I got there very late in the day and even though it was late and they were clearly busy ... they still managed to fit me in and fix my headlight which required a complete headlight assembly.Β They processed my extended warranty and started the job before even getting the approval. But most important to me was the fact that even though they were swamped they never displayed an attitude of annoyance or unwillingness towards me.Β The service was truly above and beyond just a wonderful display of customer service. $175 for a diagnosis. That is just a way to tie you down for the repair. I have visited other shops where they charge around $70 to $90 to diagnose your vehicle which is a more reasonable price that allows you to decide wether to go forward with the repair or not. Their advisors are not very professional and are constantly joking with each other while working with the customers.

So disappointed! I came in for an oil change this morning. I came in at 8:30 am. All I needed was an oil change, the guy outside took me inside to some guy who was like walk with me, did a walk around my car really slowly, opened the hood and started looking at it. At 8:47 Iβm still in his office and heβs making me a whole new account because it was the first time there (Iβve been Here before!) I asked how long it would take and he told me about an hour to an hour and a half.. I asked him if they could at least start on my car and the guy says yeah yeah. At 9am my car is still waiting to be taken back. I was so upset I got my car and left. An oil change is supposed to be quick, in and out. I go to Nissan on 57th street all the time and the service is so quick for an oil change..Iβm in and out normally in 45 minutes! Pines Nissan needs to take a few tips from them!The saga continues...while I was at the dealer yesterday, the advisor took out my intake...(I donβt know anything about cars to know about that) except when Iβm driving my car around thereβs a loud noise, like a growling every time I accelerate. I told my husband about it and even sent him a video about it. He knew what was wrong. When my husband took my car to the 57th Nissan today, the entire intake was out. They never put it back in before I left, I have pictures and a video to prove everything! If something else would have happened to my car, I wouldβve been held responsible. How can one be so careless?? So unacceptable.

This is the first time I am giving a review because I have never been fully satisfied with service here or at any other autonation service center. My service advisor was Jerrick Warren and he was the best! He actually answered calls, calls you to give updates and knows what he is talking about. Very friendly and professional. I have been tak3my car here since i brought it in 2016. Since the pandemic they dont top off your washer fluids and put air in the tires even when they rotate them. Minor things like this make the service bad, this has happened the last two times Ive brought my car in for service.

I pre logged into this place online and made an appointment but it was a waste of my time. I made the appointment saying I had a nissan leaf. If Nissan of Pembroke pines would have known that, it would have saved all of us a bunch of time. They have one tech, Westin Nissan has 3. They could have told me to go there. Would have been a time saver. I brought my car in on a Saturday and it did not get worked on until Tuesday. I was able to keep the car there luckily but it was handled very poorly. Unfortunately, stories like these from a dealership are a dime a dozen.
I went to Auto Nation Nissan Parts Department to get a bracket that was missing for my after market replacement radiator.The parts department was searching all over to find that bracket in there parts diagram.In the end they advised me that the bracket is only sold with the radiator. Which totally sucked for me.But the guys in the parts department did a great job in trying to assist me with my missing part.

Took my vehicle for a recall and they didnt even have the replacement part. I was asked to rebook in 2 months as they might have the parts in stock. Poor service mainly because I waited a while to go as I had received various notifications in the mail regarding the recall. My question is why ask customers to come in when they dont even have the replacement? Place also understaffed in the service area, typically they have 4 or 5 service advisors and there was only one upon my arrival and one more arrived 2 minutes after me. Service lobby full of people ( following social distancing mandate) but it was caused by their staffing levels.

The service was definitely not what I experienced the last time I was there. I was told I was in the wrong lane for an oil change and needed to move over. Okay...They do not offer oil change specials and their standard oil change is $49.95. When I questioned the service rep Hector about why they dont offer a better deal, his response was, I dont set the prices. What do you want to do here? If I were him, I would have approached the manager about finding some kind of discount to apply, especially when I already had one foot out the door.Rob Lambdin offers 4 oil changes for $79.95 (one time offer), but that will last me a year.

This is why people hate dealerships. In a previous visit, after waiting 2 hours only then to be told they dont have the parts to do my airbag recall, we made an appointment to come back today. Mr. Justin Lockwood told us it would be a few hours, gave us directions to the diner, and told us he would call us when it was ready. 3 hours later, I finally ask how much longer and Justin says it was supposed to be a drop off, the workers are just finishing up a meeting and tried to convince me that the previous conversation never happened. I asked did they even start it yet and he checked and they had not. End of story we are leaving for the second time with no new airbag and a day off wasted. I would highly recommend never going to this place and if Justin is your specialist ask for someone else.

