My husband and I went in to trade in one of our cars. Stan was our salesman and he was super nice and gave us an explanation of everything. He was able to work with us on the prices we needed and was hospitable throughout the whole experience. Once we were down with Stan we were moved on with Mr. Luis Durant for financing and he was able to get the most protection for our brand new car while keeping costs low. Overall, we had a great experience, hopefully we go back and get a ram in the future
Absolutely disappointing, overall AutoNation dealerships are fantastic when it comes to service. Sadly this one does not represent the brand at all and will drag them down.Brought my recently purchase 2017 Ram 1500 in for four recalls (U05, U53, U61 & U74) and an alignment. Initially I was told it will take 2-3 hrs for complete all recalls. Then 2.5 hours later, I was informed that it will take another 2-3 hours to finish up.Finally having my car back in possession I drove home and noticed that it was still pulling to the left which is why I asked to do an alignment. I know that they did some sort of botched alignment as my steering wheel is marginally misaligned.Then while driving from the grocery store on Saturday my tailgate dropped. Which is recall U74 where the dealer is supposed to install a little stopped into the tailgate actuator. This fault can be easily reproduced by spamming the lock and unlock buttons on the key (video). Opening up the tailgate I can see that this piece is missing (picture). But according to their invoice it was completed?Now I am left unsure whether the other recalls were addressed or not?Will have to take it to another dodge dealer and have them check it all out.
My son drop the van 09/09/2021 Wednesday at 9:47pm. The van wouldn’t star AAA toll us that the battery was dead and he was able to charge it. The van is a lease. Is Monday 09/13/2021 12:06pm the have not been able to tell me was wrong with it. I have been calling an it just rings an no answer. Because they are short of staff. Mean will we have a disable 6 year all child that need to get to the doctor and his therapist. I have leases 2 vehicles from them and purchase a Dodge Ram last year. This has been the worst customer service that I have been true. You service the department is the worst. Hope I’ll get some answers before 5pm today or I’ll be making some call!!! 😡

This was the first time I purchased a new car during a pandemic and let me tell you it was an awesome experience. First I made an inquiry online and Carlos Galo responded right away and answered all of my questions. Soon I was introduced to Stan Morton and he was amazing in all aspects of my new truck purchase from start to finish. midway through the purchase process, I was contacted by George Rossi and he wanted to know how everything was going so far. This dealership is 30 miles from my home and the reason I bought from them and not one just down the street is how important I was made to feel from the first online question to the moment I drove off the lot. I will definitely purchase from them again.
Buyer beware, four months ago I ordered a hellcat redeye which was only supposed to take a month and a half they told me. When I went in to trade my old car in for the new one they did not stick to the original terms. They told me they were going to give me between $43000 and $45000 for my car. I even had them text me those prices just in case they tried to offer me less. They only offered me 39. Then they told me I would have a rebate between $4000 and $6000, That ended up being $2000. I discuss this with them, And the salesman said you’re getting a great deal I could sell this car for 20,000 more than sticker price . This was so rude I could not believe it. I really wanted to car badly so I ended up agreeing to the terms. Then I went out to look at the car for inspection. After waiting for months they delivered a car that had two clips broken in the front so the front flare was loose, there was a couple of scratches on the car that could not be buffed out and there was a gash in the plastic when you open up the trunk. You would think a car that took 2 1/2 months longer to build would be perfect especially for $90,000. I did not remember the salesman‘s name in the end so I asked him for his card, he told me he was not gonna give me one because he knew I was going to leave a bad review. I also tried calling Dodgers corporate division and they told me the only thing I could do was talk to the manager which I already tried doing. I don’t think I’ve been treated this poorly in a long time and I would never recommend everybody to go there.The photo is my old car.
Stan Morton has changed my car buying experience. He is organized, communicative, and methodical in his approach to getting his customers in the car they want. Both times I have bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Stan, I was in and out within 2 hours, after receiving VIP service from both Stan and Luis in the finance department. I highly recommend them both!
Matthew the service advisor at the Pines Dodge location was great. Matthew always kept me posted on the status on my vehicle. The dealer is always more expensive than other shops and mechanics, but they do the job right. Matthew also helped me with some discounts to lower the cost. Great experience.
I scheduled my service appointment online using my VIN on their website and I chose a fuel filter change($160) and an oil change($130). When I dropped my car off for my appointment the guy told me that the fuel filters were going to be around $400 and they are $200 just in parts so I I said just do the warranty work and oil change. He then said the oil change would be $180 and I pulled up my service from their website and it said the oil change was $130. He said that he would talk to his manager and call me but not to worry that the price would be taken care of later. I called a couple hours later to see if he had talked to the manager and the lady who answered said he wasn’t there but she would let him know when he returned. Well nobody called me and when I went to pick my truck up the bill came out to be $240, a lot different than $130. The guy in the office had no idea about anything with the price(not his fault) and they said the best they could do was 10% off since the guy who helped me is off and won’t answer his phone. Absolutely ridiculous since I told the guy this morning if it was $180 I didn’t want to do it because another service center quoted me $150. When I dropped my truck off this morning for service my plan was to look at buying another diesel truck for my company but after that experience I doubt I’ll be going back.
We purchased a new Challenger for our Mom and the experience was great. Armando & Gracie did a great job. Best AutoNation experience by far, I had stopped buying from AutoNation because of the typical lowball trade offers and attitude that I experienced at the Mercedes and Chevy branches. I highly recommended AutoNation CDJR.

