Last visit was a nightmare. Had my SUV serviced here 5/17/2021 for oil change & tire rotation, after I picked up my SUV at late afternoon, just drove out of the plaza, rear-left wheel came off on the road & SUV dropped off on the ground, because the technician did NOT tighten the wheel nuts, that caused damage to my vehicle. Called the store and they sent technicians to install the wheel on the street, then drove back to store. Claim still pending with TirePlus/Bridgestone, but it seems they try to ignore or deny my claim. Nobody is really caring their customers.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are literally scammers.

New tires? Check! New shocks? Check! Fresh alignment service? Check! OilChange? Check! Tires Plus gave my ride some needed TLC! Thank you for the friendly service and keeping my car nice and clean. Now Im ready for my drive across 7 states tomorrow!

4 hours later for one tire change. This place is bad. I took a nap, woke up and still my car is not ready.. how are people giving this place 4 stars??? It’s beyond me. If you come here, plan on taking the day off of work and reschedule your day. 1 tire needed to be changed. “Roadside assistance is faster than this place.

Worst place ever....they want to crage me more than $800 for the calipers and brake fluid.....my personal mecanic fixed literaly in 5 seconds...the noise was an inside tire cover that was touchig

Great experience with this location. The staff was nice and pleasant. Each individual that I came into contact with had great customer service. I’d come in for two tires and my car was even taken in before my appointment, which I greatly appreciated it.My appointment was for an hour before they closed and even though they took the car in early it still wasn’t ready until well after 7pm. I over heard one of the workers tell another worker when he checked on the progress that the guy did the rotation backwards. It was older guy that was working on my car and I was a little worried but everything has been fine, so all is well.Will definitely come again.

This Tires Plus lately has been quick and a pretty painless experiences. They do give you suggestions on what your car needs. I just wish they wouldnt make it seem like your car is going to explode if you dont get xyz fixed. I also wish some associates were more informative. I did ask some car questions that some associates didnt have answers for. I googled it instead and got my answer that way.

Tires Plus on 15907 Pembroke Pines came through for me, after 2 other places turned me down to fix a flat tire. Alex and Michael were very attentive and professional throughout the whole visit and was back on the road in no time! Thank you!

Don’t bother coming here. I loved tire plus and would only go there in tallahassee. I’ve been to this location three times and the service has became worse each time. Between arriving at 8 am on a weekday for service and them “forgetting” to let me know my car is ready then allowing them to work on my windshield wipers and “forgetting” to put fluid back...these are all seperate instanced...don’t bother.

Sorry Loli, you have been great this past years but after the last visits I am leaving to try the competition. After the auto tech looses my oil dipstick on an oil change, forgets to take a bushing on the brakes, leaving the brake lights constantly on, after replacing the master cylinder and the booster, I gave you guys another chance.Last week, the new girl’s attitude was courteous but condescending. She dismissed me by telling me that she was helping me. I thought that I was helping you stay in business in this trouble times ( COVID-19) by giving you a chance and spending my money at your shop. She tried to sell me services that I didn’t ask for (my best guess is; commission based). I had to cancel and waist my time to go with the competition. It is sad to experience this lack of professionalism. Three strikes and your out! Live and learn.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service here. We went in to get a tire replaced on our van and they wanted to charge us $500 to replace a damaged wheel bearing. On top of that, after dropping off our car, they didn’t bother call us to let us know, we had to call them after an hour wondering what was taking so long. That didn’t sound right, so we picked up our car and went to a Firestone by our house. The same service was offered for $120.This incident may not reflect everyone on the team at this location, but just putting this here as a warning. If you go to this Tires Plus and the price seems high, I HIGHLY recommend that you go somewhere else if possible to get a second opinion.

They messed up my aunts car. She had to go to Lexus and get her car fixed the right way. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! POOR SERVICE and they try to tell you that they sell the best parts for your car. Which Lexus proved it was not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Please only go to Tires Plus, especially this location, AFTER youve check Autozone and Jiffy Lube. Tried to tell me it was almost 250 to change my battery and almost 400 to change my brake PADS (JUST THE REAR PADS AT THAT LOL). Autozone charging me 150 for the same battery and free installation and I can order the whole brake set for 75 online and installed for 100.Dont let them rip you off, always cross estimate!

These guys were the bomb Sunday!

I went in for a oil change which was suppose to take one hour or a hour and a half. I was there for almost 2 and a half hours and no one came to tell me any update on how much longer. I sat and watch everyone who came after me leave before me, till I was the only 1 left waiting!! I feel if they were taking longer they should have communicated that with me instead of saying they were checking and gave me no answer in return. I understand they were busy but its customer service.

