I just want to take this opportunity to thank my Service Advisor at PinesLincoln, Mr. Anthony Alecea, who always provides prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance. No one takes better care of our cars! Because of him, our cars are always well-maintained and up-to-date. When there are problems mechanically, they are always properly diagnosed and then expertly repaired. Even during the pandemic, we have not hesitated to take our cars into his shop since they scrupulously follow all cleaning and hygiene protocols. Anthony and the team at Pines Lincoln always make car maintenance and repairs positive experiences and we are greatly appreciative.
Ericka Urbina was wonderful. I have never bought a pickup. She ensured that I bought the right model for my needs. Her coworker walked me through every function in the car during my initial visit and then they spent about 90 minutes going through every feature after the sale. I went to the Dealership to inquire and test drive the new Ford Bronco and Jorge Villanueva exceeded my expectations as a Sales Consultant. His knowledge about the new line of vehicle was above standard but is customer service was impeccable! Test drove the vehicle after 6pm, under the rain, and made me feel welcomed all the way throughout the experience. Highly recommend anyone that visits this dealership to work with him. Went in because my radio was locked in valet mode. The fellow at the service desk called someone in you gave him the code and presto the radio worked again. After going to several Ford dealership they know what theyre doing.
Let me start off by saying I am local business owner that values clients and relationships. It is my firm belief that Pines Ford ownership and Management Team does not care about everyday customers or ongoing reputation. I have had a multitude of issues dealing with both the service department to more importantly the collision center. Recently I had a repair done to the drivers side of my Ford Raptor after I was side swiped. My truck has since been back several times to try and rectify the ongoing issues of color match, texture inconsistencies, and finish. Recently a meeting was held at the Collision Center with the shop manager John Cooper and the paint distributor to review the egregious orange peel and micro scratches in my finish. The meeting resulted in the paint distributor agreeing to texture inconsistencies and swirl marks. I was insulted by John Cooper and was told I created the marks and Orange Peel. I have since contacted Thomas King the Manager of the dealership, and Malo Automotive Ownership who actually owns the establishment. Thomas tried to offer me $300 to take my car to detailed but would not honor the warranty given through the Collision Center. I have since sought out to voice my displeasure on every website page, Better Business Bureau, and social media platform to educate potential clientele. Attached you will see a picture of the current state of my truck.
I have never had such a bad service in my life, my car was fixed for more than a month and I had to look for information, only after that I started to receive information that my car was not ready yet. After a lot of insistence I went to get my car and only received the report repair 2 days after the delivery of my car. Because the mechanic didnt input the data into the computer (or didnt know). Pines Lincoln was a bad experience.
Worst dealership service experience ever. Made appointment for 9am for F250 oil change and fuel filters. Arrived on time check in and advise them I will be waiting on my vehicle. After waiting 2 hours I ask to check on my truck and at this time, I am told they only have one lift to work on my truck and have not even started yet. The lift needed had a Ford Fiesta coming off for a customer that arrived after me with the same service advisor. Service manager not available, called him. Why accept appointments for a vehicle you cannot service, I was not a walk-in. I will spend my time and money somewhere else, clearly Pines Ford does not care about it.Pines Ford, responded and asked to be contacted. I called Maria at the number provided about an hour later and explained the problems. I was told someone would be in touch to help resolve the matter. Did not ask for free service but suggested they could pick up my truck, service it (bill me) and return truck to my office. I am about 5 miles away. Obviously all the responses from them are eye wash and no action takes place. Still no call back 6/15.
I was looking at the F150 . This place has some to choose from. They are truly a great truck.I had a nice experience my sales person was Adam Erdmann. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. He answered my questions well.This is a nice welcoming dealership. The staff is pleasant and professional.

I’ve been going there since 2009, something has changed. Repairs are completed 3-6 days and then Two days later back for the same issue. Repaired but more time and cost to me. That was two months ago, but this month the same situation. Took in for a different repair, 6 days later “fixed” not even a day later the issue is still occurring. After a week I calmed down and went back I was told at least 3-4 days to check it out, so I said “You are basically telling me to take it to another garage?” He said yes, so I left(this was not my regular service agent I deal with, but that was lousy) After 12 years my loyalty is gone. I have never complained about the delays or cost to my service provider but it’s obvious that the dealership no longer values its reputation or me.

This is my first Lincoln. I have leased many other Lucy brands in the past. My most recent experience with the service team is 10+ stars. I received a telephone call the day before to confirm. The day of appt. the driver called ahead 30 minutes in advance. The driver was courteous and professional. My car came back to me after service 4 hours later. I never left my house. I truly appreciate the door to door service. The service advisor Anthony is tops! I am definitely staying with Lincoln and this dealership.