This has been my worst experience ever. I went in for a used car, yes I know when you buy a used car you may have issues, but this experience has been beyond terrible like I said. I got the car at the beginning of 2018, for the first 3 months I went about 4 to 5 times out of the week. Giving the little faith I had left with this company they told me my car will be fixed and they gave me a rental car. Which, fun fact I had issues with the rental car aswell. After a month in a half of having the rental car they finally told me the car was fixed, all this was spoken with managers. I was determined to give in the car but they told me they just spend $1000+ on fixing it and I should be fine. Seven months later once again issues with the car. This time its about 4 things that have to be fixed and obviously it would have to be out of pocket. Buying a used car is risky when unfortunately you dont know about mechanics but its disrespectful when they plain lie to you and sell a lemon car when you put in the last bit of faith you had in them. Dont waist your time nor your money in this company. Go anywhere else.

Spoke with Daniel Volmar on the phone THE FIRST DAY that a particular car became available. I told him when I would be able to test drive the car within 2 days). He sent me a link to RESERVE the car, indicating that no one else would be able to buy the car for the 3 days during my reservationperiod. I received confirmation emails of my reservation later that day. 24 hours later, (the day before my appointment), I received modification that the car had been SOLD.BAD BUSINESS, AUTO NATION of PEMBROOK PINES. Very untrustworthy.
Get your car from Lloyd. I have purchased two Nissans from Lloyd and after all of these years, he still walks over to the service department when I am getting my oil change and tires rotated to make sure things are going well with the car. Now that is what you call good customer service!

Had an appointment at service center but was told they could not find it in the book they had at the greeter station by the greeter, he also told me that i would have to wait even when i showed my confirmation email. I went inside to the gentleman at the center desk and was told the same thing. Was also told that the person that i was assigned to based on the email had gone to lunch so i would have to wait. Whats the point in making an appointment then. I left and called in and was told by the receptionist that my appointment was definitely there. that she was not sure what had happened. All i know is that both the greeter and the gentleman at the center desk dont know what their job entails or dont care and that is very unfortunate cause it is the first time i have felt so unappreciated as a customer at autonation. Some people just dont appreciate the job they have.
The service is good. The problems I take my Nissan there for problems in the suspension maybe transmission. The car was there for two days and I still feel the problem... they suppose to do the full inspection and I have the fog light bad and no body check the lights..

Two weeks ago I brought my Altima in for an oil change. 2 hours later I asked about my car with the Cashier. She didnβt have paperwork, told me to ask my service guy. He told me it shouldnβt be much longer. Went for a walk and saw my car parked. Asked the cashier who was gone for five minutes hunting down my keys. I got a plan for free that provided oil changes so they couldnβt do anything about the wait.Today my Altima starts sputtering out of nowhere. Iβm still under extended warranty so I wasnβt too worried. Well turns out, βTransmission needs reprogramming which is not covered under the extended warrantyβ. $163 out of my pocket for this. Now the guy tries to sell me over $400 for breaks and stuff which were brought up when they rotated the tires last time.Those are the facts. You make the call.Update: Vehicle was left running without key in service drive. I found it after searching the lot where I was told it would be.Made it a couple blocks when the sputtering happened again. Called and asked for Service Manager. I wanted my money refunded. They wanted me to bring it back(yeah, right!). I was told, βCustomer stated engine light is on. The engine light was off when you left. You are not getting a refund.β
Very dissatisfied. I went Thursday and spent hours waiting for a part of my car to be replaced. They come out after hours of waiting and say we dont have the part. They said the ordered the part. Called me the next day and said it arrived, so I made an appointment for the following day. I dropped my car off. They called after 6 hours and said it was ready. When I got there, they said the wrong parts came in!!! Horrible customer service. I also got my battery changed here about to one month ago. When I came for this weeks repair, the battery strength was testing at low charge. I was told I have to get a new one soon.

Took car in for a minor issue and oil change. Always thought the oil changes are overpriced but donβt crawl underneath my car to do them myself anymore. Then service advisor tells me I need to replace my air filters. Price? $140.00! No thanks. Went to auto parts store. Bought two filters for $25.00. Took two minutes to put them in. Canβt wait until my fuel injectors need cleaning.
