Great service with Steve and his team. After being lied to by other Subaru dealerships in Southern Florida, I have been driving up to Orlando to get our car’s routine service maintenance done. Since Subaru of Pembroke Pines was the only dealership who took our then leased Outback when COVID-19 peaked on 2020, I decided to give it a try this time to get our Ascent serviced in this location. Before I drove to the dealership, I took the before images of the oil dipstick and the coolant. I also wrote “Original” on the cabin air filter.After the service, the oil appeared cleaner and refilled properly, the coolant was refilled. The cabin air filter was replaced👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The only missing in this dealership is the viewing area where you see your car as it is being serviced.Keep it up!

Best car maintenance experience. They take care of you like they actually care about you. I had a small issue with my clutch and they did a full checkup/analysis on my clutch for free. Customer service is great as well.

Needed some help refilling a pan after draining the wrong plug. Getting the appointment was a little confusing as I think they work together with the Lexus dealership. Also, they didnt offer a tow service, which kind of surprised me. Otherwise service was great once Jorge got involved. He called a few times through the day to discuss the service needed. Also suggested a few options for added service but was not overly pushy to drive a sale. Will definitely consider what he mentioned and bring the car back. Thanks Jorge!

Ive been taking our car to Subaru of Pembroke Pines since we bought our Crosstrek in 2019. Joe has been our service advisor since then. He has taken a really good care of us and answered every question we had on the car. I dont say anything about issues because the car simple has no issues at all! They have a shuttle service that will take you home when you dont have any other transportation, and will pick you up when the service is done. Very good service overall.

Took my Subaru in for an oil change. I let the staff know my Husband passed away 2 months ago unexpectedly, and that I need to have my car start being serviced somewhere since he is no longer here to take care of these things. Much to my surprise, Chris, the Service Manager, and his team took very good care of my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of as well. When I called to schedule the person who answered the phone informed me there were no openings for an oil change anytime in the next week. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day. When I arrived Jorge was very helpful, and was able to get me out of there in an hour!! The dealership was very clean, and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Scheduled appointment for AC not working. Steve the service advisor was aware of my problem since I had scheduled service via their website. Compressor replaced covered under warranty. Steve advised two lug nuts need replacing they did not have them in stock. Will schedule for replacement at next scheduled service. Much better service experience than previous visit.

The service depart staff does their best to accommodate all their customers. They are always checking to make sure (if stay to wait) that your doing fine and the ask if you have any questions. The only reason I gave 3-stars this time around is because when they take the car to clean they never fully dry it off their are water spots everywhere( and it is not even raining) The attendants that are washing our cars are more attentive to the next text, or Facebook post than to finishing the job correctly.

The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek is the third car we purchased from Pembroke Pines Subaru dealership . Sales representative Tony D’Argenzio was an Outstanding representative of the sales staff at Pines Subaru who facilitated our purchase of the Crosstrek for our seventeen year old daughter. Tony D took the time to explain the purchase process of the Crosstrek that was “In Transit” to the dealership. I am a retired police officer & attended numerous accident investigation classes & was impressed with the safety features on the vehicle. I was so impressed with Tony’s knowledge & expertise of the car’s features as represented by TonyD that I drove from Homestead to the dealership to put a deposit on the car sight and unseen. When the Crosstrek arrived ahead of the delivery date Tony took a picture on the car on the delivery trailer at the dealership. The next day we drove back to the dealership to take delivery on a Sunday . Tony took the time to explain & demonstrated the features & capabilities of the Crosstrek . My wife also a retired LEO was particularly impressed with the driving demonstration test ride that Tony gave of the car’s performance & safety features. Tony D is an exemplary representative of the Pines Sales staff and when it’s time to replace our 2017 Outback now with 80,000 plus miles we will be looking for Tony D . PS . Our service advisor is phenomenal also . All service is done at Pines Subaru.

Jorge @ Pembroke Pines Subaru provided top notch service, recommended some maintenance I had not considered that ended improving the driving quality of the car, and troubleshot the phantom back door opening of the Outback which turned out to be a defect keyfob. this extra attention to detail was important especially during the upcoming rainy season. This is the reason i take my car to the dealership, since they actually provide value to improving my cars overall lifespan.

I was nicely greeted. Waited half hour to be attended and only because I asked. I was attended immediately and they apologized. They gave me an average of the time it could take to complete the work for the recall and they were pretty accurate with it. No one told me the written was completed. I went out to ask and it was ready to go. For these inconveniences, they expressed their apologies again and offered me a free service for next oil change with tire rotation. I appreciated and accepted it! Most places today do not even apologize, much less try to make it up to you. Subaru of Pembroke Pines did!

Reviewing the Service Department - I brought my car in after receiving a safety recall notice. I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to work conflicts and the receptionist was very patient and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted right away and offered the shuttle service, as they would need 2-3 hours with my vehicle. I opted to stay and wait. The room was comfortable with good wifi and coffee available. My vehicle was ready in about 2 hours. I was expecting great service and thats what I received.

Called ahead to ensure that the car was still available and was advised it was. Set a appointment that same call to see the car that day. Drove 4 hours to see the car to be told that they sold the car the day prior. No real apology and they were not sympathetic over their mess up. They had my phone number and could of called me anytime during the hours of driving that it was already sold.Drove 4 hours back and wasted a day. Poor management and would not recommend to anyone.

Came in to service with Steven (great guy by the way) get a diagnostic done knowing I had a transmission issue, they found the issue and showed me how much repairs will be. I would have agreed to have the repairs done knowing it won’t be a pretty penny to get done but they had no loaner cars available, the cars transmission still works but knowing the issue, it won’t be good forever. I’ll be back to have the repairs done when a loaner is available.

After this dealer went out of business. I had to drive further to Pembroke Pines. I have done two maintenance work at this dealer. I have no complaints! Actually, I think they go their way out to make sure that I’m satisfied with their service. As you come in to the service area you will be greeted by a young polite staff who will advise you and let you know when will the maintenance supervisor will be with you. In my last visit, Savannah was very courteous and attentive. I truly appreciate the customer service. I will be back to the next schedule service.

I purchased a used Forestor Sport back in January 2021. My shopping experience was pleasant, no pushy sales person. My sales rep (Jorge) was honest and up front of what I should expect when negotiations started. While they did try and push the typical bs car dealer fees, I managed to negotiate and replace those fees with tangible benefits like the famous Subaru 100,000 mile warranty, and 1 year of free service. In the end, I got the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with, and a monthly payment that was well within my budget. I recommend you go into the process as educated as possible about the car you want and make sure to have leverage in the form of the same car from other dealerships. When they saw I had multiple options that could give me a better deal, the negotiations went smoothly.

Great customer service. Brought car because of a couple of recalls. It took sometime because one of them was more tedious. They warned me before hand. Happy to have my car back on the same day!
