I love going to Amy. She is always professional and she keeps the place clean and up to date. I have been going to her for years. I always get a full body wax treatment and a full body exfoliating massage. If you have never gotten a full body exfoliating massage you are missing out!!

This was my first time at Caribbean. I got stuck late at work and was 30 minutes late to my first appointment. I was so upset and worried about inconveniencing them, but not only Mai was so understanding and kind, she stayed late to perform my services. AND she did the most wonderful job cutting and layering my very thick hair! The cut was on dry hair and it turned out great. I also got the eye contouring facial treatment, which was SO relaxing and immediately reduced puffiness and inflammation around my eyes. And dark circles aren’t as dark. Mai is a one woman wonder and can do it all. I will be back!

My hair got damaged to the point that it wont stop falling out after getting it died voice from this company.. I let the stylist know, and she did not care.. sent multiple texts to her and pictures with a reply ofwhat do you want me to do?Hair was bleached and left under dryer for 30+ minutes until I removed myself from the dryer due to the bleach burning me...Went to new stylist at a new company, and found out my hair is beyond repair, has damaged the core of my hair and will need to be left alone no color treatment or heat until it fully grows out.... my hair is STILL breaking 4 months later...

Went here for my wedding makeup trial and they made me look like a clown! There was so much thick makeup on my face I didnt even look like myself after I went over a million times I wanted a natural look. I hated it so much, I ended up wiping it all off before boudoir photos that night and did my wedding makeup myself and so did my bridal party. Dont even get me started on trying to get a refund.Ps I wouldnt be in your appointment history under this name.