Regret to have gone there.It took them 1 day to diagnose. The service rep told me that Jeep dont have a cabin filter to replace. Just replaced it myself at home.Will never be back. I wont call them to discuss any issue as they are asking me. If they are concerned about unhappy customers, they should call and not ask customers to call them.. I am happy there are other options around. Prefer to drive 10 more miles than going back to this place. Over and Out!!
On July 7, 2021, I had a 60K mile check up on my Chrysler 300S. I received excellent service from Daryl Jones. My vehicle was immediately checked in and I received continued updated text messages on the status of my vehicle maintenance. I asked for various prices on parts/tires needed for my car and all my questions were answered timely. I highly recommend the Service Department and staff at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Pembroke Pines, FL.
My appointment was at 8 AM. Finally at 8:30 somebody picked up the sign-up sheet and said oh you don’t need to be standing in this line you just have to go to parts. I guess the worst part is not the waiting, is that not one employee gives even the slightest indication that customers are important. They literally just there to do their jobs. I think the service department needs to understand that when a customer is standing in front of them, there is a low level of trauma. Car issues! When you go to the show room, 10 people will descend on you. but when you go to the service center, no one! pretty bad I would say. I think the sad part is that the employees really want to help, they just don’t know how. This is systematic. It’s been like this for the last 10 years. They just don’t know how to service the customers.

Worst dealer ever. My boyfriend and I went shopping for a truck and the sales person Vyron Ollivierre wasn’t being helpful at all. He was giving us numbers that didn’t make sense as if we were dumb and no manager came to talk to us or anything. It’s like they didn’t want to sell. We went to another dealer which we ended up closing a deal (yay) and they had told us that automation (vyron or whoever was in charge) never ran my bf’s credit so the numbers they were giving us with a 6.9% apr were them assuming that that’s what my bf would qualify for. It was such a horrible experience and to top it off the “computer wasn’t working”. If you guys want nice rams brand new and great service you guys can go to the ram in aventura! It’s such a great customer service and they are willing to help!
No question, I am very happy with the truck and excellent service.I visited several other car dealers including _ _ _ _ _ _ _, Sawgrass _ _ _ _, and ___ ___ but the no pressure sale approach, excellent service and valuable advice I received from the sales professional was outstanding.I will be back to AutoNation soon for our next purchase.
The worst customer experience by far compared to any form of business that exists. They don’t pick up the phone; they do not show one ounce of care when in person at the service desk. This place should be shut down by Jeep as it is hurting their brand image
The service technician was very thorough in letting me know what services my car needed. When I told her I couldnt get all of it done that day, she was strategic in directing me to complete the items that was essential to the functioning of my vehicle. She kept me inform during the service process and she was personable.
Never answer the phone, they could not fine my car, did not call when towing company drop my car to them, I had to keep calling different department to fine someone in the service department. If there were a ZERO rating, that is what they would get from me. I will not lease ever with them. They have the worst service that I ever experience in my life. Excellent service had several things done: oil change, repair to coolant system and a new key made for the vehicle. Service advisor kept me informed during the entire process and work was completed in the time provided when provided with the estimate. Highly recommend!
Ive been here several times and this by far has to be the best customer service experience Ive had to date. Matts energy was contagious, very honest with what needed to be done and very appreciative of having me in for service (that is UNHEARD of). He is clearly the stand out in this department and look forward to having this professional as my go-to adviser each time.
It was a pleasant transaction, my sales associate Jose Bernard did a great job getting my deal done and my car ready for delivery. Also the finance director Luis, he made me feel great in his office with my first purchase and he had us signed up in no time. Over all our experience with everyone at the dealership was very good.
Unfortunately one if not the most horrible experience on a dealership doing basic maintenance service. It’s took me 4 hours waiting among mistakes of basic operations calling out to get the car and then calling me back in again as the car was for someone else. Expensive car and yet a service that feels like you bought the cheapest car there is.Service advisors with bad attitude and looks like they would be anyplace else but there.
Service adviser was helpful, but promised to call when my Jeep was ready and never called me. I tried calling the service dept 4 times but no one picked up after 5pm. Because the closing hour is 7pm, I decided to go and pick up my Jeep and was told the car was ready, but because no one was able to road test it for a noise I told them about. I was told to take the car and that the service adviser would call me the next morning to explain, but again, I never received a call. Being that it was my first time there, and I do believe in second changes, I will try AutoNation again, so lets see what happens. Still waiting for my call..... :-(
I have been calling for the last two days for pricing on a transmission service since my car hit 100,000 miles. The first day I was on hold for 30 mins and then they hung up. The second day was the same. I have been loyal customer but in the last couple years this place has really gone down hill. I am thinking of selling both of my vehicles and buying a Chevy or better yet a Toyota. At least they pick-up the phone!
The customer service at this location was very poor. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and check engine light. My vehicle had been on site since the night before, I called after 5 to check the status of my truck… I was on hold for 30 minutes and then waited another 15 minutes for my service provider to respond. Just to find out they don’t know why the light was on or how to Solve. From the night before until 6. My vehicle was on site. The is a lack of professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
Shakira Ramos was excellent as my service rep. Very attentive to my needs and gave me a fast response on the status on my car. My car had to be in service for 5 days but she was good at giving me updates which gave me peace of mind. Definitely will ask for her every time my car needs service!
Horrible costumer service. When my car was ready I immediately told them I would be there right at 7pm after work even though the website says 9pm closing..There employee Jesus told me randomly that they close at 7pm and did nothing to make sure I could pick up my car before closing . Instead he ignored my text when asking if they could accommodate. Will not have my car serviced here again and will trade my car in at the sawgrass dodge instead.

