They were nice. The lady that did my manicure was very friendly and nice. The pedicure was as well. The guy that did the pedicure was fine. I had walked to the car when my partner was paying and I guess the guy didn’t think he knew - but he told him the pedicure was $10 more than the actual price. That is why he only gave a $5 tip. I have to also wonder if he shared the extra $$ with the lady that did the manicure. It is close to our home so I was very disappointed that this happened.

The owner was very nice and friendly. However, my toenail chipped that night so I went in the next morning to just get a small dab of polish on the chip of my big toe. The owner wasn’t there, only another woman. I told her what I needed and she would not help me. I asked several times and said it would only take a few seconds to just quickly dab some polish on it and I didn’t think it should chip in less than 24 hours. I said I would even do it myself. She got angry and told me I needed to leave the store which was completely empty on a Sunday. She said I needed to come back the next day which I told her I couldn’t because I lived in a different state and was heading home right then. Even if I could have; the store had a sign on the window saying it was closed on Mondays which I told her. She just kept telling me I needed to leave. I did very angrily and hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this rudely. During Covid places should be happy for any business they get and there were SEVERAL right in the area to choose from. Both times I was there, there were no other customers. Horrible customer service on her part! Sorry to say because I really liked the owner but the service was not worth the money.

We have been here before and had a wonderful result but today not so much. We walked in and the man that worked there said he had an appointment coming in 15 mins. And he was super rude about it. Maybe hire more people? Its too bad because they have a very nice atmosphere and cute salon.

I have been coming to Adiva Nails for years for pedicures. I have terrible problems with calluses and ingrown nails and when I am seated with Mike, he helps fix these issues better than a doctor ever did. I am not just getting a pedicure; Mike is knowledgeable and experienced in overall foot health and I rely on him to keep me healthy. I get consistent quality service every time.

My Mother in-law told me about this place. I was preparing for my wedding, so I stopped in to get a facial, full set of Gel nails, eye brow waxing, Pedicure. My maid of honor received a beautiful Gel Manicure. Oh, also, they had very good pricing.The Staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this salon to all of my friends.

Emma is great! This is my 4th time going in and its always a good experience.Clean inside. They have 4 or 5pedicure chairs and 4 seats for nails. I recommend scheduling an appointment, but they take walkins.

I paid for Deluxe pedicure with extra massage. I got a 25 min service of which, maybe 5 mins was the worst massage ever... one area over and over until I was sore!! When I asked my the hot stones (which were not hot, BTW) were not used on my feet like the gal was getting right next to me, I was told I didnt need it. The worst service and the worst pedicure I have EVER had. I have paid for basic pedicures at $16 that have been far better. The male technician is arrogant and could care less what feels good to his clients... he just wants it over with. I could see that the one other gal there was getting FAR better service and care. This place sucks! The sanitation sucks, the guy repeatedly went from my feet into a tub of scrub and back to my feet. Clearly a tub used by everyone!! YUK!! No wonder there was NO ONE in there but me and one other person.

I love Adiva nails! All of their technicians that Ive gone to so far have been great. My manicure lasts a week without chipping which is a MIRACLE for me. I have been incredibly happing with their service and very clean salon.

Me and my fiance go here for pedicures. She usually gets the whole 9 I just enjoy relaxing and getting my feet did lol. Its not something we do once a week like some. But we enjoy it from time to time. We live near metro center so this location is anything but convenient. But once you find a place you enjoy and are pleased with the searvice you dont mind making the drive. We have been to 15 to 20 different places. This one just stands out. Thats why they get my business.

Probably one of the most over priced places ever and the quality was poor! It’s a day later and my nails are chipped. The place is dirty and unkept.

Im so disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place.... It was not a pleasant experience. A friend of mine had them remove her acrylics before they even out the polish on because they were just horrendous, not to mention he was burning her the whole time.... I was happy with my nails at first but once I got home I noticed that she hadnt cut my fingernails before she put my acrylics on. As the week went on the stuff kept getting caught in between my nail and the acrylic nails. I called and they asked me to come in am she could look at them, the first thing she said to me was hows your friend? Then looked over to her husband and said hey you remember her friend? He laughed and said yes I found that rude and unprofessional, then when she looked at my nails she basically laughed at me saying that what I was seeing was my actual nails...... Yes I know there my nails! Its been a week! You never cut them before hand so theres crap getting in between them! So she grabbed some glue and squirted it between my nails and the acrylics... And said, there thats all I can do So now all the dirt is stuck between my nail and the acrylic! I just left because they were rude. At least last week when I was there they werent rude. But this time because i encountered a problem they werent... So I wont be going back here, I will be taking my buisiness elsewhere and Im getting these nails off tomorrow!

