Yes!! My favorite nail spot- Ive been going to their other location in Downers Grove and worked with Angel for years and then she left and now I found her at this location! Absolutely love the work she does- would definitely recommend. She takes great care of her customers, pays attention to details, listen to their wants or worries, and most importantly- makes the experience fun- she never fails to make me laugh. This place is clean, well sanitized and clean, especially during COVID, they are taking well precautions, and the prices are reasonable for the quality they provide. Everyone needs to try it out, try Angel, and they will love it here!

I was a walk-in appointment but was immediately taken care of. Tanya was so kind and answered my questions about what specific manicure would work best for me and helped guide me to exactly what I wanted. Ultimately I ended up with a gel overlay and clear no-chip paint over top of that with no additional nail color applied. The result was natural but still very polished and I will definitely be back.

They didnt have any prices posted that I could see. They changed the price of my mani pedi from $25 to $40 for just the pedi and did a very bad paint job.

I looked this place up because its literally 3 minutes down the road from me. The past three times Ive been there Ive gotten a manicure. The first two times Ive had Kimmie who takes great patience in giving you a manicure and knows what shes doing, very kind as well. Ive never gotten professional acrylic before and i got them done at another salon where they left bits of dried acrylic under the nail. i come into this salon after about a week of having them and wanted them off but Kimmie saved my nails from being damaged and told me how to take care of them. she shortened the length and gave me new polish and the second time i saw her i went for a fill in and a chipped nail fix and you cant tell it ever broke. My third time was by a gentleman who has a careful eye and gentle hands and the end results were this awesome cat eye polish. Ill always come here, its hard to find the right nail technician. Ask for Kimmie :)

I went for a dip manicure that I get about once a month so I am familiar with the process. The woman who did my nails did not know what she was doing, didn’t do enough dips so my color is inconsistent. She kept making me wait while she cleaned the brushes of the top coat because it was dirty and leaving patches, I sat there for 1.5 hours until I had to leave for work. The polish didn’t reach the edge of my nails and was in funny shapes by my cuticles. I got them on Monday, by Thursday I already had a chip and by Friday and entire nail popped off while opening the lid of a coffee cup (that’s minimal pressure at best). Honestly I’m very upset that I was asked to pay for these nails, and would very much like my money back so I can get my nails done somewhere else. I do appreciate that they offered to fix it if I had time to come back, I do not have that time for another 2 weeks.

Horrible polish is uneven not coffin shaped and my nailss are thick. She didnt even file my previous color off all the way so you can see it on the edge if my nails

Love coming here always get great service, but today I was a little disappointed finding out there is an extra $10 charge for Covid-19. When I made my appointment I was not informed of the new additional charge and was a little turned off by it. It was kind of ridiculous to pay $50 for a pedicure!

Wasted $50 to come out with the ugliest nails ever. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and I ended up with uneven, lumpy, thick acrylic nails. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she charged extra for it to look like a square. Had to go to another salon to fix the damage done here. She even filed my skin and made my sister bleed. Never coming here again. Go to Allure Nails instead.

Tania was really great!! After another nail salon ruined my nails she was able to fix them and make sure i was happy with it. She is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable! The only reason i am giving a 4 star is because they are expensive. Overall ot was a great 1st time experience!

Ive been a Faithful customer of Pro Nails since the week they opened. The cleanliness, friendly staff (most of them), and professionalism was never a problem until yesterday. My co-worker and I went to get our nails done on lunch and thought it would be a breeze since the shop wasnt full. The unfortunate part was when the nice lady doing my nail was unable to meet my request. I wanted a simple Ombre Acrylic style and ended up with nails that look like bubbles sitting on top with too much acrylic. After asking her to shape them more and file them down more she didnt. The lady kept saying, thats fine...no need to file down more. Not only was I overcharge, but they werent willing to meet me half way or work with me to fix the hideousness job done on my nails. The manager/owner argued with me about the price I was given and then walked off when I tried to discuss the quality of the work done. No worries! They will never get another dime from me and the people Ive recommended. I can accept a bad day, but I refuse to deal with a business person who doesnt accept accountability for their actions, or their workers. Thats not customer service!

Ive been to many nail places in area and Pro Nails gets a A+. They are a bit high on their prices but I do feel I get professional quality service and the polish they use lasts forever and no need for no chip. The pedicures are very relaxing and my feet are like new! Place is very clean and well maintained.