Service was completed. But the wait to have an advisor receive the vehicle was 20 plus minutes. Everyone simply seemed irritated an overwhelmed. Advisor was not willing to answer questions everything was I don’t know or I’m not sure. I asked for pricing on 2 additional services and couldn’t get an answer. Overall experience was just poor.
Not happy with another dealership in the area, I went to AutoNation with my RAM truck. Jesus and Matt in service were the best. Very busy conditions yet they both handled the stress professionally and provided assistance in a timely fashion. I will be switching to their service dept. for all of my service needs in the future.
This location has had my husbands vehicle (an essential law enforcement officer) for a week and they have YET to pop the hood. We had it towed as the truck was not starting and has damages that we foresee may be extensive. They have delayed it and say theyll go to it, your vehicle is next several times. I called to speak to a manager in the morning and it rang and rang with no voicemail. I called corporate offices and AGAIN...no one answers the phone on a MONDAY MORNING!! How is someone supposed to function without their vehicle for A WEEK without even knowing what its going to take to fix it. My husband is too nice to be stern but I NEED ANSWERS NOW!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Someone had better call me TODAY!!!

I went in to trade my silverado for a ram. It was an easy process and didnt take long. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was very much satisfied and will recommend it for anyone to buy their next vehicle here.
I knew the specific vehicle I wanted so there was no need to sell anything to me. Staff were polite, professional and responsive. They were open to negotiating and the final price was comparatively fair. Their competitors were either less willing to negotiate or threw too many fees on top of the price, making out the door cost too high. So they get high marks for price. What drove down my rating was the experience in paying for and picking up the vehicle. I had an appointment for 5:30 and was still waiting after 7pm - to hand over a check (I paid cash), sign some papers and grab the vehicle. The place was NOT crowded but seemed like not enough support in the Finance dept to close deals. They dont offer the ability to do any of the paperwork (or pay) online ahead of time to speed up the process. Again, the staff were very nice - it just took way too long to complete the transaction.

This place is the only place you should even consider, I went to many dealers and can say it was a truly horrible experience. But when I met Fernando and Orlan all my worries faded away they made me feel comfortable and at home. they were upfront and honest and the only dealer willing to work with me. I will never buy a car anywhere else as long a Orlan and Fernando are there to assist me. this place has the best service I have ever had at a dealer.

Brought in my sons low mileage 2014 Wrangler for scheduled service and oil change. Timing, responsive and service were great but the prices were a little high - even for a dealership... They also offered to provide an oil and fuel additive for the Jeep - but not too aggressively. The staff, Matt and Jesus specifically, were friendly and professional throughout the process. We will be back and we will keep AutoNation as the service department of choice for the Jeep.

