Ask for Mary. Very good service. They have several products here to choose from and the stylists/manicurists or nail technicians are quite knowledgeable. The place is very inviting. It smells good inside too. Overall the shop is homey. If you have the money I would recommend their organic pedicure. Wow. It is well worth the money. Especially if you have not had a pedicure in a while. Treat yourself and live a little once in a while. You deserve it and youre worth it. 😁

I have been going to this location of the Polish room since October and have been very pleased! It is always clean and they even require customers to wash hands upon entry.I see Quin for SNS dip powder nails and she has always been able to replicate any picture I show her. I have left a happy customer every time!

Ive now been to each of the 3 PR locations in North Phoenix and this is by far the best. Each has wonderful customer service and actual service but this one was just a little better and I also liked that it was more shiny and new. My only 2 complaints are that it was hot (each location is always hot to me) and that they rushed us out after our pedicures. They were busy so I kind of get it but I feel like 10 minutes isnt asking for much to ensure your toes are set and to come out of relaxation mode.

We had a great experience here getting manicures and pedicures. The salon did a great job of using its space wisely, but still making it feel spacious and luxurious. The prices were a little higher than other salons, but the service exceeded expectations.

My first time at this location and Tiffany was so detailed and thorough im super happy with my visit. Their Bar set up is super cute and everyone is super nice. Definitely be going again for a fill.

Kelly, Quinn, and Lily are wonderful. I have been going to this place for months and never had a bad experience. The manager always so on top of it making sure all guests are taken care of, so clean and professional. So glad I found this place!

If you are looking for economy in pricing then this place is not for you. Otherwise if you want a quaint, comfortable and relaxing/pampering professional atmosphere then this is your go-to. I just moved here and looking for a nail salon that met my needs for comfort, cleanliness, sanitation, professionalism and most of all, a nail tech that was worthy the price of the experience. I saw great reviews for a nail tech named Rosie, and I had a coupon for a discount on a Spa Pedicure. I booked with her, and found her to be extremely friendly, engaging and respectful of my particular needs and wants. Best of all she has great attention to the smallest details, including the smallest hangnails and callouses. Her manicuring talents produced perfectly edged polish, which greatly pleased me. She didnt just rub in lotion, but had great massaging techniques for the hands, legs and feet. I would have given 5 stars if I could for Rosie alone, but knocked one off due to the higher end prices than most salons. Overall, if you dont mind the higher price for a great mani-pedi this is your place, and ask for Rosie!

Honestly was pretty disappointed in the service. The nail tech I had was very rough with my hands and did a pretty poor job on my nails. They are all unevenly shaped and he didn’t even color my whole nail with the gel polish. Not worth the price at all.

This place was absolutely great. The decor and feel is so inviting and relaxing. They offer extensive services from traditional to exquisite upgrades. Theres also a 100% organic option also. They offer injectable services as well. Its so worth the visit. I was suggested this shop by a resident while I was visiting the city. Very satisfied

Mani / Pedi. The services were OK, definitely nothing special. Within 12 hours my polish on both my nails and my toes were chipping off on almost all of my nails. Looks worse than if I would’ve done it myself.

I came here after a nightmare of an experience at a different salon, and as soon as I stepped inside I knew I was going to have an amazing experience. It was clean and everyone working was very professional. I had Kim and she was so amazing! She was kind and listened and took her time. My nails look perfect for my engagement photos!

Thi is the best!! Her SnS manis last weeks without chipping or peeling. Her pedicures are always perfect, great leg and foot massage and has great attention to deta. Best nail tech in town! The front desk staff are great! So easy to make an appointment, very friendly and professional. Go see Thi if you want a mani that lasts and looks great for 3+ weeks.

I’ve been going to Polish Room 1 since it opened almost 20 years ago. Ben is so conscientious about his business and the product and professionalism they put out. I’m now going to the location on Happy Valley (by CCV). Customer service is fabulous! Same great quality I’m accustomed to!

By far my favorite Polish Room of them all! The set up is gorgeous, the did an amazing job on my SNS and pedicure. They constantly offer water and make sure you’re enjoying your visit. I’m obsessed with the techs because they are so informative and listen to all your needs. My nails have lasted a whole month and that NEVER happens for me. LOVE THEM

Thought I would try it because of the high reviews...It is a really nice looking salon when you enter but went straight down hill from there. Their advertising says to have a better experience you should make an appointment, which I did. When I was seated I saw all the normal scrubs and soaks for your pedi. I thought ok, looking good. Simultaneously I was seated, had four books of colors put in my lap, she moved my chair while I was trying to catch the books from falling out of my lap, the foot water was cold and nothing added to the cold water for a foot soak. I asked her to slow down. I wasnt asked which scrub I preferred or offered any water.. I felt like they wanted me out of there before I started. Absolutely nothing was good or relaxing about this experience. My nails are uneven and the tips arent done.Needless to say, I wont be returning!

My dip nails were done by Ahna and absolutely fantastic! My daughters both got their nails done and were pretty bad. One took the polish off while we were there as it looked like it had been painted by a 10 year old. My other daughter got dip powder for the first time and got her cuticles cut up. Literally bleeding. I will say though that the shop is extremely clean which was one of the huge things I was looking for.

I used to go to the shop on pinnacle peak, but i had moved closer to az3d nail. they were closed todat, so i decided to stop at the new polish room to give them another chance. polish room has always had a beautiful set up but is definitely over priced for the quality of work. for being so elegantly represented, i would hope a 2 hour gel full set would come out with each nail at least the same length!! i paid $83 for a pedicure and a full gel set worth the quality of $60 at BEST. pretty unimpressed and upset, i knew i would b unhappy.

Kelly stated she owed the business and terrible customer service. Always had an appointment and they were always late, changed my dates and said I wasn’t scheduled when I made appointments three weeks in advance. Will not recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with PR3! Kim did a wonderful job with my gel manicure. The salon was clean, sparkles with newness, friendly staff, good nail polish. I will be going back for sure!

My daughter and I went together. She got a full set and I got sns. Hers looked good, mine were messy. There was no cuticle trimming or lotion for either of us. I thought that was all part of any treatment? Also it was expensive. I wont go back.

I paid $100 for gel mani ($40) and pedi ($60). I was very disappointed that the worker didn’t even know how to put in the color in my nails. They both painted my nails like unprofessional. Not going back there.
