Expect 3 hours for Service to change your oil and rotate your tires. Not much of a sense of urgency or positivity. It will be you, and the terribly depressing Service reps who greet you with disregard bordering on combativeness ready to shame you when you seek answers on whether or not a mechanic is on your vehicle yet. Not 1 star rating because in the end, the service was provided-Only torturous in process. PS:to the owner response. Thanks, but if you are truly interested in changing the culture at this store. The GM that allowed this suboptimal environment to fester into reliable customer displeasure-not only in Service areas but many other departments, would not be the solution as an owner I would pursue. Have your GM go sit in the Service waiting room to see the faces of your customers after your dealership sold them a vehicle and now have to endure the operational in efficiency of your service team. Say bye bye to Chevy buyers. In fact have the GM sit there for 3 hours so he can continue to watch Chevy owner discomfort grow as I did. At least, the Sales team is great. JW is the Best.
At the beginning of December I bring my Chevrolet Traverse to this dealer for service and install a hitch unfortunately they don’t offer good service the staff are not helpful and the the place in general is not clean. That day they told me the service is going to take 3 hours and they will call me when my car is ready; I drop the car at 10:00 am And they never called me ; I called next day and asked the. What is the reason why they didn’t call me no answer just your car is ready. They don’t offer loaners eaither
Whenever I go in for preventive maintenance, repairs or a general recall I have a great experience...this is because of Guy Evans; he always takes care of me like a friend or family. Even with all the delays because of the current problems with shipping/pandemic related issues, Guy makes sure i dont have to wait around...which is extremely helpful due to my limited mobility and backs shelf life due to permanent injury.

I must say, going to AutoNation Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines. I went in and talked to Shiv as if he was my brother (which I dont have). I explained about my car radio staying on after the ignition was off. At the same time, I got my scheduled maintenance done. The time I spent at AutoNation Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines flew time by so fast from the friendliness of the staff like Nikki is was a doll. So when you stop by AutoNation Chevrolet of Pembroke Pines, let them know Tom Bowden a Google Maps Reviewer said to come in.. and lets see if they can meet your needs.
I recently returned a used Tesla because the car did not have the FSD feature as advertised and the dealer refused to make me whole. My sales guy refused to accept my follow up calls or return my messages. I subsequently returned the vehicle.When I returned the car the manager on duty explained to me I would receive my money back in 7-10 days. It is now almost 30 days and I have not been refunded.Last week I left a voicemail with the finance manager. He did not return my call. I followed up yesterday and the same finance manager promised to call me back within the hour to provide a status update on my refund.To date no call back and no details on the reimbursement. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE JUST TO SHOW UP AND THE SERVICE AGENT- YUDI- IS NOT AT WORK. THEY DONT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS TIME THERFORE MY MONEY WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.2. THE MANAGER DID NOT DELEGATE THE WORK FLOW TO ACCOMADATE THE CUSTOMERS APPOINTMENT3. As A RESULT, THEY DONT KNOW WHY THE ESC LIGHT POPS UP NOW AND THEN - CAR DEALER4. AFTER, WAITING JUST TO BE TOLD I CANT BE SEEN TODAY!!!!😡

I needed a new tire and have the tire warranty. I took the car to the dealership on Thursday and am now being told the tire will not even be delivered to the dealership until Monday. No one ever contacted me- after being told the tire would be there Friday and my car would be ready Friday. I somewhat understand if there is no tire, there is no tire. But the lack of contact and the continued promise that it will be ready tomorrow shows a lack of professionalism and concern for the client. I have been the one who has had to call to ask about my car. I am beyond disappointed as I wait here for a manager to call me regarding a loaner. I am not holding my breath.

There Representative by the name of Jermaine is absolutely rude. He has zero communication skills on top of all this he hangs up the phone while I’m trying to address a situation . One apple doesn’t ruin the badge but this apple has to either be retrain on how to communicate with People or be let go

Not Trustworthy!!!Totally Ripped off in Car Repair for Over $2,000 & Lied to by Hector the Service Advisor and then Lied to again by the Service Department Manager whom in return did refund me a little over $800 back. Because Clearly the Repairs was not DONE as I was told upon receiving the vehicle after 5 MONTHS. And Clearly the repairs was completed as I requested upon having the Vehicle towed to the Chevrolet Dealership. Thinking that my 2008 Chevrolet would be in the best care. NOPE sadly mistaken this Dealership. My Chevrolet would have been better off with a Shade Tree Mechanic for 5 MONTHS & $2,000+ later. I feel like I would have been better off.
They are 3 days behind so I learned that when I arrived for my apt at 10. Took vac to get the car checked now I have to return Monday. I hope I can take it in.

My appointment was scheduled at 10:20, I had to work so my wife took it and arrived early to find out they didn’t have the appointment booked and had to wait for others. Had made the appointment for oil change, tire balance, rotation and wheel alignment. Also, wanted them to look into why it seems to be shifting weird with only 12000 miles. They drove it and told her everything was fine. They would not balance or align it, they told my wife that they didn’t want to damage the wheels. I got home from work to find out that they did not rotate the tires, the front ones still have wear from being on the front and the back flat from being on the back but charged me for it. I laid under it to see if they had even change the oil because they didn’t reset the meter or put a sticker on the windshield and they had. I will never go back and would advise anyone to be cautious!

I usually come here for oil service and the occasional maintenance. I usually see George which I think is great, although the last few times, I was there, I was attended by other associates and they did not provide the level of service that I was given before. There was a coupon online, on their website, they honored it, however they gave me attitude and sarcasm, and personally in my opinion disrespect because the person that was helping me, made it seem as if it was a privilege that he was doing me a favor by honoring the coupon that was on their own website not a competitor. I was also given attitude for not taking other services that were offered. I appreciated the offers and the explanation, I turned them down nicely, but was given attitude in return.