I had my nails done yesterday and already 2 of my nails have snapped. All I’ve done is clean my dishes amd showered. I’m going tomorrow to fix them because he’s too busy to fix his mistake evidently so I walk around looking like a goof with him broken nails. We will see if thyou y try to charge me for their mistake. Wayyyyyyy to thin just snapped.Next day all of my right hand nails broke and I’ve done nothing out of normal day stuff. So I’m going today at 3. We will see

Unsanitary! This is not my regular nail place, came here because it was close to my moms house. They have one of the worst nail techs ever, shes the younger girl in the shop. First of all she was arguing with me about my gel manicure, that whoever did them before didnt give me real gel. Which is funny because the gel manicure she gave me chipped in 3 days. After she was done with my nails I saw her take the tools she did my nails with, rinse them off in the sink with just water and put them back in the supposed sanitary bag and throw them back in the drawer she got them in! It didnt look like they sanitize their tools at all! I will never go back here. Poor customer service and risk of a nail infection, no thanks!

Mike was Great! He got us in right away and did a real wonderful job and iis felt smooth and refreshed!

I as a cosmetologist am completely shocked at the lack of service and quality I received last night. I took my daughter for an end of the school year treat and we both ask to have our nails and toes done. My daughter being only 6, obviously does not need a full pedicure, and with that said she didnt get one. We both sat in our chairs for a really long time and when we were finally serviced we had a quick file job and polish. No cleaning under the nails, no cuticle trim, certainly no massage. I was completely disappointed. However, it was when I was getting my nails done that I started getting angry. I asked for a fill and the lady straight out refused, on top of taking off one of my nails that had lifted. She said no, you do gel nails never replaced the tip I asked her. Refused to do zebra stripes on 2 nails because only 1, look better. Upon the time I paid, my total came to $131.00!!!!!! Insaine! Thats when I really was just furious. They charged me $30 + for my daughters toes, and charged me essentially $20 extra, for a nails services I didnt ask for or want. I never write reviews, but this place has me outraged!! I can do this at home, for free I might add. Why shouldnt I be able to treat myself without getting ripped off?! I will never go back! This experience also forced me to do something I have never done or believed is right, I didnt tip! !! Needless to say, I couldnt afford to!! Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Ihave no doubt that there are places in Peoria that are highly competent of doing services worthy of prices that are far more reasonable than that!! I would have never treaten a client the way I was treated (and not treated ) there.

Worst nail job of my liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiife. And Ive been getting my nails done for 24 years. I wish I could post a picture. I will go get them fixed right after work. Went during my lunch hour which is plenty of time for a fill w/no polish. Absolutely atrocious.

I went in asking for stilleto nails and the make tech immediately tried talking me out of them. This was supposed to be a girls day with my friend and he already was insinuating I was making a mistake by asking him to do what I wanted. At a nail salon. Hmmmm. Not a fun start. Usually when My nail place will glue the nails and cut the shape of the stilleto nail. Not this man. He glued the nails and cut them like they were going to be squared off and GLOBBED acrylic on them. He proceeded to use a drill at a high speed on the nails to try and shape the claws. The drill would roll off onto my finger. The friction from the drill at such a high speed against my nail would burn me! He pushed so hard against my tumbnail that he DRILLED HALF THE NAIL OFF IN A CURVED SHAPE!!! He GLOBBED more acrylic over the big huge missing chunk of nail thinking it would dry? It folded over and dried against my skin. He used cuticle clippers against it to chuck it off of my thumb. All of my nails were pointing different directions and were all sorts of lengths. There were curls of acrylic sticking out like you were carving shavings of chocolate off of them! His station was disgusting. There was a clipping of a fingernail sitting in some type of liquid, vape juice bottles, a diet coke he was slurping on, Neosporin for a cut on his finger, shot glasses with nail liquids in them... The pipes in the wall were exposed by the peti station because their curtains on the walls were lifted. No one was in the salon. There was ONE RACK OF POLISH. it was all gel. Which means we were paying extra. In fact everything was extra! This cut of nail. That color. This design. Using glitter polish. All extra. I had them take my nails off and even that process was like walking on glass since the wife was arguing with me to keep me from getting them removed. We went with coupons and my friend paid 60 for nails she didnt want and a peti that was worthless. SO UNCLEAN KEEP YOUR DIGNITY AND MONEY DONT GO HERE

Gel manicure lasted less than a week. The nail tech was a know-it-all who talked too much. Wont be back.
