I been here quite a few times to get my car serviced. All fast, reliable, and responsible priced. Even some of my family member started coming here as well.

I had a horrible experience here. The shop manager threatened me because I asked him who dropped the ball of not finding my car part in a reasonable time. It took them 4 hours to find a part that I got on google and found in 10 minutes. They said the part cost $275 when in reality it cost only $100. They are scammers and when I came to pick up my car they left my windows down and water got inside and they claimed it’s not their problem when my car has been in their hands

Had brakes work done on my car. Was in and out of there in 30 min! Very friendly and knowledgeable employees and really good with pricing as well! Will definitely be getting my cars worked on here in the future

This is truly one of Pearlands finest car centers. Excellent service, very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable, offers discounts for active duty and retired/separated military (free oil change for vets on 11 Nov), fast service even when under heavy workload. If you need brakes, an oil change, repairs, A/C services, or exhaust, this is the best spot in town.

Customer service was excellent. I felt welcomed from the beginning, everyone greeted me with friendly hellos. When I was waiting for the inspection, they came and explain what else I needed to be done, and it was explained really well.

No frills auto shop that executes quality and timely work. Nice guys to work with. DONT expect a nice waiting/lobby area. It is small and cramped with lots of dust and spiderwebs. But, my car is running great and that is what matters the most. Highly recommend.

Colton and his team did fast, efficient work, despite being extremely busy! I was told it should take an hour to service my vehicle, and after about 1h 10m, I received the call that it was ready to pick up. The pricing was much cheaper than I anticipated, and the crew was extremely friendly! Will definitely come back here if I need any other maintenance on my vehicle.

I was heading out on a trip and needed a last minute oil change, pulled in and was greeted right away, they changed my oil and even checked my tires and I was in and out and on the road in no time. Colton and his colleague were both great and I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle maintenance.

I went to get an oil change the next day my check engine light came on and my car started making a loud screaming noise.

Colton was very helpful throughout the whole job. I came in for an alignment & for my AC to be checked ( two different vehicles) Colton right away told me I did not need an alignment, that it was more than likely due to one of my tires that had a bulge in it. His honesty right away assured me that I was at the right place. The AC in my other vehicle needed a condenser, it was replaced with a new one. Filled up with Freon, found another leak after I paid the ticket but did not charge me for the new part that it needed. Very nice of them. I recommend this shop highly for being so honest.

I received great customer service experience from the time I drove in. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what type of oil my car required and why. Very friendly staff as well. Will be coming back to save. Just heads up, expect to see more of a mechanic type of setting, not sparkling clean. Job got done as expected.

Would highly recommend this place, went in for just a oil change, made an appointment went in on my appointment date, was told that I would have to wait even tho I had an appointment. They had cars up on the racks that were taking longer so I rescheduled for the next day in the morning, was in and out with no problems. The guys were really polite and helpful. Will go back

They were great!! Talked to me about the issue and discussed different options of securing the muffler. We ended up modifying it a bit to have the bolt on a sturdier part of the car so it won’t come off again.

Went in to have my AC checked out because it was not working properly. Was told that I would have to replace the AC compressor it would cost $1100. Luckily I have a mechanic that charges me a fair price!! After buying the AC compressor and a condenser online,I will spend less that half for the parts and labor from what Meineke quoted me!! I would not recommend this place unless you need something simple like an oil change! If it’s something other than that go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced!!

I took my 08 Cadillac for an oil change 3/2020 my change oil light came on a month late when I checked it was 2qts down I dont believe he put the 6qts that my car take because I had a Groupon voucher that he(Colton) said they didnt accept and NO I didnt go back to see if he would correct the problem because I didnt trust that he wouldnt cause my car to have other problems

They were very flexible with me and work schedule I had them installed a Super 40 Flowmaster on my truck sounds amazing and the welds looked great! Ask for Mike he even honored the price quote giving to me over the phone though the labor should have been more. I can appreciate that being a service plumber I understand quotes, bids and time and material jobs.

Be aware of upselling and tricking people. Also be aware of your things inside your car missing where they steal stuff when checking your car.
