I schedule an appointment to have an oil change as well as a maintenance check because we are going on a long trip and I wanted to make sure everything was running good. They checked everything they came out and told me that I did not need an oil change because the oil was clean and clear and everything was in great condition they did rotate my tires. Once done they said I did not owe anything this time, but recommended that I come back after our long trip and have a oil change then. We have gone there before and I will continue to go there because they are very honest with customers and do not overcharge, do a great job and are always accommodating.

Excellent service! Fit me in an hour before closing to fix my tire after I got a flat on a holiday. Very honest and did not try to overcharge or oversell. Will return!

Bought 4 new tires almost a year ago and recently had 1 that would not hold air. They fixed it and I was out of there in no time. The warranty on my tires took care of the cost as well.

Needed to have the oil changed on a vehicle. Stopped by for the first time around 10am and had only one other customer. Spoke to the other customer a bit while the manager was attending to something in the service bay. The customer was a repeater, which is always a good thing.When it was my turn, I explained what a I needed. He asked the pertinent questions and said car should be ready in about an hour. He called about an hour later saying the car was ready. Stopped back by and he said everything looked good and got me out quickly- no hard up sell that some customers experience at other oil change places. They even rotated the tires! Shop was clean. Employees did their job. Front desk was professional. I will return in three months and submit another review.

Stopped in because of a low tire warning right at their new closing time (unbeknownst to me) and was quickly acknowledged and after telling him what I was there for, he notified me of the expected price (of which I agreed to). The attendant was very pleasant and in the middle of our casual conversation mentioned the new hours due to the stay in place order. I was surprised and thanked him for not turning us away. All in all, they took care of me like I was family and sent me on my way. I started going to them a few years ago at another location for the same reasons (friendly and no nonsense) but the Pearland location is our new go to spot. So impressed with how well we were treated here. Well recommend Pep Boys to everyone we know. Thanks again for helping us out.

Was tired of the various Ford dealerships around town. So asked for a couple of referrals and found this place highly recommended. Got my first oil change yesterday, half the price of the dealership, they also found that the dealership had broken my oil cap on the inside and never failed to mention it to me. So they have ordered one and it will be in Monday. They are also researching why the tires constantly rub when you turn the tires to the inside against the material inside the wheel well. Lets see how things go this was my first visit and so far so good. I will update the review if the rating falls for any reason.

Staff was friendly, but unorganized. Service took under 45 minutes to install a tire. The tire sensors were not programmed. Overall, the experience was mediocre. I would recommend to call ahead first before heading over to the storefront.

I had a misfortune of doing business at this place. I took my car for an pre purchase inspection to this place. The person on counter - Randy looks totally disinterested in his job. He took the car for inspection and told that the car was perfectly fine . He checked out everything good on the car . I was happy and bought the car. Turning on these guys inspection turned out to be biggest mistake as the car had lots of issues -close to zero brakes, missing coolants etc which were marked as perfect by these guys. Even visual check of glass crack were missed by Randy and marked as perfect. I would suggest customers to be aware of this location and never trust them and take their vehicle somewhere else. They don t even seem to do basic stuff right.

They provided me with two batteries for my diesel truck. They were very helpful over the phone to ensure I got the right batteries. They held them until I arrived onsite, loaded them in my car and offloaded my old batteries into their shop. They also said they could clear my check engine light if I brought it back to them. Great customer service!

Saved my day! Got a nail in my tire and was going flat. Not good on a Sunday afternoon. Thank God these guys were open and able to help me out. Thanks for being so nice and so professional.

I visited this location about two weeks ago. I got 4 news tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I was very pleased with the work done to my vehicle and by the way that I was greeted. They made me aware of all the offers they had, and even helped me find some of their online coupons. I did not go over my budget. I will definitely visit again.

Took my car there because it had an oil leak. Also theyre a DriveTime network facility. The service was great, quick assistance and was told to take the car back to where I got my oil change done. I did and the place fixed it. No complaints.

Ive been driving Lyft in Houston for year now and I hope live keeps this contract because this by far is the best pep boys to maintain your car as a Lyft driver or Uber driver they get you in and out. They do the paperwork correctly so your car is not compromised in repoed with the last people that used to do Lyft cats. I can say this I drive from Rosenberg all the way to Pearland that should speak volumes that this is the best pep boys to come and get your car maintenance on if you have a tire whatever it is theyll get you in and out.

