They were very professional and thorough. I took the car in for a problem with the touch screen and a noise on the suspension. I thought they would have to replace the shocks which is very expensive but they realized that the problem was that somebody who previously worked on the car installed something wrong. What would have originally have cost a upwards of $2000 only cost me $370. The Honesty of this place is amazing because many mechanics would have upsold me just to make the extra money. I had only been here once before for a warranty covered issue which they took care of right away. I would definitely bring the car here for any other issues because I feel they are there to give excellent service and not to take advantage of people. The person I dealt with both times was Eric. He was very communicative and helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly and even sent me pictures of what was wrong with the car. He set me up with a loaner so I was not left without a way to get around for the few days the car was in the shop. All around a great place where you can feel they truly care about their customers and want people to come back. I strongly recommend.

I usually don’t make reviews but I felt compelled to. My vehicle had engine problems and I had taken it to two other dealers. Let’s just say I’m never going back to those dealers again. It’s not easy being a woman and needing service advice, usually you get the “your car needs this and that and $$$ later ”. Frustrated, I finally took my vehicle to Vera Cadillac. Edwin Montoya was my Service professional and he was great! He heard me out. He looked into the warranty of the vehicle and couldn’t understand why I hadn’t been helped. He was knowledgeable and straight to the point. He made the whole process painless, completely a 360 of what I had experienced. And literally saved me unreasonable expense. He ensured I got a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was being worked on. Being a working Mom with kids this was a must. He kept me up to date with everything. He was consistent and credible, not something I could have said before about any service professional. Thanks to this experience I highly recommend Vera Cadillac and of course ask for Edwin.

When I purchased my car the staff was amazing. However, as my first time in their service dept. for my first oil change, a recall and a noise my breaks are making the service was honestly very disappointing. The service tech Edwin texted me stating that we can communicate through text yet I texted him around 12:35 pm to call me, then I called and tried to reach him at around 1:20 pm no answer and I too left a message. He did not phone me until 4:10 pm. I was mainly phoning him to advise that I felt unsafe in the loaner car for various reasons. I was given a Buick, Escord which was not the same standards as my car the Cadillac XT5. The car rental personnel was nice butt very pushy that I take the car. To top it off I am 8 months pregnant and had no energy to dispute the situation at the time until I started driving the vehicle on the highway. What really took this over the edge (as if it wasn’t enough) I picked up my car around 7:53 pm after speaking to Edwin and expressing how unhappy I was. He was very passive and really did not care what I stated (made me feel like such). I arrived to the lot to find my car unlocked! Mind you, I have my brand new $2k baby stroller and car seat in the car with other personal items. Then when I proceed back with my keys I noticed the car was not washed. The dirty foot mat was left along with the only protective plastic for the seat that they used which was only half covering the seat! All this in the middle of a pandemic where they should be very careful and cautious. Honda in Aventura has a better service then this! I felt as if I had purchased a Toyota… but the real and final kicker was even more comical. When I was given the loaner they stated to bring it back with the same gas. Well guess what? They did not have the decency of doing the same for me…. The whole experience was truly troubling and very shocking. I will give it a shot at another service establishment but I will not be going back to Vera. Attached you can see when I arrived my unlocked car and the finger prints on how it was not washed. I should’ve taken a picture of the paper mat, plastic and gas but I was already furious. To the point I left it in the parking lot since they were careless enough to trash my car without a worry.

My Customer Service Representative Nestor displayed excellent professionalism. He was prompt in having my car service in less time than except. What I love about Vera Cadillac is that each worker that pass u say good morning or are u being helped with a smile. If they are going to the office and they see a customer coming they will wait and hold the door for them. At first I thought it was for older people but after observing its for everyone. This type of courtesy is exceptional. I wish other businesses could take a class from Vera Cadillac on customer service.

Conrad Hernandez always takes great care of my vehicle as well as the vehicles in my fleet. I can not say enough great things about him. To say that I am shocked at the level of service and quality control after having been a loyal customer for the last ten years is an understatement.Your service and quality of work for the last eight years was impeccable and impressive, however in the last two years I have noticed and experienced a rapid decline overall.I have discussed this issue with other customers and their feedback was congruent with the level of service I had received.I understand it has been a difficult year for everyone and I’ve been giving your organization the benefit of the doubt for the last year, however this last level of service was the last straw.On two occasions I was told a notice or call would be forwarded to me when you receive directions from GMC regarding my recall. Never received any and became concerned. Last Thursday I called in order to speak to a service rep regarding the recall and no one answered the phone. I called three times throughout an eight hour period with no answer. My conversation was recorded since I spoke to your operator and conveyed my level of frustration, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.I scheduled my appointment on the GMC app and was there yesterday.Again, I don’t know what to say after having dropped off my truck for a recall, tire rotation and change of wipers and told it would be several hours before I’m able to pick up my truck. I received a text my truck was ready and it had only been two hours. Upon arriving and inspection my truck, I noticed that my lug nuts that secure my tires where loose and a lug nut missing. Again what a “let down” and not to mention the safety implications.You have lost a loyal customer who has purchased five trucks and recommended countless other customers to Vera Motors.

My truck was in need of a passenger side air bag replacement due to a recall on Takata air bags. The service rep Alejandro was very professional and attentive to my concerns. I have had some not so good experiences at other dealerships but not Vera. I am very impressed with their customer service and listening to their customers needs. Great job!!!

We called our service Advisor, Alejandro, becuase the battery light in my moms cadillac was on and she was having trouble starting the car. Alejandro suggested that they could send a mechanic to our home instead of having to take it in. That was a such a relief to know that we did not have to drive over there with a battery issue. The technician arrived checked the tires, the windows, tested the battery and then went ahead and replaced the battery. The service was quick thorough and professional.