I was blown away by his customer service over other dealers I was ready to purchase from but this guy made it happen for me . I saved thousands of dollars let me tell you how . Armando took that last minute late store closing phone call went on that lot send me pics give me credit advice savings stayed in contact and made sure the deal was final especially with my credit issues. Spoke directly to head finance manager which was very professional and understanding to my needs budget and worked with me . What was a 60,000 dollar truck at other dealerships I walk away with 40,000 + . Made a big difference. Auto nation for the WIN !

After my first enquiring online to ensure the car was there to the very helpful internet sales professional who was diligent about keeping in touch with my enquiry and visit to view the car. Sebastian was my sales representative at the dealership who was excellent in attending to my requirements, being professional, courteous and patient without the hard sell .... he is a breath of fresh air as far as car buying is concerned and his manager is also awesome ... they have regained my confidence in car buying now and I would recommend them to anyone looking at a great truck and a great company that really puts the customer first .. 5 stars!!!
After all of the initial issues we had with the service department Daryl is a breath of fresh air. He is so efficient! He is the only one my family and I trust with our vehicles. Because of our insane work schedules he finds convenient appointment times and we arent sitting all day waiting for the vehicles to be serviced. Autonation should be glad to have people like him on their team!

Really unprofessional customer service, suv was severely damaged during service visit. Really inconsistent and contradicting stories from the service advisor and alleged technician that performed the alleged service. Really unsatisfied, I would recommend any other service center except auto nation Pembroke Pines.6/28- I would love to speak to the GM but nobody picks up the phone. Have literally been on hold for hours. This is an ongoing issue at this place and it appears I’m not the only one. One of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to.
The customer experience was not good. The lack of communication from start to finish. My vehicle was taken in for a minor repair that extended 6 days. No communicaton about what was going on. Only to have been told the reason was the multi tasking and couldnt get around. I tried to speak with a Director or Manager before and after the situation includong leaving voice messages and still no call back or response or email. Im not sure whats going on in that service department.

Yesterday I had the worst service I’ve ever had at a large car dealership service center. I booked an appointment online to have my newly purchased vehicle diagnosed for a simple electrical issue that I was having with the car. I brought the car in at 7am in the morning to leave it all day while I was at work and then pick it up after work. I figured this would give them plenty of time to work on my vehicle. But no, this was not the case because when I came back at 4:30pm to pick it up I was told they were unable to look at it all day because of how busy they were. Which didn’t make any sense because when I arrived in the morning there were only 3 customers in front of me and 2 out of the 3 customers were going to wait for their vehicles while they got serviced. So I know for a fact that those other customers got their vehicles serviced the the same day within an hour or two. But because I decided to leave my car and I believe that because it was a warranty issue the just decided to leave my car they just left my car sitting in the parking lot the entire 8 hours while they took care of other customers. Even the customer service representative had the audacity to tell me that he thought he told me that it would take a day or two to get looked at when I dropped it off in the morning. Which he never did because if I would have known that I would’ve never left it and came back for it the same day. I even tried calling multiple times during the day to check the status of it and they would just let the phone ring without answering. When I finally got someone to answer the phone they just took a message and no one ever got back to me. It was a complete waste of time. I even asked what was the point of making an appointment and he told me that making an appointment doesn’t really mean anything. The worst thing is that I still have to deal with them because I still have to bring my car in so they can fix the problem. I never thought such a large known dealership would have such a terrible service department. If you plan on buying a vehicle from any Autonation dealership, take in consideration that their service department sucks. Or maybe just the one in Pembroke Pines does.
Shakira was my service advisor. In about 24 hrs, she was able to track down my part, ship it here, & repair my Jeep. You on add courtesy & professionalism, I have to give them 5 stars.
Experience was fantastic! Danny and team took care of me and the car. Had a scary issue with the car turning off in the middle of the road when start/stop engaged. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, provide transparency about the solutions and o was on my way within 2 hours. Thanks again! Great customer service!

