Place is great . I was looking for a brand new 2021 Chrysler 300 touring L and found the closest one to me in this place while looking online. I asked around and they Came highly recommended from multiple friends including my own brother and father. Stan was my sales guy and mr.spalding apparently knows my father personally so that was very pleasant and immediately made me feel like I was around family, sound blokes. They understood what I wanted to see happen in order to make a deal and they got it done. In another note. Iโm aware of used car prices but I was honestly shocked at the amount of money they got for my trade . If you want to trade a car and jump into something new, these are the guys to see.they are not messing around ๐ฎ
Dropping my vehicle was fast and convenient. However, picking it up was a pain in the butt. Long line due to slow service. Then more waiting when you go to the valet due to a lack of runners. Had to wait even longer due the vehicle being blocked. Overall I waited about 30-35 mins to be able to drive away in my vehicle and this was at about 5:00pm. Then to top it all off, when I get my vehicle back they forgot to fill the windshield wiper fluid reservoirโฆ.I wonder what else they forgotโฆ.this service department needs improvement big time.
Service department charged me 360 dollars to diagnose 2 issues with my truck. I get called that my vehicle is ready and when I go to open my door I find this. Parts laying on my passenger seat. I came to the dealer for a professional take on matters needed for my vehicle and this is what I get. Literally a job half done. I will never be coming back to this location and I am glad I didnt have them do the repairs needed. They wanted to charge me 800 for just the ABS module which is online from mopar factory for 500. And 250 for the installation of a 40 dollar purge valve seen in my hand on the picture, which mind you I reinstalled myself in 15 seconds before the mechanic could even come out to do it himself.
If you HAVE to buy a car here, get a bus pass. Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare. Leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee; from the moment I drove it off the lot it has been an absolute nightmare. The AC in the car turns on whenever it wants. The check engine light comes on in the car, I took it to service more than 5 times and they never found the problem. Finally, I turn the car in early and they hit me with an $18,000+ early termination fee. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!

Last April we took our Jeep Compass 2018 to this dealer because the headlights were failing. We bought new bulbs (like the originals) in case that was the issue. The next day we got our car back with a new bulb.Replacing the bulb was not the solution and we had to stop using the car during the night.On May 6th, we took our car again to the dealer to solve that electrical issue. That day, we got a call asking for more time to take care of the problem.When we didnt receive any information, we tried calling without getting any answer. We finally went to the dealership asking for the car status. Nothing was in the system; the car was just parked outside waiting for a miracle to happen.The service advisor answering our questions (not the same receiving the car) gave us his direct phone number but until now we dont get any answer, from that phone or the main service number.My wife was using the car to take her father to several hospitals, so that this is a big issue for us.If you need your car fixed promptly, dont choose this dealership...
My Durango needed some work done so I made at appointment with their service center. I was a little skeptical about going here at first based on the review I had read, but I the service manager Daryl Jones was great and kept me informed every step of the away about the status of my vehicle. If you have to go here, definitely work with Mr. Jones.

My 2019 Challenger broke down with 30k miles I had towed to my neighborhood Dodge that Sat afternoon. Monday went in to check the car in. Was told they diagnose and let me know on the 3rd day i was told it was the differential. On the 5th day i was told my part would be in next day. on 8th the part received at the shop. on the 9th i cant get anyone to tell me if my car would be ready. No loaner, no rental assistance, nothing but attitude every time i go in. Should have gone to Massey Yardley. They treat you with respect and help customers. Not like this place. They were quick to try to get me to trade in for a much higher payment.
Post #2. The journey keeps getting worse with this place. They took my truck today to fix the alignment. I go pick up the truck start driving home in our afternoon monsoon and boom steering wheel is still crooked to the left. This is now the 3rd alignment they have done and canโt get it right. After I get home I decide to crawl under the truck and realize the the two worlds on the component are the exact same meaning that they never did the alignment or attempted to straighten the steering wheel. My previous post they left a number to call to reach the GM so I call and of course the GM is not available. The battle continues. Until this point I would recommend buying from here because the sales department is very easy to work with, however do not get your vehicle serviced here or take their word on anything service related. The picture below shows the two welds one taken last Saturday on top and the lower picture taken today. Interesting how they are the same since they claim they did the alignment. Wonder if the welds are even supposed to be there since they claim there is a service bulletine for that to be done because the nuts come loose. Hopefully the GM will give me a call back. Otherwise itโll have to be danother drive down for wasted diesel and time.
I financed a jeep. I was only given 1 key, and I was suppose to receive the spare. To this day I have not. No response to email either.
By far this was the WORST service department I ever been to. There is always literally one customer service rep working. And when that rep is gone no one else can give you answers in reference to your vehicles status. You may receive the service departments voicemail 5 times before you actually speak to someone. By the way pray they arenโt busy because you would just have to show up! Hold times are insane when placed on hold. And all honesty I am a very patient individual but this establishment will make a patient person inpatient due to their poor customer service. No updates at all for your vehicle or ordered parts. If your parts are back ordered and may take a 2 week delivery period to arrive, make sure you call in every other day to check because it may be sitting there for a month without them notifying you. I will never return there ever again because one star is actually a compliment.
Took my RAM for service, which Ive prepaid at the time of signing the lease (dont ever do that, better take it to Jiffy Lube), their service advisor suggested a wheel alignment on top of the required oil change, which I agreed to do it, then he called 3 hour later me and said my truck was ready, when i got there the car was not ready, i waited an additional 25 minutes, which is fine, i can understand things happen and could be delay. I drove my truck back home and they messed up alignment instead of improve it, the car going to the right very aggressively. Once i got home Ive called the service department and no one answered, called several times, even texted my service advisor (his cellphone was listed on the business card), no answer. Next day, Ive took my truck back to the dealership, the service advisor was not available, and someone else took my truck, they said they were swamped with work and suggested to take it back the following day, which Ive refused, since Ive called several times and no one even answer the phone ( by the way they have several employees and ALL OF THEM WERE PLAYING ON THEIR CELLPHONES), the lady agreed to take my truck but with the condition that they will keep if for the night and will call me the following day, 24 hours passed by and no one called, and once again I was on the phone calling, no answer from anyone, called the service advisor and his voice mail is full, this place is a joke, i will notify headquarters about their poor service and how they treat their customers, there is no respect. As of today, I dont know the status of my truck, more than 24 hours has passed just for a wheel alignment
Absolutely useless here. Donโt come here and waste your time. Dropped my Jeep off because of an issue with my infotainment screen, it keeps freezing and shutting off. But they didnโt want to do anything with the jeep because itโs still under warranty. Youโre better off going to any other dealership.

