They charged us for services we didnt ask for. Be very careful getting service done and CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! The clerk who cashed us out quickly made a new invoice when I asked to check the receipt before paying. The mechanic was professional however.

Very pleasant experience. All services completed with me sitting in my vehicle. The 3 gentlemen I dealt with face to face (Nicholas M., Frank M. and Khristian S.) were quite professional. The whole experience just felt right and trusting. Its easy for a woman to be taken advantage of in the vehicle mechanics world and I did not feel I was. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

STAY AWAY !!I went to get an oil change and they lost my engine cover . They send me a picture we’re you cannot see in detail and they refused to let me see the video . The manager don’t care and the will give you the run around telling you they will look in to it . I never received any calls from management or corporate . I don’t recommend this place for their lack of professionalism and honesty. Stay away because they don’t want to admit responsibility for anything.

I come here and other locations to service my work van and my personal vehicle and every time Im not treated as a valued customer. The young guys always seem to work with a demeanor towards me not doing the proper procedures before the service or during the service. On 06/04/2021 I brought my vehicle in to check my fluids and tire pressure because I just came back from Orlando. They didnt register with my tag number in the computer log to see if I was a prior customer also to see what oil my vehicle should take. I came in for a complimentary top-off that I was offered by email, the young man servicing my vehicle didnt communicate with me during the service he put any oil he wanted in my vehicle when my vehicle only takes synthetic blend and has low mileage. I asked him after telling him what oil he is supposed to use, he ignored me while still putting the oil he had in the container in my vehicle than tell me its better when I know the difference between the oils and additives in them. He didnt top off or check any of my other fluids as the email said they would do, he close my hood without doing any inspection of the oil level or quality inspection which they lied on the receipt saying they did. My vehicle showed my oil life was at 59% he only put 0.50 which is an half a quarter of oil when I know my vehicle needed 1.5 or 2 quarts which left my vehicle still not with the right level of oil being I still have another 2000 or more miles to drive before my next oil change. I have worked for this company in the past one of their best workers and have been treated unfairly by the management as well and I still bring them my business and now I receive the same from the employees at several different locations over the years. Jiffy lube really needs new regional managers and hire employees who work with integrity and not with how they feel. Very poor service and leadership at the South Broward locations.

I absolutely will be back again. I used to wait hours for an oil change, so I decided to give jiffy lube a shot. A little more pricey but worth it. They had me out of there in about 30 minutes while sitting in the comfort of my car. Awesome work.

I wish I can give them 0 zero for lying to me and telling me I needed breaks when I clearly didnt, just to trying and make me do them there. These people only care about your money and not helping you and now theyve resorted to lying. They should be ashamed of themselves. Too many times Ive gone there and they talk over you to try and upsale you, lying is the last straw for me.

Oil light came on and I needed a quick too-off before my next oil change. The service was friendly and quick. They were able to answer all of my questions.

Received excellent service from Zachary, Upon arrival explaining different options of services for my car . I had the signature serviceBlend and had a coffee inside the waiting room.In a matter of 10 minutes, Justin the manager came in and thanked me for my business and escorted me to my car and rolled out the red carpet. I got an oil change, tires rotated, and some fluids changed. I was charged almost $400 for those basic services, definitely overpriced. They also tried to sell me on services that I did not need. I am thankful I got a second opinion because I would have wasted $900 dollars on something that did not need to be serviced. Please be careful on what they recommend and do not be afraid of saying no and getting a second opinion.

5 star service ladies were great, will b returning and bringing all my vehicles here from now on. I was loyal customer of shell rapid lube. Key word was, they dont have a Appreciation for customers. So took my business here and what a change ladies were professional and friendly, service was with a smile and kind. Thank-you jiffy lube.

I went there for an oil change, they did not performed it but just kept telling me about problems of my car that I was well aware of. I explained them that I did not care and I wanted just the oil change, and they did NOT performed it unless I fix the car. I had to do the oil change by myself at my home later in the day. Incredible.

