Worst experience ever for service. Scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires with advertisement stating buy 3 get 1 for $1. Arrived on 9/25/21 to meet with advisor Alberto. We sat at his desk and he commenced mumbling about cost of the tires. So I presented the coupon as instructed at price quote. He looked at the coupon and acted as if he’s unfamiliar with their own promotion. He said he will be right back and took approximately 15-20 minutes before returning. This is when things took a turn for the worst. He quoted me a higher price for all brands tires than other Mercedes Benz companies quotes I got. He quoted a higher price (approx $65 more for the tire and other hidden charges) to compensate for the $1 tire. Total with discount was higher than other dealership without discount.This is a really poor marketing trick that made me upset and so will other customers. This is not what I expect from Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines, I expect this from a mom and pop type dealership. I spoke to a manager with no avail. Both were in it together. I am extremely disappointed and will NOT go to this dealership ever to service my vehicles.
Rey has been my service coordinator for the past 2 leases with Mercedes in Pembroke pines and he gets me in and out quickly. He knows I have a busy schedule and he is there at 7am, which makes it easier for me. He explains things to me that I wish the sales people would do. For example, he explains exactly what service plan I have covers. If the sales people would do it like that, I would have definitely got better coverage. He should be moved to sales! The only issue I have thos time, is that when I would pick up my car in the past, they always clean it. This time, the outside was dirty from being in service, but other than that, I am happy with my service. Keep up the good job Rey!
We got a our first Mercedes with Mercedes-Benz Pembroke Pines. Everything was super fast, great services and we got the car of our dreams. Anthony Toro was amazing, he guide us til the end. Always available to talk and answer any questions. Made our purchase easy. Keep the good work! I will come back in a couple years !

The experience was a positive encounter from Carlos who greeted me when I drove into the service center, to the time I was called by Steven the rep who handled the sit down conversation on the service I required. I liked there were 3 service options for the class A service. This is the first time I was made aware this option existed visiting other dealers for many years. The information shared was written and I was given the time to review before making a choice. I was told 2 hours when I scheduled the appointment. I was in an out before the timeframe given. I like that nice surprise, under sell and over deliver. Great job and saw many smiling faces despite the mask wearing.
Outstanding service and follow up throughout the out of state buying process. Vehicle was better than expected and the value unsurpassed. Salesperson Sera was helpful, competent, and communicated well, and followed through on each portion of the sales and delivery process!
Buying a car is known to be one of the Top 5 stressors in a persons life and up until now, I can honestly say it was the second most stressful thing in my life; that was until I met Deivis Maldonado at Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines. I found a used car online (a GMC) that happened to be at this dealership. I have to admit I was a bit worried about buying something other than a Mercedes from a Mercedes dealer - but Deivis treated me like I was his highest paying customer! He responded quickly to my texts, was respectful of my time, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He has earned my business for the rest of my life!
I am a 23 year old and very capable of affording one of these cars, however the dealership must not think so and it’s so extremely rude. I almost left before even looking at a car however I ended up purchasing a car but was treated as a child and got no respect that I deserved the entire time. Right as I walked in to the dealership there were at least 10 people looking at me But no one wanted to walk anywhere near me. I understand that I look young but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t get the respect I deserve. Just a bad experience wish a luxury car brand they should really work with their employees on how to treat people. They are nicer at Nissan and there cars are half the price.
John Cook, is an excellent salesperson with the proper demeanor for a no hassle sale. The dealer was very clean and organized. The sales/finance staff processed the paperwork expeditiously. In and out in 3 hours. Its what you come to expect from a luxury brand and autonation. Go see John, he will treat you well.

If I could give a negative rating to this dealer I would!!! my husband has been a client of this place for many years and the service is a disaster! I own a BMW and I would never give up being a BMW client since they treat me fairly and with respect. I love Mercedes cars but just the thought of having to deal with this service center I would never buy one of their cars. Maybe they have other service centers that are better but the Pembroke Pines one is a total disaster. Buyer beware!!!!!
The worst experience ever. i am getting rid of my 2016 c300 mercedes as i text. diagnosing their car there is where it starts. you are at their mercy no matter what. worst car i ever owned and bought new. never again.

The time for the recall service was faster than expected the employees skill communication is excellent. Mr. Alex Ruiz is a hard worked, very busy but very diligent and answered all my questions excellently. Very nice personal in the Autopart as well.Thank you for your work.