No consideration for peoples time. Ive been waiting for almost 2 hours for an oil change. I had to walk outside myself to see that my car was ready. I would give them zero stars if i could. Will not be returning. Do not waste your time.My service advisor was Franklin Williams btw who instead of just apologizing for not letting me know my car was ready says these things take time like it was my first oil change. Ive had my car for 3 years now and never had i have to wait more than 30-45 mins for an oil change.

Online price 1000 dollars less than price in the lot. Then they wanted to add 3000 dollars in fees after that. Good for the dealer not good for the customer.
No consideration for time or customer service regardless if you have an appointment or not.Had 9:30 appointment for oil change.Told it would take an hour. Decided to wait. Followed up at 11:15 and was told- โoh I just put in that requestโLast time had a window that was open - first online appointment available was a week later- had a 9 am appointment,dropped off car. Was then called at 5 pm saying they still havenโt seen the car and will need to be kept overnight- didnโt even see the car despite having appointment.I unfortunately purchased the service plan when I got my minivan and have been regretting it ever since and nothing- even routine maintenance goes smoothly here.

Every time I come here itโs aomething else!! Absolute WORST customer service and I will NEVER buy a vehicle or service plan here again.This is my third time coming WITH an appointment and told they didnโt have a loaner for me. The warranty I purchased from Autonation is supposed to cover a rental car for me and I told them that.Then I was dropped off to Budget for the rental. Budget was honest and told me they donโt know why Autonation dropped me off there because they have told them not to because they no longer work with them because they have had too many problems and they donโt ever pay them. The Budget rep took me back to Autonation and they told me there is nothing they could do to help me.They are short staffed upfront and the girls that were here seemed so stressed out because every customer had issues and complaints on the crappy service they have received.I canโt even take my own car back because it is not working. My kids start school tomorrow and Autonation keeps telling me there is nothing they can do.WORST EXEPREINCE AND MY LAST TIME EVER with this company.

Iโve taken my car there several times for the same issue and they can resolve it. They keep my car there for extended periods of time forcing me to get a rental because they donโt have any loaners just to do it over again because they never fix my car!! Horrible to deal with including the person that will email you and attempt to โfix your problemโ after you share your horrible experience with them. They get a new manager every week so thereโs nobody to consistently talk to. Donโt go there youโll regret it

I left my transport to evaluate a noise and after two days nobody can tell me what situation it is in, yesterday they told me that they called me back and they never called me, today I called again and the only person who found out what is happening was An employee named Beatriz who gave me a reason for what is happening. Today after two days in the workshop no one has checked the car or fixed the problem it has. In general, the service and customer service are terrible.
Yesterday I left this place very unhappy since I looked for a good place for the brand of my Dodge Caravan car so much so that I live in Fort Laurdedale and I went to Pembroke Pines but I was attended by a nice Miss B ... but there were several inconveniences and when at Finally an employee D was going to pick up my car ... he told me in a not very courteous way that the price was different and trying to indicate that the other lady did a bad job and working in the same company in my opinion that I do not know looks good and he wanted to charge more than what they had already indicated to me when I did the work and it took so long in all this and I enforced my right of the initial price and the worst of all who believe that because they are Latino with great pride and speak English and they believe that we do not understand him, they should be careful because if we understand ... to summarize I am not going back to that place since they were asked to do some minimal things and they did not mind doing it and it is not a pleasure to return to such a place

It is the worst place where cars are serviced for a long wait. They justify the delay constantly. Their service is very bad, even among workers, I am from 9:00 a.m. in the morning and it is 4:00 in the afternoon and even here I lost my support the dentist they told me that it would take two hours for oil change is horrifying this very incompetent place