Took my car here this morning for oil change and tire rotation. Fast and friendly service from the entire staff.Theyve taken measures against COVID. For starters, they all wear masks and gloves. They will not drive your car. With their help, youll drive it into the garage and out. I will recommend you get there early. Only two people allowed to wait inside a nicely air conditioned room. So if you dont get there early youll have to wait outside in the heat.I was able to sit in the car as they changed the oil. They put a tube with cold air coming into the rear passenger window. However, I had to wait inside because they had to up the car for the tire rotation.I was in and out in about the hour.

I thought the staff at the Jiff Lube @ 8329 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL were very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time there, and I they all had their masks on, offered my portable A/C provided me information about what my car needed, and I was in and out in no time. I do not live in the area, but would come back again.

They forgot to give me discount even I showed them my compound. So you gotta keep remind them. The service is not bad, and they keep charging additional fee.

They took forever. I feel like because I am a girl they wanted to tell me every little thing that was wrong with the car so I can keep adding on service. It wasn’t even my car which I explained lol. I tried to pay ahead of time for my engine flush and oil change because at the end that was all I needed but the front desk didn’t even want to check me out although the total would have stayed the same. I was there for an hour just for an oil change.

I was pleasantly surprised at Jiffy Lube today. It was my first time visiting and Jackie (Jacqueline) made my visit amazing. She took the time to explain everything that was going to be done to my car and was kind enough to honor the coupon I had with me. The rest of the staff was also amazing. They got my car taken care of in a super timely manner and even vacuumed the inside! Jackie even rolled out a red carpet when she took me to my car 🤣. I definitely will be visiting them again 😁

Hello, first I went to the jiffy lube location located on Stirling rd. In Hollywood Fl. Was disappointed because after I sat there for thirty minutes I was told that the part that they needed to change my oil they did not have and that they were going to put my vehicle back together and that I would have to go somewhere else, (I was very upset) . Anyhow I left and came to the Pembroke Pines location told them what had happened they apologized for the other location and did not understand why they would not have right tools, they immediately took care of my car and the customer service at this location was great . I will definitely be returning to this location even tho it’s a bit further away but at least I’ll have a peace of mind knowing that the people here know what they are doing and have the right equipment to service my vehicle .

The experience was a nice one. Service was fast and effective. I went in for an oil and filter change. They were all nice, polite, informative and effective. I love the fact that they are technically inclined and sent me everything handed to me, electronically via email as well. It was truly a great experience. They even rolled out the red carpet (literally)!

The person who took care of my car did not do it with integrity. According to the paper work that was given to me my car was supposed to be vaccumed and any estimate over $100.00 was supposed to be provided which was not yet the man wrote that I declined to get a copy of the estimate and that my car was vacuumed. I was not able to resolve this issue on hand as I sent someone else to get the service done for me. I thought the prices were good for everything that was to be included but it wasn’t worth the price at the end of the day since he failed to provide two services that was to be included with the price i paid. My suggestion to you is to check the paperwork before you leave because these people won’t hesitate to pull a fast one on ya!

Okay just went to Jiffy lube in pembroke pines on pines blvd close to University, well to my predicament and amazement after waiting for an hour the convenient third rate mechanic they have there said he doesnt fix brake parts Although the Manager expressly told me the mechanic can fix. He changed his.mind somehow because of the time constraint and somehow erased his own manager decision. Guess whose not heading there again. Prefer to go to Nissan of pembroke pines at least the lobby is far more comfortable

I’ve been going to this location for a while and I stopped. The first incident they rotated my tires and did not put on back my tires properly. I realized the wheels while I was driving the wheels felt like they wanted to fall off. I took it back and they realized the tire wasn’t placed back properly. I went again 2 weeks ago because I figured maybe it was a mistake. Now this time they did not screw back the guard under my car. Took it back and they said they did. This place is the WORSE and never like to take accountability for their lazy work. I will NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of them fixing things they cause more problem