I had a terrible experience. I made an appointment and dropped my car off last Saturday. This was the 2nd time that I had brought it to the dealer for a starting issue and I also needed my headlight fixed. In March I had brought the car to the dealer for the starting issue and was told it was could possibly be the batteries so I spent 500.00 and had them replaced. However the problem with the car starting continued. This time they did not get to my car until Monday afternoon and then told me they could not find the problem. Also they would not change the headlight because I had previously had it replaced. I also had rented a car and thought they would find the problem and contact the extended warrant come to help with the cost. None of this happened and I wasted time and money. I will not be bringing my care back to this dealer. I give them NO stars for the service.
Severely undervalued my trade in because of an airbag deployment that happened before I bought the vehicle. My car was in great condition and only valued it at $7k when it’s valued kbb $14k lowest. They took off $7500 for the deployment, what a joke. Told the internet sales guy hgreg had offered me $16k and he said that there was something wrong, that’s impossible, and I should do my research because that’s not right. Told me to get proof of the $16k and I asked him what would proof do? Are you going to match it? Again, he just replied to do my research because there’s no way they offered me that much. I’m irritated at this point and just told him if he wasn’t going to match it then there was no point in getting the proof from them, he’s just wasting my time. I went to hgreg and got the “check” for $16k but ended up buying my dream truck there because the salesman Jake was so friendly with an amazing attitude. He was patient and helped me with everything I needed for a smooth transition from my car to a Sierra Denali ultimate. The service center deserves 0 stars for their customer service. I waited for 20 mins to even be asked why I was there yet there was no one in line. Then upon picking up my vehicle there was no one there to give me my keys. I had to ask a passerby worker. He lead me to a “key box” with several other keys in there and walked away. I could of literally drive off with someone else’s car. Horrible!
The service if horrible. You won’t be able to contact them unless you actually go into the store- no one answers the phone. they need to work on better customer servic
While its a haggle, you can get a great deal here. Just takes effort patience and time. Jose Bernard was our salesman and he was extremely patient and informative. Would definitely recommend this dealer and Jose.

These people are true scam artist. I drove up from Miami based on the guaranteed offer received for the trade in... Only to find out that the offer was fake! Vehicle was exactly as described on form filled. Also by the time I got there 1 hour later, car I was interested in sold. Terrible experience altogether!! Will not be back! Do not recommend!About the only nice person there was the Colombian lady receptionist who understood my situation and gave her apology.

If you buy a Jeep here expect to get no help from the service department. Brought my 2020 wrangler in because of a leak from the seal on a Monday. First they tried to say there was “physical damage” that caused the leak. When I asked for pictures they could not provide any, instead they started saying that the larger tires and lift are the reason for the seal break. So apparently every Wrangler that changes tires or puts a lift will have rear main seal issues. They are trying to deny warranty even thought this is clearly a warranty issue and they cannot prove that what they are saying is correct. Best of all my service agent told me to call back on Friday to check the status.. and she does not work on Fridays. My Jeep has been there for a week with no work done on it yet, they still are insisting I pay for it. Hopefully I do not have to get my attorney involved but I will have to if it comes to it.
I have been visiting this dealership for years with three different vehicles. My wife brought my vehicle in for service and the service agent initially assigned to help her, blew her off. It wasn’t even an isolated incident. My wife stood their and watched the same service agent ignore customer after customer. The manager had to step in to get him to do his job, because the line of customers was growing. This could easily be a two to one star review if not for the redeeming qualities of the service provided by the agent who stepped in. Thank you Lloyd, appreciate your professionalism. However, I will be going elsewhere in the future to have my vehicle serviced.Note: It may be industry standard or just your preference, but $150.00 to run diagnostic to determine a problem seems a little steep. Just think of how much business is lost because of that price tag.

I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKZ with 7,400 miles. I drove it a few miles and noticed a vibration and some odd drivability. I checked the tires and realized the were dry rotted, the tread was separating from the tire. I had to purchase 4 new tires in under a week and under 1,000 miles. I asked if they would help me out with this and was told ”I bought it As Is”. I wont be back if this is how you care for your customers.

A group of amateurs.Came in to get an issue fixed (window not going up)-I asked them to put up the window so it wouldn’t be left overnight with the window down. They claimed they “couldn’t”-took them two days to tell me they needed to order a piece although I was able to pick up the truck while the Part was being ordered I got it back with the window up after they said they couldn’t. ( 2 days with the windows down) outside.-when I came to pick up the car two colognes and a lanyard were missing from the truck. Claimed it was not possible it was one of their workers.-left my number for the supervisor to call me and he never did.-came back when the piece arrived and had another issue with the stereo that was also covered under warranty and it took them another two days for them to install a part that is attached to a cable (something that should have taken 5 min)-I call everyday to get an update on the car and no one ever answered-4 days later I call first thing in the morning and the lady states she spoke with the one who was handling the car and he said it was ready.-I go to return my rental and get a call saying there was a mistake but the car wouldn’t be ready till later and when I asked what the issue was he said hed call me back 5 min later.-3 hours later I call and he said he forgot to call me back but I could pick up the car at 4-4oclock and the car wasn’t ready till almost 5.This is incompetence at its finest. Almost unreal to believe they called themselves professionals.