This is my first on line review I have ever written but I was so disappointed I have to write one.Worse pedicure of my life. They applied scrub to my calf but never touched the bottom of my feet. Applied a mask to only the top part of my calf. No pumice stone. Nada. Also was only 25 minutes long. Came home with the same rough feet I went there with. I get monthly pedicures so I think I can tell a good from a really bad one. Skip this place. They get one star because it wont let me leave zero.

The manicure I got wasDefinitely above average, the staff seemed friendly enough and the place was clean and nicely decorated. BUT they need to seriously upgrade their ventilation system. I was dizzy from the polish fumes and couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there. I’ve been in dozens of little nail shops and have never smelled anything like this!

If I could give no star review I would. This was my first visit and my last to pro nails. the worst gel mani I ever received I went in on s Sunday. They took me right away. But by that Friday I had 2 finger peel. N by Sunday. 3 more (1 week later). I went in on Monday. The gal who repaired them was nice. I tipped her as she did a good job or so I thought. But by Thur (talking now less then two weeks. 2 more nails were peeling. Never had a gel mani not last at least 2 weeks except this one. Horrible. Will never go back and would never recommend this place. Terrible for business. especially when there are nail salons with in less then a mile in every direction.

I would not recommend this place. I had a regular French manicure done on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday they were peeling and chipping. I went in the shop to show them hoping to receive a discount or a redo on my next manicure as my schedule this weekend was busy and the owner would not guarantee them.

I scheduled an appointment for myself for a no chip manicure and a friend for a pedicure hours before. We get there and the place is beautiful BUT there were only 3 people working. We sat there for a half an hour and finally left! Horrible.. I will never go there or recommend anyone else to go!

They dont know how to do coffin nails. They come out looking square. Some of the techs are inexperienced. The place is very nice tho. Sometimes they dont follow the proper sanitary measures like new equipment for every client. Ill give this place a C-.

Today was my first experience going to this place. My birthday is this week and I just wanted my hand to look nice. I give 4 stars because they dont speak much english, making it a bit difficult to make some questions before service. Although, I was a walking and they attended me without problem and went straight to work. I decided for a deep-in color, and they gave me a bunch o sample color to choose from, once I chose they just when right a way to my nails. I wanted them very short because I work writing on the computer a lot, they asked me several times if the length was ok with me., also if the finished color was okay. I was very satisfied with the finished product, they also gave a quick hand massage and oil in my cuticles before washing my hands.I gave this place a chance, and think I will be back soon to try it again.

I went in to get two of my nails repaired and everyone acted like they didnt want to take me because it was a simple nail repair. Literally one of the ladies yelled at the others because they were rude and actling like I wasnt there. They didnt help me match up the color and made me do it myself.. At that point i picked any color because i felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. The lady took a good 25 minutes to repair two nails and they charged me $10. I wont be back solely because of the customer service

I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. Went in for a simple Gel manicure for a party this weekend. I was cut 3 times while the lady was cleaning up the skin around my nails. It took AN HOUR for a gel manicure because they didn’t have enough people working when I was there. I ended up with one of the ugliest manicures I have ever gotten. There is a hair in 2 of my nails and BLOOD in one of them under the polish, the nails were not even fully set and only 2 coats meaning they are not even close to opaque. To make this all better my NO CHIP MANICURE chipped within 2 days. I’m sorry but I will never be going to this salon again!

I wish I could post a picture. 1.5 hours and $50 later for acrylic and I have long (I asked for short) uneven, lumpy nails and oil on my pants. I’m not sure if the guy was new but I am beyond disappointed that now I need to go have them redone.

I have been to this salon before but this was disappointing and I won’t be going back. After asking for some of my nails to be re-done because of the horrible quality I was told they were fine. This use to be my absolute Favorite place to get my nails done. Tanya was the best most friendly person in there and was quick and very very good! My visit yesterday disappointed me as I waited an hour AFTER my toes to get my nails done and the girl who did my nails was Terrible! My nails look horrible. I now have to wait for them to grow out to get them fixed. Several other people ask about Tanya and the other workers and im not sure of the response they got but mine was I dont know if they are coming back Im disappointed and wont be returning unless Tanya returns.Some man possible new manager was coughing all over the place and in people faces, as well as just sitting around. No flow of the shop and very un processional and terrible work. I was not the only one that left highly upset.Normally I have no problem paying a bit extra for good service..But 60.00 for what I got on this past Sunday will NEVER happen again. I do not recommend this shop any longer.

