Wasted 7 hours driving there to look at a vehicle. I spoke to Carlos before traveling there and when I told him I wanted/expected the Kelly Blue Book figure for my trade-in vehicle. He assured me that shouldnt be a problem, that he knows we all have access to those figures so I took him at is word. When I arrived at the dealership I was offered thousands less by one of his employees, even though my vehicle is like new with very low mileage, never been in an accident, and not a mark on it. I made the mistake of taking Carlos at his word. I should have known - just another car salesman!

Walked in the showroom, and took about 15 minutes before anyone approached us. Seems they are low staffed. Others already waiting to be taken care of. Made apt to visit at a later date, hope to see if the service improves then...

Terrific service department. They pick up my car, leave me a loaner, update me on progress and them bring the car back to me. Peter is excellent. The follow through on service makes owning this car even more of a pleasure.

I made an appointment to get an oil change I had to wait 2 weeks for an availability. I requested a loaner when I made an appointment. Appointment day came along and much to my disappointment they didn’t have loaners available. I had to reschedule another 2 weeks to get it for a simple oil change. Poor customer service.

Purchased a used car from this dealership. The staff was very helpful in giving you all information you ask upfront. They are very transparent about pricing and have the lowest additional dealership fees in the neighborhood from what I have seen. The salesman Douglas was very polite, and put no pressure/pull any sales tactic of any kind either. The buying process was smooth and stress-free.

I use to give Pines Lincoln service rave reviews but the service department need to be completely revamped. When you make a simple oil change appointment there should be no need to have to wait 3 hours, that is why you make an appointment. They have broken my wheel lock and I was not informed. They have lost a wheel lock and I was not informed. l found this out once I actually had a flat and had to call roadside and they could not get the wheel off. And I always gave the advisor my wheel lock when I had service. As a service advisor I expect them to make sure all of the services were rendered efficiently and if there is an issue to let the customer know. Unfortunately when I needed service it was on a Saturday and Anthony Alicea was my service advisor and all he wanted to mention to me was I should get tires when I actually did not. Now I have to get new wheel locks when the dealership should be replacing them. If you continue to go to this dealership for service make sure you inspect your car completely before leaving. And put a mark on one of your tires to make sure your tires have been rotated. And I am only naming a few issues I have had within the last year.

Had a terrible experience at Pines Lincoln. Suffered a classic bait and switch. Had an agreed on price and a down payment given ($1000) on an Aviator early March. After several weeks saying car was arriving, finally April 3 they said car was available. We have written proof that we were told that same morning same car, same price. When we get to the dealership the manager Dave Britton and salesperson Marti Munnings tell us they cant honor the deal because after April 1 the programs changed. Completely unethical and immoral. Even if the programs did change, they should be bound by the agreement. It sure seemed that they did this purposefully to back out of a deal on a car they wanted to flip for more money. I would recommend you stay away from Pines Lincoln and take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE service. Leased an aviator, when we got home we noticed the panels were scratched. No big deal. While waiting for the panels to come in (2 months) we realized the car had speaker issues and the reverse cameras went blue and didn’t show image. The car was in the shop for 3 weeks before they even started doing any work on it. Finally, when the car was ready to be picked up they tried charging us for a part that was under warrantee AND NOT EVEN FIXED. we decided to take the car to a different Lincoln to complete the job, come to find out they never even fixed the speaker or camera issue. The guy we dealt with was clueless, no one is in the same page. Not the quality experience we expected from Lincoln. I don’t recommend this location at all. The Delray Beach location was much more professional and reliable!

100% unsatisfied with the service received with my Lincoln Nautilus at Pines Lincoln. They kept my vehicle for about 5 days only to say part was not available. 2 months later still no word, not even a follow up from this dealer. My Mercedes dealership could get parts from Germany in a week, Lincoln cant get a Fog light fixture from Michigan in 2 months, guess Lincoln hasnt heard of FedEx, or maybe they just dont care. Either way not a true luxury brand like Cadillac or Mercedes-Benz, Very Sad! Would NOT recommend this dealership.

