I found this place very affordable, knowledgeable and friendly. One of my pet peeves getting my oil changed and waiting! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I have been using this location for over a year-and-a-half and never had one issue.

Trick and scummy individuals on the off chance that they could be called that, extremely impolite representatives/blockheads. Scalawags who think when they trick you and make you stand by hours they can spit in your face thereafter. Assuming you need anything distantly fixed with your vehicle, it would be more useful to pee in your fuel tank than to visit these subhumans.

Will never go back, will never trust them. I am not even sure right now if they did oil and filter and other things I paid for. On my way to another shop to make sure!I asked your NEW YOUNG MAN TWICE, DID YOU ADD THE COOLANT AND HE LIED TWICE, YOU STILL DIDNT STICK THE STICKER!. I am not sure how you are keeping up with your business!

Please dont ever go to this specific Kwik Kar and Lube, this one is just here to ruin your car and take the cash that you carry. The owners play dumb or out right insult you and belittle you in front of their customers, who tend to feel uncomfortable due to poor work environment that is preformed at this establishment.

I wouldnt take my worst enemy here, its disgusting how hateful they are towards their customers. Your money is robbed from you as soon as you enter the doors.

Im baffled that this business is still alive and hasnt been shut down due to fraud and scam artistry.

The experience I had was awesome. I met the owner, and she was very nice and very friendly. The shop was very clean and the mechanic was fast and very professional. I would recommend them to everyone. Had a great experience. Travis arch.

These two scenarios have the same results and gains. If I were to bring my vehicle here for service, it will basically get a 2 hour paid parking because they leave the car in and pretend that they work whilst you wait 2 hours pretending progress is being made. Or you can ram your vehicle into a brick wall and have the same amount of progress made. Id rather put my fist in my mouth and slam face forward into concrete than to ever come to this establishment.

Friendly and took care of my car quickly. They had the correct oil that I normally use and the price was good.

How unprofessional for a manager/ employee to be on these reviews accusing people of lying about their experiences here. Ive had a bad experience here myself and my neighbor mentioned them on Saturday so I wanted to look on the reviews and of course a mixture of both good and bad. Some employees actually do their own reviews or have others they know to do them for the business

Received great services...all we needed was an inspection but will definitely return when we need other services..

Went in today for an inspection. The tech doing the inspection was wonder, nice and a joy to deal with. The owner or the manager on the other hand, made me feel like he wanted me out of there as soon as I walked in the door. Did not say anything but sign here, and looked at me funny when I asked him did everything pass. Overall a good technician, bad customer service on the inside person.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Came in on 11/7/20 to get oil change $44.43 and 6 minutes later and now today 11/30/20 found out they did not change the oil filter. The oil filter was so old that it was falling a part! Which means they havent been changing the filter EVER! Only found this out because car was smoking and under further investigation with a mechanic saw the filter was in pieces. The mechanic also stated that the oil looked very old to have just been changed.

Was on hold for ten minutes and could clearly hear full on conversation and laughter in background then got hung up on

WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! I came for an oil change and the technicians pressured me into getting my brakes changed. A 10 minute errand turned into an hour.

This store does not even deserve 1 star. I provided my oil and filter and I always spot check during the change. The manager of the store changed my oil and not only did he use his own oil which is regular oil and I only use full synthetic he had to dump 12 quarts out then used all 18 quarts I provided instead of the 15 the truck can hold and had to dump 3 quarts of that back out. Now I have to go find a car wash and gently wash under my hood to get all the oil off everything. I will never go back to this store!

Excellent customer service with low pressure up selling. Service was also done very quickly. It appears management/ownership has changed. Ive been going here for 10+ years and have always been happy. Now, it seems even better.

I have previously always taken my wifes car to the Kia dealership for oil changes. I decided that I would just take it to Kwik Kar this time just for convenience. A month or so later I noticed a couple of oil drops on my driveway. I determent that the oil was coming from the drain plug that was improperly installed. I purchased a new drain plug and while changing it out I noticed that the car still had the manufactures oil filter installed. The Kwik Kar technician didnt change the filter. I called and spoke with the Manager, he apologized and offered half off my next oil change. At this point Im not sure they even did the oil change at all and all I want is to get a refund on the oil change and he stated he could not do that. I asked to speak with the owner who was not there and has still not called me back. Do Not take your vehicle to this place. I would give less then one star if I could.