My car was serviced as required but that pretty much sums up whats good about my experience at MB of PPines. On arrival, the attendant, was not pleasant at all. He asked me why I was there (no welcome to MB, how may we help you, etc) and sent me to the waiting area. The waiting room is not equipped to put it nicely. The Service Manager was professional but I had to get information from him instead of him providing it to me. He told me how much was going to be and nothing else. I had to ask, what will be included in this, what should I expect, etc, etc. I guess there was nothing to sell me since the car is fairly new. Finally, after 1 1/2 hour at the place (for an oil change pretty much) I had to ask what was the status and was told they were washing it - 30 minutes later, I could see the car waiting to be taken into the car wash (just waiting)... 20 minutes later, the car was brought to the pick up area and the attendant was not even there to formally give me the car. I told the guy who brought the car that I was the owner and he gave it to me. He didnt even take the paper mat. I had to take it and tossed it. This is the closest MB dealership I have so, I will probably bring the car back again but now I know what to expect.

I understand theres a car shortage but truth is always the way to go.... I purchased my vehicle from Mercedes of Fort Pierce yes 2 hours away but the service, and the attention was GRAND!!!

This is my second encounter with this dealership. Initially, I decided to pass by this location to inquire if they had a E450 Cabriolet in stock. I asked the front desk woman for sales, I was greeted by someone who looked me up and down and seemed bothered to assist. Explained what I was looking for and to my surprise they had one. It was pulled to the front for a test drive and as we pulled off the lot, the salesman received a call to bring it back, the car has been sold...complete waste of time. We walked inside as I was willing to build and wait on a new car, he seemed annoyed so I walked out.Today, I called because I saw my exact build online, called and was directed to a salesman. He confirmed car was there, so I asked for pricing. I was sent pricing, of which wasnt bad. I enlisted a broker after my first encounter with these guys and got a great deal, however, if I could get the car now without waiting...why not? When it was time to negotiate, it was a take it or leave it or put down $12k to get it to the price you want. No Thank you, Ill wait!Save yourself the aggravation, head down to Coral Gables Mercedes or use a broker to buy your next one. This will be my 3rd Mercedes that I normally lease from Pompano, however, my salesman retired.
Arrived at appointment time. Car accepted and sent to service department. Alex handled paperwork and discussed service. Car was returned fully serviced in estimated time. Service department and waiting area neat and clean. I am satisfied with the service.
Havent been to the dealer in a while but was welcomed. My main battery needed replacement and service wasnt that long. My advisor called me as soon as my car was ready. Nice free wash n vacuum, even tires dressed. 👌
I have owned BMW, AUDI earlier and always had a great customer experience during the sales and service appointments. I was hoping it would be the same or better with Mercedes but thats not the case. The car was called in for safety recall and it took over a week to complete it which is fine but the advisor did not communicate or when called always seems rushed answering my questions. Finally my advisor called me and said the car was ready, sent to car wash and can be picked up any time. When I went to pick up the car, to my surprise it was not car washed and the valet guy tried to convivence me that it was washed and got dirty because of the rain, clearly it was not washed. I have to wait another 30 min to get it done. Overall the experience is not what I would expect from a Mercedes service center.

I wish I could give a negative point to the MB of PP!During my last couple of visits, the advisor of my car was not present to formally give my car most of the times. I guess he should be there to at least explain what services have been done on my car! Sometimes I came home and found that the issue is still there and when I contacted the advisor, I was told that we just ordered the part!!! So, in these situations, should customers follow up with the car advisors or it should be vice versa???!!! Shouldnt the advisor at least inform you about this when you are picking up your car? Besides, what does it mean the car is ready when you even did not change the defected part???!!!In my last visit my car was there for almost one week (5 business days) for an issue with the AC. As always, I had to follow up what is going on with my car. The advisor told me that there is a leaking in the AC and we ordered a hose! Once I received my car I saw in the bill that NO LEAKAGE WAS FOUND and they just recharged the AC! So, FIVE working days for just recharging the AC???!!! Since my car advisor was not there at the time I picked up my car, I met with the MANAGER of the car advisors! He told me that I will check this out and will let you know tomorrow why your car has been here for this long. More surprisingly, I have not received any calls yet neither from the car advisor or the manager!I hope MB of PP could better serve people, especially more respectfully as other MB branches do!