I was interested in a new Lincoln so I decided to contact Pines Lincoln. Originally spoke with Marthlene who answered all my questions and set me up with Meshi in sales. Within one hour they gave me a great deal and I had a brand new 2020 Corsair. Marthlene and Meshi were both amazing and made the whole experience A+++. Would definitely recommend doing business with Pines Lincoln.

Not your typical Dealership! This dealership makes you feel completely welcome and at home. I leased my MKC a year ago and everyone I met, including the General Manager who came to thank me was very genuine and professional. I have been to service 3 times so far for my free oil changes, and they are great as well. I would recommend making an appointment for a loaner when visiting service because they are usually pretty busy.

Stopped by Pines Lincoln on May 23 while car shopping. Gail was a great sales person, but we couldnt reach an agreement on the price of our trade. So we ended up purchasing another car elsewhere later that day. I thought the dealership was clean and very upscale. Much nicer than most! Later that day we visited another Lincoln dealership and the two were as different as night and day!

I have to say that my first experience at Pines Lincoln was phenomenal! I came in to purchase a 2020 Corsair Reserve with the jaded anticipation of the back and forth typical haggling with the salesperson & sales manager, which I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE! Pines Lincoln gives you the best option on service for your Lincoln, Ford, or any other vehicle you drive. Their Appointment system is easy to navigate, and they constantly send you reminders of your upcoming appt. While your car is being service, they constantly update you on the status and throw in a car wash to boot. You can also choose the super easy pick up/drop off my car option which is great if you dont have time to wait. Hands down, one of the best car service options in South Florida!

Anthony service admin was great. Multi Check service fell short. After receiving car after some scheduled service work, when I hot home realized rear windshield wiper blade was torn and wish this would have been replaced at same time as oil change, cabin filer and air filter. Technicians need a better attention to detail.

The total experience of using my Certified Pre Owned warranty went impeccably. I called the service center and made an appointment. I brought the car in and was given a free rental through Hertz. (Use your own insurance, don’t get their insurance if you want to save $70, unlike me) They called me to keep me in the loop about the necessary repairs and that I was in capable hands. They did it to me again, they simply said they would address my issue, but NEVER returned my call! The management responded to my last complaint, saying it wouldnt happen, but they did it again. Beware of this dealer. I went here to get a black label aviator was quoted an okay price but when it came time to finance they did a typical scummy dealer tactic by saying financing wasn’t good enough and tried to Change the lease terms and price at the end of the deal. I was continuously professional but when my husband and myself came back to get my wallet which I accidentally forgot and Informed them we were not going to purchase with them the manager said “I’m so happy we didn’t sell you the car.” We ended up with Al Packer Lincoln zero down and better pricing. Terrible dealer take your business to Al Packer in West Palm you will get a better price and won’t have tired Bad sales tactics used on you.

Every encounter Ive had with Peter Galvez of Pines Lincoln service department has been pleasant. My Car was being serviced for more than a month and Peter would call me every week and give me an update on my vehicle. At one point I had to go out of town and I needed a bigger vehicle. Peter made sure to reserve a car that would be suitable for my family and called me right a way to let me know that it was available. I go there all the time for my oil change. Joel is the man. Hes really a great down-to-earth guy. The last time I had Rory who was there at 7 a.m. exactly. Usually they start out super nice but if they feel like you arent going to buy they turn and get real pushy. ONE WEEK LATER I RECEIVED LOANER THAT WAS LIGHT BLUE COMPLETELY DIRTY IN THE INTERIOR .THEN I HAD TO REQUEST FOR NEW LOANER WHICH I RECEIVED LATER THAT DAY. THE DEALERSHIP RECEIVED CAR AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS I WAS ASSURED BY ALESHIA AT LINCOLN CARE I WOULD HAVE ISSUES RESOLVED SHE HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH GENERAL MANGER.WHEN I RECEIVED CAR BACK THE MIDDLE CONSOLE WAS STILL DIRTY, MIRROR STILL SHAKING,CRACK IN LEATHER SEAT, AND CHIPPED PAINT LOOKS BAD.AFTER I THIS I CALLED ALESHIA AT LINCOLN CARE AND I TOLD HER ABOUT MY CONCERNS.
