One week to the day of receiving a dipped nail manicure and they started chipping, 4 days after. Not. Impressed. At. All!!

I had a pedicure and a full set french manicure. Everything was clean up and the pedicure bowl had a bag to keep it sanitary.

Stopped for eyebrow wax on my way to another appointment. They took a huge uneven chunk out of my left eyebrow. Not exactly the type of thing you want to ask them to “fix”. Anyway I would go elsewhere for eyebrows. Seemed clean maybe better nail experience...

Loved the man that did my toes. My purse hit my toe and he fixed it happy. Thank you

I went yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy doing it did mention he was new but I didn’t mind. I had a number 2 pedicure which includes exfoliating. Late last night my right foot started itching and I didn’t think much of it until I woke up this morning and it looked terrible with red dots and extremely itchy and painful to stand on. It goes without saying that I won’t be coming back nor would I recommend anyone to go back. I will be making a doctors appointment first thing in the morning tomorrow.

Have been going here since they opened Anthony and Jennifer are absolutely amazing! Along with the wonderful people they have working for them! Every time me and my family go in it is such an amazing experience! The shop is very clean, and well ventilated so it does not smell like the fumes of acrylics or nail polish. I highly recommend this place to everyone you won’t be disappointed!

I had my first experience at this salon with Victor & he was wonderful & i can not say enough good things about this salon!! My second time Victor called in sick so i saw this other guy—DO NOT GO TO THE FIRST GUY ON THE RIGHT AS YOU WALK IN!! His name is Johnson. He called me a racist because I said he didn’t understand me when I was telling him my toe nail color was orange & I wanted pink. I picked out a pink color & it turned out orange. He made me feel horrible & made me cry as he called me a racist. Horrible experience with that guy. Do not go to him.The manager made things right & I had a really nice guy fix my toes from orange to pink. I will give this salon another chance as everyone else who works there is nice.

I can’t say it enough, this nail shop is the best! There’s never a dull moment here . They are always up to date on the nail trends. Very clean, renovated, friendly (literally everything your looking for) . On a positive note, everyone here is understanding and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend Anthony and Thou! They are absolutely amazing (almost like family). All in all this is the place to go!

I used to go here religiously. Im not sure what has happened in the last year, but the quality and the service has gotten really bad. I witnessed other customers being told that the staff doesnt do poor work and nail polish will chip in 2 days...2 days. All the poor lady said she did was the dishes. I got a pedicure (which was okay) and sns dip, and when I expressed a concern that my toes wouldnt match my nails, they disagreed and said the color was from the same company so it would be the same.... Not even close. Also, when I ask for a manicure I expect my cuticles be addresses. She didnt even touch them and was in such a hurry for me to get out of her chair, that when I asked should I wash my hands now? (Because thats normal) she said yes and then quickly followed me to drop my purse off on the sink. Im done with this nail salon.

My wife and I had been loyal customers for 4 years but no more. Our tech Vivian was very good. The reason we taken our business elsewhere is Anthony. As pointed out in other reviews, Anthony is rude, arrogant and disrespects woman in that he is loud and combative with female customers. Customer respect is a foreign concept to him.

This shop has good and bad nail techs. Linda is too- notch. The men here are rough and lack the gentle touch. They overbook don’t even if you have an appointment you will wait but facility is clean. They do not have any young techs who do the latest styles or free hand for nails. They often try to talk you into “extras” you do not want.

My pedicure was nice. The chair was comfy. We had appointments and would have liked to sit all together but the service was good.

This was my first time here and it was amazing! Soooo relaxing and very very clean. I had a spa pedicure done and it came with the scrub, hot towel and stone massage. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I will definitely be back!

I love this place. Everyone has always been very friendly with me, and the quality of nails is amazing. I can have my full set on for almost a month without it looking bad or coming off. No other place comes close to that quality. AND they are competitively priced.