I have taken my car here for the past two years and I have never had a problem. In addition to getting my car wash, I got my car inspected and oil changes. The folks were always professional and they have assisted me with minor car issues with no problems.

Weve been taking our vehicles since this business was opened. Weve seen owners come owners gone, but this new outfit has really gone out of their way to loose business.The new manager Juan tells my wife that I told, said new owner not to top off steering fluid!! I didnt even know there was a new owner. Wife went back and was told next time well top it off by new manager Juan. Weve been faithful to this business since it opened up. #nomorekwikkar

Took Advantage Of My Little Sister Upselling Her A Brake Fluid Flush That She Didnt Need. NoOne Appreciates A Thief And Liar.

Complete rip off, they made me drive my own car in their garage and nearly wrecked it. They didnt have a pro mechanic do it and thats lazy. Not only that but I went there for a simple light bulb replacement on my drivers side headlight, and nearly charged me 100$ for a stock low beam bulb for a 2005 Honda Accord 2DR LxNever going here again, Goodyear is better; they charged me 21.50$ for the bulb which is a lot cheaper

My car started leaking oil after getting an oil change here. When I took it back they told me we just didnt clean up good enough so they cleaned it but it kept leaking. I fixed it myself by replacing the seal on the oil filter cap that they should have replaced when changing the oil filter as the new filters come with a new seal. Ill never take my car there again. Plus the customer service was pretty bad.

F*** that place. Went to get an inspection on my truck. This fool was smoking while inspecting my truck and got ashes all 8nside my truck. Told him to clean it out and he used an oily rag to wipe it out. After I told him that oily rag wasnt doing anything he decided to vacuum it out and half-a**ed did that. Like I said. F*** that place.

Went in for Oil change and asked them to check air in tires. When I got home, the pressure monitor on tires indicated low pressure. I went back and they assured me the pressure was at 35 psi. Went to auto parts store and bought pressure gauge and pressure read exactly what the monitor indicated. The attendant at kwik car said I would have to drive the car for the pressure sensors to reset. Complete BS. Do not use this place as not only or they incompetent, they have no problem lying to the customer. Now I wonder if they really changed the oil. Worse oil change place in Pearland in my opinion!Gave one star because there is not option for 0.

Mechanic Mr John is very helpful and honest

Totally unprofessional. Called to inquire about prices and they hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and they replied its whatever cuz and hung up again. Would not recommend them to anyone. Dont even go near this place BEWARE!!

Lady s please beware of this place. I am mother of 2 go in to have get just an oil change. Im there maybe 10 mis and they come in and tell me I need a new air filter,engine flush, and a drive tarn belt. I was thinking to myself really I have had no problems with my car and since I just moved to the area I was a little worried since I drive my daughter over 35 mins one way to cheer every day that maybe I need to get it fixed. Then my grandfathers voice came in my mind get someone else to check it out for me. So I went back to the Kiwk Kar in La Porte that I have always used and now always will !!! They looked at the print out that they gave me tell me what all needed to be replace and guess what they were full of it !!!!! I did not need one thing replace and they guys in La Porte said that if i would have gone all that done it would have been easily over $200 if not more. The only reason I put one star is cause it was the only way to get this out there. PLEASE PLEASE do go to this place and have anything done on your car.!!! unless you want to get robe.

Two weeks ago (late October, 2018) the technician put conventional oil rather than full synthetic oil in my vehicle. I caught the issue and they drained the conventional oil back into a retail-branded jug instead of into waste oil. Now, I’m not certain what kind of oil I received.

Went for an inspection guy ends up changing air filter for 40 some bucks then my blower goes bad ..took it back all they did is blow air to blower ... had to take it to a professional to get it fixed ... never again
