Second time (Ive been here 3 or 4 times)I am left waiting lost in their shuffle. Funny thing is, they see me standing around and no one asks if Im being help. I need to stop someone else and ask about something they were not involved with. I LOVE my Mercedes, but Mercedes-Benz at Pembroke Pines is pushing me to get something else. Dont look only into your car folks, look also into the overall service youre getting. At least my service agent, Mr Hernandez, is a Ray of hope!

They told me to come in after calling 3 times waiting for 15 mins and this lady Vanessa and jay told me come in than and to stop calling, which was very rude but you know who is more rude Enrique Castro!!! WORSTTTT SERVICE DIRECTOR EVERRRRR IN MY LIFE! he told me he doesn’t want to take my service because I made a review about him what kind of business are you guys running and not only that he gave me so much attitude!! I bought a 60k car to be treated this way ? I rather go to bmw, not even rather go to Toyota they would treat me much better !

Awful. Took my car there 3 times out of desperation thinking they would get better. My service person was nice but the service itself never happened. There is an issue with the GLS 450 which makes the a/c expel mold. They claimed to have cleaned it out and there was no change. They also said they changed out my headlights which never happened. Thoroughly disgusted that this dealer is registered with Mercedes. Stay away!!! I’ve heard the one in Miami is much better and worth the drive. On another note the dealership was also a disappointment. Went there looking to purchase a second mercedes and they barely gave me the time of day. The salesperson seemed un interested and couldn’t answer basic questions about the car. I told him I was there to buy TODAY! What a joke.

I came in and spokes to the so call customer care director ENRIQUE CASTRO . I was expecting to get my issue resolve and he was rude and didn’t help me at all. He doesn’t care about customers. Go back to drinking bear with that Bear belly you have and your stress ugly gray hairs

If i could give enrique castro a zero i would, attitude was disgusting i asked to speak someone hire than him, and he said he is the ceo, the ceo of sitting in a chair and doing nothing, he probably hates his job

Gonzalo is the worst service advisor ever. When I came in he was very rude and kept making me feel unimportant as a great customer. I drive a s550 with 33k miles. I was looking forward to have a great experience and turn out to be the worst. Lost COMPLETELY my trust in dealer service departments because of Gonzalo. I rather go to tire kingdom and have someone that was flipping burgers a week ago to look at my car than Gonzalo!! Poor customer service!!! DONT COME they’ll rip you off!!

The service manager (Osvaldo), is the worst manager I have ever met. I asked to speak to him and he told the person who called him for me that he did not want to attend me, and to look for another specialist, after I insisted to speak to him he told me to wait for him, he made me wait an hour and in the end he never attended me. I had to go to Mercedes in Fort Lauderdale where they treated me like I deserved to be treated.

Always takes over 30 to just drop off the vehicle for a simple oil change, plus another at least 30 minutes to pick up. Simply the worst. The most high brand I have ever owned and the worst service.

I purchase an S550 this weekend, the sales consultant, Joseph Antoine was very Professional. Mr. Antoine went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. He has a great attitude and his customer service skills was top notch.The accountant, Mr. Carlos Medina from the Financial Department was helpful even though he got muly money. I had a 4.29 interest rate from my bank and he gave me a 3.99 which is better than what I previously had. Customer service was awesome. Thank you guys for your help!

I am shopping for a new car and my husband and I visited this location. We walked into the show room and we saw about 5-6 sales rep standing at the front desk when we walked in and not a single person greeted us. We walked around the entire show room looking at all vehicles and still no one assisted us, not a simple hello. In walks in another couple (Caucasian) and they receive assistance and a proper greeting. I was actually looking to purchase a vehicle TODAY but it will never be at this location because they do not deserve my business nor my money! They need training in customer service and need to learn not to judge a book by its cover!

The place is nice, comfortable, can watch news and sports channels, free breakfast and variety of hot beverages, the only problem is long waiting and high charges.

Why does it always take an hour to drop off or pick up your car? 10am appointment doesn’t mean 10:30.

It is the worst costumer service, that I’ve ever been, even the manager and his assistance. I had have some cars’s brands. Mercedes Benz is a great automobile and I was client on this location for 5 years. Now I am not coming back to this maintanance and dealer MB. If you need SERVICE OR BUY a new car, my recommendation is that you should go another place, not to the PEMBROKE PINES SERVICE CENTER.Martin Camero

It has been a very bad experience every time I had to take my car for service to this location. Everyone moves very slow and has no sense of urgency. I don’t recommend this location to ANYONE
