Bruno took great care of me. The store itself has historically provided good service that has me want to come back.Good year tires themselves are pricy, but the quality is there. I’m glad I spent the $700-900 on a set of 4, that’s continued to last and perform well

Rowan Robinson was the manager on duty and I have to say is one of the rudest and unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. I have had my car serviced at this location before and have experienced some minor issues but after speaking with the other manager who was there previously was able to get the issues resolved. I left with two new tires and no alignment after being told they were unable to get a screw loose to be able to perform the alignment although they are the ones who placed four new tires on my car a year ago and at that time did the alignment. The same screw you had to unloose to do the alignment and then put back in place is the same screw you had issues removing a year later and then was rude and refused to assist me. I will never visit this particular location ever again and have asked others I know to not do so if this is how people are treated who pays moeny for a service.

Alex Tillet provided me an incredible costumer service. This man is on top of his position there. He represents America. He represents the Goodyear Company in a high level. Hes a complete professional in all he does. He is the face of the company since the men at front are the first to deal with. Also the guys that did my four tire replacement did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this place.

Alex was GREAT! I came in because I caught a flat tire on a Sunday. So I came in the next morning. I had to come to this location because my original location didn’t have the tire I needed and I had warranty on it. When I go here Alex explained everything I needed and asked about. And the service was great and done quick! Thank you for all your help Alex!

Don’t go here. Not only did they tell me wrong information but failed to give me the disclosure which another good year location gave me because I was told I can go to any good year to do my alignments BUT THAT WAS A LIE. Never again. Don’t even bother wasting your time and ladies if you come alone they will try to spit game trying to give you a discount until your man walks in and you’re literally looking at this guy like what are you doing sir? I just want great customer service and it shows it lacked on a profesional level.

I went there because of a slow leak. This is the place to go if you need tire or auto mechanic service. Alex was courteous and caring about my problem. I asked about a complete set of tires. He told me and showed me that I didnt need that at this time. We need more honest businesses like this one, its not just about a sale. They care about you. I will definitely be back for more service. Took my Lexus to this location and was greeted by Denver. Being Sunday I was worried there wouldn’t be enough time. He walked to my car to confirm it was good for a patch then added air to prevent it from going too low to further damage the tire. He advised there were three people ahead but assured my repair would be completed. It took 30 mins less than anticipated. Denver was knowledgeable, friendly and even called once my car was ready. He’s a true asset to this company and highly recommend you to go see him for all your automotive needs.

I had a slow leak in a brand new tire and after calling several area shops had a range of estimates, from a conditional $15.00 and two hour wait “if it can be plugged,” to an unconditional $49.95, whatever the problem. So I was very surprised when I called Goodyear and the gentleman on the phone said tire repairs are free and there’d be zero wait. It sounded too good to be true and I was skeptical up until the point that I drove away with a patched tire absolutely free. The guys at Goodyear spent a half hour on my tire, removing a screw and then patching. While there I learned that their rates for oil change and other light maintenance are lower and I experienced an exceptional level of service, including communication and explanation of what was going on at every step. For a free job. Truly unbelievable. This place is a find.

Awful experience.1) When I dropped it off they told me a price for new brakes. then they gave me a call and to inform me they are charging over $100 more then initially agreed to.2) They damaged the door handle while they were working on the car. When I told them, they inspected the damage and said they cant buy the part they broke so they cant help me. In short my car is worse condition because I brought it here for brakes.Very disappointed.GO ELSE WHERE

Rowan & Denver are very helpful and attentive. I went in for a set of Nitto tires to replace the old set I had, but Rowan highly recommended the Goodyear Duratrac & their lifetime warranty and service with the set. I could not be happier. A+ service all around. Have taken several friends to get their tires there since and they have all been very happy.

About a year ago, I had a flat tire after work. My roadside assistance offered to take to Goodyear. They told me that they did not have any air and told me to go somewhere else. I had nowhere else to go so they offered to give me a brand new tire that was very expensive for me but I can able to go home safely.

I am very disappointed in Good year I wasnt going to do this review because I have had good Service through out the many times that I have been there. The staff is very nice and friendly but for some reason they cannot seem to fix my brakes properly I have taken my car back and this is no exaggeration at least 5 times my breaks continue to squeak from day one when they put them on. Each time I go back they tell me I have the most expensive breaks they have but dont know why they continue to squeak the last time I went about 3 weeks ago they sprayed the breaks and now its even worse so I figured I will take my car elsewhere because obviously someone there does not know what theyre doing Ive had breaks done many times and they never constantly squeaked like they do now. I am very disappointed in Good year at this point.

