This salon is an hour from my house but I will come back every time! My pedicure was the basic choice but was better than any I’ve ever had. The technician took her time and was very thorough. My nails look better than ever! I had Tom and I would recommend going to him every time! He took his time and made them so beautiful! Everyone was very friendly!

My daughter and I went for pedicures. My daughter was finished a good 20 mins before me, she sat next to me the whole time so therefore there should be no reason as to why her polish didnt even last 5 mins. SLOPPY! SHES SO SAD & DISAPPOINTED.

My name is Deborah and this is my girlfriends google account...I have been a long long time customer even before this new ownership. Decided to stay as a customer faithfully for years, every two weeks for nails and pedicures. I never break a nail but maybe twice in a year. I broke a nail accidentally recently and called for an appt and went in the next day. tuna the nail tech that has been taking care of my nails for years, was very rude and nasty to me! I walked out and will never go back! You dont treat people like that especially long long time customer!! I will never recommend them ever!!!!

The last nail salon I saw traumatized me but Tracy was amazing! Everyone was really nice and the place was clean. Fastest time I’ve spent in and out of a salon for a full set with multi colors and an upgraded pedicure! 10/10 recommend and will be back for sure!

Ana did such a great job taking off my long old powder nails and she did my pedicure with regular polish and my manicure with gel polish. I could not be happier, very detailed.

My nails look the worse. I asked for short natural and thin. You can see my real nails on the side. I received 3 cuts I work in surgery so I have to value my hands I thought the Paulene would but they most definitely didn’t. I recently just moved to Arizona and I have been going here and they have been doing great. That’s why I decided to stop by after the lock down. The manager talked to me so bad telling me I’m not sure why you don’t like it. It’s nice and what you asked for. Most definitely not. I will never return back here...!!!! I was most definitely pre judged when asked how long I want my nails as well. I’m a professional worker I don’t like long nails....unacceptable...!!!!

I went to prior place that had done a horrible job on my nails and the tech that I received was able to fix them and make them look so nice! My pedicure was great and very relaxing! Tom did an amazing job with my set of acrylics! they are absolutely beautiful and I will be coming back. 💗 i will recommend to everyone for sure, he got my nails done perfectly in a timely manner. i only paid 50 for a full set of very long acrylics. i am in love. will be posting photos on the photos section.

I love visiting this salon! My mom and I have been going here to get my nails done for the last couple years. Every time we go in we are always welcomed with a smile. The staff is very friendly and take their time and make sure you are comfortable. There are always regulars in the salon (including myself). If there’s something I don’t like she does whatever necessary to make sure I leave loving my nails. Worst gel manicure. I paid to be rushed out and left with polish on my skin. Simply awful. Apparently if you have short natural nails do not go here. They will. Blame you. Also the gel manicure light was dirty and I had to put my hand on it. Waste of $ and not a fun experience.

I cant even explain how much I love this place. Customer service is also 10/10. They are really precise and meticulous. They ask for exactly what I want and deliver. So many colors to chose from! I feel fabulous with these nails. If my 5-star rating doesnt convince you, then try it out - you wont be disappointed.

All 5 stars go to Tuna! She seriously has the best eye for design, is very precise and gives exceptional service. She pays attention to detail and makes sure that we leave satisfied with our nails. Tuna has always been accommodating to my mom, with her arthritis, making sure whoever is helping her, that they are careful not to hurt her. I have been going to Tuna for over 6 years and theres a reason for that, shes truly the best!Thank you, Tuna and team for all that you do!

This place used to be so good. They used to be so friendly and take their time. The last two times I’ve been in, the employees aren’t friendly. You can tell they are talking about you in their language because you chose the basic pedicure. It was so rushed that he was done in about 22 minutes. It’s a shame but I’ll never be back.

Ive been coming here for years but since it has changed ownership the quality has not been good. They dont even have stamps for gel nails and their nail polish color selection is minimal with very old nail polish. I asked for an additional 10 minute massage and was charged for it and I timed her and massage only lasted 10 minutes so it wasnt even longer than it should be without the extra charge. They used to give points for customer faithfulness that you could apply to the service you received but they wont even do that unless you pay in cash...who carries cash anymore??? It is run down and not so clean anymore. Today was my last time here, I wanted to be faithful but just cant come here anymore.

I had an appointment with Tuna today. She was very friendly and kind. She took her time and was very precise with the shape of my nails. I lucked out getting her as my nail technician. Tuna will be the only one who does my nails from now on. Highly recommend to schedule your appointment with her.

As a native Californian, Air Force Reservist, and Graduate Student; I am very selective on my nail salons. I enjoy doing business with establishments that are clean, friendly, and experts at their art. When I first walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff, then seated fairly quickly. Keep in mind I am very picky... I came in with chipped color and stressed from a long hard day; came out beyond satisfied and relaxed. Tommy is absolutely amazing with his foot massage and can do by far the best French gel manicure I have ever had. Dont be misguided by shady reviews that obviously advertise the business down the street. I hope to see you there! I go every week!!!

If you live in Peoria, you need to come to this nail salon! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, I promise you will get exactly what you ask for here. I am very particular with the length of nails and shape and I have never left here disappointed. Love love love this place.