If you are a person of color i suggest you never enter this mercedes benz store. They treat you like dirt. The sales person that showed us around was extremely rude, was barely interested in selling the car. Luxury car dealerships are supposed to have good customer service but i guess it does not apply to the employees at this place. The way my family was humiliated. I will be calling corporate about this.
We just left the dealership after speaking to their rep who was incredibly unhelpful and had a nasty attitude. We wanted to look at the potential to get an suv and the rep basically talked down to us through out saying ‘well we sell before they get off the truck’ and that we have no clue how well they have been doing with sales. Didn’t offer to give us options on how we could purchase one and what our options could be. We just walked right back to our car without even going inside their dealership. The rep standing outside is doing a tremendous job turning serious buyers away… too bad they are doing too well! Taking our business to Maserati or Land Rover.
The experience was amazing. The moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted. Joshua Rodriguez was an amazing sales person, he answered every question I had and was very patient with my requests. He also was t pushy to sell a vehicle, he understood my situation and told me to take my time and talk it over with my spouse. He also helped me with the price and got it down to where I asked him to. I would definitely recommend this deanship and recommend Joshua to friends and family.

I called ahead and came in 90 minutes before closing to see a pre-owned GLC 300 I found online. I was promptly greeted and within minutes I was on a test drive. Marko was great with explaining the features of the car. Buying process was smooth, no pressure. I got a great rate from MB and walked out with the keys to my first MB!
I was so impressed. I did not have an appointment & I showed up to service around 3:00. My driver’s side seat was set all the way back and would not slide back to my usual position. It was very stressful as I could not reach the accelerator or brakes without sitting at the edge of the seat. Even doing that I could only reach the accelerator with my toes ! The service department took me in right away & I was all fixed & ready to go within 90 minutes. Way to go Mercedes Benz of Pembroke PInes ! Thank you !
Service and repairs have been good. They should show the parts that were replaced to be sure they were damaged.It is impossible to get anything done over the phone. Service advisors don’t reply.Can’t get online a quote for services.

Out of all of the autonation owned dealerships, this is the only one willing to find the car I was interested in. Miguel C did what it took to make the deal. Nice facility, nice cars, friendly staff. After the sale issues is where I had problems. Saying they will call me back and never did.

Visited a few weeks ago to purchase a GLE350... Was never greeted upon entering the building, the receptionist tried to obtain help for me after I approached her but no one had the time to help... Decided to try the nearby Audi dealer and was assisted right away. Audi was my second choice but with superb service it easily became THE choice...
Even though I felt that I was overcharged for the services rendered, it would have less painful if the service advisor was not so detached at contact. I had questions that remained without answers. The squeaky noise remains even after doing the brakes.
Excellent - I got a nail in my rear driver side tire and my service representative, Pedro, got me in and got the problem resolved and no charge.. My car was washed and cleaned and I was onmy way. Thank you for great customer service 👏

He has a sense of humor, he’s very patient, generous, he explained anything I was confused about. I’m going to continue to keep doing service with Stephen Douglas. He made my experience wonderful. :)

Not the best service experience! Car was diagnosed with just being a minor issue, payed for the service and a week later the issue still continued and happened again! The diagnosis given was totally incorrect. Would not recommend this mercedes-benz location for service! Even after a second visit and as per them extended testing the issue still persist. An offer of a refund since it was never fixed would have been a good option to give your client! However, what do I know right? I am not a technician I am just another upset client!
After experiencing different service departments with my previous cars which included Bentley’s, BMW’S, and Mercedes I can honestly say that the service department at Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines is by far the best.
I was sold a brand new Mercedes and it broke down less than 24 hours from my purchase. A tow truck picked up the car several hours after I reported what was occurring. When we got back to the dealership, I was not offered a loaner, just an Uber ride to where I needed to go next. I immediately asked for a refund. About a day or two later when I was updated on the vehicle I was told there were test that were not performed on the car that lead to the malfunction. The store manager ensured me he would make sure my experience was better if I decided to reconsider my purchase. When I came back about a month later, the store manager, Edgar, told me there was nothing he could offer me considering the experience I had. Also, the representative I initially worked with in the finance department was very sneaky. He spoke very fast and rushed through everything. At one point he wrote a number on a paper as his personal notes, it was different than what we verbally discussed. When I was given the printed papers to finalize the transaction, I noticed the numbers didn’t match what we discussed. He then took the paper he wrote on earlier out the trash and referenced it as if it were a recording of my agreement. After hours of being at the dealership I was too did not further dispute this, but I should have because I manipulated.Ultimately, I made my purchase at Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale where I was given a better deal on a newer car and much better service overall.
I have been to this dealership a few times and can recommend this dealership to someone that just wants to go look at cars without any social interaction. I seem to be the most enthusiastic person there as I always have to find a salesman and ask him myself. Most of them seem genuinely indifferent on whether they sell me a car or not. I made an appointment to test drive a c43 and upon arriving was told I wouldnt be able to because I was 19, (somewhat understandable) however BMW let me drive a comparable M340i without hesitation. I was recently there to have a look at the A class and CLA. I seemed to me more knowledgeable than the salesman on the available options and features. During the test drive I drove the speed limit 90% of the time, but wanted to get a feel for the power. I stepped on it a bit and maybe got the car to 40 mph before the salesman told me No no no no no... no racing. I asked if he would switch with me so he could drive it and step on it so I can feel how it accelerates and he said no. After returning to the dealership I had to ask for the salesmans business card. I have been to a few other Mercedes dealerships and all others have delivered a very nice experience. I will raise my review to 3 stars, but in the future, please treat all customers equally regardless of age. Im the VP of my friends marketing company, even though Im only 19. You can be young and well-off, its not that uncommon in south Florida.