Always helpful and courteous. This location gladly accepts other Auto Repair Shops promotions. It is good to have a favorable relationship with a local repair facility.

Fantastic costumer service. I am from out of town and had a car issue on the way down to visit a family member being hospitalized. They were able to fix my car quickly and were very understanding. In the little time I spent in the lobby they greeted all their costumers with a smile and seem to be knowledgeable and have many return customers.

Worst customer service ever. Something as common as changing out the tire pressure sensor when changing out the tires and rims, was forgotten. Then later on wanted to charge additional fees to fix thier poor workmanship. Loly is always a pleasure to see upon coming in. She is very busy but great at acknowledging you, listening, and remembering my needs to maintain my truck. Her staff are friendly as well. I love the fact that everyone you interact with are honest about whats happening and present options instead of selling something not needed. This gives me confidence I can trust this shop to do the right thing when it comes to taking care of my truck. I am very happy with their service.

Took my car this morning and was told that they could patch it up. Left the car and later got a phone call stating that they had to replace the tire. I told them that I wanted the same tire that I had with the same size, rate speed and tire pattern. They installed a different tire with a different pattern even after going thru everything on the phone. I feel like they were very dishonest and not upfront. Will never be going to tire plus again. I did not get the product that I asked for and I wasted a lot of time. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

Ive been going to this shop for a couple years now and I have nothing but good things to say about their service and knowledge. I truly feel like everyone from the front desk to the mechanics want to ensure you have a good experience and want to help resolve the issue that has you there in the first place.All the service guys are very professional, care about your vehicle like its their own, and they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.I would recommend anyone looking for a great service station to try this location.

Replacing a car battery such an easy process

Had my car towed here for diagnostics since vehicle wouldnt turn on. Tires Plus could not find the reason behind the problem also stole my N95 mask out right out the vehicle. Do not trust then with your bussiness

Great service, great front staff very professional. If you make an appointment they get you in fast and out fast. I’ve been coming here for years now and find Fridays and Saturdays are a little busy. Staff is friendly for the most part, i needed certain tires for my truck and they went above and beyond to find them price was decent enough. I was also told my brakes was low and I actually went to another shop to verify the brakes and after they quoted me I came back to this location for the service price was better and the service was quick fast and efficient. They also did my alignment when most other shops said my truck was too big.

Great service! Had a misdiagnosed issue with my car that I thought was going to cost me almost $1500.00. After coming to Tires Plus and getting a second opinion, turns out what I was being told was the issue was not the case, and ended up costing a fraction of the other price I was quoted at a near by competitor. They had the car back to me in no time and I ended up spending a lot less money. Thankful I went in for a second opinion and thankful for the great staff at tires plus. You guys rock!

Excellent service! Ricardo was awesome and super nice! Highly recommend this establishment for tire service. They didnt bombard me with stuff my car didnt need and even offered to fix one of the tires (that had a nail) instead of buying a brand new one. Waited around 2 hours (they were busy) but they had a comfortable little lounge waiting area behind the office with tv, coffee, bathroom and free WiFi. Id come here before going to Costco (less people and less chaotic).

I have visited this store at least once a year for the last twenty years Ive lived in the area and never had any work done because of the prices. Front desk always occupied though knowledgeable. Im going to guess they have a lot of fleet contracts as I always see trucks and vans with service company logos on the side being worked on there. They are not want for business and always busy which could explain the prices. Go there if you have the cash and time.

You purchase tires here and they promise to balance and/or rotate them for the usable life of the tire. This is never true. Time and time again I bring my tires back here and the 1st thing they do is look for signs to try and get out of having to balance or rotate them. The tires are too worn, the alignment needs fixing, this or that. Additionally I seem to have to buy tires every year or so. They dont last and The prices are very high as well.

Awesome service, very friendly, and easy to talk to. I had a huge nail in my tire that I thought needed patching. They came to my car to first check if the tire was fixable and they ended up pulling the nail out and my car was completely fine. I was good to go. I highly recommend!

The Tires Plus on pines always provides excellent service at a fair price. I’ve taken my car there a few times for tire replacesments and have been extremely satisfied with the worker’s friendliness, quality of work, and most importantly the price. Definately would recommend if you have any questions/needs for your car.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. I’ve picked up a few nails and had a few flat tires due to debris in the road. They were able to help replace my tires every time . The extra warranty on the tires helps.

Absolutely terrible! Took my Cadillac in due to the back air bags deflating and they gave me a quote for $1500.00 saying I needed all new shocks. I then took my car to Cadillac for a second opinion and showed them the quote from Tire Plus and the technician laughed and said your shocks are perfectly fine, we just needed to reset your computer. He was so baffled by the price I was quoted he waived the diagnostic and sent me on my way a very happy customer. You guys are a total scam and just trying to make a buck! When I called and complained the manager said he would be calling me back with an answer as to why I was quoted completely false information and of coarse he never did!!

