My experience at Als transmission was very pleasant, Jeff treated me like I was part of their staff. He made me feel very comfortable. I recommend anyone that needs a transmission service in their vehicle to go to Als transmission, and ask for Jeff. They were fast, and very professional.

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the best transmission shops in South Florida, I say this after working in the area for 40 years in the automotive industry. These people were honest and fair, I was told by another shop that I needed a new transmission, these folks were honest enough to tell me I did not, explained my situation and advised me to wait until the transmission totally fails, it may never. For now it can last another 20k miles. When and if it does I am going right back to this shop.

Staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my transmission and the parts they were going to have to replace. They were able to re-build the transmission in just 2 days. Price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you are having transmission issues with your vehicle.

This was the best experience I have had dealing with my car. They were professional, analytical, and sincere. The first business I had gone to in order to fix my car was ready to charge me $4,000 for a full transmission rebuild without even checking out the issue. When I brought it to Aaction, they made sure to put time and resources into diagnosing the problem, which was a minor repair that ended up costing an eighth of the price proposed by the other business. Take your car to Aaction to get a great deal and great service.

Ralph at Aaction Transmissions in Pembroke Pines helped me out. He told me what needed to be done and went the extra mile for me. On a recommendation, I brought my 2005 Volvo to Aaction Transmissions thinking I had a serious transmission problem, expecting a bill for thousands of dollars. After a free inspection, the owners assured me that the issue was not the transmission, that it was most likely the catalytic converter or a fuel sensor of some sort. Turned out to indeed be the catalytic converter. The fix was less than $100. These guys were fair, VERY honest and helpfully friendly. Thanks fellas.

I have brought my cars (3) to this location and never have they been unwilling to help me out and work on them. My 1967 Impala got a 350 turbo installed and it runs better than new. Recently I noticed a slow leak, I took it in and the repairs were done in less time that I anticipated NO CHARGE. From the office staff to the mechanics all these guys are GREAT.

If I have nothing positive to express, I rather do not write any review. However since the minute I walked through their doors and spoke to Al, then Stephen, I knew that was the right place. I took my Ford explorer to a well know chain shop twice. First time, after a whole day, did not even check on the problem, but sold us other issues they found. The second time, the mechanic drove the Ford with me in there. He felt the problem. Ran the diagnostic device. Supposedly, the problem was transmission/engine mount. Quote was $1,100.00. Took my SUV to another trusted mechanic (mom&pop shop). They did the job for less than 50%. Very good. As soon as I left that shop the problem persisted. I trusted in the expertise of the first shop for the problem. Did not trust the price. Anyway, I ended at Fords Pines shop. After 4 days could not guarantee me the issue. They said that it might be the transmission torque converter. Anyway they were overbooked for transmission job and did not have many transmission techs. They recommended me Aaction.Stephen drove tested my SUV and immediately told me this is the converter and proceed to explained, in a very understandable manner, the process. It was a Friday. He told me that by Monday he would be giving me a detailed quotation. He did. I accepted the terms. And the next day, job done. He kept to his word. That is TRUST in aaction. Now, one week later driving my Explorer, I can guarantee he knows his business, no guessing. My SUV runs like, even, never before. But what we value more is dealing with pleasing, knowledgeable and great human beings, with the sense of service. That is the people, Stephen, that represent Aaction. I saw this shop on Pines for years, but never needed transmission repairs. Went to a different automotive shop on University near Stirling Rd. They told me I would be better off going to Aaction Transmission. So I went there and was advised by Stephen there was a few other issues I needed to address first then bring the truck back. I followed his advise addressed the other items first, brought truck back for transmission repair. Got my truck back in 3 or 4 days as promised. I had the worked done and got my Sequoia back on 2/ 17/21. The truck runs and shift excellently once again. I am glad another repair shop recommended Aaction Transmission to me.

I had this was the worst experience I had, they messed up my car. The transmission wasnt put on right so transmission oil went into my radar, my engine blew because of the horrible job they did. I just paid off my car in December 2020 and had to start a new car payment because of Action transmission. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dan and the team at AACTION removed, repaired and reinstalled my transmission for my 2007 Acura TL Type S. Through the entire process Dan kept me up to date on progress and estimated cost. He was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didnt need. AACTION also towed my car for free to their place to do repairs and then back and forth to a radiator shop to fix an associated issue. The price was fair and about half what it would have cost for a new transmission. The repair came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty so I have peace of mind. Let me start by saying I’m one who feels most auto mechanic shops are in business to get the most $$$$ they can from you while you’re there.. it didn’t feel like it here. They gave me a fair estimate for some work, and the final charge ended up being a little less! Final note, I’m a stickler for customer service, you don’t want to just give anybody your money. Now a days its hard to find a shop with honest management and mechanics, you can rest assure that theyll do whats right by you. Called in talked to a gentleman named Al explained the situation and he told me to bring it right in. Talked to the gentleman at the front desk and explained that when putting the transmission into drive, the D would flash on and off, transmission not slipping and changing geares properly. I told him that I thought it was a Transmission fluid pressure switch and he agreed and told me that this particular transmission has 3 switches . He said he would check the codes and call me back with diagnostic report by 12:00, received a call at approximately 1100 am sure enough it was 3rd clutch switch gave me a price and how long it would take, received another call at 11:30 letting me know vehicle ready for pick-up. Very professional staff polite knowledgeable and trustworthy I would definitely recommend them.

Recommend this place. My auto mechanic suggested I take my Land Rover over and they took care of me. I am going back for whatever service needs I have. Honest and reasonably priced.

Aaction Transmission PEMBROKE PINES, FL Location is THE BEST!I never write reviews, but after visiting Aaction Transmission shop I had to! I have been having problems with my car for a few weeks now, where my car would shut off when in idle. I was terrified of having to take it to a shop because so many people always try to take advantage and overcharge you. Before taking my car here my mechanic assured me I am in good hands taking my car to this shop. (My mechanic doesnt deal with transmissions and he is the only one I trust with my car so you can already see why I was stressing)First off customer service was amazing, they dont try to upsell you and sell you services that you do not need. I was so surprised at this point. Not only did they fix my car, but it was so reasonable and affordable. They were so informative and explained what was wrong in the car and even showed me. I am so thankful for the staff and NOW having a place I TRUST and will recommend to all my family and friends aswell.

I called and spoke to Stephan and Ralph they were both beyond helpful and after a long time finally got my sons truck fixed. I wish I would have found them sooner. But you live and learn.