I live closer to 3 other Pep Boys locations but I prefer to visit this one because of their service and not as crowded as the ones in the city. I’ve only ever bought tires from them and have always gotten the alignment and warranty package. I’ve had to revisit a couple times for small normal tire issues but I’ve never had any questions or problems when bringing my car in. They quickly asking about the problem I have, inspect it, fix it, and I’m out the door and back on the road.

If you receive bad business call their Consumer Relation thru Pep Boys. They really handle the business. I would give this part of Pep Boys 5 stars.

Beware consumers! My 2009 Nissan Frontier took it to this location for oil change and tire rotation only! Had spoke to Travis the manager day before I took my car in for service or prices and see if service was available. He said no problems and doing your service, once truck was in for service, they tried to sell me more than what I had asked him to do. And in the end I only got the oil change done, they could not rotate the tires due to being 4 to 5 years old despite that they are in excellent condition and plenty of tread left and no premature wear on Tire, they go off a code on the tire and if epic seeds the years Pepboys allows and they wont touch your tires, so unhappy with trying to find a good shop for my vehicles anyways do not use this location!

I came in for an oil change and a tire replacement that I thought was under warranty. Unfortunately the tire was not covered but Brian helped me find the right deal for me. Recently brought my vehicle in for a belt replacement, it was starting to squeal pretty bad. Pep Boys crew replaced it and the noise ended up being way worse then next day. I took it back in and asked if they could check their belt job and they told me the belt was fine and that I would need to replace the AC compressor, gave me a pretty large quote. My Father in law looked at it and found the belt was put back incorrectly and was extremely loose. Very easy fix that a mechanic should have known/seen right off the bat. Not sure if they were not paying attention or were blatantly lying so I would spend another thousand to replace AC, either way, I wont be going back to this business.

This was my first time going to Pep Boys in Pearland and I had an appointment for 11 for an alignment I happen to get there like 10 minutes late and the gentleman named Caesar had no issue with me being a little bit late they took the car back immediately to start on the alignment and within no time I was out of there these guys are professionals I highly recommend this place and the prices are reasonable but most of all professional hospitality and thats what I look for thank you Caesar

I went in to have my front brakes and rotors replaced. They cracked my hubcap and put my lug nuts on incorrectly . Im lucky my tires did not come off when I was driving. Also, my wheel bearings went out on one side and they wanted almost $900 to fix. I took the car to a local mechanic who charged me $325 to fix. The staff is very friendly but the price is too high and they make too many mistakes.

The service sucks. The so called techs were doing nothing but standing around for 3 hrs. I ended up using their parking lot to do my own repairs because they wasnt doing their job. I highly recommend going somewhere else to have repairs done. I will never go to this pepboys again. Oh another thing they tried to steal my reward points.

I was very dispointed to this place, I would NOT recommend this store and I will NEVER come back. Here is what I experienced:1. I called the store first to check the price and Mileage warranty and I was told this tire has 65,000 mile at $167.99. But when I went to the store, I found out the same tire I asked about only has 45,000 mile warranty.2. After evaluating several options, I made my decision to replace all 4 tires at this location and that was my biggest mistake.3. I was told It should only take about one hour 20 minutes but it actually took almost 3 hours.4. After a long wait finally I got my car back and I just want to check the new tires and I noticed all my four wheel rims got deep scratches.5. When I went back to the store and talked with the service manager, and I was told they don’t know if those scratches was already there before their shop. I washed my car every week and I will definitely notice if there are some scratches, and the service manager just did not do anything about it. What kind of way to treat customer!I would NOT recommend this location and I will NEVER come back to the store!!!Update from the yesterday:Today I checked my tires pressure, they are 37, 34, 47, 32 and they also didnt reset my tire TPMS, so right now all my 4 tires pressure displayed in my car are messed around. What kind of the car repair tech they have! Totally not fully trained and not professional at all!Before you go to this location, please consider your car safety, who knows what might happen after they touch your car.Funny thing was after I post my review yesterday, the PEPBOYS response team immediately post a statement and asked I to contact their customer service. But when I called the number and stated I want to file a complaint, the customer service people told they have some computer issues and will call me back in a few minutes. Didnt put enough oil in my truck. I asked for synthetic oil change, charged me 30 bucks ... pretty sure they used conventional oil if it was that cheap... only went here because they accept impac and Voyager cards. Will not be returning.

Get a oil change and sit in a holding cell. No electricity, or contact with the outside world until the job is complete.
