaskets and bad rear tires (left was unevenly worn and right had a gash in the sidewall and an area that was worn down to the threads).

I moved here from out of state and needed a garage I could trust because lets face it, I know nothing about cars and could easily be ripped off. I was referred here by a friend who swore by Tills. After having done business with them several times I must say they are truly great mechanics and people who run a fantastic business. On one repair the owner even took the time to lift the car and show/explain to me exactly what was wrong. These guys are top notch and highly recommended.

Went here the first time for an oil change clean and neat and it is a Bosch authorized service center. Didnt seem very concerned about the time it took to complete the oil change. I originally wanted to come at 11, they asked if I could be there at 1030 which I agreed to. Didnt start service until 11 anyway, done one hour and 20 minutes later! Waiting room is very Spartan no coffee, probably best to drop off your car(as did several customers who came in to pick up their vehicles).They did use oem parts and LiquiMoliy oil which I appreciated.Update: Second service Replaced plugs and coil packs, oil change, brake fluid flush, and 60K service. All work was done well, car returned clean. And the prices were reasonable. Made some service recommendations but were not pushy. Communication could be improved a little bit. I was on hold for many minutes once, and another time I waited over an hr for them to call me back with a quote.

Once I found Tills Import Car Clinic, I stopped dreading going to get my car serviced. Their work ethic is so transparent that I knew they would never take advantage of me or try to sell me services I dont need. When I left my car on premise, I knew it was in good hands.

If you want used parts put in your vehicle that are defective and want to be taxed quadruple for repairs this is the place. They gave me a used radiator when they could’ve put a new one. Stay far away

I bought this BMW 645 used about 4 years ago, and it has always had a stumble off idle, and a rough idle when fully warmed. During my ownership it has been to two independent shops and one BMW dealer, but none has been able to fully remedy these issues. After moving to North Fort Myers, a neighbor told me I should take it to Tills. So at the next oil change I took it to them, and asked if they would also look at the two issues. They readaped my Valvetronic unit, and the car now runs perfectly! Great service at a very reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend Tills.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BEST I cant say enough about how capable the tech was, Brian was his name I believe. i had received a very expensive quote from another shop, and then a contrary expensive quote from another shop. I was ready to blow the car up at this point, as owning a luxury vehicle should not be painful. Tills absolutely pinpointed and repaired it with a free quote AND THEY FIXED MORE THAN WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!! I was so overjoyed I grabbed the repairman and hugged him. I have a BMW 650i convertible and the convertible sensor was off, and other shops quoted me up to 2500 to fix parts that WERE NOT THE PROBLEM.