Considering that Jorge and Pines Ford was able to get me my 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks faster than most dealerships across the country, I cant say enough about the impeccable service I received. Not only did they take my calls at any and all times, they tried to answer my questions as they came up since the day I set foot into that dealerhip. Jorge Villenueva is an ALL-STAR. We called to gather information on performing an inspection, were advised to come, only to drive for 40 minutes and be told on arrival that such inspections are NOT performed at that location, but rather scheduled on the phone and done at my address. We also inquired about new leases and the manager would not even get up from his chair, much less invite us to take a seat. If this is how loyal customers are treated.....imagine newcomers. Horrendous customer service across the board!

I had an airbag recall. Mark was my service writer he was professional and set up Lyft ride service from the dealership to my home and back. I am very pleased with the service they also washed and vacuumed my car.
The Worst customer service and the staff are a bunch of liars with nasty attitude towards the customer . Got ripped off for a brake job on my 2020 Ford transit and I still continue to have the grinding noise. There answer was oh you need rear brakes and originally that’s what I took the van in for. They try to offer a discount on their mistake. Be aware !!!!!
Brand new car with problems that have not been solved. Hard to get hold of service. Rear view camera still shows blue screen at times. Apple air play is glitchy and now aotohold break error came up. Tried 2x to call service yesterday still no response over 24 hr period. Scheduled concierge pick up for next week, we’ll see what happens. I was so set to go American instead of foreign but now starting to regret that decision
I bought my Ford Ranger there on 4/23/21 after several visits there.Adam was my salesman and he was excellent. Adam did not pressure me and he was very attentive to my needs and wants. I wound up selling my car to Car Max first before buying my truck at Pines Ford and Adam even came and picked me up from Car Max and drove me back so we could complete my deal. I am extremely disappointed in Pines Lincoln. I bought a black label car at a high price. Brought it in for a simple tire patch job. 3 hours later. Still not fixed.The car buying process was a delight. I’m sad to say the service did not hold up. If you sell a car with premium features (black label..) you have to be able to come through.

I purchased a used SUV from Eddie D. and Pablo at Pines Ford today and had one of the best car buying experiences ever. And I have purchased several vehicles over the last 30+ years. It was low pressure. Eddie was very attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. The pricing was very fair from the beginning (no high-low game). Everything was smooth and transparent and I didn’t spend half a day at the dealership. I never write reviews but I’m happy to write this one! Eddie and Pablo are great! I would recommend anyone come see them for their next car or truck. I know I’ll be back as long as Eddie and Pablo are there.
My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Pines Lincoln. We walked in the showroom and were greeted immediately by a host. They called a salesman who showed up within 2 minutes. The salesman Pedro was very attentive to our wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable about the specs for all of the vehicles in the showroom. We closed the deal in record breaking time. I highly recommend this dealership. I absolutely love my SUV.

Took my 2016 F150 in for service issues. After almost a day to examine I was given a total repair cost of a little under $400 which I was ok to pay. I contacted Ford Motor Company about defective parts and they agreed to assist with the cost. After being contacted by FMC this dealer changed the bill to $2900 and I now was responsible for almost $1100 in parts that, based on my research, Fords own service manual and other Ford Dealer technicians, didnt even need replacing. I questioned the work that needed to be done and I was told by a disrespectful Service advisor that since I know so much, why didnt I fix it myself. Almost 2 weeks of this and my truck sat on the lot not being worked on. Kept getting excuses and delays. Asked for a loaner and was told I dont qualify for one.Reached out to service manager and he was on the same page, behaving as if they were all doing me a favor. I literally had to go there and demand my truck which was NOT touched since I brought it in. Truck not fixed, inflated bill and frustration. Every time I go there for service its a big charge and nothing gets fixed.

I would rate with no stars, if I could, I brought the truck for transmission problems, after 10 days doing nothing, I called the advisor Chris Beck and he told me we just detect the problem with transmission which I knowing before I brought the truck, after he told me we are not going to fix it, you are welcome pick up the truck. What a “nice” job.

I think that what Pines Ford car dealership do is false advertisement. They post a car really cheap to attract customers, they get possible customers info and credit application to later tell them that you dont have the car any longer and to look at other options. I went from a $41K car to a $57K, why would that be an option?I will make sure to report these events in South Florida at BBB.

They make promises IN WRITING and do not abide to them. I’ve literally had to drive 2 hours back and forth TWICE and problem still isn’t solved. Customer service is horrendous. Was promised they would take my car to Mercedes both times to get serviced as promised in writing and they take my car to some random mechanic BOTH TIMES and lie straight to my face. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Highly recommend going to a different dealership and to NOT buy a car from here.

