Manuel “Manny” and team were great!!! Especially Manny who gave extraordinary service and customer experience and care!!! Consider him Employee of the Month. Seriously! He went beyond his job - uncommon these days!! Humanized himself, showed a welcoming spirit, and relatable. Communicated issues not only in a way that I (a woman who doesn’t know much about card) can understand, but showed empathy, followed up quickly, and told me about benefits on my plan that I was never told about at other Nissan locations. Also the wait didn’t seem long at all. AutoNation…the best Nissan location hands down!

My husband and I had a used vehicle transferred from one Auto Nation location to this one. We were very happy with the service provided and were able to purchase it and trade in my car the same day it was transferred there.Communication before and during the transfer was great. Natalio was our salesman and he was very polite and interactive during the entire process. The GM Raul also introduced himself to us while we waited to complete the sale.This rating would have been 5/5 stars just for our on-site experience. Buying a car is truly never a fun experience and I think this was probably the most painless process I have been through.However, shortly after I got my SUV, I started getting repeated calls/texts from Natalio requesting specific paperwork by the end of the day due to the closing department asking for it to close their info from the month. It was made to seem urgent but I had already purchased the SUV about 10 days prior. It only seemed urgent because it was the last Friday of the month and they suddenly wanted that info then and there to be convenient for their day. It was not appropriate to call me repeatedly on the same day.Another concern is that I was signed up for maintenance services without my permission. I received an automated email saying I had an appointment on a specific date which was not discussed with me at any time. When I replied/emailed to be removed from the appointment, I never was, so 6 months later I got an email saying I missed the appointment. This is a tacky and pushy business practice.Overall, I think the experience was good at this location, but there are some follow up areas I would recommend they work on, so that people are not turned off after leaving there with a good experience.

Good morning,I wanted to take this time to truly express the excellent experience that I received from purchasing my 2021 Nissan Marano with sales person Steven Suzan. Due to Covid and my fear of being in enclosed spaces for long periods of time I expressed those concerns to Steven and he honored and worked around my fears by truly conducting most of the car sales transaction online and in advance of me coming in to sign the final papers.Stevens, professionalism his patience and kind hearted spirit only increased my desire to not only purchase the Nissan Marano but to make sure that I purchased it from him.In addition to his salesmanship and customer service that he provided I will add that AutoNation did not haggle me, we did not go back-and-forth .I gave my budget and my list of wants and they met me at each need.In closing, on the day I went to pick up my car everyone that I came in contact with from the receptionist, to Raul in Finance and lastly, closing the deal with a very lovely young lady, Joanne Aqudelo, Customer Financial Service Manager, I definitely would give my experience and Auto Nation Nissan 5 STARS, from beginning to end.Buying a car is a very big purchase and a very big financial commitment that comes with a lot of stress and a lot of back-and-forth but I can honestly say overall my experience with AutoNation Nissan was nothing but a smooth professional transaction from my initial inquiry online to driving off the lot in my brand new 2021 Nissan Marano which I love.

I had no AC, needed compresor and Manuel, representative did an amazing job contacting Nissan Corp. to have coverage be approved. My car was repaired and the service was outstanding. My car was cleaned, I purchased new wipers and they even brought me to my job while they worked on my car. It was fixed on time and Manuel even escorted me to the car and explained all the work done.Amazing service, thank you.

The person that receive my car misplace the cup of my coolant reservoir tank and the sales person Mr Manuel Gomes blain me of the problem and try to sale my the hole tank. I found the cup behind the tank and show it to Mr Manuel and he did not care. He put in the report that I refuse to replace the tank . He was mad because i did not order the tank He was more interested on may my pay more money Thant a good service. Very bad I being a loyal costumer for 30 years sad experience.

Everyone has a bad experience with any business every once in a while, but listen to this one: Robert Blaire, one of the service advisors there tried to charge $3000 to simply turn off the seat warmer on my sister’s car. Just because she couldn’t locate where to turn it off doesn’t mean she doesn’t have anyone who can. She bought the car there with a service plan, mind you. Bring them business if you want to but, that was our experience with Robert Blaire.