I have taken my vehicle there for oil changes and small mechanical issues. Theyve always done a good job. They also honored a 1 year warranty on a cv joint, rather than trying to find a way out of honoring it. Which was nice.

If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Do not make any appointment with them it will tell you in the email 9 oclock and when you show up their system will say 12 and then theyll tell you an hour and a half wait for an oil change I took my business elsewhere to Jiffy Lube cheaper and faster and better customer service

Came out on a Sunday afternoon with my 2018 Jeep wrangler that got a tiny nail in a tire, I was hoping for a quick repair.. the Lazy guy came out to take a look and with the naked eye he said the tire is ruined and I needed a new tire.... came out with a Quote of $202 for 1 Tire... I drove 1.5 mile to another tire place and they Patched it for $21.04... This place is a Rip_Off!

This place will nickel and dime you and at times can feel more like a used car lot. Just remember they would not sell you something if they were not making money. @ndy

Staff is nice, but there tire machine is not designed to handle large high end wheels.

Wife had a small screw in rear tire which we bought from them a year ago. They told her the tires with on 20% wear on them, were made in 2013 and should be replaced. A bunch of criminals should be investigated by the state .

When you go in for tires they may recommend expensive repairs. Its best to get a 2nd opinion from another mechanic just to to save on their high charges for these repairs, some of which are unnecessary to begin with.

I dont buy tires there anymore. Started to have vibration issues that they would not resolve.Went to Costo and bought a set there at $100 less. Car runs smoothly now.I do use their lifetime alignment policy. My hope/belief is that that the computer that does the alignment has good software and, since I can take it back as much as I like and I let them know I wont use them for mechanical work, its not in their interest to mess up the alignment.Its Okay for what I use them for.

Ive come to this location a number of times for a wide range of issues (everything from a flat tire to a bad alternator) and have always left very satisfied with their honest, thorough, and efficient service. The store has a clean and comfortable waiting area along with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive dealt with Diego, Loli, Herlin and Freddie in the past who are all very professional and patient when it comes to resolving the more complicated problems. If for any reason there is a conflict or misunderstanding, the store manager Alex makes it a point to personally and promptly address the issue. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality service.

Simply pirates. You buy one of their lifetime packages and everytime you take your car for services included in the package, they try to push and sell you something. Furthermore, they try to decline those services if you dont buy tires from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIRATES!

Dishonest!!!!!!!!! Was told my car had to have synthetic oil. When I researched later this was absolutely NOT true. 2nd time this location was dishonest about what my car needed. Will Take my business elsewhere in the future

I will no longer do business with Tires Plus because of what occurred to me at this location. I have been a longstanding customer for years and have referred MANY to Tires Plus stores across Florida. I recently had four tires replaced and when I went back due to an apparent puncture, I was told that there was no warranty on the tires I had just purchased. I can attribute that to some misunderstanding. However, when they tried to charge me a fee just to look at the tire, I attribute that to being scammers trying to take advantage of their customers. I have never paid any inspection fee to look at a tire. The equivalent would be for a department store to begin charging an admission fee. Tires Plus lost a customer today. I will gladly take all of my business elsewhere. I hope assessing your inspection fee is worth not having thousands of dollars of business from a once dedicated customer. So far today, I have posted reviews against the company and this location. I have also emailed the corporate office. I will also share my experience through every means of social media possible. It is unacceptable to try to charge your customers for something that should come, and has for years, as a component of service..

It took them 3 hours to replace one tire, and I had an appointment. This was after they expressly promised to take care of me at my appointment time. The mechanic laid his impact wrench and other tools on the fiberglass cover of my pickup bed. They also replaced my wiper blades and cracked my windshield in the process. When I complained about that they refused to take responsibility. They told me to have my insurance pay for it.

The Bridgestone runflats are great (very quiet and excellent warranty) as well as the Toyo tires for trucks (awesome on the highways) . They perform great work with the tires including lifetime wheel alignment . Sometimes their other services are not up to par. Its a hit and miss depending on the mechanic that day .

Ive had a mixed bag of experiences at this location. The first time I purchased tires from here in 2013, the technician failed to put my air filter back in after doing the standard courtesy inspection of fluids and filters. I didnt discover this until I did an oil change a couple of weeks later. I opened the hood and found the filter sitting on top of the filter housing. I called them spoke to the manager. In the end, they rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Ive never had an issue again at this location and have since bought another set of tires from them. This is a busy location and I recommend making an appointment for service!