Been coming here for no chip for about 3 months. I have waited to write this review to see how the no chip held up to the place I had been going to in Bolingbrook at the mall. This place is so much better. They dont keep filing off my natural nail. The polish actually stays on for 2+ weeks. My nails are not as brittle from all the unnecessary filing. Will continue to come back!

Ive been a returning customer to Pro Nails for over a year now, until today. I will never go back. I took my mom for a pedicure, and they rushed through the service like it was nothing. We were in the chair maybe 20 minutes. No calf massages, no special care for our nails, and they didnt even use the scrub and then the lotion. They just slapped them both on and wiped it all off. She cut my moms toe and tried hiding it from us. No apology, and didnt ask if she was okay. We had to ask for a top coat to be applied. My moms nails are cut on an angle and they arent even fully painted around the edges! I called to speak with a manager since they werent in while we were there..and GET THIS. THE MANAGER SAID THAT THEY TAKE THEIR TIME AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHILE THEYRE SLOW, BUT IF THEY ARE BUSY, THEY WILL JUST HURRY ALONG TO KEEP NEW PEOPLE COMING INTO THE CHAIRS. I cant make that up, she literally admitted that theyre more worried about making money then actually caring about the customer. She said each person gives whatever kind of pedicure they feel like giving as there is no standard. Pur pedicure was about 20 minutes, and the woman across the salon from us was in that chair for 45! It was the same exact pedicure. The manager refused to give me any money back for a horrible service after I politely asked for it, and said they paid their employees with my money and I cannot have it back. WTF. Not to mention the manager was yelling at me through the phone!!!!!!!! Dont waste your time or your money. One last thing, I was told we could come in and she would look at our toes and decide if theyre actually as bad as we say they are and I told her we would come next weekend. She tells me they wont do anything because of course the nail polish would be messed up by next week. SO YOU CHARGE $30+ for a pedicure you dont even guarentee will last 7 days? HA. Joke of a company and no respect or concern for customer satisfaction. Congrats pro nails, you just lost two loyal customers.

I love Pro Nails. Its always so lively. They have amazing music videos that play in the shop and its get you going. Plus you get to jam out to your favorite tunes. Tonight Ella Mais Trip started to play and the lady next to me started humming and we ended up in great conversation about the song and what her plans were for the evening. Tanya is amazing. Shes such a hard worker and runs this shop and its second location off of 75th and Lemont. I love the fact that I come in and everyone knows my first name. It makes it a totally different experience. Ive never had any issues with my nails getting done or even a pedicure. No matter what time I come in, I get 100% amazing service. Even when it gets super busy, they make sure the customer is treated with respect, the offer water and try to make everyone comfortable. If you have never been here, then you should visit. I walked in this evening unsure of what color I wanted as usual but I always look at everyones nails to get a feel of what I want. This color is what Tanya was wearing. We are officially nail twins. I have been coming since opening. I think the nail services are overpriced but love the pedicure service. Today I decided to treat my husband to a pedicure and was very disappointed. My husband is disabled, with large feet and limited in his mobility. They made him feel HORRIBLE! The girl that started was acting like she was scared of the large foot. We were told that the guys dont do men feet! Excuse me! They saw the young lady struggling and relunctantly sent one of the guys over. He did a total rush job! There was no care, cuticles werent taken care of, it wasnt relaxing and it looks a mess. My husband was trying to ask questions and make small talk, even when my husband said thank you there was no response. He was really mad that he provided services to a man. Out of everything I just dont like that they made my husband feel unwelcome! I dont know if I can return.

They are so quick to sit you down that they dont let you pick your color. Then when you tell them no chip color you want, they cant match it for your toes. The lady that took care of me, didnt speak or even say hi. Although the inside of the place is nice, the service sucks and i was told well to bad we dont have matching color, it is not going to be perfect just pick something. Never again will i come back.

My nails are actually short.The nail tech wanted to charge me for a manicure just to clean up the cuticle area after they used a drill on my nailbed as well as cuticles. Ill never return!