My experience was just ok. The the things I didnt like is fact that the parts prices were outrageous! Also, the mechanic forgot to replace 2 valve caps from my AC line....they left the caps on the car, just below the windshield wipers. I had to replace them myself. I DID NOT appreciate that. I probably will not return to have my vehicle serviced there.

I drop my car off early Saturday morning. It was a job that should have only taken a couple of hours to do, but it didn’t get finished until Monday. Leaving me without a car for a day and a half and I have elderly parents to take care of during that time without any wheels if an emergency occurred. ☹️*Replied: I never said that this review was negative. Just a disappointing occurrence of non-communication with the me, the client during the time that Nissan’s repair shop had my vehicle. The shop did do a good repair on the car. 🚘

I have been dealing with AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines since I got my vehicle there in 2019. The service is usually great. In particular, I had an issue with my radio and I was not able to resolve it last week. My service advisor, Mr. Bill Lynn was extremely helpful and accommodating. He took the time to speak with me multiple times on Friday to set me up for Monday drop-off. He is pleasant to deal with and thus far has kept me posted on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. (Heres hoping I will get my car back soon - but thats up to the technicians.) As an added bonus, Mr. Rob Hassan is also a friendly employee. Both these employees make me feel like a valued customer and give AutoNation Nissan a positive name!

We leased a car from this dealership and decided to purchase the vehicle yesterday as the lease was set to expire. I have been a loyal Nissan owner since 1996 but never again. She was charged a dealer’s seller fee, charged for tags when she already had the car registered in her name and she was actually yelled at by a manager. I was unable to attend due to a death in the family and thank God I was not in attendance. I demand professionalism from a dealership but this was not the case. A clueless staff made it even more complicated. Stay away from Pembroke Pines Nissan. I will however return for a personal apology from George Lemus.

My tire had suffered a puncture from a nail randomly one day and I so rushed to Autonatio Nissan of Pembroke Pines. The second I got to the service center they had welcomed me and accommodated me with my issue. They made sure I was attended to as soon as possible and provided me with any updates as soon as they became available. I was also reminded of the amenities inside the service center such as drinks, snacks, etc. Once my service was finished they had explained to me thoroughly all the details of it and anything that stood out. They provided me with a complimentary disinfection and a check through if my vehicle. Afterwards, they brought my vehicle around to me and did a quick check through with me and I was on my way as a satisfied customer. I am very grateful for the service I was provided that day.

I was in desperate need of a new car. 2 years ago Terry Thompson helped my mother in purchasing a new car. She has enjoyed the car so much that when it came time for me to purchase a new vehicle I knew exactly who I needed to talk to. I called Terry up and explained what I was looking for. He quickly gave me several options for car leases and pricing. I saw a car that I loved and told him I was going to come to the dealership. He sent me some forms to fill out in advance to accelerate the purchasing process. When I got there all was needed was to confirm the car that I wanted and fill out the finance paperwork. I was out of the dealership in one hour and a half in my new beautiful Nissan Rogue. I’m telling everyone I know to go see him if they need a new car.

Their financial supervisor doesnt know the difference between warranty, Gap coverage, and maintenance package. Warranty and extended warranty are completely different from maintenance package. and you really dont need Gap coverage on a financed car because you need full coverage insurance anyways. The warranty is $2300 the gap coverage is $700 and the maintenance package is only $550 warranty and gap coverage dont cover oil changes and tune ups things that in the long run cost way more then 550 bucks all we needed was the maintenance package. They will use cover words like service package and make you think it means maintenance but if they are giving you a service package any 1 of the 3 service packages warranty and gap or maintenance. I Know more about their policies then the financial supervisor.

Please don’t reply with the general manager information because I already sent a complaint and I received a basic copy and paste generic answer from the general manager. Beware of this shop when taking your car in for service! I took my Rouge in for an oil change and tire rotation and they didnt do the tire rotation. Even after I told Bill the service tech to make sure they rotate the tires, he says you paid for it, it will get done. I come out to my car after he says it was ready and ask him again, did they rotate the tires he again says yes. Well, I had marked the tires before I drove in and guess what, tires were not rotated. I hope they changed the oil?Response: Ive called Zane who I was told was the service manager 3 times and left 3 messages and Im still waiting to hear from him.Update 8/3/21 1:00 PMIm calling the number provided and cant reach a live person, only a prerecorded message that plays over and over saying that Auto Nation is #1.