This place has the best customer service in South Florida. The guy from the reception is the best. He is very friendly. He helped me with my car, he checked my tires, my sensors and my oil for free, and gave me good advice about my car. I will be definitely coming back.

Best customer service, I made an appointment for 4 tires, got here and found out that they only had 1 of the tires in stock and everywhere around was closed and I needed the tires today. Awesome staff! Only issue i was concern was the tire guy used a powerful impact gun to torque wheel nuts. Thats a no, no... You must insist he use a torque wrench instead....

I had a slow leak. My service manager was Denver and my Tech was Bryan. Everyone here is super friendly and offers the best tire service around. Not just a smile and a tend to the work but they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process. They tended to my issues quickly. Got back to me to let me know where I was in the wait. Kept me up to date during repairs. Did not charge me a dime. They also checked all the other tires to make sure there were no slow leaks, nails etc. As a woman, when it comes to car repairs, being taken advantage of is one of the biggest fears. They didnt look for anything else to sell me or charge me. They were honest, and trusting. If a I need anything for my car, Im headed back there.

Had purchased 4 new tire, plus front end alignment, everyone that works there is very helpful and pleasant but most of all great service....

Denver was absolutely amazing helped me with a last minute flat and the service was top of the line, they were quick and efficient and they even check my oil levels and added coolant for me I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of my car. Also everyone on staff was very kind which was so refreshing considering I was running around all day looking for someone to help me on a Sunday, this Goodyear has a really great team on their hands and I hope that take care of them !

Denver was an amazing help. Honest and hard working. Brought me out to the lifts to let me know what and how they assessed my vehicle. Gave me advice on the course of action for tire replacement. It did take awhile to get my car serviced however there were lots of cars ahead of me and I felt that my car was serviced relatively quickly considering how many vehicles were being serviced when I went in. Working close by I was always curious about this shop as it would be convenient for me to drop off my car. Today I stopped in with a recently purchased 2 year old vehicle for an oil change, and alignment. I was immediately impressed with the waiting area. It was clean and comfortable looking with what looked like a new flat screen tv. I have sat in many of these shops waiting for work to be done and didnt want to even put my arms down on the armrests because they were so dirty. Not at this shop.I spoke to Denver and he was courteous and friendly. I had an online coupon which he accepted. About an hour after dropping the car off Denver called me to say that while I had asked for the tires to be rotated he did not recommend it as the front tires appeared to be new and the rear were at the end of there life. I agreed and received another call within the hour letting me know the car was done. When I picked up the vehicle there was no hard sell. Instead included with my receipt was a list of suitable tires and prices. WELL DONE!! I will be back.

I always have a great experience going to the Goodyear off of university and pembroke pines. Their knowledgeable managers and staff always do a great job. They listen to whatever issues I might be having with my car and advise me on the best course to take in properly maintaining my car and what I can hold off on and whats needed to be taken care of now before major problems occurs👍👍

Best service Ive ever had. Ladies they dont lie! They recommended absolutely no work and still checked my tires, air pressure, and were honest upfront and did this for free. With no work done. Denver and crew are the best!

I personally have had a bad experience with them bought brand new tires for $300 a piece and they vibrated and good year did nothing to repair that they did a poor job mechanically on my brakes and I got rid of my tires and intend to do my own brakes their attitude is arrogant and they do not do above-average work to say the least. Also the last manager promised me for oil changes and a new manager came in and would not do what the other manager promised me for wasting a week waiting on my car to get repaired from the dealer because they could not fix it that was the Goodyear in Hollywood on University and Pines Boulevard to be specific and I got even worse treatment on the one on 441 and Pembroke Road

I purchased four tires in july of 2018, one tire had a slow leak which required me to put air in every 4 to 5 days. I brought the tire in 4x to be repaired. The 3rd attempt Rogelio told me I had to replace the stem. I replaced the stem on Thursday and by Saturday the tire was completely flat. They then charged me FULL PRICE to replace their defective tire. NEVER BUY FROM HERE, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

After my experience at a Goodyear location I had to write a review and pacifically and singling out one particular employee of Goodyear. Denver K the sales associate at this location that I frequent is absolutely Amazing!!!!He is an absolute asset to your company and a model of great, fantastic customer service that you guys should value tote out as a trademark of Goodyear services. He should be in one of those training videos that you guys have of how to deal with customers to all the new hires during their orientation and training period. In short he did his job well & efficient and was absolutely a breath of fresh air kinda person. You guys need to promote him to area manager or any higher title along with a sizable pay increase!!!!