I looked at all the reviews and they were good so I came in for a full set .. I was sat down with a man (I didn’t catch his name ) he was very nice but when more people started to come in, he began to rush, ended up cutting 2 of my fingers, and was like burning my fingers with the nail file he didn’t check if the nails were close in length and some are shaped differently, more skinny than others (I got coffins) I should have said something but I was too nervous. I don’t think I’ll ever come back in

This was my first time coming to Paulenes Nails. My service was great. Others have mentioned being overpriced, but I am very happy with my pedicure, my feet feel amazing! I get a pedicure every month and I am willing to pay a little more for this great service. Thank you!!

Ive been going here for about 10years and my last visit was not very good. I got a fill on my nails and they did not come out very good. When I came back to see if they can fix it, they told me thats the way they should look and that it was the light. Well for 10years I never had a problem will my fills looking like that..... weird. Its sad that their customer service isnt what it used to be. I will definitely not be going back again and I will be sure to let my friends and family know what horrible customer service they have. Very Disappointed.

Had a pedi and eyebrows waxed. The waxing was great. The pedi was good but compared to other places she seemed less involved in giving a really great one. I will try this place one more time before writing it off. Nothing bad to say they were all really friendly.

I went in for a regular colored manicure but they didnt have that great of a selection for nail polish colors. I asked one of the ladies who works there for advice on a color and all she said was we have a lot and walked away without assisting me.I ended up getting a French tip manicure since I didnt like their color options and she did an OK job. She did a poor job on shaping and filing my nails and the white French tip color was completely uneven on my thumbs, index, and middle finger. I dont know why she did such a half assed job. Not going back there again.

Wish I could add a picture of my nails...Awful. I got a regular manicure and the color was so uneven it looked like a toddler did my nails. Never again. They did offer to fix them but I was done at that point so I went home and took off the polish. They gave me a certificate- they didnt have to I wont be going back.

Went in on a Friday evenning with my two nieces for pedicures and for me to gwt a new dip color. The woman who was doing my nails did not listen to me at all !! I told her three times she was hurting me and wouldnt listen. She only did two layers for the dip which require five. She then came to do my pedicure again aggressive and not listenjng to me. I told her i had a lottle hang nail and she just dig in and clipped !! So painful that my eyes filled with water. She had not finished up my dip at this point i still had the powder all over my fingertips. I went to her to have her clean it up and she again took her nails and dug into my fingers at this point i pulled my hand away and said i would clean them up at home. I was obviously upset but had my nieces with me so i paid and left. I returned to the establishment that Sunday Morning to speak yo the manager and he summonned the woman over and she cotinued to argue with me ! Intold the manager i would like to hear from the owner asap for my refund aince he was “claiming” he could not refund my 57 dollars without owner. At this point i decided to just leave and left my number. I did take picture of manager and establishment as I was leaving and the guy was following behind my truck with my younger niece and I in it. I called today (tues) since no one has called me back. Got another argumentative woman on the phone and she was refussing to help me. Saying i was there last Wednesday and shouldnt of waitied to come back in on Sunday! I did advise them that i will let the public know not to go there. Im not one to google review I give businesses the benefit of doing the right thing but since they obviously have no intention of refunding my money heres the warning. Do not use this place if you want to get a nice job done they are horrible and did only half the job ! I do have pics of my nails when I left and what they look like today

Not a good experience. About a minute into my pedicure today a male employee got up from his station and came over to the girl doing my pedicure, got in her face, yelling and cursing. She walked away for a minute then came back and he went back to his station. Ummm. Really? What the heck was That? I was so uncomfortable with what had just happened right there at my feet. I tried to get up and told her Im not comfortable with whatever that was. She put my feet back in the water and said it was ok. But no it wasnt. I sat there completely uncomfortable and stressed out. Ive never wanted a pedicure to be over so quickly. And at 38 weeks pregnant and just wanting to relax...the experience today absolutely sucked. I should have been more persistent and just left. Instead I paid full price for a stressful situation. I definitely wont be going back again.

Horrible this has been my second time here the first time I got the ombré wasn’t even done right u could see the white where he stoped. And then didn’t clean off the acrylic from my old set then my second set after the white pink ombré I did a neon pick and ombré but I picked the wrong white acrylic so I didn’t like it and I asked her to take the neon pick off and I’ll pay more she didn’t even wanna take the time to do that she just used white gel polish on it and they still look like shyt. Never again

Have gone there a few times over the years recently went back and my tech was very rude then got mad because I told her I didnt want a gel pedi just a gel mani. While I was getting my mani she insulted my wedding ring commenting that I was too young to have a ring like mine! Hinting that I must be married to an older man, actually no my husband is just a hard worker. Then she ripped my nail bed. I was not happy anymore so luckily she was just about done. She did not ask me if I liked it, nothing just pay at front. Then came up with the crazy amount of 70 bucks!! Then when I asked for a break down of what I got suddenly the price became 48 dollars, yea super pissed at this moment. I paid my 48 dollars and left no tio because I dont believe she deserved one. I will definitely be skipping this nail salon for the future and will not recommend this place to anyone.
