My truck started smoking from the tail pipe with a burning smell. Took it to the dealership Saturday early morning and was asked to leave it as they were unable to get to it so I had to rent a car. In addition they were unable to figure out whatβs causing the issue then proceeded to charge me for diagnosing no diagnosis! So not only am I out the cost of the rental car Iβm also paying to diagnose something that they canβt figure out what the hell it is!!! Absolutely useless!

Spoke to them the day before, I was trying to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Theyβre located about a good hour from where i say, I was scheduled for their earliest available time and when I got there I was told their pumps and lift are already broken. Being that they were aware of my appointment and what i needed done. As the bare minimum, it would have been nice to be notified like most companies in similar situations do. I wouldβve waited or went somewhere else, Instead i was told call back in an hour and maybe theyβll be working as if Iβm gonna make the drive again.

Great and quick service
I was at another Ford closer to Miami. They said I needed a complete package of hoses and belts and new brakes. I tried Pines Ford and they said I just need new Spark plugs and cables. They have my trust now. Their appointments are usually backed up a week so make an appointment ahead of time.
This was my first time servicing my Transit Connect and had a very good experience. The service advisor I had was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did not try to sell me other services. I got my vehicle back earlier than promised and was happy with how it was returned. No issues.
Made an appointment one week in advance to come in at 7 a.m. in the morning. I wanted to be and was first in line. I instructed the service writer one week earlier that I needed parts to repair 2 Doors. I came in at 7 a.m. and at 930am still did not have a price and time for the job to be done. I had to insist on a price and be reassured the job would be done today. A few minutes later the service writer approached me with an estimate. It had a list of every part in the door. The estimate was for $1,150 for the repair. Every other place I called for estimates for the same job was between $200 and $300 per door! I was given an estimate of over DOUBLE the normal price. If I would have signed that ESTIMATE I am afraid I would have been charged more than the $528 that I was ultimately charged for the job. I was not finished there until 11:00 a.m. . Four hours. If you wish to wait for your car at this dealer PACK a lunch! Also you better check the estimate and asked exactly how much time and labor the job will cost. Theyre supposed to go by a book that gives warranty rates for how much time something takes to fix. They will add that time up and keep you waiting there for no reason at all because they dont want to argue that the job didnt take as long as it needed to take and charge you for the full price of the job. I dont mind paying a reasonable price for a good job. Why do I have to suffer waiting because they want their time to match the book rate? If you sign an estimate for $1,150 and the job only costs $528. What recourse do you think you have if they decide to charge you $900 for the job and tell you they had to use extra parts. How would you know? I was told the highest amount which was more than double the price was because they wanted to cover all the bases and make sure that they did under quote the job. How do you know youre just not being ripped off? They do GOOD mechanical work here. Unfortunately you MUST have the price and what time the job will be done in writing before you start. BUYER BEWARE!
Worst experience with a Ford service center. I took my car their for service and they told me that thereβs a problem with my suspensions, and I told them to fix it, but when I went there I was told that it wasnβt fixed, and that I should bring it back on another day. I did that, but when I got the car it was in a worse condition, and I was told to bring it back yet again. Overall I gave them my car a total of 5 times, and after everything itβs still not fixed, since I was told that they donβt have the necessary parts, and that it will take two weeks to get them. In addition, one of the times that I gave them the car to check why the problem is still present, they straight out told me to come pick up the car, since they didnβt have time to check it that day.

Everything is efficient as far as appointments just make sure you come early. Free water, free coffee and TVs to watch as you wait for car to be service.

I took my raptor on a Monday around 4:30 they said to bring the car another day because it was too late(they close at 7)I went back on Wednesday around 2 pm and that they couldnβt take it because their mechanic leaves at 5I bought the maintenance plan for my vehicle, itβs NOT free. Never going back to that place nor that dealer. They really need to get rid of that guy Gio
