First time here, my experience was amazing. Will definitely be back. My tech made my experience worth every penny and more. If I lived closer, would defiantly see her every month.

The staff is very friendly and engaged with their customers. The owner is also very friendly. 10/10 recommended!! I will be going back for my next set of nails.

My tech is the best! She gives you what you ask for in the best quality possible. Such clean, perfect work. She also great to talk to. Not to mention the nail shape is the best Ive ever gotten and they overall look phenomenal.

To be honest, Id drive even further if I had to! They always do such a great job. They are super friendly!!! Their communication is spectacular. Fairly priced for the quality of work. I will definitely be coming back.

Went in and was told it was a 10 minute wait which ended up being 40 minutes. I understand it’s busy or if they are short staffed but they need to be honest on the times... My pedicure was rushed through and was 30 minutes so it was upsetting I waited longer than the services I received. The lady that did my pedicure was clearly not in a good mood and it was reflecting on the service that was given to me. Also not very sanitary.

They have soo many colors. My tech is the best! She has great attention to detail and I have been looking for a nail tech and found. So happy and thank you so much!!

Not very good service. Had an appointment for pedicures for my husband and I and my husband sat with his feet in the water for 45 minutes before anyone worked on him. Neither of us got what we asked for and paid full price for the package we chose. my nail polish started to fade a few days later and my husbands feet were dry and sore for days. We noticed another lady waiting for a manicure after her pedicure and also waited for almost an hour. No one washed their hands going from one client to another, when I said something, only one person spoke English and got snappy at me. Weve never had such a bad experience. Definitely never going back.

My tech is wonderful! She is funny, sweet and professional! Very skilled! I had a mani/pedi. I love this color of gel. Great, safe service. Good conversation. Definitely coming back here!

My nail tech did the most beautiful job on my nails today! She is so sweet and all the employees were very professional. They were so busy and I never felt that they was rushing my nails. Very happy with the outcome!!

The polish selection was huge and it was very easy to show them a picture of what I was looking for and the nail technician perfected it. This is the place I will revisit.

I went in there trying out a new nail place, just to see how much they charge and how they do nails. The lady denied me, said she had three other people ahead of me, the only thing I wanted was a simple nail fix and color change. Horrible service, only two people working. Would not recommend!

91 Nail Salon is very clean and they follow social distancing rules. This is the only place I will come for a mani/pedi. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for never disappointing!

I went in after work on a Tuesday got right in. She was fast and my nails look awesome. I will be coming back. I love getting the cat eye, and she had a new way of doing it.

I bite my nails to almost nothing and Ana did great on my full set 3 weeks ago so I went back for a fill today and will return again in 3 weeks. She is awesome and all the ladies are so nice. Highly recommend this salon.

Ahhh this is the very definition of treat yourself. I came for mani pedi and was treated like royalty. This is the place to go when you want to truly unwind.

They are good! My nails actually stay on! I get the dip powder and get lots of compliments! Theyre affordable and the place is clean!

Was not to happy overall. First I asked to have the water hotter and she said its hot enough and wouldnt put it hot at all ( it was lukewarm). Then she cut my toenail down to where I was bleeding. She said its because I have small toenails!! My pants were wet from her splashing in the water. The filer fell on the ground and she picked it up and tried to use it on me I told her no and she was like our floor is clean! Ummm no thank you! I will not be going back! The only reason why I gave a 3 star is because they did an ok job on my 7 year old daughter nails.

I was able to walk in, so that was nice. The lady doing my pedicure kept commenting on how bad my feet were and scrubbed them until one of my toes developed a sore. It still hurt a week after.

Went in to get my nails done for my anniversary since I always spend money on Walmart nails. I asked for something nice and it was not even busy so u would assume they would do a good job. I was stuck with some misshapen coffin nails and on top of that they were lumpy my daughter even noticed right away that they shouldnt look like that. I paid 50bucks +10tip im going back to my Walmart stick ons. This was my second time getting nails professionally done so I assumed they should look like that. To bad they lost a good customer cuz Im a great tipper.

I asked for coffin shape nails and the lady did it terrible and wanted us to pay first 4 days later they all popped off my press ons from Walgreens looked 50 times better never coming here again

I had never been here before, but they got me in right away. The girl did an excellent job and it didnt cost a fortune. I would definitely come back.

I got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipped, I got gel acrylics and she kept leaving and working on I they people, I asked for coffin and they look squared I paid $48 and it’s not worth the money

There aren’t many techs there but the ones they do have are very skilled and professional.

Lisa removed my gel nails without acetone and only used the filing machine. She did a very thorough job filing. I then asked to have my nails trimmed and have the dipping powder put on. She cut it at a perfect length and filed each nail evenly, came out very smooth and perfect! The place did not smell of nail polish or nail polish remover. I would highly recommend their services! Im one very happy customer! :D

Ive been to this nail salon twice. Both times my experience were pleasant. The prices are very affordable and the gals there are extremely nice and attentive. I dont get my nails done often, but when I do, I CHOOSE to come here. The only negative thing Id have to say about this nail salon is, it needs a much needed makeover and maybe expand into the space next door.Thank you girls at 91 Nail Salon!

Cindy put a new full set of acrylics and gel polish! Im new to Arizona and I was a little nervous but with the friendly faces when walking through the door I felt right at home!! Everything was so clean it was an amazing place! Later this week toes cant wait!