Denver and staff are TOP NOTCH!! Since moving to the east coast, I have not found a mechanic I trust. Based on the reviews and the overall rating, I thought I would give them a try and get an oil change and new battery. Well, Im glad I did! Thankful to Goodyears experience and honesty, they actually found a HUGE problem that was previously fixed by a well known repair shop in April that cost me over $1K; tackling that problem tomorrow. Visit this location!! They are friendly and I noticed they know all of their customers! You will be taken care of and treated like a customer. Great job gentleman! I will definitely be back!!

Waited 2.5 hours for a 5 minutes alignment check and that is with calling in advance. If you dont value your time, then this is a great place for you.

I just needed one tire patched due to a nail in the tire but was told they couldnt help me and that I would need to replace the tire.. Which I could not afford at this very moment.. I waited an hour for them to tell me this I left and went to another tire franchise where they helped me in my situation and patched my tire

I had a flat tire and needed a new one but since it was a rare tire (Goodyear Eagle F1) they had to order it. The guy who was helping me was named Hector and he was the manager there. He waived the normal shipping charge and said it could take up to 4 or 5 days. I had come in on a Tuesday and he called me on Friday to let me know it would be there either Saturday or Monday. It arrived on Monday and they installed it in 30 minutes even though it was very busy. They also made sure the tpms sensor was calibrated to the car properly and pumped up all my tires to the proper level.

Very good service here. Nice and friendly customer service and staff. Repaired flat tire for no charge. Impressed

I have come to this good year to do service three times now and have had an incredible experience every time. I have dealt with different staff each visit and they have all treated me with respect and been completely transparent about the cost of every single thing they do. I feel like I have gotten the best deal possible every time I go there because I have spoken with them about numerous options and have been able to select the one that is best for me. Inclusive, they have repaired tires for my wife at no charge commenting that they just hoped that we returned for future business. My last visit was to get two tires replaced and my car balanced and aligned, and I must say, my car drives better than after any dealership service. If feels like it did when it was brand new! Thank you for maintaining an establishment with such high standards of quality! I look forward to continuing to return for future maintenance!

Disappointed that they provide more of their parking lot to the guys washing and detailing cars than to actual Goodyear customers. I couldnt even park just to pay for my services.

Horrible customer service. Ive paid 92 dollars to fix my car alignment. And when I got out to drive home my car was still steering to the right. Than i had to come back to explain to them again. Then they said they fixed it and had someone drive it. That person said nothing wrong. Then I believe them. Than when I was driving home. I hold my car steering wheel. It still going to the right. I had to wait total 6 hours to get it fix. Wasted so much time to get my car fix. Than they told me it was my.job to tell them what happen. So basically dont come here for alignment becuase they wouldnt check any of your other wheels.

Quick service on my last visit. I drive a fleet car and had a bad tire. I asked them to replace it. It wound up to be only a nail and made a repair when they could have just made the replacement of a new tire

Came in thinking I needed new tires or brakes...honestly is key and left with only an oil change. The mechanics and office told me flat out my tires were fine and I would not need new ones for a lot more miles yet and same with my brakes. They do not sell you what you do not need and that is why I am a loyal customer and always will be.

I took my car today for a flat tire repair. Denver greeted me right away & went outside to check out the tire. He made sure to inform me how many people were ahead of me & that he would try his best to get me out of there shortly. I waited 5-10 min before Chad came out to show me what was in my tire, a screw! He patched it up right away & I was out of there within 15 min after that. The staff was beyond friendly, profesional, and efficient. I will be going back. Im really bad with names so Im hoping I got them right because they both deserve the credit.

This place is terrible. Went to get my a/c fixed and they made it worse. Now theyre telling me to go to the dealer. That store manager Hector was terrible. I didnt want to deal with him at all. He seems like he doesnt care. Never going back again.
