If I could give CINDY negative stars I would! I experienced the worst costumer service. When asked for long coffin nails she kept repeating more money $45 which I said was fine she then yelled she knows what shes doing. when I questioned the nails and shape because she was clearly rushing.She was frustrated with me and told my daughter to move from the pedicure chair next to me even though she had been sitting there the whole time not to mention only one other person was in the shop. After asking for gel and getting a solid color and glitter color she tried charging me more because she said glitter was a design. I almost lost it. And told her she quoted me 45 and my nails are a half inch long and glitter is not a design! I will never go back and they dont deserve a penny 😤

I walked in and sat for about 10 minutes watched the lady who wasn’t busy just scrolling through her phone! She didn’t look up once to acknowledge that I was there! Never again and on top of that it was so hot in there they had a small fan on the floor! I walked out!!

I got there to use the restroom. after that, she did my nails and told me that i made a mess in there with the hand sanitizer when there was not a single bottle of hands sanitizer there. she was VERY ruff on my nails and i could tell she tried hurting me on purpose. right in the middle of my nails she stops and says u need to pay right and i told her im not paying you right now, my mom is not here she made me call my mom and the nail lady told my mom that she needs to come and pay for my nails at that moment. so my mom hung up and the lady just told me to move to the next seat so she could work on her next customer. she was rolling her eyes the whole time and had the nastiest attitude. if i could give her a negative 50, id do it in a heart beat.

I NEVER give reviews but this was the WORSE possible service I have EVER received in my 22 years of living. Cindy is the ABSOLUTE worse. Her customer service is HORRIBLE and her listening skills need to be worked on. I asked for short, square white nails and she just didn’t whatever she want. I was very kind when I had to repeat myself not once but THREE times. She started talking in her language and then rudely side I was asking for to much . When I asked her what she said she stated she was on the phone but we BOTH know she wasn’t. I than asked her to wipe off the nail polish that was in my skin and she rolled her eyes and grabbed my hands. I have never felt SO uncomfortable and disrespectful.

This app requires a star be clicked to post review. In reality, this salon gets no stars based on my experience. Had nails dipped two wks ago, half of them chipped within a week. Requested refund, was offered to repair chipped ones. Manicurist was rude and blamed owners for proving poor quality product. Worst salon.

This place is the worst!!!! Go some place else. DIRTY DIRTY & DIRTY! I’m here now and can’t get done fast enough, I even stopped what Cindy ( owner) was doing to be done. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Felt like they ripped off and bruised my nails. They do great on my eyebrows love the way she does it but the paint on my nails came out bumpy and did not look good. Do not recommend this place

Nail shops are almost always a hit or miss. They did a really nice job this morning on my pedicure. She really took her time and cleaned my cuticles well, and my heels are much softer. I was impressed.

Dusty was great first time there a little warm but overall a great experience😀 didnt get the ladies name that painted my nails but Thank you

Cindy always does a great job. I have never had any issues or complaints with going there. Looking forward to going back and getting my nails and pedicure

Very disappointed with my new set of nails. Cindy was in such a hurry that she cut my nails too short, did not shape them and did a poor paint job. I will NOT be returning to this place. Such a shame since its so close to my work. Do not waste your money coming here and dont do like me and expect your experience to be any better than whats been posted by other customers.

Cindy is a very kind and amazing person, my nails look amazing and i am never disappointed when coming, she always talks and ask about my day and my grandma and mom get their eyebrows done and they’re never disappointed, i recommend this place for everyone, prices are great as well

Will NEVER go back. Should have been a clue when no one was there on a Friday afternoon getting their nails done. The gentleman doing my nails kept hitting my cuticles. When I told him it hurt he told me it was my fault. He had to redo my thumbs because they didnt bake right and one is still messed up. 45.00 for a fill? No thanks. Not worth it. Unless you like Pain dont go there.

Worst pedicure ever. They dont speak English at all and everything was by pointing. The lady cut the bottom of my feet several times with the callus grater. Also, no customers were there when I arrived and no one came in while I was there. Should tell you something. I wont be back.

I got my nails done with family and had my fingers squeezed,was overpriced,wasnt sanitary, and put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. I understand Chinese and heard them talking about me while I was asking nicely to be more gentle. I wontcome back again causc they messed up my cuticles.

The man Don dose not give good service I going to look in to a civil suite for the way my nails look a his customer service is not good at all