I was quoted a price for something Nissan found during a regular oil change, Nissan service wanted $800 more than a couple of mechanics I asked for an estimate. I had the mechanic fix it, the car is running smooth, and added coolant. Nissan refused to look at my a/c without charging me $175 service charge just to look at it. I brought a coupon and did not honor it. Sorry, but not taking my car to your dealership anymore. When its time to buy, Ill go somewhere else. Shame on you!

Always a poor experience. Latest: took car in for complimentary oil change. Brake fluid is low. Only told me as I was shoved out the door at the end - they were busy and had to get rid of me. My complaint: REFILL THE BRAKE FLUID! I know its not included in the complimentary oil change, but tell me when the car is still in the service bay and give me the choice of correcting it! Id pay for this. Nothing like being delivered an unsafe car immediately AFTER having it in for service!

The dealership was kind and understanding I was not able to drive the car home and they sent it in a flat bed to my home 3 days later and the car had 10 to 12 miles more than what showed on my paperwork with less gas than a full tank. There was no explanation why this happened.

My first oil change i ordered synthetic oil, this time (my second at Pembroke) the advisordecide that my car should use semi synthetic (that what he said), I told him it is my second time here i can give the ticket number for the first time, he said is not necessary.I found out about the type of oil once at home. late on he told me over the phone that this oil was OK. Quoted us an exorbitant amount for tires and brakes. Did not uphold the free tire rotations for the life of my tires (they were bought from Nissan dealer and were told that we could get them rotated for free at any Nissan dealer). I also did not receive a sticker with the mileage or month to come back for new oil change. Overall the work that was done was done right I just did not appreciate the other things I had to go through.

So after I brought the car back I dealt with bill and Steve and they also had Sofie give me a loaner so I was able to go to work and able to do my daily routine, which I felt like was an amazing and above what I expected! Those three are the reason I will speak so highly about auto nation.

I had to take my car in to have the air bag replaced. I was supposed to get a courtesy vehicle while mine was being replaced. I have had a number of times at other places when I was to get a vehicle but didnt. So, I didnt have high hopes here either. The check-in guy was nice and led me to Jordan. Jordan told me the rental guy wasnt in yet and asked if I could wait 30min. After 30 min. Jordan came back and of course said no rental was available. However, he was so polite the entire time and basically guaranteed I wouldnt be waiting much longer than one more hour. I agreed to wait and right on time Jordan came back saying my car was good to go. This experience definitely could have gone differently if not for Jordan.Thank you

Service Advisor was great and knowledgeable. My only concern was that I had the cooling system flushed and when I checked the car next day, the radiator and coolant reservoir where not filled up to level. I had to add fluid to both items.

Horrible experience my wife brought our 2010 maxima for an alt they had the 175 diag fee which is high i worked at Ford across the street out diag was like 99 at one point but they came back and said to my wife its around 1130 for alt with labor lioe 200 an hour labor seems too high but ok than they said you need a serp belt she said no thats OK than they said with belt it was 1228 we said no thats ok well we authorized the 1130 dollar alt repair the advisor calls me after its done to tell he cant talk loud ge doesnt want his boss to hear tell me we did the serp belt for free and its 1228 I said umm oo yall yold my wife with the belt it was 1228 without was 1130 he said no it was 13 something with the belt and they never once told her 1300 something and then she picks it up I look at the receipt sure enough he charged me 90 dollars for a belt I didny ask for and told him no than tells me its 1228 and belt he threw in for free almosy like he forgot to tell the tech no belt than told her he 1138 yold me 1228 and said belt was free I mean did he not know I woupd srr the receipt and catch his lie if he said with the belt it was gunna be 1300 ish and he didny charge the belt and its 1228 when he yold my wife 1138 than I get ghe bill its 1228 with 90 dollar belt sp he did a repair I didnt want and than told me he did it for free but charged me for it I will never come here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away