I didnt even make it to the chair. They didnt even acknowledged me. Then another client walked in and the hostess spoke to him. Im very disappointed. As a military spouse, I have travel quite a bit, and have never encountered such bad customer service. I would never step foot inside this establishment again.I would give them zero stars but unfortunately I cannot leave the rating unchecked.I should have read the reviews. It would have saved me the trip.

My favorite nail salon. Fabulous place for mani, pedi, eyebrow wax and lash extensions. Very experienced in inlay glitter acrylics and many other types of designs. The salon keeps a large selection of polish color choices in both standard polish and gel polish. Outstanding in pink and white French style acrylics.

Ive been going there for over 2 years, Im a diabetic so I go to a young lady named Linda and get a pedicure. Every one their is very polite and do very good work.

Ask for Jennifer shes great, havent had anyone else yet. Little bit of a wait but my nails are amazing

Really lackadaisical attitude toward clients. They just do not care and seem to be interested in ripping off guests with inflated pricing, which the ugly work certainly do not justify. Their work lacks detail and their unfriendliness make this place a junk yard for pampering time. Worst of all, they do not have any consideration for your time. Definitely F- score

I am pretty disappointed in my first (and only) visit. I wanted SNS nails, and the end result was several bloody cuticles and terrible edges. It looks like I bought fake nails from Walmart and stuck them on. I will not be returning.

Great place!! Awsome staff and I have been going here for years! Thao is the name of my nail gal and she is fantastic, always so sweet and consistent! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, nice place with good prices!!

I had been to this salon once before. The pedicure was great but the full set was painful. I kept cringing as the lady ran the file over my cuticles continuously. I left with blood around 8 of my fingernails. I went back today figuring I wouldnt need much done since I had decided to go with gel. All I wanted was my toes and nails to match. You would have thought I had asked for a unicorn! After several failed attempts to explain to this person that I didnt care what color grey we used as long as they matched, I finally just said...ok. She was rude and spoke to me like I am stupid. I told her I felt she was being dude at which point she yelled at me. I will NEVER go back there. There are way too many choices of nail salons. Why be treated disrespectfully . I simply drove across the street to another one I had never been to and had a great experience! And even got matching toes and fingers! Crazy.

My daughter and I have been there twice. We should have learned from the first time. But we decided to give them a second chance. They were very rude the first time, and it took us forever to get a set of nails done. They filed the side of my finger by rushing and not looking. They were too busy talking to each other.The second time we never even got to a chair. We gave our name came in and sat down, somebody else came in they took her and seated her. Then I overheard one of the techs sternly telling an old woman to keep her hands still. She told him that she had Parkinsons disease and its the best she could do. Several techs then had the nerve to start laughing at her. She looked like she was going to cry! We stood up told them what we thought of their horrible behavior and left, we should have learned from the first visit and not have come back.

Had two separate women work in my nails in one sitting. The first cut a chunk out of my finger which had me bleeding the whole time I was there and the second didnt acknowledge me until the end at which point she was very kind to me, which I do appreciate.

I took my 13 year old to get regular polish done before we went on vacation. She was so excited and had been looking forward to it for a few weeks. The staff was rude and wouldn’t talk to her or me. Her nails came out horrible, they had specs of hair and air bubbles and were patchy. I am never going back there!

The people here are friendly and do an excellent job every time. If there is a wait, it has always been worth it!

Weve come here many times,.but the prices keep changing per visit for the SAME manicure...and dont question them about anything because they get really rude and nonchalant..40 bucks for a basic manicure...theres better shops in the area for less.

THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I came in with an appointment and they acted like I was a burden. my pedicure looks like I did it my self and my nails I got are decent at best. the lady who did my pedicure was nice but the man who checked me in obviously thought I was a waste of time....maybe cause Im 25 with blue hair....but Im actually in the service industry and take pride in my nails so pay a pretty penny for them to be done every 2-3 weeks since I am very rough on them. I let them know I was a first time customer and asked for prices...everything was $5 more...ok??? sure Im used to paying 60-70 for a full set and pedi...but because I want a long point its $5 more? asked him to clean up my nail bed and get under my nail....didnt do it, just glued some tips on and dipped on the powder...awesome ill do it when I get home. my nails are the same length but thats about it, had to shape a few when I got home as well. they are not smooth on top as they look like rolling hills, but didnt say anything since i had asked him to touch up or shape more as it was. I was just ready to get out before I said something that wouldnt of been polite. the only thing pleasant was the older ladies that were sitting near by that very friendly unlike the staff. sorry for coming into your salon for the first time asking for a little pamper while Im visiting family on vacation...also will be moving here and letting people know not to come here.

If i could give this place 0 stars i absolutely would.. i left this salon in tears. They we nice at first when they did my pedicure, but then they cut my toe into the quick, when i brought it up to her attention she ignored me like she didnt hear me. When it was time to get my nails done i started out with a woman i told her i would like a pink and white full set of acrylics.. well she got busy and sent me to the guy next to her. He was very rude and never even asked me what i wanted so i assumed he had heard me.. he started working amd i thought it looks way off but i didnt want to be rude (maybe he was doing it a different way) NOPE! He put vut straight white paint of my finger... i stop him and try to explain that it qasnt what i wanted. He pushed himself away from the area and was calling me a liar saying i wanted my whole nails white. He then tood me that if i dont pay for them he will chop them off. Feeling very uncomfortable i ask him if he can just change the color.. he started talking in his forigne language telling the girl to charge me before she re paints them.. im pregnant so i didnt want any trouble so i paid.. she started painting them To match my toes she it continuously my stop getting it all over my skin you could tell she was in a rush I asked her to please slow down she sighed and got very annoyed she started talking to him in their foreign language and they then asked me to leave I told them that I would not leave until I got a refund that my nails were now ruined and I was gonna have to go get them redone somewhere else I had to wait for a police officer and the owner to get my refund I will never go back.

Anthony does an excellent job on nails that are dipped in the color powder you choose!

The WORST Ive been in and they are completely rude to their employees but nice to the customers, but be we as customers witness how poorly they treat their employess. The boss is always grumpy and yelling at their employees. BTW IT IS TRUE THEY DO RECYCLE WAX.

The owner/manager was not friendly..actually, pretty rude. My daughter’s nail was not done right and her friend had her nail done by manager and he nicked two of her fingers when he did her cuticles, leaving her with two bloody cuticles. Not planning to go there again and not worth saving a few extra dollars.

My biggest problem with The Nail Shop is their choice to play innapropriate movies on their many large screen TV’s. They changed to HGTV for quite a long time, which was MUCH better, but took my teenage daughter back with me recently and the innapropriate movies were back. I like the location, the ability to drop in without an appointment and I’ve been coming for a long time. I’ve struggled with their lack of communication, absense of friendliness, the fact I leave every single time with more than one injured finger/toe and the obvious, innapropriate TV issues. I’ve simply had enough. There are endless choices in nail salons, I won’t miss this one!

Only have been here once and they hurt! Like my fingers are hurting so bad.

I went in for a pedicure and SNS polish, arrived at 3pm. My pedicure went fine, but then they sat me in a chair in the manicure area and I waited about 20 minutes while they took other clients that came in after me. They then put foilf wraps on my nailes and had me sit there another half an hour. The tech that did my nails was very slow and didnt care that he left ridges which I pointed out but he did nothing about and he rounded some of my nail tips and and squared off others, which it was clear when I came in all my nails were squared off. I had an event to attend that night which I told them that I was being picked up for at 6pm, thinking 2 and half hours should have been ample time. Well, I had to call me ride and delay them an hour because I didnt get out of there until 6:30, 3 and a half hours there with terrible customer service and a bad job on my nails. I wont go back!

HORRIBLE. if i could rate it 0 stars i would . PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE . Their prices change daily (higher) for a job that is horribly done. I’ve been getting acrylics for 6 years & never have i ever experienced such horrid & rude services. I am unsure how this place is even in business.
