Great service at first. Car turned off as i was getting home. Battery holder bracket was disconnected, battery negative lug terminal was completely off. They superimposed the terminal and did not tighten it, so the car started but lost it in the first bump. Called back to let them know and they claim to never have touched the battery. Funny how brackets and terminals get loose minutes after car service but is simply coincidence. Never going back, could have gotten me in an accident, and if i didnt have tools to tighten the terminal it could have been a headache.

Quick and thorough. A technician named Dustin was even able to quickly replace a burned-out turn signal, which a different place told me would require removing the front bumper.

So I get to this location and once the guy comes to my window to ask what I need, I tell him that I need a oil change and that I looked on Groupon and was not sure which one I need regular oil or full synthetic. In mid sentence he stops me and walks away. Other guy told me to drive in. One the first guy comes back to my car I asked about the Groupon and which one I needed. He told me full synthetic then stated that I can buy it on the app but it might not work right away. I asked if he can honor the Groupon price of $59.99 but told me no they do not honor Groupon I will have to buy on Groupon or pay $80 to him. So I left. Went somewhere else that would honor Groupon.

Somehow my dipstick is missing and they were the only ones with access to it but they acted like they had no clue. I mean really, who takes someones dipstick and he acted like he just noticed it was missing AT The End of The Oil Change, that looks even more sus.

They did an excellent job. Oil and tire rotation in about 30 minutes. Couldnt be more pleased with their performance.

Would you like to waste an entire afternoon? Well, this is a great place to help with that!2 cars in line, but took 2 hours to even get inside the garage. Do not recommend.

Great, fast, stayed in car the whole time

Valvoline has been my go to Oil Change location for all my personal and business vehicles since I switched from another national company that did more damage than good when turning down their attempt to upsell with each visit. Valvolines service is very quick, complete, friendly and they dont try and badger you when you turn down their upsell attempts - which are infrequent. In fact Ive had them change wipers and air filters because they were very friendly about it and the convenience was worth the price. Stick with these folks at Valvoline and your vehicles will be well maintained.

Waited about 20 minutes for service on a Sunday at 930am. Received Oil Change, New Oil Filter and New Air Filter in about 15 minutes. Pretty quick once your cars being worked on.

The service was fast, efficient and the guys were nice. Miguel was very helpful, he offered additional services but never tried to push for them when I declined.

Fast Friendly cheap oil service

Fast and easy. Their price for the car air filter was literally 1/10th of the dealership, so that was a huge win!

Easy and convenient! What else can you ask for in an oil change? Yes its a little but pricier than a taking it to any other oil change place however you dont need to get off your car and the wait is minimum so I will keep on spending a extra couple of bucks for a fast and friendly service.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I was happy at first with the quick and good customer service. The next day, my car started giving me problems... now I need to replace my oil pan cover because they were in a rush to get me out and didn’t put it back on correctly. I’m angry!

I use this Valvoline regularly for oil changes. Theyre quick, fair priced, and really nice! They even help you out as much as they can when they cant do the work - thanks to them I got a quick answer to why my car wouldnt start up (corrosion) and they quickly directed me to the local auto parts store and told me what Id need. Great team, 5 stars, going to use them again!

The guys there were all super friendly and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Will be returning back next time.

Good and fast service just a little pricey

I have used this location many times. Management is consistently friendly, professional, and prompt. I went in today for oil change and tire rotation and the manager advised me that they were unable to rotate the tires on my SUV based on how it was designed and the equipment they have. The honesty is super appreciated. With all the scams and overcharging going on in this industry this is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for keeping quality management on staff!

Much faster and less expensive than the dealership. They quoted about 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. No waiting area, but attached to the Walmart parking lot. Coordinate your shopping and this location becomes extremely convenient. Wheel your grocery cart right to the Valvoline. Staff was professional and friendly. I will return.

Been here a few times​, and it was all good and pleasant, but the last few times have been phenomenal. Very quick, and extremely professional staff. This last time I was helped out by a young man named Miguel, who was a professional and courteous man. I was very impressed. I do have to say, a few review say how its overpriced. They constantly have coupons online, but yes it is a tad pricier than down the street. But the efficiency is worth it

The first time I showed up I waited for about 15 minutes and then pulled forward only to find out they did not accept my form of payment. The next time I went I waited for about 30 minutes, was about to pay for an oil change and they then told me that they did not have my oil filter. I recommend the station further North. They have room for 4-6 cars at a time, are fast, and much more helpful.

They tell you they can honor a deal, make you drive 30 minutes to their location, park, take your vin and waste your time then try to ring you up for almost double the price. Horrible.

This was my last time going to any valvoline oil change. I do have a oil leak so I ask them to let me know how bad is it. They say there is no leak. So now I have to go to a body shop. And ask them how bad is it. Because those in valvoline dont know nothing about cars only change oil and thats it.

Service date: 9/25/19-Pembroke Pines West(Walmart) of I-75......I have a 2011 Kia Sorento with 152,000 miles that I took in for an oil change. While the customer service top side was very good and detailed. The technician who was working below didn’t tighten the oil drain plug enough.Which led to me staining my drive way, and ruining a good shirt as I had to crawl underneath my SUV and tighten the bolt at work. Needless to say this is something that is supposed to double check, before any vehicle is released. Especially when the leak was as visible as it was in this situation.

The employees are friendly, but have very limited car knowledge. This is extremely important to consider, because if one of these friendly employees breaks a part in your engine, you will be speaking to managers that could care less. Management is the worse of any establishment in the area. Store manager Nicholas Gallinoto and Area Manager, Arnaldo Gierbolini drive a culture of poor customer service. They had the audacity of stating, that the part the employee broke was not necessary in my engine. BTW, I looked it up and my car should NEVER be driven with a broken engine oil filter bypass valve, it is there to allow oil to flow through the engine. Thats the part they broke, and the managers said, That part is not needed. Stay Away.

This place is actually good to do oil changes. Many places are bad or rip you off. These people are fast and do a good job. TIP: You can get coupons in value pack mailed to your house. By text from google or groupon. GROUPON NOT ABLE TO BE USED TILL 24 HOURS AFTER BOUGHT.

Super fast. I showed up on my lunch break and was afraid there might be a rush. It was just me and another customer, they had two lanes. They changed the oil in 10-15 minutes and were very polite and respectful. It can be a nightmare finding time to get an oil change at the dealer, long waits and rude staff, but this was a breeze and I will be coming regularly.

So just pull in to the side they tell me I see 4 tech a the moment and they look like they dnot want to workSo went a lady come to ask what I there for I say my oil change but she cnot do nothing the computer is off and she dnot how to fixedSo other tech come and him know less than the lady, i just ask if is at new owner for the store and they say yes. So after I see they dnot want to work i just move my truck and go sorry for lose my as a costumer and many will be with that type the services offer in this locations,nowOwner open your eyes if they dnot want to work look for some tech the wanted.

Best oil change in the business

I came in today for an oil change with a coupon purchased from Groupon. Unfortunately, the coupon is not valid in this location. The manager Latisha took upon herself to contact Groupon and get the credit for me. This is customer services beyond expectation. Great mechanics and they do a good job. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great environment, I have a lowered car and not much time to change my own oil so Ive been to this location twice and each amazing. Theyre pretty much the only shop that hasnt turned me down for a oil change cuz Im lowered and they work fast get everything done quick. No more than 15 min, and for the price way worth it compared to the hour or so it woulda took me to do it. Highly recommend for people with little time