My Service advisor Mr Abraham was very nice and on top of my needs, but the diagnostic delivered by the mechanics was absurd and extremely expensive ($2,400), so I only paid $90 for the inspection that took 3 days. Went to another Ford dealer and they didnt charge me anything.
Omg! I NEVER leave reviews, but this is WELL deserved. I saw a Mustang online that I was interested in, so I called this morning to verify that the Mustang was still available. I spoke with Roberto and within 1 minute (no exaggeration) he was able to verify the car was available and even went as far as to go grab the keys. I came by about 30 min later to check it out and was immediately greeted by Andrew, who was my saleman. I tend to get anxious and overwhelmed when I go to dealerships because Im always wary of that shark whos prepared to say and do whatever to get a deal. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional yet laid-back and welcoming Andrew was. Not only was he hilarious, but he was HONEST...which is nearly impossible to find at a dealership. The car was already outside waiting for me and after the test drive, I was in love! Still, I was dreading the numbers crunch because Id learned from previous experiences that this is the worst part of the car buying experience. Not at Pines Ford! Andrew ran numbers for me and even went so far as to run prospective numbers based on a credit union I considered using. I also met with Gus, who went above and beyond to get me the exact car payment I wanted. He was knowledgeable and again, HONEST. In fact, they did such a fantastic job that I chose to finance through them instead! I then met with Chris, who also went out of his way to ensure I was able to leave Pines completely satisfied. And I did! I would HIGHLY recommend Pines Ford for your next vehicle. These gentlemen not only know what they are doing, but they are professional, personable, and trustworthy. Bad service, I went tracer the battery for a new one as suggested by the service advisor, and after 3 days my car stopped running literally died. I called and came to tow the car because there is no way that could happen out of nowhere something was touched, because I never had a problem with the car battery. ok, it’s been a week and they still don’t know the real reason for the problem they must have done, total neglect of the management and staff, ironically treating the case, let’s see how many more days they’ll be with the car to solve their mistake . and not even to borrow another car, even more neglect, take care of people with that.
I have nothing bad to say about pines Lincoln. In my book they are the best I am going on my 3rd lease with them and I am extremely pleased with the service department. They take care of all your needs and you have no worries at all. I highly recommend this dealership and service department as the best i have ever had in owning a car. On March 15, 2021 I stopped in to look at vehicles and used car consultant, George Cabral, showed me a 2014 F-150 that recently arrived. I did not have my trade vehicle with me and I was asked to bring it in, so they could give an accurate estimate. I was told since the truck was still in service if I could not get by that evening to bring it by the following day. I did go home and later pick up my trade and bring my wife and daughter to see the truck. When I arrived George was in the process of selling it to someone else. No phone call or nothing to see when I was coming back. Then the Sales Manager ( name unknown ) just blew me off like he didn’t care about losing my sale, whether it was the truck I initially came to buy or something in the future. He told me to go to CarMax. I get cut throat sales, first come first serve; but what about being tactful with people and earning their future business? Their sales consultant George was very personable; but the Sales Manager was very lacking in people skills. I guess it’s ok to walk customers at this dealership.
This place pulls the bait and switch. They gave me an online price of the truck I wanted that Aliyah provided to me. When I came into the dealership and sat down with Guillermo the salesman, the price for the lease was 100.00 more per month that the internet sales person(Aliyah)had provided to me. When I told Guillermo that the price was much different he said it was a mistake and let me just walk away. I have the proof of the thread on my phone that is included below.

After pick-up my New 2020 Aviator Lincoln from Pines Lincoln Florida in November 2020, Im waiting already 4 months !!!!!!! to install new chromed door strip, which was missing from day one! !!!.The dealer, who I purchased car from, promised to install missing strip in two weeks.I called in first two month several time. But this was only processes.To this day nothing happened.Worst service I ever had from this dealership.Chris K.

The worst service ever. When I talk with LIRON she told me she has definitely what I need in the salon, we made an appointment I came and she wasn’t there, CHRIS started to work with me and found they totally don’t have what I need. Waste of time. CHRIS try’s to give a good service and found something for me to order, took all my information and never called me back but my credit score went a bit down after they checking. Another dealership did a good offer and I’m waiting for my car. Don’t waste your time with them, I think any another one will be better

Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service at Pines Ford. My car is still having Power/Train problems after I waited 4 weeks for them to attend me (1 week for and appointment) (3 weeks and a day for it to be serviced). I’ve called several times to ask for additional help but I just get the run around. When I went to pick up my car the front Cashiers at in Service, were very unpleasant.And lastly they returned my car dirty and full of bird poop. That was not the way I turned in my car to them.They’ve done the bare minimum to help.Very Unpleased with the customer service.
Excellent experience from start to finish.Made a reservation for service through the app, someone contacted me and confirmed. I was kept updated on the drivers arrival and throughout the service time. Both the driver and the service manager provided exceptional service. Highly recommend Pines Lincoln