I bought an Infiniti with John Cook 6 days ago. After the 3rd day of driving it, it started turning off whenever I stopped for a red light. He told me to come in and he would have someone look at it and diagnose the problem. When I came in, he wasn’t there and had Darryl help me out. Darryl proceeded to tell me that they don’t even have a computer in any of their dealerships that can give a diagnosis on an Infiniti. Not to mention I payed $4,500 for a 4 year warranty on this car, and they basically said sorry there’s nothing we can doDO NOT GO HERE. I wasted so much time and money and they do not care. They take advantage of young women because they think they can.Take your money elsewhere, don’t do what I did.

This dealership is wonderful, high quality service, and my service manager, Rey Hernandez, is the best. All the staff Ive experienced are very attentive and if you observe all areas of the premises, everyone is in sync and feels like a fantastic team of people. The facility is immaculate and well organized. Ive also been to the Fort Lauderdale and Tampa locations and they are wonderful as well.

My story is somewhat long, but the result was good. My 2018 GLE350 wouldnt start one morning and we called MB Roadside assistance (we had 49,991 miles on it, but were way under the time for warranty coverage). The tech showed up in a non-descript pickup and proceeded to jump the SUV and tell us we needed to get a new battery within a couple of months as ours was going bad. Two days later we had the same issue and I called MB of Pembroke Pines for a battery, but they were closing in 5 minutes so I purchased a new battery at Costco. Two weeks later, same problem...SUV wouldnt start. We jump start it and bring it to MB of Pembroke Pines where we are told we need to pay for diagnosing the problem and for any service required since we were out of warranty. I explained the car was in warranty when the problem first occurred and was told they had no record since that was Roadside Assistance and not the dealership. I escalated to MB Corporate who gave me all types of excuses and although they said they were my advocate, were little help (very upsetting and not what one would expect from a reputable luxury car company). As a matter of fact, it appeared they were doing everything they could to avoid any warranty liability (pulled all service records, previous ownership, CarFax, etc). I was also told by the dealership that the new Interstate battery I purchased from Costco was bad (I picked it up, went to Costco for a replacement, and was out of Costco in less than three minutes with a new battery). I was later told the starter needed to be replaced ($1305) and a new battery was needed because the cold cranking amps of the Interstate battery was not enough (was told it only put out 250 and needed double that, even thought the battery stated it put out 900). In the end I received a call from MB of Pembroke Pines stating they were going to take care of the starter as part of customer goodwill and I only had to pay for the MB battery. I feel like the dealership did the right thing, but MB Corp dropped the ball in a big way as they should have covered the starter under warranty, not the dealership. All in all I am happy with the dealership, but not with Mercedes Benz and their customer service escalation team.
I was very happy with the service that Mercedes of Pembroke Pines provide it to me. Pedro Rodriguez was very profesional and provided great prompt service. My window door buttons were all replaced and so far it has been working fine. Highly recommend Mercedes of Pembroke Pines.
Just wouldnt want my car to have to stay there for 4 days when the problem could be fixed in a few hours... have some for ur warranties and some for call ins or appointments gonna spend moreoney on uber waiting for the car then the overly priced servicing and complete the job dont send me my car with lights on and and other things wrong with it

Went in for a recall issue...I was met immediately at the service entrance and the attendant was very courteous and wrote up the work order promptly. The waiting room was large, clean and set up with pandemic restrictions in mind. The work was completed on time. Overall...a pleasurable experience.
The car took long to get it back but I had a loner and they did a good job, my service advisor Pedro Rodriguez kept me aware of what had to be done.

Worst car buying experience, EVER! In fact, we may not even keep it. From the sales manager to the finance guys... if youre not spending bookoo cash in here for their top models... they can care less about you! 1st day with the car, battery dies and needs replacement. 2nd day with the car check engine light on and Service Due! message. Trust me, spend your hard earned money somewhere else, where they respect it. These people dont respect you or your wages!
