The service and my service advisor (Isidro) are always amazing. He is always very professional and courteous. He always takes his time and explain everything to me and is very patient. I highly recommend Lexus if Pembroke Pines and Isidro.
On arrival I was greeted immediately. The waiting area was clean and spacious. The advisor Andre was very pleasant and professional.
We went for a regular service check up along with battery issues. The service person did not update us the entire day about the car. I had to personally call and find out the status. I was informed that the service technician will call me and update the status. No call. The service center was closed and I had no updates on the car. Got a call 1 hour later to find out I will get my car 2 days later as it was a weekend. I am glad I had a loaner for that day.
Erickson was a great service advisor. If you were taking your car in for service, I would highlyrecommend him. He was very professional and took care of my recall, battery change and service all during the same appointment. Normally, I dread taking my car for service due to past experiences at this location but his attentiveness and professionalism have changed my outlook- as long as I can get my next appointment with him. 👍🏼😁

My advisor John is great! He’s kind, experienced, and very punctual! As for my service, it was done in standard time and a couple paper/plastic scraps were left crumpled up inside my car. The service done for my car most recently was good, but I have had some services done of less quality on my old car. The service lanes were pretty busy, so that could be why.
We had a minor fender bender, front right grill/corner. Lexus Collision was great. Worked with my insurance company, turned the service around quickly. Ramses especially was amazing. He kept me informed, calling every other day, or sooner if new updates. They were more informative than my insurance company. Car looks great, like new!

I have been a Lexus owner for over 7 years and I have never in my life had such great customer service experience, honestly this gentleman was able to explain to me what was going on with my car and what it was that the service department could do in order to help me, WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK. Let’s be honest, when do you find someone effective to solve you car issues AND make it cost efficient. He also made sure to call me whenever there was an update with my vehicle. I will never be going back to this Lexus Dealership ever again. They gave me an oil change and told me I had a few things wrong with my car. So I take it to another Lexus dealership and they tell me that what this Lexus Dealership told me wasn’t true and that I had a set of other problems with my car. So Lexus of Pembroke Pines gave me a false diagnostic for my car. I will not be coming back.

Service was good, but could be better. Rep was courteous. Asked for my rear struts to be checked, but never got a response as to whether the struts were good or not.
Andres, the service adviser have been working at Lexus pines for a while . The day I took my car was one of the worst experience I had with him . I really don’t know if he was having a bad day or something else with him was going on . The car was ready fir pick, Andre told me to go and pick up the paperwork from the cashier. Once at the cashier I notice that the car needed something to be done . Technically your adviser should give you time and go over on what was done and if additional device is needed . It was not the case cause I was feeling like begging him to get responses from him . This has nothing to do with Covid !!! This has to do more with a bad altitude, and not being professional at all . To MR Andre : you are representing Lexus . If you are a professional, please act like one and Treat people same way you like to be treated !! .
John Steigele is an excellent service manager. I have been taking our NX to him for years and have always been impressed with the level of service received. He is fair, fast and pays attention to detail, and won’t sell you a bunch of services you don’t need. Generally speaking, this is a very well run dealership with a lot of great staff members.

I went in for a collision repair on my Lexus IS300. Ramses was knowledgeable, prompt, and kept me updated throughout the reparation process. My car was completely fixed within less than a month and I’m extremely satisfied with the service and results!

He didn’t even complain when I accidentally left my phone in my car that was being serviced. He went to go get my cellphone and came to look for me. He went above and beyond and this is why I drive all the way to Pembroke Pines for servicing my car.
My visit started off a little shaky as it seemed like I had been forgotten about, but Melissa was a great advisor and quickly remedied the issues. I was running late for work because of the initial wait time and she got me in and out with accommodations as quickly as possible. My vehicle was repaired quickly also and overall, it was a great experience!

Overall, Jeff is a great rep. Service was timely and they gave me a loner. Noticed that I have a thumping sound when pressing brakes on the driver side wheels. I can’t seem to get someone from Lexus of Pembroke Pines to speak to about this. The sound was not there before I took the car in for service.I called the manager back this morning and was told I would receive a call back. Never received a call. Reinforces the fact that I can’t get someone from Lexus of Pembroke Pines to speak to about this. Revising my review from three stars to one. This is unacceptable.

I purchased my car August 2007, I’ve always taken my car back to the Lexus dealership for all of my service. I find them to be very professional. My service advisor Andre make certain my car is in good working condition and explain each steps before my car leave the repair shop.

I went to get my vehicle serviced for general maintenance. While I was there they offered coffee and water and told me it would be an hour and a half till it was done. They returned my vehicle in an hour and even took it for a car wash! They were absolutely wonderful professional and efficient.

The receptionist at service failed to mention that by choosing to do a pick up of my car instead of me dropping it off, that my car won’t have an appointment. My car was picked up on Thursday and was never serviced until Saturday. My service advisor didn’t call me till 6:30pm on Thursday even though my car was picked up at 8:30am. I tried called a few times on Friday to get an update but nothing. Saturday late evening I got a text that the car was ready but no one bothered to let me know if their pick up service would be utilized. I called service and the receptionist there just said whatever you want. Finally I got my car back on Monday the next week. This location pales in comparison to the excellent service I always receive in Miami. This will be the last time I use this dealer for anything. A 40 minute drive to Miami with a screaming baby in the backseat trumps going to this dealer. Never again.
$174 for 75k mile service. Literally the only parts were fluids topped off, two wiper blades and a key fob battery which amounted to 50 bucks. The rest was labor. I was under the impression the filters were going to be changed. The invoice shows they were only “checked”. The car wash was spotty so it was still dirty in some places and they didn’t vacuum it at all which is part of the service. I don’t mind paying for the periodic service checks but this is just poor.

The reason I drive past north Miami Lexus to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. The service is always warm and I feel like the staff really cares about me and my Vehicle especially Rod he goes above and beyond to make sure i’m happy and always communicates if anything else changes. This is one of the best experiences I had and I go there all the time feel much more at home and they care about my vehicle and myself versus going to North Miami which I feel like I’m just a number they suck. But Lexus at Pembroke Pines is the best the only thing I will have to say if they can remember to put the oil change reminder in the window the last couple times it hasn’t happened but if that’s the only thing I can Say I have no complaints a wonderful job of the staff at Pembroke Pines Lexus but Rod always goes above and beyond and I only want to deal with him he’s amazing.

In the past when I have gone I for a longer service appointment, they have offered a complimentary ride to a nearby store or even my house which is just a couple miles away. Dropped my vehicle off at 9:20am for a routine maintenance appointment scheduled for 9:30am. Did not get any update about the vehicle. Texted the number provided to get update at 2:45pm. No response. Called at 3:30pm, was told car was ready. But no explanation as to why I was not informed or updated throughout the entire day. Went to pick up car at 4pm, was told to wait as they could not locate my paperwork. Finally got car back at 4:30pm. So, in other words, took an entire day for routine maintenance. Place was unorganized and won’t be going back.

The car looks in perfect condition but it was not returned on the day it was promised. We tried reaching you guys multiple times and nobody knew what the status of the delivery was. It would have been nice to know, it would be returned the next day so that we could move forward with our plans. So in conclusion the maintenance for the car was great but the customer service not so much.

Break and coolant flush. Everything done to my satisfaction but they did not wash the car. When I called them on it, their response was that it was washed. But you could clearly see dirt streaks all over the car. T he e appropriate response should have been… sorry bring the car in and we will take car of it.Talk about bad customer service.