Store owner is the ONLY employee that actually knows how to give a proper manicure. All of the other “nail technicians” RUSH EVERYTHING!!! They only care about speed and moving on to the next customer to make more money in a short time. Did not file my nails properly. Left jagged edges on EACH nail. Rushed every step of the process. Did not paint nails good. Missed the sides and ends of each nail. On top of all that, she cut my nails WAY TOO SHORT without properly asking me what length I would like my nails to be. Disappointed that I even paid ANYTHING because I could have given myself a WAY BETTER manicure in the comfort of my own home.

So went in this place on January 3, 2018 my service sucked along with the job they did I left totally unhappy even though I was unhappy I still left a tip my service was only $25 and I tipped $5 that equals $30 right so I seen the $30 charge on my bank it stated pending then I look back today and noticed they added another $5 making it $35 that is not what I authorize and they know it and so does my bank it was changed thank god I keep all my receipts can’t believe they had the nerve to try to get over on me after the god awful job they did how dare they try to take my hard earned money yes its only $5 but it’s mine I’m actually going to another salon that I’m familiar with to get the job they done removed and fix! So if you visit this shady place plz watch your statements thank god my bank caught it to! I wouldn’t advise anyone to get service here they clearly suck at there job!

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had, I went in wanting a gel manicure when I walked out and got home my nail kept snagging at my clothing and hair. When I looked at my right hand the gel was lifting already after a few hours of the service. I wen back the next day and the manager filed my nails down and put gel right over it, they see to look better. The very next day after that my whole gel chipped off, I been getting gel nails for over 3 years and never has my gel manicure only lasted a day or two. This is what happens when you go to a cheap salon I would never recommend this place due to the results of the nails.

I went in for a pedi and the lady kept insisting she really good at waxing eye brows so I let her do them and I let her know I like my eyebrows thick so please just clean around them. She hands me the mirror and she literally took half my eyebrows off. Im F pissed and she gonna tell me they look good plus you had missing patches, all you can do is let them grow out. Im defenatly never going back or recommend it to others.

Don’t go here! I asked for coffin and it was no where near coffin shape she did a sloppy job! Left acrylic under my nails and didn’t even do the color I WANTED! I asked for ROSE GOLD & she gave me purple...I had to go to Flash nails to fix what these people did..I paid $55 for a sloppy job I will never go back here!

Don’t come here. She didn’t measure my nail length with eachother very careless. And too rough. Plus I just told her they looked uneven and I’d fix them myself and she laughed

This is my favorite place to go! The girls are great and Anna is amazing! The prices are lower then anywhere else in town. Its very easy to become a regular here!!

Got totally pampered! Went in about 30 minutes after the place opened on a Saturday and both of the women were great (got a mani and pedi). I would return in the future when Im back in town.

A very good place to get your nails done for cheap! Ann is a great person with a good personality and so is most of her staff! I just dont like when they speak their language and you dont understand what theyre saying cuz I myself personally feel like theyre talking s*** to be honest with you!!!, But that could just be paranoia LOL but Im sure other people feel the same way when going into a nail salon and they speak a different language to each other when you getting your toes done like a pedicure LOL... other than that great service and would recommend to anybody!!

Used to LOVE coming here.. but always felt rushed out and quality was not what I wanted .. prices are low, but you get what you pay for .

I have come to this facility many times in the past and I just visited again last weekend. My friends and I came to get full sets and we were not treated fairly at all. At the simplest question we got attitude and the owner seemed very frustrated. The icing on the cake was when I asked for a sunflower on my nail and got a poor excuse of a sun with black dots, I tried to really be understanding but, the other staff kept walking by and laughing at the work that was done.I will not recommend this place ever again, I was extremely embarassed to bring new customers with me and receive that treatment.

Called several times to get price on a fill but no one ever answers.

This place was not the best. no cuticle pushing was done, uneven and jagged fileing. she was very rough with fileing my nails and even at one point used her own nail to lift acrylic off my cuticle very rough which hurt. my cuticles are still sore. left with glue over my fingertips and a cut on my pinky. very disappointed and regret coming to this place. Will not come again.

I need my nails done for an event I dont know why I keep coming back to this place I know I stay close to it but I have my nails polished manicure and pedicure basically the woman had appointments come in so she left me sitting after painting my nails and said shell be right back never put the top coat on my toes I set there over an hour and I called had to call her over to do my toes and she said she had already put it up clear coat on there she had I will never go back here again

An older lady did my pedicure. She cuts way too deep and tears off the cuticle. I told her to stop on my big toe because she was hurting me. She said its ok. I said its not ok! Stop!. She picked at it a couple more times then stopped. By the next day my toe had not stopped hurting and by the 4th day is was swelling and infected. I went back to the salon to show the manager. The lady tried to say I came in with an infected toe, but the manager could tell that wasnt true. She pointed out how swollen it was. She knew I could not have a pedicure if it was already swollen and infected. They both apologized to me. The manager told me to go soak it in peroxide and thank you for coming to let her know. No compensation for my injury what so ever. If I have to go to the doctor if it gets worse I will send them the bill.

I had an appointment at 5:30 and sat there for about half an hour waiting for a pedicure and acrylic nails. The lady that did my acrylic nails, nicked me twice when using the grinder and made me bleed. The nails arent all the same length and she got fuzz stuck in it to wear it dried in it. Prices are cheap but no worth the wait.

Wasn’t worth the long wait they did a rush job and didn’t put gel on both my hands and feet when I clearly said that’s what I was there to get.
